I would like to say bus running between vadodara to palanpur of sidhapur depot is not maintaing time to reach to destination...
Online average time for bus departing sharp at 6:00am from vadodara to palanpur shows 5hrs n 25mnts... While every time it takes about 6hrs n 30mnts...
N in the same way same condition is being faced in bus from palanpur to vadodara of same depot...
One more thing is speed is kept under control...

Have been travel from vadodara to kalol (Panchmahal) daily from last one year. Today i was traveling in bus vadodara to ditwas bus no gj 18 y 1171, bus conductor not ready to accept my express bus pass.. He said my identity card expired before 1day but my pass was valid for more one day.. I was ready to show may election card as my identity but he said tht not valid identity for me.. We travel from ahmedabad to baroda every day. But the bus that we travel goes very slow speed on baroda express highway. The avg. Speed of bus is around 55km/hr.in this fatest route why bus foes at slow speed?
In the world of transport competition the speed play big roll. We are request to you to increase the speed of at safe level.

The bus route from sanad to ratanpur via mohanpur was stopped which was most profictable route and continue since last 45 years. This route was covered with ranansan and shamlaji with so many poulation and some of which are regularly used. With the closure of this route so many people...

I was traveling in rajkot to gandhinagar bus gj 18 9814 (Ashram)...
Driver was driving too fast... And burning too much irritating horns and he was breaking so suddenly so that # was terrible... Why so aggressive he is!?
Plz train your driver's staff...
Only time does not matter to reach destination...
How we reach there also matters...

I booked my ticket on gsrtc website, i want to go rajkot to amreli and 7:30 am
I’m booked my ticket on that website and i’m going for my bus and there was not name on my seat that bus is rajkot to rajula depot
My money was cut and my ticket was not booked
And than i ask about my ticket to conductor he said me that seat was booked
And i losse my money on that matter...

I was traveling alone at night and on enquiring about the bus status to the conductor, he was very irresponsible and spoke in a rude manner. The only thing i asked him was whether the seats are available in the bus or not, which i don't think is too much to ask for. Also, being a conductor it comes in his duty to answer if one is unknown or has any query. Above all, he was smoking too, where it is strictly written that 'smoking is prohibited'....

Dear sir,
I have booked ticket online from Surendranagar to Ahmedabad(07:30pm) two times on 13/05/2018. Rs. 102 and Rs. 100 deducted from my account but booking not done both times

I have been travel from ahmedabad to mehsana daily by gurjar nagari bus (Ahmedabad to deesa) 7.00am from geeta mandir for last 7 month.

Regret to say that many time i do not reach office due to bus is not go to as per standard speed of 80km per hour and many time also bus break down in mis way.

Also there many instant when express bus put instead of gurjar nagari bus.

My name is bhavin, and i doing updown from lasundra (Ladvel chokdi) to soni no chali, i have express monthly bus pass, but some express buses are not stopping here, don't know why?, today one bus no. Gj 18 z 5104 (Zalod to kadi), and santrampur ahmedabad both bus are not stopping here at ladvel chokdi, kindly we require every bus should stop here, because we are getting late in our work,

I was reserved a seat in surat palanpur bus. Bus no is gj 18 z 1279. I was completed my reservation as per given seat selection in online booking and i was select 21 no as a window seat. Bus came in station and i was checked my seat.in a bus seat number was not as per given in online selection..
I want to humble request to goverment gsrtc head if you are not able to maintain a bus seat number selection so pleas do not mention as a...

Driver & conductor both are lazy. Bus is late 1 hour 15 min.. Every stop halt is 4 minutes but they are taking 15 minutes halt.. They are not trying that bus will reach on time & customers do not have to suffer..

To day at kheraj bus stop the varta bus ambaji borshad and ambaji dabhoi did not even those buses totally empty. And counducters of buses of ambaji to mani nagar, talod, megharaj modasa, petlad were refused to take me in bus because i have luggage, even i offer them to toke tiket of luggage, they told that they don't have luggage box or not permit to put luggage in bus....

I booked my ticket on 12-april-2018 for traveling bhuj to ahemdabad in sleeper, but due to some technical problem sleeper bus not availabled for traveling at that time, so simple bus has been arranged for all passengers

For regarding refund i already send many mail to gsrtc along with my ticket
But they are not giving any reply yet

I used to gsrtc app for online booking. Last time date 25/05/2018 i booked seat no 09 to go bhuj to unjha on nakhatrana - unjha 8:20 pm.
Money was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not confirmed so i had to taken a ticket from conductor and travelled.
Now i want to my money refund. Reference no is : gs 5754779
Ticket status is null. No pnr number got....

Above mentioned bus timing changes 7:30 to 7:05 according of gps system and due to these time change student and other passanger get sufferd.
We already complaint in borsad depo & nadiyad div. But they dont gave any action on this matter.
We also upload empty bus photo due to timing changes.

We booked in the sleeper on online site og gsrtc and when boarding the bus they forcefully made us to take sitting seat not even semi sleeper. And even the ticket contains sleeper written in bold and caps.. The whole staff were rude and even the bus was to depart at 11.35 but bus arrived at 12.20... I strongly recommend not to take this # bus....
