Dear sir,
Prof. A. P. Morzaria here. I have been informed that parking facility at una bus stand has been given to private party on contract. The passengers or the persons who come to receive or send off them are not allowed to park their vehicles even for 15 minutes. They are forced to pay fees for parking. Is there any free parking facilities even for some time? At which conditions or rules and regulations contract is given?

This is to inform u that me and my many coligues doing up down from anand to vadodara daily. We are government servants. Around 5:45 pm we all reached at vadodara bus stand and at this time there is bus scheduled at 5:50 pm whose route is anand - pavagadh - anand. But on the day when conducter named ashokbhai is there, he departure the bus at 6:10 pm everytime and because of it we reach at home late. We are requesting you to take necessory action on this person. I have already done one complaine before this.

We are of the citizen of India and the gsrtc of Mandvi depot is not giving the genuine answer to us what we have to do plz take the strict action to Mandvi depo
We are getting tiered of their answers and we are reporting our home after 8:00 o’clock pm

I wish the government will give me the favourable response to us

I have booked bus ticket from anklehwar to Surat and they have given this facility online that's why I DID that but afterwards.the gsrtc app does not shows the bus information based on pnr no given at the time of booking. And they also charged me again

So many people facing bus problem from last few days bcs mandvi depot manager cancel our daily bus and send to another route and not providing any bus to us. We are daily complaining them no one answere to us..

So plz as soon as possible solve our problems.

I was travelling by bus no gj 18y 6049 from khambhat to ahmedabad on 04.08.18 morning 7.20 am and reached ahmedabad by 10 am. The conductor issued ticket for rs 48, i paid rs 50 ; but did not return balance amount and he has done it for others also.
I faced the same situation with the same conductor on some other day also. Being a small amount, people do not bother to report. Overall it is a corrupt practice. Action may be taken.

Updated by Khamhbhat I was travelling by Bus No GJ 18Y 6049 from Khambhat to Ahmedabad on 04.08.18 morning 7.20 AM and reached Ahmedabad by 10 AM. The conductor issued ticket for Rs 48, I paid Rs 50 ; but did not return balance amount and he has done it for others also.

ગઢકા ગામ નાં માણશો અને R K university na વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ ખુબજ પરેશાન છે
આ બાળકો કાલ નાં ભારત નું ભવિષ્ય છે તેમને બસ ડ્રાઇવર ઓ ની મન માની થિ તેમનાં વાંચન પઠન પર ખુબજ અસર થાય છે વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ વીના પાસ નથી ચડતા બસ મા વરસાદ ચાલુ

This bus conductor is behaving like it's his own bus.
Very improper and disgusting behaviour with every passenger of the bus.

Bus conductor has denied to stop bus at paldi, ahmedabad station.

Forcing passengers to do what he want.

Denied to stop bus for 2-3 minutes for washroom only to passengers.

Please do needful for this kind of worst service provider and make gsrtc best in all rtc.

I am travelling in now in Vadnagar to borivali bus.
It is 12.10 AM and in driver cabin they are playing songs such a loudly that we r unable to sleep.
We have to travel whole night in bus and without proper sleep tomorrow's whole day will be affected.
I have requested to slow down the volume or close the door but no action from conductor

When we ask enquiry counter thy told that we have no information about bus. Bus no is gj-18-z-3178. I am prashant shrimali, i am using your metrolink bus services from last six months, from last one week i have notice that speed is goes constantly without traffic on 60 to 65, and ahmedabad to vadodara distance pass by 2hours, as i am doing daily up down by metrolink bus from 6th months i just reached ahmedabad to vadodara in 1:15 hr or 1:30hr, and also ask to driver why u taking 2hrs all driver have different excuses like there is problem i'm bus, or upper this order aayo che and speed aatlij bandhi che, but express highway speed is start from 80 then how your systems would be calculate the speed for express way. On the date of 31/07/2018 (Tuesday) i'm travelling from bhuj to gandhinagar through gsrtc bus at the time of 10:00pm and i feel the very poor condintion of bus compair to it's trip rent. I have purchase 981 rupees for three sleeper ticket but i haven't satisfy about bus condition. Seat covers are broken and bus are shaking too much. I feel so guilty about told this in the days when our prime minister says about "vikas" and "ache din aayenge". Here photos are given about condition of bus.

I booked bus from ahmedabad to baroda on 30 july, 2018 timings 6:30 pm.
Due to rickshaw strike couldn't reach the bus stop on time.
I requested to transfer the ticket. Though many seats were empty, still i was not allowed to.
When you have same amount and due to valid reason if you are requesting to transfer a ticket, then it should be possible.

My complainy is Rajkot to Kalavad express bus is one day stop and one day not stop in mota mauva.
This is a new mini bus coming to khambhadiya district.
This express bus night in Kalavad..
This bus is coming Rajkot 6AM.
If stops every day then not stop any days.
Please sir answer very fast from me.

I am doing daily up & down from baroda to surat for which I want to made a monthly pass but due to my departure time is early 7 am & back time is 10pm hence not able to go your window counter hence if you will provide online facility for it many of people like me access & get easy pass.

I am working in a village in that only one bus available in the morning so u have to catch the bus complusary.. But many a time .Today.. Ahmedabad to Ambaliyasan bus has reached Chandkheda but ur driver not stopped the bus.. So am feeling Un satisfied with GSRTC..

I was waiting for a bus to Gandhinagar at Gujarat High court bus stand on 23rd of the July, 2018. At around 12:25PM a bus with number GJ18-Z-2939 came and even though I raised my hand and signalled the driver to stop at the bus stand, he denied by hand gesture and did not stop.

I am at valsad bus depot near railway station. I arrived here at 12:00 pm. I want to go to unai. At enquiry i was informed that bus for unai will arrive at 1:00 pm. Its 1:30 now and now i asked enquiry about bus info he plainly said there is no bus available and totally said its not coming. No announcements were made about any cancelation. My whole day is wasted. They dont value wastage of others time money and energy. Totally disappointing gsrtc.

In gsrtc vadodara - halol or halol-vadodara mini buses conductors do not allow student passes.
Do not stop any locale buses at kotambi (Vadodara) stop.
No any locale bus conductor allow to student pass in all mini buses.
No any locale buses stop on kotambi stop.
Many time complain give in depot manege. But no any give solution.

I sat in bus at 12:34 pm from motipura bus stop for gadhada kampa. Bus conductor told me where you want to go i told him to 1 ticket for gadhada kampa. But bus conductor told me there is no stop on my system. I told to him ok then give me next bus stop ticket and drop me at gadhadakampa. Conductor use abuse word and i will not stop there such kind of word used by him. I felt guilty. 3 time incident happen with different buses i request you please add bus stop at gadhadakampa also, give some punishment to conductor si he can not use such kind of word.

Hello sir,
I have booked two ticket from chikhli to ahmedabad ranip for the journey on 28 july 2018 to the name of laxmidas parmar & geetaben parmar. The bus name is valsad mehsana express. Its depature time is 7.15 am but when passenger went to chikhli bus stand at 7.10 am the bus is already left. And bus stand management said that its right time is 7.00 am. So please kindly suggest us what we do?? Our money are going wasted. If you want futher proofes related to ticket then i can send you the details.
