I want to complain about your online e-ticket booking service your bus conductor behaviour with ladies passengers in surat to modasa bus departure time 13:30. I booked online e-ticket n like every time payment has done but e-ticket is not generated. But message i received. So i have done payment, e-ticket is not generated is it my fault or your poor online service, please tell me. If online e-ticket is necessary why you couldn't make sure that e-ticket must be generate without any problems. I would like to ask u if payment has done n e-ticket is not generated but on the basis of message i received from gsrtc you can't sit us in bus?

Its being very sad for me to inform you about the worst service provided by the bus of GSRTC.We have done reservation still we are not getting the satisfactory services of the bus. The conductor is misbehaving. And the bus is full of passengers. Even it is not possible to walk through.
