I was travelling from bhavnagar to baroda via talaja-surat bus. Which was departured from bhavnagar at 7:30 am.
And bus stopped at hotel maya, tarapur.
The rate they are taking from public is very high from maximum retail price. Which is not tolerable for public. I am requesting to improve this via this complain. Because g. S. R. T. C has passed their tender for hault all govt. Of gujarat bus of this...

Gsrtc providing pathetic service to their customers. Today i bought ticket of volvo from vadodara central bus-stand for vadodara to ahmedabad. The ticket counter person who is booking ticket is not aware that which seats were already booked online. He gave me ticket for seat no. 7. I booked ticket in 30 minutes advance. After boarding of the bus i came to know that the same seat was already booked by another person in advance online. When...

I have started at mokha chokady bus stop for morbi on[protected] in mundra - rajkot route bus. Bus no. Was gj18 y 7025. Conductor issued me ticket from gundala to morbi, i have asked that why they are issuing ticket from previous stop, he replied that if you want to travel, you have to pay otherwise leave the bus. I have asked for rate card, but he refused for same.
Now how can i claim my excess fair amount? My ticket no. Was 085416....

I cancelled my ticket on 02nd april2018 due to gsrtc bus breakdown which ob refrence no:gs5382329. But still money not refund to me and second ticket refrence no. Gs5381725 which was also done on same day but still any of them money not refund in my bank account. Untarda to ahmedabad bus has departed early from its regular time. Bus departure time from untarda is 5.15 pm and it arrives at tenpur aprox 5.25 around. Tenpur is situated 10 km from untarda.
Today on 21.04.2018 bus arrived at tenpur on 5.05 pm which is 20 minutes early from its regular time.
We all 5 to 7 people regularly travelling in this bus from tenpur to ahmedabad on daily basis.

I m krishna parmar from surat doing regular uptown from surat to ankleshwar coz of job. This is my 2nd times complaint about speed lock of long routes bus. I don’t know why gsrtc not bother about passengers time & money. Are they saving their disiel expense???😡 what is the reason for locking speed of long routes bus like express? All the buses have some seating capacity???

After all the seats are booked why other people are allowed to enter in bus??

If bus have 60 seats conductor put 85 passenger in this.. Due to this all the passenger have to suffer.

Due to this 3rd class service people have to pay more money to travel via private travels. Because they just allow that number of people how much seats are available.....

I trying to book ticket from surat to abu road (Date 18th april 2018) online but some system error at 17th april 2018. Than after i am going to surat bus stand fpr booking and confirm at inquiri counter is there bus is available or not he say yes and than after i am in queue for book ticket approx 1 hour and than the person say not have any bus for this route.

Your service is very poor and your staff are laying to the customer....

Vadodara to dhari trip online booking with gurjarnagri bus during travelling gurjarnagri bus not available.
Please make sure to available gurjarnagri bus for travelling not oher bus to fulfill the customer service by government.

I m complain about to use of public toilet in ahmedabad central bus stand. All time when a lady go for a wash room the person who setting at the door of ladies toilet ask for a money, not even a 1 or 2 rs but for 5 to 10 rs. What's that's?? Dear sir/madam.
We are waiting for go to palanpur from tharad depo. We reach at tharad depo at 02.20 pm. There is so much buses for palanpur and buses are stay at depo but until no bus departure up to 03:52. No one giving any reason behind d delay. At least 50 people are waiting for palanpur/dessa/ ahmedabad from 2 hr. So please correct this type of attitude of bus driver and conductors. They are not serious about people time....

The bus was one hour late at junagadh station and due to some technical issues it’s even more delayed at dhoraji station, if the fault was known before the other means should be available on time. I have payed for the return ticket of volvo bus for date 16th april 2018 from surat to ahmedabad today, payment transaction was complete and amount was deducted from my credit card but tickets were not generated and error occurred.
I request you to look in to the matter and refund my payment.

The amount deducted from my credit card was 621 rs....

I have launched many complaints regarding this but nobody is bothered to listen at state transport office in ahmedabad. There are no buses from ahmedabad to dhrangadhra in between 7 p. M. To 9 p. M.. Kindly look into the matter as i reach dhrangadhra almost 2 a. M. At night. Please increase the bus frequency in the evening for the passengers as soon as possible....

I booked my ticket with pnr 19458606 with paytm gateway
At surat station nobody included station master and booking clerk want to find for bus no. And he throw my ticket and insult me with say that go and ask paytm for bus we will not talk anything for that. So is this easy and several governance.???

I was travelling from shihori to Palanpur ticket fare is shihori to Palanpur is Rs. 86 in gurjarnagari bus and same bus ticket fare of shihori to deesa Rs. 53 and from deesa to Palanpur Rs. 29 =total Rs. 82 In other route I check the short journey's fare is high and long journey's fare low.

Please explain the how to calculation of fare from one place to other plane...
