I had booked gsrtc volvo ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot to be departed at 6:15pm on 01-may-2018, through paytm.com.
I was told by paytm around 6:30pm that, bus has left the boarding point and was on time. While i aleady reached boarding point 15 mins prior.
Than at 6:40pm i boarded the bus from iskon, which was 30 mins late from the departure time mentioned in the ticket.

Why gsrtc is failing to provide a good service for their premium product? Gsrtc volvo being 30 mins late and that is too, no one to care helping out passengers.

It is to inform you sir, in surat depot department is very bad, today i m in navsari bus station, jurny to devdha, in surat to devdha villege
In bus time table the bus arrive time is 7:45 am
This time i hear that was time is 8.42 am bt the bus was not com, when i call a surat depot, the depot enquiry office was not give me a proper answers and other navsari enquiry office is that same, so it is a very bad impression indicate your depo, and that i was also write the latter to head office & and also cm office

Now a days, at ahmedabad, so called "other genders" get into bus and start harrassing random peoples. Today including me many were harrassed until all gave money to them. Conductor and drivers did nothing.

Could you please ask concerned take strong action to stop this nuisance?

Even i tried to write email to gsrtc but its updated email addresses is wrong.

My self Sachin Gandhi, herewith complaint regarding subjected Modasa rout bus. I had so many times observed Modasa rout bus timing 4:45 pm & 6:10 pm not reached & pick up time as per regular schedule & no any feedback from controller room said bus will came or not. Today 26.04.2018 I am standing at Gandhinagar depo for waiting Modasa bus from 4:20 pm onwords...Both buses picked from Gandhinagar depo 6:15 pm...No any feedback from controller & he was not aware said 4:15 pm bus not up to the time...so finally requested plz do the needful for the same . ..If I observed this type of problem next time, I'm going to higher level complaint regarding for this...

Today i was call in bhavnagar enquiry department for some query
When i was called from there side first time no one given response to me so again i was try after 2-3 minute., on that time your one person pick my called and not given response i means he was only laughed and not answered to me. I'm really disappointing for that, after 5 minute i'm again given call back but the number is not reachable

You know because of that i am not reached at time on exam place.

Kindly this detail and i hope you will take strict action against of them & i have one more request i want to my mail reply asap

Hello,
I am a working person daily updown from anand to modasa. There is no direct bus after 5.30 pm from modasa, where it's very require of any express bus 6 pm. Because there are lots of working persons and student regular updown from kapadvanj, nadiad and anand. So on this time gsrtc get very much traffic of pessangers hence very beneficial to gsrtc. Kindly start a new express bus much require. Thanks in advance.

I am doing abdown daily from sabarmati to mehsana and i am fassing so many isssue in your bus i cant get sit daily and i am fassing overload bus issue also in your bus you have gps, gprs and online tikit count also you know evry day max 200-300 traveller daily abdown at morning time 8am so why you cant look in this type off metter you have only 2 local bus in this time 1st ahmedabad to motera cross road and 2nd ranip to mahesana plz chek this and tack some action about this because i am given you money but you cant give best service as i acpect or your more customer acpect from your side. You can add some local bus in morning time and evning time4-6pm so it is good for us.

It's a nice now our government take more steps for the upgradation of gsrtc and any other subjects. But now in this generation you have to upgrade some charging plugs in every gsrtc buses because now in this days it's required. And be a particular and punctual in your way because buses don't come at stop nehrunagar i never get any bus reached on particular time. I understand but than you take some request and work on also a timing and speed... Speed... Speed please why gsrtc buses takes 6 to 7 hrs for reach only on 240 kms why...???... Why...?

I am krima patel, i am a working person and daily doing up-down.. There is one bus harij - ahmadabad which does not come at proper time, hence that official timing is 7.15 from gita mandir (Ctm) but last 15-20 days it comes always late when we ask for reason then conductor and driver inform that they are not getting bus at correct time. It's too difficult to travel daily at late.

Kindly do the needful.

The bus route from sanad to ratanpur via mohanpur was stopped which was most profictable route and continue since last 45 years. This route was covered with ranansan and shamlaji with so many poulation and some of which are regularly used. With the closure of this route so many people are affected. Initiallly this route become irregualr and forced people to uses the other mode of transport and finally bus stopped witout assignig any reason

I boarded in bus number gj 18 z 1410 from jodhpur to pali. My ticket no is053084 and paid 85rs. The bus driver refused to go through pali city and said that it would be crowded. Whereas all rsrtc buses was going through city route. Due to this reason many passengers refused to travel in your bus. The driver brought the bus to pali bus stand trough highway. The passengers has to pay additional money to taxiwalas.

I have book bus ticket as below information, i have call several time at ahmadabad bus stand regarding status of bus but there is no response, the bus arrival time is 6:11 as per schedule, i was waiting till 7:0 clock, during that time one bus is came which departure time is 5:30 as per conductor of bus from gita mandir bus stand came at 6:45 which is completely full till door and i am unable to travel in it. And
So i have to travel through private vehicle

So i was request to gsrtc for refund my ticket cost.

Hello team,

I was travelling from bhavnagar to baroda via talaja-surat bus. Which was departured from bhavnagar at 7:30 am.
And bus stopped at hotel maya, tarapur.
The rate they are taking from public is very high from maximum retail price. Which is not tolerable for public. I am requesting to improve this via this complain. Because g. S. R. T. C has passed their tender for hault all govt. Of gujarat bus of this route at this hotel. I just request to improve this to stop this corruption via informing you, so please take a step to stop all these, i hope this will improve via this request. Or else o have to go for a acb?

Gsrtc providing pathetic service to their customers. Today i bought ticket of volvo from vadodara central bus-stand for vadodara to ahmedabad. The ticket counter person who is booking ticket is not aware that which seats were already booked online. He gave me ticket for seat no. 7. I booked ticket in 30 minutes advance. After boarding of the bus i came to know that the same seat was already booked by another person in advance online. When i go back to the ticket counter person and explained this situation. He told me that he will provide another seat instead of 7 no. But when i boarded bus, total bus is full with booking hence they gave me seat next to driver which is conductor seat. I paid money for the full ac seat but what i got is whithout push back non ac seat.

Gsrtc has to refund 75% of my booking amount.

I have started at mokha chokady bus stop for morbi on[protected] in mundra - rajkot route bus. Bus no. Was gj18 y 7025. Conductor issued me ticket from gundala to morbi, i have asked that why they are issuing ticket from previous stop, he replied that if you want to travel, you have to pay otherwise leave the bus. I have asked for rate card, but he refused for same.
Now how can i claim my excess fair amount? My ticket no. Was 085416.

I cancelled my ticket on 02nd april2018 due to gsrtc bus breakdown which ob refrence no:gs5382329. But still money not refund to me and second ticket refrence no. Gs5381725 which was also done on same day but still any of them money not refund in my bank account. While gsrtc said that we have done it on 4 april 2018 & 9 april 2018 sequently but i have my bank account statement in that no any amount credited in my account. Please go through whole matter gsrtc and resolved it because i also contact my bank branch also, bank said that it total scop of gsrtc we cant do any thing.

Untarda to ahmedabad bus has departed early from its regular time. Bus departure time from untarda is 5.15 pm and it arrives at tenpur aprox 5.25 around. Tenpur is situated 10 km from untarda.
Today on 21.04.2018 bus arrived at tenpur on 5.05 pm which is 20 minutes early from its regular time.
We all 5 to 7 people regularly travelling in this bus from tenpur to ahmedabad on daily basis.

We are working in public sector bank and we are taking permission from manager to go early to pick up this bus.

This kind of instances happened many times. And whenever we ask the reason to dehgam depo they tell both conductor and driver are new in this route.

Early departure of this bus make us to stand on bus stand for next 30 minutes for next bus for ahmedabad.in such hot summer 42 degree tempreture we have to stand 30 minutes. If any one o[censored]s got affected from such hot tempreture who will be responsible.

And today on 21.04.2018 when we called up to dehgam depo manager on his mobile number [protected] to ask for such instances. He has rudly answer that you can do complaint where ever you want to do.

We request you to train your staff how to talk with customer.

And also request you to reply satisfactory with proper reason.

Today's bus conductor base no is 960 and driver's base no is 2970

I m krishna parmar from surat doing regular uptown from surat to ankleshwar coz of job. This is my 2nd times complaint about speed lock of long routes bus. I don’t know why gsrtc not bother about passengers time & money. Are they saving their disiel expense???😡 what is the reason for locking speed of long routes bus like express? Now a days there is very hot atmosphere & traffic issue are take place & because of this speed issue passenger like us didn’t reach at time. Please do needful action otherwise do same rules for all buses whether it is express or local.
