Pickup time is 6:30 Nd now it's 8:30 still bus is not arrived... Had waited for 2 hr Nd still waiting

Today regular bus of Ahmedabad to bhungri, regular timing is 7:30 PM, bus driver and cundectur self decade, and convert in extra express bus Ahmedabad to modasa

Why suffer all local passenger

The bus driver and conductor started 10 mins late and in top of that they went for tea break in between.

I am from surendranagar. Yesterday when i booked ticket on gsrtc from surendranagar to ahmedabad. it show the bus with 56 seating so i book my ticket 43 and 44 but when time for the travelling comes its the mini bus. So why you allow the reservation when there is a mini bus. There are so many other passenger who have reservation face same problem.

i am Ramji Bhat, we are travelling to Jaliya math to Ahmedabd, every morning morning Between 7:30 Am to 8:15 PM, limted Bus, Modasa To Ahmedabad Local Bus nevery stop, after Bhiloda To ahmedabad, Newer stop at Jaliyamath stand,
last 2 month i observation this issue, require support .

All gents toilet of Limbdi station are not in use able condition, it seems that it was not cleaned from last one week, generally one shipper available out side toilet block, but they did not found.

Today I book my ticket from ahmedabad to Diu ..and I paid this money via online transaction by corporation bank debit card ... suddenly i received one msg those ur ticket IS NOT book ..but my account was debited 237 ₹ so I kindly requested to u that please give me my money as soon as.

This is to inform you that I had book my online reservation ticket..But they didn't gave me..I had to to palanpur in stand...who is responsible for that???? And your controller and other person didn't gave me any suitable response...This is not a part of service..

On 20th August 2018, have booked a sleeper bus but the arrived bus was not of that class. The express simple bus has been arrived. So you have to pay me refund of the charge difference.

At Ahmedabad central bus stand, passengers face lot of problems by transgender people.
They demand money from passengers and even board into the bus and forced passengers to give money.

Requesting you to banned the entry of such individuals into the bus stand.

I'm going to rajkot from ahmedabad on gsrtc bus no. GJ-18-Z 1212. Conductor stop bus before bagodara toll plaza RajMangal hotel. This hotel is very worst, staff has no manners and food is very unhygienic. So my complaint is that why should conductor stop bus like this type of worst hotel.

from last two days i am used to go Viramgam bus station for my passenger pass. but whenever i went there nobody was being present in the cabin. and when i asked to the depot manager he told me to come next day.

how long i have to wait and when will the person be available in the cabin ?

I booked bus ticket from Zadeshwar X (Bharuch) to Nashik on journey (25-Aug-18).But GSRTC cancelled the bus and allotted ticket in Red bus service (GJ-...2156).The time was at 7:30 pm at Zadeshwar X but it did not come till 9:30 pm.I tried the no of conductor a lot of time but he did not give proper response (some time did not pick the call, some time told me i m in traffic, toll naka etc).He did not guide me properly.Again i called him at 9:30 pm and he told me reached to Ankleshwar also his behave was very bad (aap ko jise complained karni hain to kar do).That, s why missed my bus and his purpose was he can allot the seat some other traveller.Please take the action and refund my charges.Also i am attaching my ticket details.

Amreli ST staffs are impolite and also bus stand is dirty as hell.. Busses are always late and when you asked for time, they gave you rude answers... Toilets are also not clean.
