I had booked gsrtc volvo ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot to be departed at 6:15pm on 01-may-2018, through paytm.com.
I was told by paytm around 6:30pm that, bus has left the boarding point and was on time. While i aleady reached boarding point 15 mins prior.
Than at 6:40pm i boarded the bus from iskon, which was 30 mins late from the departure time mentioned in the ticket.
Why gsrtc is failing to provide a good service for their premium product? Gsrtc volvo being 30 mins late and that is too, no one to care helping out passengers.

Its being very sad for me to inform you about the worst service provided by the bus of GSRTC.We have done reservation still we are not getting the satisfactory services of the bus.
