I have booked the seat no. 10 online through pnr: g20707091 for bus visnagar to anand with pick up point at ranip, ahmedabad. The departure time mentioned in ticket is 08:25 hours which is also usual time at which bus departs. I have reached ranip bus terminal at 08:15 hours and had waited for half an hour. To my surprise the bus had already been departed at 08:10 hours. Even after reserving a seat i cannot catch the bus. I want the refund of my money as this is totally your mistake and due to this i have to suffer.

I bokked my 2 online tickets from "ahmedabad" to "dhrangadhra" on 1st june 2018. Payment was debited from my account but ticket not confirmed. When i enquire about this to ahmedabad depo, they told me that payment will credit in your account very soon. But i still not get my payments. Please slove my problem.

I hope i will get my payment after this complain.

Yesterday, I was onlie booked my ticket, during this three times my account Mony deducted & booking was not confirm, please refund & credit my deducted amount. My registered mobile no [protected].

I am travelling from rajkot to Ahmedabad Volvo on 5-6-2018 at 4 pm.

Conductor and driver didn't hault for not more then 10 min at limbdi n left one passenger at limbdi just because of there ego.

Bus no is GJ01ET 5086

Conductor was very rude and doesn't want to listen about anyone.

I want to catch a bus from RAJULA to bhavnagar. I reached at bus station at 5.30 a.m . But bus has already gone. By inquiry i get to know that bus has been gone. It's timing is of 5:45 but it's leaving at 5:15. This is not acceptable at all and thats why people are turning their heads from GSRTC.

A mini local bus of kapadvanj depo from vadodara to kapadvanj comes at 5pm at vadodara bus stand it is from baroda to kapadvanj by dakor. I have service job pass from dakor to vadodara but always conductor told that any type of pass not working how it could be possible please solve it. I have to go to dakor i have service pass my contact no [protected] it is a kapadvanj depo bus

I booked a ticit ahmedabad to botad and when i done the payment at that time money will cut from the account and i doesn't get the ticit...this will happen 3 tym today...
So i want get back my money..
And this will happen with me so many tym so plzzz solve this problem..

Conductor told that there was no stop for palej × in this bus... But i was travell with this bus two time in past nd i conform that there was a legal stop for palej× in this bus by p. R. O vadodara central bus depot.. B'coz of the conductors miss behave nd wrong information i have to travell with other bus... And waste my half an hour... So please take some suitable actions against the bus conductor... Jai hind

Drinking water supply at vadodara depot coming at very slow pressure. People have to wait for long time and also suffering from lack of availability of water in the summer conditions. Please take necessary action for it

Dear sir,
This is regarding bus from surat to bardoli and onwards.
There are two stop on route, name are
1 parvat patiya
2. Puna patiya

Almost all express bus and local bus when going from surat to bardoli site never come to parvat patiya and they go via flyover at parvat patiya.
There is issue of traffic at parvat patiya stop so i request you to please change parvat patiya stop little bit towards end of flyover site (Kadodara site of flyover end)
At that place road is also wide and so pessenger get services of all buses
All bus when coming from bardoli drop pessenger at this end of flyover only and after that they take flyover to cross parvat patiya junction so all most all are used to for this site.
Other thing is
Fly over is under construction at puna patiya also so if possible we can make st bus top for both common near magob brts stop

Dear sir
I request that our complain solution early because many student and many other passenger travelling for this bus .this bus continuesiolly arriving for many years .but last 7 days this bus closed for visnagar depo .this bus visnagar arriving timing is 4:45 pm and visnagar start up time 5:00 pm.this time many student and many passenger waiting for this bus and all are passenger for this route travelling daily for this bus .when student asked for this bus to visnagar depo than visnagar stand in charge asked this bus no start.
I giving a many complain for village sarpanch letter but visnagar depo manager no action for our complain letter.

Today sami modasa bus was late so we passager go to himmatnagar by sami modasa... We already pass bus mehsana vijapur becoz we want to go with sami modasa, but we are passager waiting bus sami modasa, but his driver run bus fastly at radhanpur crossing station...

We said we waiting government transport because this is your slogan...

But driver failure to given service

Pls action on this type driver.. And he is bad behaviour with ladies passanger

मेंरा नाम रवि राजपरा है में आज 5-6-2018 को राजकोट से अहमदाबाद वोलोवो से जा रहा हु गाड़ी नो है gj01et5086 जिसमे ड्राइवर ओर क्लीनर दोनों पैसेंजर को परेसान कर के गुंडागर्दी कर रहे है स्टॉप आने पे गाड़ी 10 मिनिट का होल्ट बता के 3 मिनिट में चालू। कर दी जिसकी वजह से पैसेंजर स्टॉप से गाड़ी में बैठ न पाए हमने रुकने के लिए बोलै तो 15 किलोमीटर दूर गाड़ी रोकी ड्रायवर मोबाइल से बाते कर कर के गाड़ी चला रहा है तीन बार गाड़ी का ऐक्सिडेंट होने होने से बची सारे पैसेंजर ने बोला कि ऐसे गाड़ी न चलाये तो बोलै ऐसे ही चलेगी आशा है आपकी ओर से हमे जरूर जवाब मिलेगा मेरा फोन no.है [protected]

Sir todays i am journey in bechraji depot bus udaipur to keshriyaji fare charges 97rs i said to conductor that right fare is 68 rs but he say you are right but my machine print 97rs so i charge you 97 rs than i show 2days old ticket he accept but charge 97rs and told me you can complain to higher authority no 157477gj188516

Myself and family travel on 04/06/18 from una to vadodra, bus driver was driving over speed and when we reached rajula we request to drive safe and little slowly but he started argument and take personal and started [protected]@ 15-25 speed and before mahuva he told bus is not working not move, after other passengers ask you derive at your own terms then he started bus but same till vadodra he drive very roughly. Bus services diu to daman, bus no gj18-z-2462 driver name do not know

Kindly note that i'm traveling to palanpur in the gsrtc bus (Check below details), pick up stand was gitamandir bus terminal, at 8'o clock in morning. So my complaint is regarding the speed of the bus that is just 45 km/hr in the very clear highway without a single traffic. This is so annoying that how can we reach to our destination on time. If you can't provide a transportation on timely basis please just stop this nonsense activity.
I hope you take it very seriously and will do needful on that.

Hello,
There are problem for passenger pass for ST. The officer of making pass are said that its server down. So we can't print your pass, if daily issue or problem happen this, then how we applied for pass,
If I come from long distance then ots very difficult to come daily for pass renew,
There is very poor service make a solution ...

I would like to say bus running between vadodara to palanpur of sidhapur depot is not maintaing time to reach to destination...
Online average time for bus departing sharp at 6:00am from vadodara to palanpur shows 5hrs n 25mnts... While every time it takes about 6hrs n 30mnts...
N in the same way same condition is being faced in bus from palanpur to vadodara of same depot...
One more thing is speed is kept under control of that long distance buses so on express highway even though road is clear driver could not cover late timing of that bus...
My request to maintain time between origin to destination place as per time given on gsrtc website n release speed control on express way to reach on time to last point if it is possible

Have been travel from vadodara to kalol (Panchmahal) daily from last one year. Today i was traveling in bus vadodara to ditwas bus no gj 18 y 1171, bus conductor not ready to accept my express bus pass.. He said my identity card expired before 1day but my pass was valid for more one day.. I was ready to show may election card as my identity but he said tht not valid identity for me.. You need to pay money, language use by conductor was not acceptable.. My pass was valid but i need to pay money for the same.. Please find attachment and do helpful. Ticket date - 02/06/18. Pass validity date - 03/06/18.

Dear officer,

There is only two buses between bhuj and porbandar via rajkot so many people from these need to go far away from their location to travel between those place and there is also not any bus available to travel along night.
So I humbly request you to start bus service for bhuj porbadar route via rajkot for night time.

We travel from ahmedabad to baroda every day. But the bus that we travel goes very slow speed on baroda express highway. The avg. Speed of bus is around 55km/hr.in this fatest route why bus foes at slow speed?

The bus route from sanad to ratanpur via mohanpur was stopped which was most profictable route and continue since last 45 years. This route was covered with ranansan and shamlaji with so many poulation and some of which are regularly used. With the closure of this route so many people are affected...

The drivers of the buses plying between Vadodara to Dabhoi is halted at Soma Talav Chowkdi in such a way that it obstructs the way for normal traffic resulting in traffic jam.
Requested to instruct the drivers of the bus to halt the bus in such a way that should not obstruct the traffic.

Driver was driving too fast... And burning too much irritating horns and he was breaking so suddenly so that # was terrible... Why so aggressive he is!?
Plz train your driver's staff...
Only time does not matter to reach destination...
How we reach there also matters...
Ram bharoshe chalta hai aisa situation hai... Aut ahmedabad ka traffic pathetic...
Plz government of gujarat think overally...

I’m booked my ticket on that website and i’m going for my bus and there was not name on my seat that bus is rajkot to rajula depot
My money was cut and my ticket was not booked
And than i ask about my ticket to conductor he said me that seat was booked
And i losse my money on that matter
