It is such shame to see our public property like this. No one is caring, even information counter is not so far from this. How can authority is blind towerds this?

I want to tell you that this is not only one place where you can find such things. See on platform 2 as well. There is aslo litter on platform.

Please do something and make it clean as fast as possible

    At bagodara bus station, there is no cleaning of toilet for ladies and gents were observed, also there is no responsible person available at bus station. Whenever i have visited the bagodara bus station, it has been observed every time that toilet blocks are too dirty.
    I came to know that cleaning contact has been given to contractor but they are not doing there job and no one is looking for it.
    I request concern higher authorities to resolve this matter on priority.

      Dear sr i have booked 2 tickets from my credit card dated 1 july from vapi to mehsana bus name silvassa patan time 18:05 but bus was not sleeper so i cancel ticket i mailed gsrtc 3 time for refund but no response pnr g20978247
      Ref no. Gs5994179 i request you plz refund and take action against it if you not answer me i will ake any action against it

        When i visited the bus station the thing i notice were in vadodara.
        -illterate staff
        -lazy behaviour of staff, conductor, bus driver, security gaurd.
        -noone even tries to help any people.
        -i lost my 250 rs book online because the bus never came after waiting for 1 hr.
        -noone knows what online booking is.
        -if you donot have the capacity to give the service to public than why make it in the first place.
        -i purchased different ticket on another bus after mentally getting torture for an hour.
        -final review i will never ever book a ticket again in gstrc and will post on facebook and let my friends know about it too.

            Today three of my sisters travelled from baroda to patan bus which departed 11.30 AM from baroda. The Driver of the bus behave very very badly with them threw out the journey. I have booked online tickets and PNR no is G21434811. We don't expect such kind of behaviour from GSRTC staff and I hope you must take necessary action to ensure safe and respectfull journey for women. We never had any bad experience from any other employee of GSRTC, Infact all are very very supportive and please tell. Please note my mail id : [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                  We have boarded a bus of gsrtc which goes to palampur from ahmedabad. The conductor has charged two sleeper tickets even though we are using one as only one sleeper is available in this bus. He is asking my husband to stand and travel, if we don't pay for 2 tickets. As it is late night, we can't wait for morning bus anymore and we have to board the bus. So we have paid him the amount. The bus condition is pathetic and its all dusty everywhere. I can send the ticket details via mail if required. For 154 km we have been charged rs430. 00 for non ac sleeper dusty bus.

                    I'm suresh travelling from ahmedabad to baroda in gsrtc volvo bus my pnr is g21382415 on 11th august on 8.15pm bus... The behavior of bus driver was very rude... He was talking by using bad words n very rudly like 'tu rakhte saaman' i told him to talk properly in very soft n pleasant voice, he again started talking very very badly - 'tu utar bus se.. Bus tere baap ki nhi hai jo tu mujhe sikhayega'... I had reservation from baroda to ujjain, so i had urgency to reach there... So kept quite at that time... But that was so bad thing happened to me... Please take proper n right action against him.

                        I started my journey from Gandhinagar. In Gandhinagar to Zalod bus.Bus from Gandhinagar to Zalod departure at 4.45am from Gandhinagar on Date 10/8/18.Due to my previous bad experience, of this bus I said to driver and conductor not to stop illegal stand due to I want to reach at time at Godhra they don't folloed rules and stopped for 6 times up to Ranip.I will complaint again if he stopped more after Ranip.

                          Hello sir, there is a problem at incomtax ahmedabad bus stand which is near by gujarat vidhyapith the ratio for theft is too much increased. I have request to stand camera or take any action for wallet and mobile safety. I faced same issue for others safety please take action on it.

                            Prof. A. P. Morzaria here. I have been informed that parking facility at una bus stand has been given to private party on contract. The passengers or the persons who come to receive or send off them are not allowed to park their vehicles even for 15 minutes. They are forced to pay fees for parking. Is there any free parking facilities even for some time? At which conditions or rules and regulations contract is given?

                              This is to inform u that me and my many coligues doing up down from anand to vadodara daily. We are government servants. Around 5:45 pm we all reached at vadodara bus stand and at this time there is bus scheduled at 5:50 pm whose route is anand - pavagadh - anand. But on the day when conducter named ashokbhai is there, he departure the bus at 6:10 pm everytime and because of it we reach at home late. We are requesting you to take necessory action on this person. I have already done one complaine before this.

                                I jagdish saluja here by to request please refund my difference of charge which are between sleeper service and seating service. My travelling details as per follow, date:[protected], souce:himatnagar destination : ankleshwar gidc, pnr no. : g21330583, class:sleeper ob reference number : gs6120666. But due to some technical reason sleeper service was not provided by gsrtc so i want my difference amount. Please look in to the matter and resolve as soon as possible

                                I have booked bus ticket from anklehwar to Surat and they have given this facility online that's why I DID that but afterwards.the gsrtc app does not shows the bus information based on pnr no given at the time of booking. And they also charged me again
                                So many people facing bus problem from last few days bcs mandvi depot manager cancel our daily bus and send to another route and not providing any bus to us. We are daily complaining them no one answere to us..

                                So plz as soon as possible solve our problems.

                                  I was travelling by bus no gj 18y 6049 from khambhat to ahmedabad on 04.08.18 morning 7.20 am and reached ahmedabad by 10 am. The conductor issued ticket for rs 48, i paid rs 50 ; but did not return balance amount and he has done it for others also.
                                  I faced the same situation with the same conductor on some other day also. Being a small amount, people do not bother to report. Overall it is a corrupt practice. Action may be taken.

                                    This bus conductor is behaving like it's his own bus.
                                    Very improper and disgusting behaviour with every passenger of the bus.

                                    Bus conductor has denied to stop bus at paldi, ahmedabad station.

                                    Forcing passengers to do what he want.

                                    Denied to stop bus for 2-3 minutes for washroom only to passengers.

                                    Please do needful for this kind of worst service provider and make gsrtc best in all rtc.

                                    It is 12.10 AM and in driver cabin they are playing songs such a loudly that we r unable to sleep.
                                    We have to travel whole night in bus and without proper sleep tomorrow's whole day will be affected.

                                      Have booked bus for surat to saputara. Departure time is 5:30 from surat central bus station. But still at 6:38 bus not arriving. When we ask enquiry counter thy told that we have no information about bus. Bus no is gj-18-z-3178. If bus is not on time plese imform us so we are not waiting and online bus tracker ng is also not available. I need refund my amount. My pnr no. Is g21283839.

                                        I am prashant shrimali, i am using your metrolink bus services from last six months, from last one week i have notice that speed is goes constantly without traffic on 60 to 65, and ahmedabad to vadodara distance pass by 2hours, as i am doing daily up down by metrolink bus from 6th months i just reached ahmedabad to vadodara in 1:15 hr or 1:30hr, and also ask to driver why u taking 2hrs all driver have different excuses like there is problem i'm bus, or upper this order aayo che and speed aatlij bandhi che, but express highway speed is start from 80 then how your systems would be calculate the speed for express way.
