Hi,

I am a passenger who travels in bus every working day by using passenger pass scheme, my complain s regarding while i am issuing pass it only allow for 1 month every month i have to go to the bus depot which is 7 km away from my office.in 1 year i have to visit bus depot 12 times just for renewing my pass, also the time of pass creation office is only between 11 pm to 4 pm which is not appropriate, i have to take a half day leave for that which is 12 half day leaves for me on a year. So this is just a west of time

I request you to please increase the limit of passenger pass validity to more then 1 month like “student pass which is 3 months” or please make it online

It's my suggestion to you. Plz put time & name plate of valvo bus infront of bus deskboard. So passenger will not confuse. This problem creat when we book our ticket on line. Bcz in your ticket message bus no. Not mentioned. Only time of bus mention. So when passenger reached on platform, he will confuse if bus is already on platform. At that time driver are also not available in bus.& therefore by mistake passenger seat in wrong bus. For example if valvo bus time 7.30 or 7.45 if my booking is 7.45 & i arrive bus stand 7.40 & bus which stand on platform whether it's 7.30 or 7.45. It's crreat confused.& by mistake if i seat in 7.30 & seat which i book may vacant in this bus. Bcz no conductor check our ticket when we are in bus.
I hope you understand my problem.
So plz put name & time plate of bus on bus desk top..

Please check regarding below ticket detail i do not receive refund please check and refund me as soon as possible i already cancel this ticket and i already got message regarding refund from gsrtc but in my account still there is no process regarding refund please check and revert me back:

Aam mari sathe bibhats vartan kari ne tarathi j thay te kari leje, depot manager pan maru kasu todi levano nathi tem kahyu hatu. Te uprant me temno base no. My self aezaz. I am a student college. Our route is bardoli to ghala. My clg time is 9:30 and the bus is always late on time.
We the student of this route is suffering for this problem for a long time.
So our kindly request that please send the bus timely to the route. So we are reach clg on time.

Dear sir,
I have complaint for the vehicle palalpur to vapi bus is break down at mid night. Driver and conductor is not any help and manage the vehicle. He his said that you are manage independent of you. I am discussed the depo manager palanpur. And he his support and after give the return answer why you are give the my cell no.in passenger. He his support and arrange the vehicle. And not co-ordinat the if any near by depo manager.
So what is the responsible person or officer at the during of break down of vehicle. Palanpur depo bus

I am traveling on weekly basis but every time bus not come at time. Bhavnagar division's bhavnagar porbandar route bus daily comes late. Minimum 1 houre late daily but today 1 hour and 30 minutes gone but still bus not come. I am waiting at mahuva bus stand. Please solve this problem. If this problem not solve then change the timing of bus in portal.

Dear sir,
We are everyday come ahmadabad, we are passenger pass user 4 user, 5 to 6 user cancel his pass because this bus not accept pass, main pint are conductor said your pass lasundra to cant seat at ladvel+ stand, and conductor not accept this pass and also talk, do whatever happens from you. We are request to conductor please drop to your bus legally stop, conductor said i can't drop in legally stop & i cant accept this pass. And he drop to kathlal x, i am also send bus stage report, bus number and conductor talking not accept pass

I am very happy when see the Android app for booking GSRTC ticket.

I have face the problem regarding Android app of GSRTC when enter data for trip and then go to selecting seat selected sleeper class seat but when I am going into bus then know that seat that I am selecting is for seating not sleeper.

I am saying because my wife having problem of seating and suffering for weakness and it is not possible for her to sleep whole night.

So I request you to please put the filter for seating and sleeping .

Hi.. today i sit in a bus which is from ahmadabad to borsad x press highway. However I have the pass of express highway the conductor say to me to get out from the bus. I told very gentaly but he doesn't behave good with me. Today is 31 August.2018. At the time 4:00pm that happens. I have such a big proof to prove that moment. Take soma action otherwise I will go far. The bus no is GJ 18 Z1335.Name of conductor is Raju bhai. I am giving a video of it and it is in gujarati language.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય સંદર્ભે આપ સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનુ કે ઈસલામપુર થી કપુરીયા વચ્ચેનું અંતર માત્ર 2 કિ.મી નું છે. તથા અમારા ગામમાં સવારે 8 વાગ્યા થી બપોરે 2 વાગ્યા સુધી બીજી કોઈ બસ ન હોવાથી સ્કૂલ જતા બાળકોએ તથા ગામના લોકોએ ચાલતા ઈસલામપુર અથવા દૂધીવાવ સુધી 2 કિ.મી જેટલુ ચાલીને જવું પડે છે.
દુ:ખની વાત એ છે કે અમે વારંવાર પત્ર લખીને મેનેજર સાહેબને રજૂઆત કરી હોવા છતાંય અમારી આ સમસ્યા અંગે થોડુંય ધ્યાન દોરાયું નથી.
અમે આશા રાખીએ છીએ કે આપ સાહેબ અમારી આ અરજીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી અમારી આ સમસ્યા હલ કરશો.

I am engineering collage student studying in svmit bharuch. I am living in amleshwar, dist, ta-bharuch 392012. Me and many students like me are travelling by this bus which is so irregular for so long time. I am talking about the bus which has to depart from bholav bus station at 2.30pm. But this is not happening. Everytime we ask them about our bus they ignore us and says that buses are not available, driver is not available, conductor is not available etc. Even a single bus is not fixed for this time. We are tired of hearing these excuses. Many passengers and students having this problem from long time.in exam time many students have to suffer many problems due to this. Please do something and take appropriate action towards this issue.
I hope you will take this complain seriously.

mera name hitesh v. ramani hai and mene 27/08/2018 ko gsrtc me online dt. 28/08/2018 k din k liye surat palanpur bus me surat k kapodra stand se travelling k liye sofa no. 4, 5 book kiya tha n stand par bus aane ka time 10:20 tha and ham 10:00 baje se stand par khade the lekin bus na aane ki vajah se hmne surat bus depot k contact kiya lekin usne yaha se time pr bus nikal gai hai aisa bola so mene bus stand par nai aisa Bataya replay me "to bus kaha hava me nikal gai" aisa answer mila n then mene us bus k driver conductor ka number manga to dene se mana kar Diya n turant call cut kr Diya isk bad hme na chahte hue bhi muje n meri wife ro r.s.r.t.c ki bus me uncomfortably travelling krna pda so aise corrupt conductor driver n depot official's k against action li jaye and muje mera refund mile aisi aap sir se request hai...

My complaint is that i booked 2 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 19/08/2018 from vadodra to surat in ac luxury class. My pnr no. Is g21488157 and trip code is 0545jmmsrtlux39pn. My total bus fair is rs. 770/-. My journey time was 14:15. On my travel date, i reached vasodra bus station at 14:00 and inquired about my ac luxury bus from depo incharge of vadodra bus station. But depo incharge of vadodra told me that ac luxury bus which you have booked was not confirm but i have msg for this. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in non ac bus and you might be travelled in non ac bus instead of ac luxury bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from vadodra to surat in non ac bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My name is jayendra from vasna ahmedabad. My job at bavla since 2006 and i annoying gsrtc bus service.
Due to making overbridg anjali to mahalaxmi, bus of bavla depo via anand nagar not come at vasna but bus come at vasna whose route of via juhapura.
I request you to all bus will come via vasna. This is for kindly information cercular for making overbridg all bus come via paldi, sukhipura, jivraj mehta hospital, vasna, juhapura/anand nagar and bavla.
I had talk with depo manager of bavla last 2 months ago and she commitment for some buses will come via vasna but after sti today no change of bus route of via anand nagar.
No bus routes for go to bavla from vasna between 8.10 am to 9.40 am.
Please again request for route change of above mentioned.

Few days back, i had travelled in bus himatnagar - morbi (Gj 18z 1338). Due to monsoon season, it was raining heavily and because of that too much water was leaking from bus roof which was making uncomfortable for all passengers.

At least long route buses should not have such issues which makes journey uncomfortable for passengers.

Pease ask respective authorities to resolve this issue.

Only one conduter was not following rules and his name mr. Bhanulal and his બેઝ number 41216.
Pls. Follow action and pls. His tell to follow rule of morning time start for 5:15 am.
