Sir,
Today(9th May 2018) I have booked two tickets from UNA to GONDAL for the date of 10th May and bus name was diu - rajkot and departure time at Una around 13:20.
I have booked two tickets on seat no 4and 5.

Money 236 rupees deducted from my sbi account but ticket not booked.

GSRTC reference number is :GS5635969

SBI account reference number :IGADMJJAA7

Kindly refund my money as early as possible.

    Today (9th may 2018.) i have booked two tickets from una to gondal for the date of 10th may. Bus time at una 13:20., diu-rajkot bus.. Payment 236 rupees deducted from my sbi account but ticket not generated. I want to refund my money.
    So request to refund my money. My mail id are given below for further communication.

    My online booking tektite is not generated but money is deduct to my account
    There was a bus from BHILODA to una earlier ..but don't no way they shorten the route to BHILODA to Somnath..there is only direct bus to una so it's very difficult to travel on that route .I am regular passenger of that bus ..so it was very difficult for me to travel to una .please consider this problem and restart that bus route
    Long Delay of 02:00 hrs daily in running time of st bus running time between kavant-morbi

      I have booked tickets from Surat to Ahmedabad from gsrtc and my money was deducted adn i didn't received tickets and booking was not done also.

      there were three incidents like this:
      Transaction Amount and reference numbers:

      1. GS5611159 : Amout deducted was Rs. 988
      2. GS5611593 : Amout deducted was Rs. 988
      3. GS5614195 : Amout deducted was Rs. 988

      Please refund my money as the tickets weren't booked

        This bus no gj15 z0222 is from valsad to daman daily. And the bus is suppose to leave at 9 in the morning but it is very irregular and never leaves on time. Sometimes the driver is not available, some times conductor has problems. Many a times there is a break down in bus. This causes immense difficulties to daily commuters who have to reach office. I hope someone will read the complaint and do something about it.

          I tried for online reservation through gsrtc website on 14th march in the name of jaivin prajapati for the journey gandhinager to baroda scheduled on 15th march morning. Imade two attempt and each time ticket fare debited to my hdfc credit card a/c but i did not received confirmation from gsrtc.23days have been passed off but money for the failed tranction has no been deposited in my a/c

            શુ આપ મુસાફરોની જિંદગી જોખમમાં મૂકવા ઈચ્છો છો?? અને એક બસના 50થી વધુ મુસાફરોની સાથે સાથે તેમનો ઘરપરિવાર પણ જોડાયેલો છે. છેલ્લા ત્રણ થી ચાર મહિનાની મુસાફરીમાં નોટિસ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે કે ડ્રાંઇવર કંડકટર દ્રારા દિવસના 24 કલાકથી પણ વધુ કામ લેવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.. રાતની લાંબા રૂટની બસોમાં મોટે ભાગે એવા જ ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડકટર જોવા મળ્યાં છે જેઓ સવારે શિફ્ટ પૂરી કરીને રાતની લાંબી શિફ્ટ પણ કરે છે.. આજે ફરી વાર ડ્રાઈવરને ઝોકું આવી જતા ગાડી ઉભી કરી દેવામાં આવી આમ મુસાફરોના જીવની સુરક્ષાની જવાબદારી કોની!?? બિચારા ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડકટર તો ચિઠ્ઠીના ચાકર છે એમાંય ગાડી ધીમે ચલાવે તો મુસાફરો એને બુમો પાડે છે કે સમયસર પહોંચાડો. મહેરબાની કરી વર્કલોડ ઓછો કરવા અને મુસાફરો ને એક સુવર્ણ સુરક્ષાભરી સેવા આપવા વિનંતી.. બસ રૂટ- પાણીગેટ-દીવ ની ઘટના...( 9:00 વાગે ઉપડવાનો સમય 6:40 એ દીવ પહોંચવાનો સમય અને બસ 4:00 સુધી ભાવનગરમાં જ છે )

              Respected sir,
              I want to complain about your online e-ticket booking service your bus conductor behaviour with ladies passengers in surat to modasa bus departure time 13:30. I booked online e-ticket n like every time payment has done but e-ticket is not generated. But message i received. So i have done payment, e-ticket is not generated is it my fault or your poor online service, please tell me. If online e-ticket is necessary why you couldn't make sure that e-ticket must be generate without any problems. I would like to ask u if payment has done n e-ticket is not generated but on the basis of message i received from gsrtc you can't sit us in bus?

                  Dear sir,
                  My self saumil prajapati and am daily commuter for the nadiad to vadodara route. Since last four months, the bus is taking more time than the estimated time to reach the destination i. E. Vadodara central bus stand. Almost it takes 1 hour and 30 to 35 mins. It may be due to allotment of different buses which may hardly run at 55 to 60 kmph speed. Have an attention for providing better service.

                    I would like you to take a notice that nadiad - vadodara intercity bus that departs from nadiad at 6:00 pm is in a very bad condition and instead of paying high fares we do it get proper facility. Bus cannot speed up beyond 45-50 kmph even on express way (Ne 1) and is in a very very bad condition. Kindly look into this asap and please do the needful.

                      I have booked 2 ticket at 4th may 2018 for kodinar at 11:42am in junagadh-una 12:00am gsrtc bus from gsrtc official app. Payment is debited from my account but tickets is not booked. Ticket is not confirmed and money is debited it's not fair!! So now how can i refund my money.

                        Hello, GSRTC I am now in bus this bus conductor behavior is not good, because when conductor give me ticket then I give change he tell me your so slow your payment bus ticket and he told me you now out in the bus this is not good with me they are not owner bus he just he only conducter not a owner please improve language employees in GSRTC

                          I had booked gsrtc volvo ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot to be departed at 6:15pm on 01-may-2018, through paytm.com.
                          I was told by paytm around 6:30pm that, bus has left the boarding point and was on time. While i aleady reached boarding point 15 mins prior.
                          Than at 6:40pm i boarded the bus from iskon, which was 30 mins late from the departure time mentioned in the ticket.

                          Why gsrtc is failing to provide a good service for their premium product? Gsrtc volvo being 30 mins late and that is too, no one to care helping out passengers.

                            Surat ambaji surat is always running late and reached around 11 :30 pm at vadodara instead of schedule time 22 :10 the gps of bus is not working so can't track the bus, in return journey to surat bus spend dinner time at hotel gokul near prantij
                            I am doing up-down from anand to khambhat. From khambhat at 5:15, the bus from khambhat to anand is irregular every day. Bus comes around 5:40. I had completed many times but the bus depo manager didn't bother about it. The bus drive name illeyaz is very rude and careless. Please take some action against the delay of bus. And driver.
                            I am travelling from surat to rajkot in valsad junagadh sleeper bus at 02.00 am (night) bus breakers down at vadodara bus stand and still at 4.35 no other bus provided nor bus got repaired

                              At ahmedabad geeta bust stand number 19 from which the bus going to mehshana.
                              Depart from ahmedabad aprrox. 10:30am.
                              I unfortunately missed my luggage inside that bus.Luggage contain a black bag and a light color polythene in which my precious book is present.

                                Now a days, at ahmedabad, so called "other genders" get into bus and start harrassing random peoples. Today including me many were harrassed until all gave money to them. Conductor and drivers did nothing.

                                Could you please ask concerned take strong action to stop this nuisance?

                                  My self Sachin Gandhi, herewith complaint regarding subjected Modasa rout bus. I had so many times observed Modasa rout bus timing 4:45 pm & 6:10 pm not reached & pick up time as per regular schedule & no any feedback from controller room said bus will came or not. Today 26.04.2018 I am standing at Gandhinagar depo for waiting Modasa bus from 4:20 pm onwords...Both buses picked from Gandhinagar depo 6:15 pm...No any feedback from controller & he was not aware said 4:15 pm bus not up to the time...so finally requested plz do the needful for the same . ..If I observed this type of problem next time, I'm going to higher level complaint regarding for this...

                                    I'm ketki jani., i'm college student and everyone know right now the college exam is running. Today i am facing some problem because of bhavnagar enquiry department
                                    Today i was call in bhavnagar enquiry department for some query
                                    When i was called from there side first time no one given response to me so again i was try after 2-3 minute., on that time your one person pick my called and not given response i means he was only laughed and not answered to me. I'm really disappointing for that, after 5 minute i'm again given call back but the number is not reachable

                                    You know because of that i am not reached at time on exam place.

                                    Kindly this detail and i hope you will take strict action against of them & i have one more request i want to my mail reply asap

                                      I am a working person daily updown from anand to modasa. There is no direct bus after 5.30 pm from modasa, where it's very require of any express bus 6 pm. Because there are lots of working persons and student regular updown from kapadvanj, nadiad and anand. So on this time gsrtc get very much traffic of pessangers hence very beneficial to gsrtc. Kindly start a new express bus much require. Thanks in advance.

                                        I am doing abdown daily from sabarmati to mehsana and i am fassing so many isssue in your bus i cant get sit daily and i am fassing overload bus issue also in your bus you have gps, gprs and online tikit count also you know evry day max 200-300 traveller daily abdown at morning time 8am so why you cant look in this type off metter you have only 2 local bus in this time 1st ahmedabad to motera cross road and 2nd ranip to mahesana plz chek this and tack some action about this because i am given you money but you cant give best service as i acpect or your more customer acpect from your side. You can add some local bus in morning time and evning time4-6pm so it is good for us.
