I m regular passenger of limdi to Baroda Gujarat usaslly travelling to vadoadra in morning when I was traveling on the of 22/5/2018 bus Conductor of fatepura valsad bus which was chnaged from godhara is using abusive language to passengers. He is saying that i m the boss of this government bus. and he didn't stops bus at given stoppage of bus.. conductor name as per I know shailesh.. whose batch no is 11356.. take urgent action on him. If it is not taken suffering people's going to complaint in higher level or Secretary of vehicle and transport gandhinagar.
Please take action on him.

I tried to book ticket from Rajkot central bus stand to Ahmedabad shivrangni cross road on date 13-May, 18. Ticket was not booked due to bad server but amount 409 deducted from my axis account. So pls refund amount as soon as possible.

    Hi team,

    Please check seat arrangement chart. When we book online ticket the chart is different and once we go to bus the seating number is different.
    For example i had booked online ticket in single seater for my privacy. But in bus there was other chart (Seating arrangements). So my number was in double sitting.
    Faced in three buses
    1) ahwa ahmedabad - sleeper bus
    2) ahmedabad - ahwa via - kalibel - sleeper bus
    3) dehgam - ukai - sleeper bus

      On dated 19/05/2018 i booked online two tickets & seat number were 3 & 4 in junagadh - valsad sleeper bus. My departure stand was makarpura baroda & destination point was rajkot. Pnr number-g20242502. Time of bus was 00:10hrs. When bus was came at makarpura depot above same seat number not listed in conductor booking list. Same seat number booked with other passenger name. How it possible?. That means online booking is not reliable source for gujarat passenger. Please give me my refund as soon as possible early in my account.

        I am writing this complaint about problem i am facing since last 15 days.

        I am a pass holder of gstrc. My pass number is 912296. Named :rathod chintan mansukh bhai. It is local passenger pass.

        I am daily commuting jamnagar to zahkar as i am doing job over there since last 4 years.

        I was going every night at 10.45 in bus rajkot-khambhaliya intercity. I have changed because as gstrc converted that into express. So then i was going into rajkot-khambhaliya local bus at 12 night. This bus also converted into express.

        Now i have paid my pass advance payment. So express buses is not have regular interval at zakhar. Last bus of same route is at 8.30.

        So how we use gstrc as transportation??

        I have talked with depo manager of jamnagar and khambhaliya. They both verbally told that your pass is valid you can travel in same bus. But driver is not allowing me to travell in this buses.

        Depot manager of khambhaliya told me that you can travell by using this pass till validity of my pass if driver not convinced then call me at that time.

        Yesterday driver did not allowed me to go then i call him (Kham.- depot manager.) at given number[protected]. So this number was switched off. I tried three calls. How can this number be switched off.?? It is given number by gstrc only.

        All buses of this route are not on time. Someday they left gstrc jamnagar before time. Si how is this valid. Most of the time it's late. Gsrtc drivers named following dilip sinh, rameshbhai,
        Vijay sinh are giving answers in very rude way.

        These are the problems which passenger s are facing regularly.

        I hope you will look in to it and do the needful.

          I have booked ticket from visnagar to morbi new in the bus of vadnagar-jamnagar, date of journey is[protected]. Gsrtc ob reference no. Gs5460088, pnr no. G19672546, total fare is rs. 386.00.

          I cancelled said ticket however refund of the same has not been credited yet to original payment gateway.

          I called customer care number of gsrtc who informed me that refund was already done on 21/04/2018 but amount was credited to bank's suspense account and they told me to visit sbi and request them to transfer said amount from bank's suspense account to my bank account.

          I called the customer care number of sbi and asked about this and they replied me that your refund would only be done by gsrtc and there is no such suspense account in sbi.

          And gsrtc customer care executive told me to visit bank or to call bank's customer care number.

          Please help me.

            Today i have reserved two tickets in ambaji to umargam bas for trave to ider to zadeshwar x. Bus time in ider - 19:45 hrs but bus rich out 10 min before so my family miss the bus.in control point no one can answer for this type mistake. Bus driver & conductor not wait for passangers & travel for next station and another bus driver & cundoctor not support for tarveling to rich out the sation. All control office & tollfree number not received. This is critical issue. I want to requried refund the amount of ticket.

            We booked seats online for the sleeper bus from Ahmedabad Neharunagar to Porbandar on Friday 9:35 PM. We waited at the bus stand from 9 PM to 12:30 AM. Bus didn't come. It caused a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Provide me the refund.

                Today 16th may 2018 .near harni road passenger pickup point bus number 8635 way to Godhra local bus didn't stopped for passengers. As there were around 5 passengers waiting for bus and showed their hand to bus driver..
                Bhuj jamnagar arrival time in morb new bus stand is 7:15pm but the bus is arrived at morbi at 8:30pm onwards

                  Yesterday i was traveling from ahmedabad to palanpur through the gsrtc bus number 1930abddsaexp51. I have faced a very rude behavior of conductor. Ticket charge was 106 rupees, i have him 110 rupees and he did not returned the change amount of 4 rupees. During the traveling i asked him to return the 4 rupees, he rudely said i don't have change though he had chillers in his pocket which he got from other passengers. While getting down at palanpur i asked him again to return the change, again he said he don't have changed. So when i told him i can see the chillers in your pocket, then he hold my collar and will not return your 4 rupees. Do what ever you can.

                  I felt so bad and didn't sleep while night with that incident. Request to please do the needful in this regard. So that the conductor must realize his mistake and don't repeat this again with other pessangers.

                      I am in gsrtc volvo right now, travelling to ahmedabad from rajkot in 17:01 bus. Driving of bus driver is very rush and there were multiple incidents where bus was about to collide. It's a complete zigzag driving by the bus driver. This should be taken seriously to save road accidents. This is dangerous driving which puts our life in trouble. Rates are cheaper compared to private service provider a like patel and eagle, meets but our life is at risk completely which is a matter of concern. Bus number is 3969.

                      Appreciate if this can be looked at seriously for resolution.

                        On the date of 11/05/'18, me and my husband were supposed to travel to mansa from surat on a sleeper bus with route name surat - mansa trip code : 1830vldngsl15, pnr no. : g20142828. The bus was supposed to depart at 20:45:00 hrs. On enquiry at surat central bus stand, it was said that no such bus was there, on asking a 2nd time they said that the bus was supposed to depart at 22:15:00 hrs and it wasn't a sleeper coach. On final inquiry, they said that the bus has already left at 20:30:00 hrs, i. E. Before time and without any kind of pre-information. This is a matter of quite disappointment, and so i'm writing this mail so as to be able to obtain reimbursement of the bus fare that has already been deducted from our bank account via net banking. If no action is taken in this matter, i will soon write a strongly worded letter to the consumer court and you will soon hear from me via a legal institution.

                          I am having pass of local bus. I always travel from jamnagar to rajkot through minibus. My question is whether minibus is local bus or express. Is my local bus pass valid for minibus. From rajkot depot i got answered that only in few minibus your local pass valid. For other minibus you have to pay 48 rupees. I want to know that how many minibus are express rent and how many have local rent.

                            I have booked three bus tickets from surat to somanth through redbus. Scdeule was to leave from surat by 4:30pm. Ticket was for sleeper bus.
                            After waiting till 6:00 pm gsrtc Customer care people at bus stand has told this bus is cancelled, you have to go in seating bus, which I have refused.

                            I am still waiting for my refunds as after several complain to Redbus, I am not able to get my money back.

                            I have suffered with my money as well as the time consumed at bus station and also faced problem for arranging alternate bus.

                              I am travelling from gandhinagar to sarkhej from last 2 year. But currently in morning bus (Time :9.10 am) driver and conductor behavior is very rude. They told anything to passengers. They threat to passengers, who travelling to routine by this bus only. Without knowing, he (Conductor) accuses the passenger of the theft.                                 On 15 may 2018 i used laterin at pay and use at vadodara depot. The atendee told me to give 10 rupees for the same. I told him as per contract you cannot charge more than 5 rupees. Then he misbehaved and hold my collar. He took 10 rupees from me. I have video footage too. I am also going to compalin at police station. Kindly do the needful and give me prompt reply.

                                  I am working in a company located on ahmedabad gandhinagar route.
                                  Bavla - mehsana route bus was running in morning time 8am from bavla to mehsana. As i have observed bus was fully occupied in most of cases.
                                  Also bavla - dehgaom is fully occupied and about more than 30 passengers not getting sit so need to stand.
                                  So my please request to restart same bus.
                                  I hope that you will consider request form not a complaint and do the needful.

                                    The running on the route ambaji to dwarka is always late by half an hour from jamnagar, it is suppose to depart from jamnagar at 7:00 am which arrives at 7:20 am departed from jamnagar at 7:40 am and on the highway near bhatiya the bus has stopped on hotel murlidhar at 9:40 am for 15 minutes, inspite of paying high fare we do not get in time service it causes trouble to daily comuters to reach office on time and reduces the reliability of bus timing.
                                    It is important to note that ambaji dwarka route bus never runs in time.

                                      Yesterday evening i had reserved seat no 3 on bhabhar to surat sleeper coach busfor bharuch from mehsana at the time 23.15.
                                      I came at bus stand at 23.00 and waiting till 24.30 but the bus is not found.
                                      I had tried to contact on helpline as well as bhabhar depot, ahmedabad depot, but i can't get any response from them. I asked security person at bus stand for this bus, he said that this bus is departure at 22.45.
                                      There is no entry in their records.
                                      Till again ask ing to ranip depot, they replied that bus is departure.
                                      Till the bus is earlier than it time, the conductor hadn't inform or call us.
                                      Dear sir due not reach at bharuch i lost 2 day salary about 6000/- rs and the fair of 281/-rs also.
                                      Please let us know what action should be taken against the same.

                                        On date of 13 may @ vadodara central depo conductor fall down from bus and say that is no stopeg of makarpura depo... I am with family i suffer lost of pain due that conductor, than i go inquiring stopeg of this bus than makarpura available in this bus... Than why conductor said wrong and fall down from bus with push... Please take action against that conductor... Be needfull... That type of conductor making wrong image of gsrtc.
