I booked my ticket with pnr 19458606 with paytm gateway
At surat station nobody included station master and booking clerk want to find for bus no. And he throw my ticket and insult me with say that go and ask paytm for bus we will not talk anything for that. So is this easy and several governance.???
How can we satisfied with this kind of service....

I was travelling from shihori to Palanpur ticket fare is shihori to Palanpur is Rs. 86 in gurjarnagari bus and same bus ticket fare of shihori to deesa Rs. 53 and from deesa to Palanpur Rs. 29 =total Rs. 82 In other route I check the short journey's fare is high and long journey's fare low.

Please explain the how to calculation of fare from one place to other plane...

Wen we book online ticket they doesnt mantion bus no and enquiry counter they even not guide and talk very rudely
Maine ambaji to mount abu ticket online book ki and ambaji enquiry office me inquiry ki to they talk rude and batate bhi nai kuch the worst guys are there

I nirav monani working at rms department post office bhuj rajkot division. On 12/04/2018 an bhuj-sanghipuram-naliya bus driver tried to abuse me through bad words in an arrogant way... The bus departure time from bhuj is at 5:45 am. And when bus conductor of the same bus the other crew tried to stop him, he tried to hit me and also pushed me through his hands on my face... I request you to take some serious action towards it, as many other...

Kindly report that at Madhapar choke, Rajkot at 21:00 regular mini bus Rajkot to Jamnagar didn't hold at this stop today.we are regular using of gsrtc but they stop with their wish either they need to stop here. We are waving hands but driver didn't stop the bus.so face many problem to our destination because of delaying.now we have to wait 1 another hour.
Please do the needful....

On the route from ahmedabad to nadiad via kheda, all th conductors are behaving improperly with passengers. Like when I was boarding the bus, one conductor tried to close the door before even I boarded and that bus was abmedabad-Kramsad express that comes to barja at 9:30. I want to inform you that on friday 6 april, 2018 i have booked 3 tickets fron vadodara for 8 april, 2018to surat.

But on 8 april, 2018 sunday morning 5 a. M. Bus didn't come. So i have to travel from other bus for the surat. I want the refund of my ticket.

I booked tickets in vapi kesod sleeper bus to travel jungadh for 8 april. This bus time is 8 pm but it comes at 1pm. I called on[protected] no to ask about bus but they're not giving any ans regarding bus whereas about.
Bcz of this i waited for 4 hours.
Bad service.
Plz take action.
They are not giving any answer about bus.
After 3 hours they told me that bus will come at 1 pm..

Hotel grurukrupa is the low class and very poor quality of food and food packets like biscuits and wafers sold by double price of MRP of the packets. I had booked my ticket from gsrtc website and it was confirmed but conductor said he has not having our names in his report and not allowed us to sit in bus. Behaviour of conductor was very rude and when i tried to cancel ticket it was not cancelled. My name is amardeep and my contact number is [protected]. Please say me what to do now and where to complain...

Bus frequency is extremely low from ahmedabad to nadiad during 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm which is a peak hours.

We see almost 5-6 buses which travels kheda during the same hours but not a single bus to nadiad.

It's our humble request to arrange atleast a single bus to nadiad - express highway around 7 pm.
Many traveller will be benefited.

I am routine passanger of gsrtc transport bus.. Travelling from kapadwanj to gandhinagar. Where i have to catch a bus travelling from dakor to baucheraji. The bus has to arrive at 6:45 am as per schedule but it always arrived at 7 am.. And secondly after leaving kapadwanj depo within 45 minutes of journey it takes a tea break of 15 minutes every day.. Due to this schedule of bus is getting late and bus arrives gandhinagar after 9 am but as...

Vikas route buses from gandhinagar to ahmedabad are not picking up the passengers from the bus stops. Buses are directly going from the express lane even if we are raising our hands. Specially this is very difficult to identify buses in nighttime. Please take strict action against driver and conductor. We are suffering this issue for so long time. This is not expected from gujarat govt...

I was in bus jamnagar to jasapar... I don't know bus number but...in morning time like 9:o clock... Jamnagar to jasapar...
I found bus... Old one... Found hole on walkway... It's difficult to walk. Because sometimes someone leg will struck like child... And also seats and windows found damaged and very noisy.. I can't even open a window glass...
I don't know why gsrtc have such a bus like this....

The bus drivers of dahod-ahmedabad doesn't stop bus at hatkeshwar cross road and drives on khokhra bridge so the passangers who have to catch vehicle for bapunagar or maninagar, couldn't catch their vehicles..

Please, do order to drivers for not driving on khokhra bridge but from under the khokhra bridge through hatkeshwar cross road..
