I m passengers we stand at galaxy cinema naroda ahmedabad with my family (Me, my wife, and my son) my son just 2.8 years old we shouted at driver also counductor but they don’t stop the bus you know very well right now summer its very hot temperature but they don’t stop the bus so i am really upset due to staffs not working properly, i expecting from your side you will punish to your bus staffs ane they never do again like this.

Dear sir,

I have booked e-ticket from ahemdabad ranip to bharuch, which is of 9:28 pm night from gsrtc online ticket booking on 14/06/2018 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs. 519/- is debited from my sbi bank account but i did not get e-ticket.
After this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and i was being told that refund will be not deposited in my sbi bank account, however till this week.

My ob reference of bus from ahemdabad ranip to bharuch was gs5885357 & pnr number i didn't get
However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

Kindly do the needful, since there is helpline number or complain number

Everyday at unn cross road, unn, surat passengers waiting for bus on road side, but drivers drive through brts lane specially made for brts bus in surat and does not even notice passengers waiving hands towerds them from road side.

Brts route is situated in middle of the road and it is only for brts bus. Gsrtc bus should be on reguler road as passengers are waiting for it at road side. But just to avoid some traffic and reach there destination asap, drivers drive in brts route and completely ignore passengers standing at road side. However buses are empty and still drivers does not notice passengers.

My self hardik jayantibhai patel (Ravi) i am a branch manager in finance company at baroda & i am a president of bhartiya kishan union (A) gujarat state.

I was travel for my job ode bus station at umreth 111 assemble via dakor surat gurjar nagri bus from the long time..

But recently one of driver name of mr umesh age 45 year, bakkal no 11321, has just joined as a proxy driver for dakor bus station bus no gj18, 2256 timing 7.45 arrival at ode from the dakor to surat.

Bus driver has drive bus very roughly, many time i watch that he was left out them hand from the bus staring even he was push the multiple short break in every five to ten minute due to that children, women, old aged people are slept in bus.

Two days ago i have requesting him that kindly drive bus slowly with safety bcas this type of driving will becoming a serious accident.

But he told me that he will drive bus speedily with multiple sudden short break.

So here i want to file my serious compliant that kindly restrict this driver for driving bcas i think he is habited to drive as my compliant & its very risky for all passengers.

This is to kind requesting you to please take necessary steps otherwise once big accident made by this driver.

My name is Pradeep, residing at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. I am a person having locomotor disability and carrying "Unique Disability ID" of Government of India, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, issued by Card Issuing Authority, General Hospital, Bharuch in which I am certified with 85% Permanent Disability.

I understand that Gujarat State Transport Corporation has provided 100% concession to the disabled person of my category and 50% concession to my escort. However, I was denied of the said benefits given by the Corporation today during my bus journey from Vadodara to Ankleshwar, after meeting my Neurologist in Vadodara. The reason given for this denial both by the conductor and driver of the GSRTC Bus, in which I and my wife traveled, was that my said Unique Disability Id is not valid for any concession as it is not issued by GSRTC. In fact, these gentlemen have not heard of such Unique ID card so far. We therefore had to pay full fare of the ticket and completed our journey. After getting down at Ankleshwar bus station, we contacted the available officer in Ankleshwar GIDC bus depot and explained the matter to him. He, while apologizing for the ignorance shown and treatment given by the said bus conductor and driver, informed us that this must have happened because of their ignorance about “Unique Disability ID” and its validity / benefits offered by it. He also suggested us that from next time onwards, if require, we should communicate to the concerned conductor that my unique disability card is issued by Government of India and is valid anywhere in India.

What I would like to request you now is that please make conductors and drivers of Gujarat ST busses, in general, aware of the existence and validity o[censored]nique Disability ID, issued by Government of India for availing concession in ST buses. I would also suggest that a notice / announcement is placed above the seats of disabled passengers of the ST Busses indicating validity of the said certificate, so that in future none of less fortunate peoples like me, who is carrying Unique Disability ID is NOT denied of concession in ST Buses.

I would look forward to receiving your response in this matter.

Sir i have recently booked a online ticket through gsrstc - v-website from gadhada to limkheda (Bus name savarkundla - dahod) bus no-gj-8391. I found the booking amount had been debited from bank account, but not ticket booking has been done from gsrstc. The ob reference number is cd5932735 for the related transaction. I even searech details about the transaction on the online website of gsrstc, but have not found any details regarding the transaction done.
Help me to get the refund bank

My name is jayendra from vasna ahmedabad. My job at bavla since 2006 and i annoying gsrtc bus service.
Due to making overbridg anjali to mahalaxmi, bus of bavla depo via anand nagar not come at vasna but bus come at vasna whose route of via juhapura.
I request you to all bus will come via vasna. This is for kindly information cercular for making overbridg all bus come via paldi, sukhipura, jivraj mehta hospital, vasna, juhapura/anand nagar and bavla.
I had talk with depo manager of vasna last week and she commitment for some buses will come via vasna but after one week no change of bus route of via anand nagar buses and not receiving of my mobile call.
Please again request for route change of above mentioned.

I took online reservation to & fro from Navsari to Junagadh on 4/6/18. I got PNR-G20572109 dtd.7/6/18 for nvs to jnd &
G20572110 dtd.8/6/18 for jnd to nvs but when I arrived to take bus from jnd on 8/6/18 at 5 pm, it was informed that my reservation hasn't confirmed. Sir, this disturbed me as my account was debited & then also I didn't get my seat.This was Gsrtc site problem & I suffered.Till date I haven't got the refund of Rs 370/-.

I have booked bus 20 days before rajkot to vapi. Today i. E. On 17 th june, 2018 i reached bus depo to catch the bus. I got to know after 1 and half hour waiting that bus had not attneded rajkot bus st. I got refund of ticket but what about inconvinience caused? I did not got any other bus except this. It was horrible experience in gsrtc till date. How come i trust and rely on services of gsrtc any more?

In the time of journey there is no bus on stand by at depo area,

Many students, employee, worker, business people daily traveling from my village to nearest city bilimora, amalsad (15-17 km far)

Reason to lack of bus and vehicle / trasport facility many students left their education, many people loose their job sir

Nearest city bus depo bilimora and amalsad only keep 1-2 bus in whole day schedule, we are poor community fisher man people.. We can't effort our private vehicle sir.

This is my second complain, soon we wll move to higher level of nation

માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી વિસનગર ડેપોની સાંજે 5:15 ના સમયે ઉપડતી છેલા કેટલાય વષૉથી ચાલૂ સિધપુર-માણસા-રબારીકૉલૉની બસને બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે આ બસ વિદ્યાથીઁઑ માટે ખૂબ ઉપયોગી હતી તેથી આ બસને ઝડપી ધોરણે ચાલૂ કરાવશોજી.
તેમજ વિસનગરથી સવારે 9:20 ના સમયે ઉપડતી વિસનગર-કુકરવાડા-માણસા લૉકલ બસને ઈંટરસીટી કરતા આ બસ કુકરવાડા બસ stand માં પણ ન જતી હોવાથી કુકરવાડા highschool માં ભણતા ગામ -દગાવાડિયા, વડાસણ, સયાજીનગર, દેવડા, આસોડા તેમજ સોખડા ના વિદ્યાથીઁઓને રોજ 1.5 ચાલીને school મા જવુ પડે છે
તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી અમારી આ અરજીને દ્યાનમા લઈને વિદ્યાથીઁઓના હિતમાં નિણઁય કરશોજી.

I am regular traveller of "Vikas Route Bus" from Ahemadabad to Gandhinagar. The Video Songs Displays on LED Screen put in the GSRTC Buses are not suitable for general public. Almost many times Volgure kind of songs are displayed on the screen, which must be stopped with immediate effect.

In case of Public Transport, either some kind of National Songs or the decent songs should be displayed. Or the matter which increase knowledge and awareness of the public should be displayed.

Has stopped bus near kattudaa village of surendranagar district fo 20 minutes without any reason no passengers have stop there and no passengers were for pick up but still he stopped the bus to meet his relatives in that village and when he came back he was seen like he had taken drugs or something there were 60 passengers in that bus. There was 44* degree celcius tempat ure in which the bus was stopped there without any reason for 20 min and all the passengers were affected by the heat of sun. There were 60 passengers. It can damage there body and health so please take note about the driver and strict action should be taken against him

Had very bad behavior against the passengers and on the surendranagar bhoogavo bridge big vechicals and st bus s are not allowed on that bridge due to its bad condition then also your driver taken bus containing 60 passengers from that bridge. There can be an accident also due to bad condition of bridge. And the driver is seen like some thing addicted. He seen like he had some addiction of anything and the he drives the bus so its not good for the public and teir safty. So i would request to take strict action against him i have the proof i m sending videos of that driver
