They demand money from passengers and even board into the bus and forced passengers to give money.

I'm going to rajkot from ahmedabad on gsrtc bus no. GJ-18-Z 1212. Conductor stop bus before bagodara toll plaza RajMangal hotel. This hotel is very worst, staff has no manners and food is very unhygienic. So my complaint is that why should conductor stop bus like this type of worst hotel.

Hello,
from last two days i am used to go Viramgam bus station for my passenger pass. but whenever i went there nobody was being present in the cabin. and when i asked to the depot manager he told me to come next day.

how long i have to wait and when will the person be available in the cabin ?

મારી ફરિયાદ એ છે કે તમારા નિગમ ની સવારે ૮.૦૦ વાગ્યા ની આજુબાજુ અમદાવાદ ડેપો માંથી ઉપડતી બસ ન. જીજે૧૮ઝેડ ૩૩૦૯ અમદાવાદ થી ધમ્બોલા(એક્ષપ્રેસ) બસ મેમ્કો ચાર રસ્તા એ સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં પણ ઉભીરેતી નથી, બસ બીઆરટીએસ રોડ માંથી લઈને જતા રહેછે, હાથ લાંબા કરવા છતા પણ ઉભી રાખતા નથી, તો મને આશા છેકે યોગ્ય પગલા લેસો, જો પગલા લેવામાં નહી આવે તો મુસાફર જાતે બસ રોકવા પર મજબુર થશે, અને એનું જવાબદર તમારું એસટી ખાતું હશે .

Dear sir/ma'am,

I know that my problem will not get resolved anytime as everytime it happens in india. Though i'm writing it daily i commute from surat to navsari as regular middle class service service person. Firstly, you guys are not providing any local bus in between 6to8 as people will have to forcefully buy pass of gurjarnagri anyhow if there is no bus availability. Secondly, while travelling in gurjarnagri buying a ticket almost twice of local with same amenities and same stations and same time taking of journey.

Does it makes sense to travel in bus anytime for the commuter??

Hello GSRTC,

When I was traveled with my friend on dated[protected] for Ahmedabad to dediapada Bus I noticed some unethical behaviour done by your conductor.

conductor didn't gave answer which people asked to him and he crawled with them.

Suddenly he stopped the bus in between and tried to damage people things.

After watching these all things I felt conductor must be psyco.

If this kinds of people are serviced in GSRTC how people feels safe.

Dear Sir,
I booked bus ticket from Zadeshwar X (Bharuch) to Nashik on journey (25-Aug-18).But GSRTC cancelled the bus and allotted ticket in Red bus service (GJ-...2156).The time was at 7:30 pm at Zadeshwar X but it did not come till 9:30 pm.I tried the no of conductor a lot of time but he did not give proper response (some time did not pick the call, some time told me i m in traffic, toll naka etc).He did not guide me properly.Again i called him at 9:30 pm and he told me reached to Ankleshwar also his behave was very bad (aap ko jise complained karni hain to kar do).That, s why missed my bus and his purpose was he can allot the seat some other traveller.Please take the action and refund my charges.Also i am attaching my ticket details.

All gsrtc bus stop there about 10min
They charge on more then mrp price
Like if the biscuit price is 10 rs they ask 15 rs per packet
If you complaint then they told we are paying 50000 rs per month
So we are recovering
I think gsrtc and comsumer foram look at in to the matter

Amreli ST staffs are impolite and also bus stand is dirty as hell.. Busses are always late and when you asked for time, they gave you rude answers... Toilets are also not clean.

My complaint is that i booked 2 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 19/08/2018 from vadodra to surat in ac luxury class. My pnr no. Is g21488157 and trip code is 0545jmmsrtlux39pn. My total bus fair is rs. 770/-. My journey time was 14:15. On my travel date, i reached vasodra bus station at 14:00 and inquired about my ac luxury bus from depo incharge of vadodra bus station. But depo incharge of vadodra told me that ac luxury bus which you have booked was not confirm but i have msg for this. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in non ac bus and you might be travelled in non ac bus instead of ac luxury bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from vadodra to surat in non ac bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. It is such shame to see our public property like this. No one is caring, even information counter is not so far from this. How can authority is blind towerds this?

I want to tell you that this is not only one place where you can find such things. See on platform 2 as well. There is aslo litter on platform.

At bagodara bus station, there is no cleaning of toilet for ladies and gents were observed, also there is no responsible person available at bus station. Whenever i have visited the bagodara bus station, it has been observed every time that toilet blocks are too dirty.
I came to know that cleaning contact has been given to contractor but they are not doing there job and no one is looking for it.
I request concern higher authorities to resolve this matter on priority.

When i visited the bus station the thing i notice were in vadodara.
-illterate staff
-lazy behaviour of staff, conductor, bus driver, security gaurd.
-noone even tries to help any people.
-i lost my 250 rs book online because the bus never came after waiting for 1 hr.
-noone knows what online booking is.
-if you donot have the capacity to give the service to public than why make it in the first place.
-i purchased different ticket on another bus after mentally getting torture for an hour.
-final review i will never ever book a ticket again in gstrc and will post on facebook and let my friends know about it too.

Today three of my sisters travelled from baroda to patan bus which departed 11.30 AM from baroda. The Driver of the bus behave very very badly with them threw out the journey. I have booked online tickets and PNR no is G21434811. We don't expect such kind of behaviour from GSRTC staff and I hope you must take necessary action to ensure safe and respectfull journey for women. We have boarded a bus of gsrtc which goes to palampur from ahmedabad. The conductor has charged two sleeper tickets even though we are using one as only one sleeper is available in this bus. He is asking my husband to stand and travel, if we don't pay for 2 tickets. As it is late night, we can't wait for morning bus anymore and we have to board the bus. So we have paid him the amount. The bus condition is pathetic and its all dusty everywhere. I can send the ticket details via mail if required. For 154 km we have been charged rs430. 00 for non ac sleeper dusty bus.

I am travelling in gsrtc bus from himmatnagar depot, himmatnagar to talod via gambhir at 3:30 pm on 10 Aug 2018. Conductor not accept my 10 rs coin and said this is fake money but this 10rs coin i taking from another gsrtc bus conductor . Pls give me a feedback.

I'm suresh travelling from ahmedabad to baroda in gsrtc volvo bus my pnr is g21382415 on 11th august on 8.15pm bus... The behavior of bus driver was very rude... He was talking by using bad words n very rudly like 'tu rakhte saaman' i told him to talk properly in very soft n pleasant voice, he again started talking very very badly - 'tu utar bus se.. Bus tere baap ki nhi hai jo tu mujhe sikhayega'... I had reservation from baroda to ujjain, so i had urgency to reach there... So kept quite at that time... But that was so bad thing happened to me... Please take proper n right action against him.

I started my journey from Gandhinagar. In Gandhinagar to Zalod bus.Bus from Gandhinagar to Zalod departure at 4.45am from Gandhinagar on Date 10/8/18.Due to my previous bad experience, of this bus I said to driver and conductor not to stop illegal stand due to I want to reach at time at Godhra they don't folloed rules and stopped for 6 times up to Ranip.I will complaint again if he stopped more after Ranip.
