I was reserved a seat in surat palanpur bus. Bus no is gj 18 z 1279. I was completed my reservation as per given seat selection in online booking and i was select 21 no as a window seat. Bus came in station and i was checked my seat.in a bus seat number was not as per given in online selection..
I want to humble request to goverment gsrtc head if you are not able to maintain a bus seat number selection so pleas do not mention as a single lady option in online selection.

    Driver & conductor both are lazy. Bus is late 1 hour 15 min.. Every stop halt is 4 minutes but they are taking 15 minutes halt.. They are not trying that bus will reach on time & customers do not have to suffer..

    All customers suffering because of driver & conductor not performing their duty..

      To day at kheraj bus stop the varta bus ambaji borshad and ambaji dabhoi did not even those buses totally empty. And counducters of buses of ambaji to mani nagar, talod, megharaj modasa, petlad were refused to take me in bus because i have luggage, even i offer them to toke tiket of luggage, they told that they don't have luggage box or not permit to put luggage in bus.

        I booked my ticket on 12-april-2018 for traveling bhuj to ahemdabad in sleeper, but due to some technical problem sleeper bus not availabled for traveling at that time, so simple bus has been arranged for all passengers

        For regarding refund i already send many mail to gsrtc along with my ticket
        But they are not giving any reply yet

        Shame on you gsrtc...

          I used to gsrtc app for online booking. Last time date 25/05/2018 i booked seat no 09 to go bhuj to unjha on nakhatrana - unjha 8:20 pm.
          Money was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not confirmed so i had to taken a ticket from conductor and travelled.
          Now i want to my money refund. Reference no is : gs 5754779
          Ticket status is null. No pnr number got.

            Valvod to savali (Route no.: 28 & bus no.: gj 18 y. 2909)
            Above mentioned bus timing changes 7:30 to 7:05 according of gps system and due to these time change student and other passanger get sufferd.
            We already complaint in borsad depo & nadiyad div. But they dont gave any action on this matter.
            We also upload empty bus photo due to timing changes.

            Also div. Controller do not answering of our (Student and passenger) call.
            Due to these timing changes bus income is decrease and i dont think so they get money for pay to toll tax.

            So plz change the timing as previous timining 7:30 from borsad

              We booked in the sleeper on online site og gsrtc and when boarding the bus they forcefully made us to take sitting seat not even semi sleeper. And even the ticket contains sleeper written in bold and caps.. The whole staff were rude and even the bus was to depart at 11.35 but bus arrived at 12.20... I strongly recommend not to take this # bus.

                Mh 20 bl 2598 numbered bus was from surat to dhule today on 25th march, 2018. Bardoli was mentioned on the bus as station but the conductor talked very rudely and denied that bus won't stop at bardoli and didn't allow me to get into the bus. He did the same with one another passenger as well. Kindly look into this.
                He was taking passengers only for dhule though the bus was empty.
                Kindly look into this matter as it is so stressful for the passengers.

                  I have booked an online ticket with the following details;

                  Mehasan highway modhera x to surat central bus stand
                  Passenger: patel dilipkumar arvindkumar
                  Journey date: 20.5.2018
                  Depart time: 23.15 hrs
                  Seat no: 16
                  Class: sleeper
                  Pnr no:g20299392
                  Trip code: 2000bhbsrtslp30

                  When i reached at platform to pick up the above bus, the bus has left at 22:50, before 25 minutes as mentioned in ticket. Other three passengers had the same experience.in this connection, it is requested to reimburse the above money within two days. Otherwise let me allow for further legal actions. Please make a talk with competent person.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am sanjay prajapati from vijapur. I am government employee in ahmedabad iti. I am daily travelling from vijapur to ahmedabad in dabhoi to vijapur bus.
                      As i found this bus speed limit is 60 km/hr. So we all passenger getting late
                      To reached at office.

                      I told this problem to driver but he called depo manager does not allow them
                      To open bus speed.

                      We issued pass of express bus but still we are not getting good service as we paid.

                      Please open bus speed to 70 to 80 km so we could reach on time.

                      I had booked two sheets of Volvo bus from Rajkot to AHMEDABAD time 19:01. Money was deducted from my account but my tickets are not yet booked. There was an error occuring when I was booking tickets please solve my problem and transfer my money back into my account as soon as possible. Thankyou

                        I book my ticket in SLEEPER BOARDING . I SMS verification shows my ticket in sleeper boarding .but conducter booking sheet show My sheet is below the sweeper boarding.I request you to resolve my problem. if you don't able to resolve my problem then charge ticket prices as per conducter sheet & REFUND excess MONEY.

                            I m regular passenger of limdi to Baroda Gujarat usaslly travelling to vadoadra in morning when I was traveling on the of 22/5/2018 bus Conductor of fatepura valsad bus which was chnaged from godhara is using abusive language to passengers. He is saying that i m the boss of this government bus. and he didn't stops bus at given stoppage of bus.. conductor name as per I know shailesh.. whose batch no is 11356.. take urgent action on him. If it is not taken suffering people's going to complaint in higher level or Secretary of vehicle and transport gandhinagar.
                            Please take action on him.

                            I tried to book ticket from Rajkot central bus stand to Ahmedabad shivrangni cross road on date 13-May, 18. Ticket was not booked due to bad server but amount 409 deducted from my axis account. So pls refund amount as soon as possible.

                              Hi team,

                              Please check seat arrangement chart. When we book online ticket the chart is different and once we go to bus the seating number is different.
                              For example i had booked online ticket in single seater for my privacy. But in bus there was other chart (Seating arrangements). So my number was in double sitting.
                              Faced in three buses
                              1) ahwa ahmedabad - sleeper bus
                              2) ahmedabad - ahwa via - kalibel - sleeper bus
                              3) dehgam - ukai - sleeper bus

                                On dated 19/05/2018 i booked online two tickets & seat number were 3 & 4 in junagadh - valsad sleeper bus. My departure stand was makarpura baroda & destination point was rajkot. Pnr number-g20242502. Time of bus was 00:10hrs. When bus was came at makarpura depot above same seat number not listed in conductor booking list. Same seat number booked with other passenger name. How it possible?. That means online booking is not reliable source for gujarat passenger. Please give me my refund as soon as possible early in my account.

                                  I am writing this complaint about problem i am facing since last 15 days.

                                  I am a pass holder of gstrc. My pass number is 912296. Named :rathod chintan mansukh bhai. It is local passenger pass.

                                  I am daily commuting jamnagar to zahkar as i am doing job over there since last 4 years.

                                  I was going every night at 10.45 in bus rajkot-khambhaliya intercity. I have changed because as gstrc converted that into express. So then i was going into rajkot-khambhaliya local bus at 12 night. This bus also converted into express.

                                  Now i have paid my pass advance payment. So express buses is not have regular interval at zakhar. Last bus of same route is at 8.30.

                                  So how we use gstrc as transportation??

                                  I have talked with depo manager of jamnagar and khambhaliya. They both verbally told that your pass is valid you can travel in same bus. But driver is not allowing me to travell in this buses.

                                  Depot manager of khambhaliya told me that you can travell by using this pass till validity of my pass if driver not convinced then call me at that time.

                                  Yesterday driver did not allowed me to go then i call him (Kham.- depot manager.) at given number[protected]. So this number was switched off. I tried three calls. How can this number be switched off.?? It is given number by gstrc only.

                                  All buses of this route are not on time. Someday they left gstrc jamnagar before time. Si how is this valid. Most of the time it's late. Gsrtc drivers named following dilip sinh, rameshbhai,
                                  Vijay sinh are giving answers in very rude way.

                                  These are the problems which passenger s are facing regularly.

                                  I hope you will look in to it and do the needful.

                                    I have booked ticket from visnagar to morbi new in the bus of vadnagar-jamnagar, date of journey is[protected]. Gsrtc ob reference no. Gs5460088, pnr no. G19672546, total fare is rs. 386.00.

                                    I cancelled said ticket however refund of the same has not been credited yet to original payment gateway.

                                    I called customer care number of gsrtc who informed me that refund was already done on 21/04/2018 but amount was credited to bank's suspense account and they told me to visit sbi and request them to transfer said amount from bank's suspense account to my bank account.

                                    I called the customer care number of sbi and asked about this and they replied me that your refund would only be done by gsrtc and there is no such suspense account in sbi.

                                    And gsrtc customer care executive told me to visit bank or to call bank's customer care number.

                                    Please help me.

                                      Today i have reserved two tickets in ambaji to umargam bas for trave to ider to zadeshwar x. Bus time in ider - 19:45 hrs but bus rich out 10 min before so my family miss the bus.in control point no one can answer for this type mistake. Bus driver & conductor not wait for passangers & travel for next station and another bus driver & cundoctor not support for tarveling to rich out the sation. All control office & tollfree number not received. This is critical issue. I want to requried refund the amount of ticket.

                                      & take action against complaints.

                                      We booked seats online for the sleeper bus from Ahmedabad Neharunagar to Porbandar on Friday 9:35 PM. We waited at the bus stand from 9 PM to 12:30 AM. Bus didn't come. It caused a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Provide me the refund.
