I took online reservation to & fro from Navsari to Junagadh on 4/6/18. I got PNR-G20572109 dtd.7/6/18 for nvs to jnd &
G20572110 dtd.8/6/18 for jnd to nvs but when I arrived to take bus from jnd on 8/6/18 at 5 pm, it was informed that my reservation hasn't confirmed. Sir, this disturbed me as my account was debited & then also I didn't get my seat.This was Gsrtc site problem & I suffered.Till date I haven't got the refund of Rs 370/-.

I'm travelling from Rajkot to Ahmedabad Volvo Ticket no.XXL660448. I have observed driver is talking on phone number of times and driving a bus single hand. Due safety concern, I demand GSRTC to answer me.

I have booked bus 20 days before rajkot to vapi. Today i. E. On 17 th june, 2018 i reached bus depo to catch the bus. I got to know after 1 and half hour waiting that bus had not attneded rajkot bus st. I got refund of ticket but what about inconvinience caused? I did not got any other bus except this. It was horrible experience in gsrtc till date. How come i trust and rely on services of gsrtc any more?

Since last one year my village people facing same problem again and again

In the time of journey there is no bus on stand by at depo area,

Many students, employee, worker, business people daily traveling from my village to nearest city bilimora, amalsad (15-17 km far)

Reason to lack of bus and vehicle / trasport facility many students left their education, many people loose their job sir

Nearest city bus depo bilimora and amalsad only keep 1-2 bus in whole day schedule, we are poor community fisher man people.. We can't effort our private vehicle sir.

This is my second complain, soon we wll move to higher level of nation

માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી વિસનગર ડેપોની સાંજે 5:15 ના સમયે ઉપડતી છેલા કેટલાય વષૉથી ચાલૂ સિધપુર-માણસા-રબારીકૉલૉની બસને બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે આ બસ વિદ્યાથીઁઑ માટે ખૂબ ઉપયોગી હતી તેથી આ બસને ઝડપી ધોરણે ચાલૂ કરાવશોજી.
તેમજ વિસનગરથી સવારે 9:20 ના સમયે ઉપડતી વિસનગર-કુકરવાડા-માણસા લૉકલ બસને ઈંટરસીટી કરતા આ બસ કુકરવાડા બસ stand માં પણ ન જતી હોવાથી કુકરવાડા highschool માં ભણતા ગામ -દગાવાડિયા, વડાસણ, સયાજીનગર, દેવડા, આસોડા તેમજ સોખડા ના વિદ્યાથીઁઓને રોજ 1.5 ચાલીને school મા જવુ પડે છે
તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી અમારી આ અરજીને દ્યાનમા લઈને વિદ્યાથીઁઓના હિતમાં નિણઁય કરશોજી.

Dear sir,

I have booked e-ticket from mahesana to bharuch which is of 8:45 pm night from

Gsrtc online ticket booking on 13/06/2018 and after submit option from gsrtc site

Amount of bus fare rs. 201/- is being debited from my sbi bank account but i did not

Get e-ticket. After this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and i was being told that

Refund will be not deposited in my sbi bank account, however till this week.

My ob reference of bus from mahesana to bharuch was gsrtc23988 nd trip code & pnr number i don't get

However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

Kindly do the needful, since there is helpline number or complain number[protected]

મેં ૦૭:૫૬ કલાકે વાવડી બસ સ્ટેશને ઉપરોક્ત બસ ડ્રાઇવર ને હાથ ઉંચો કરેલ હતો, પણ ડ્રાઇવરે પરવા કર્યા વિના બસ ઉભી ન રાખી અને બસ ને જમણી સાઇડે ટર્ન
લઇ ફુલ સ્પીડમાં હંકારી મૂકેલ, જે આ ડ્રાઇવર વિરૂધ્ધ ખાતાકીય પગલા લેવા યોગ્ય થવું જરુરી છે.

One time i did payment by net banking & second time i did payment by card.

On dated 11/06/18 Bus no 0470, Ahmedabad-patan, Guruarnagri, at 13:30hrs at ranip bus stop, , conductor said bus not stop at ambikanagar (kalol), Direct mehsana, so, sum passenger drop-down, so what's a problem of conductor, so.pl.action a conductor. Thanks.

I am regular traveller of "Vikas Route Bus" from Ahemadabad to Gandhinagar. The Video Songs Displays on LED Screen put in the GSRTC Buses are not suitable for general public. Almost many times Volgure kind of songs are displayed on the screen, which must be stopped with immediate effect.

In case of Public Transport, either some kind of National Songs or the decent songs should be displayed. Or the matter which increase knowledge and awareness of the public should be displayed.

I am traveling from Amreli to keshod through bus...I paid fair for ticket but cunductor told me u r not paid and he took double fair from me ...but I'm sure I have paid first time...and this cunductor misbehave with me ..so my request to give me justice and panish this cunductor...my mobile number is [protected]

Many seats are reserved for women but no one understand this policy and men are seating in the seats of women.Conductor do nothing for that which is very rediculous and it should be improved as soon as possible.

Has stopped bus near kattudaa village of surendranagar district fo 20 minutes without any reason no passengers have stop there and no passengers were for pick up but still he stopped the bus to meet his relatives in that village and when he came back he was seen like he had taken drugs or something there were 60 passengers in that bus. There was 44* degree celcius tempat ure in which the bus was stopped there without any reason for 20 min and all the passengers were affected by the heat of sun. There were 60 passengers. It can damage there body and health so please take note about the driver and strict action should be taken against him

The driver balubha. M of badge no 30392 of limbdi halvad. St bus no gj 18 y 5871.
Had very bad behavior against the passengers and on the surendranagar bhoogavo bridge big vechicals and st bus s are not allowed on that bridge due to its bad condition then also your driver taken bus containing 60 passengers from that bridge. There can be an accident also due to bad condition of bridge. And the driver is seen like some thing addicted. He seen like he had some addiction of anything and the he drives the bus so its not good for the public and teir safty. So i would request to take strict action against him i have the proof i m sending videos of that driver

I have booked the seat no. 10 online through pnr: g20707091 for bus visnagar to anand with pick up point at ranip, ahmedabad. The departure time mentioned in ticket is 08:25 hours which is also usual time at which bus departs. I have reached ranip bus terminal at 08:15 hours and had waited for half an hour. To my surprise the bus had already been departed at 08:10 hours. Even after reserving a seat i cannot catch the bus. I want the refund of my money as this is totally your mistake and due to this i have to suffer.

I bokked my 2 online tickets from "ahmedabad" to "dhrangadhra" on 1st june 2018. Payment was debited from my account but ticket not confirmed. When i enquire about this to ahmedabad depo, they told me that payment will credit in your account very soon. But i still not get my payments. Please slove my problem.

I hope i will get my payment after this complain.

I am travelling from rajkot to Ahmedabad Volvo on 5-6-2018 at 4 pm.

Conductor and driver didn't hault for not more then 10 min at limbdi n left one passenger at limbdi just because of there ego.

Bus no is GJ01ET 5086

Conductor was very rude and doesn't want to listen about anyone.

I want to catch a bus from RAJULA to bhavnagar. I reached at bus station at 5.30 a.m . But bus has already gone. By inquiry i get to know that bus has been gone. It's timing is of 5:45 but it's leaving at 5:15. This is not acceptable at all and thats why people are turning their heads from GSRTC.

A mini local bus of kapadvanj depo from vadodara to kapadvanj comes at 5pm at vadodara bus stand it is from baroda to kapadvanj by dakor. I have service job pass from dakor to vadodara but always conductor told that any type of pass not working how it could be possible please solve it. So i want get back my money..

Conductor told that there was no stop for palej × in this bus... But i was travell with this bus two time in past nd i conform that there was a legal stop for palej× in this bus by p. R. O vadodara central bus depot.. B'coz of the conductors miss behave nd wrong information i have to travell with other bus... And waste my half an hour... So please take some suitable actions against the bus conductor... Jai hind

Drinking water supply at vadodara depot coming at very slow pressure. People have to wait for long time and also suffering from lack of availability of water in the summer conditions. Please take necessary action for it

I am going to my booking on official application of gsrtc in bus gandhinagar to bhuj in seat number 8 so i am following the steps of booking and also give a payment in two time in same seat through my union bank debit card but my reservation is not confirmed and also not coming massage of that.
