All the buses have some seating capacity???

After all the seats are booked why other people are allowed to enter in bus??

If bus have 60 seats conductor put 85 passenger in this.. Due to this all the passenger have to suffer.

Due to this 3rd class service people have to pay more money to travel via private travels. Because they just allow that number of people how much seats are available..

    I trying to book ticket from surat to abu road (Date 18th april 2018) online but some system error at 17th april 2018. Than after i am going to surat bus stand fpr booking and confirm at inquiri counter is there bus is available or not he say yes and than after i am in queue for book ticket approx 1 hour and than the person say not have any bus for this route.

    Your service is very poor and your staff are laying to the customer.

    New bus is started from matano madh to Amreli, it has a charging ports provided but its not working yet it is new bus, please chake if there is any fault or the conductor is not starting to it

        We are facing problem due to change time of kashipura godhra bus early time of godhra kashipura bus is 5:20 pm and now change it to 5:00 pm so no of regular people who do updown from the godhra halol facing problem after this bus we get bus 6:50 modasa-dabhoi means around half and hour we have to wait for it this thing face around from last 10 days so take this matter and do needful

        Pls plant trees at all gsrtc depo. So many space. Pls use it. Go green. Why our govt not foucus on this. Why our gsrtc not use space for plant trees. Pls my reqest do the needfull & take some action. I hope gsrtc think for plant more and more trees. Public search tree in summer. And i think our all depo has so many space. So pls start this.

          मेरा up down फ़ोर्ट-सोनगढ़ से सुरत का time सुबह 7:10 का है । और अनेका समय रात को 8:30-9:00 का स है । पास निकलने के लिये आपकी ऑफिस का टाइम सुबह 9:00 से 16:00 का है । कृपया ऑनलाइन का कोइ ऑपशन हो तो बताय यतो पास निकलने केलिए आप की ऑफिस का टाइम सुबह 7:00 का होता तो सही हो जायेगा ।
          ऑनलाइन का option हो जाय तो हमे भी ओर अपकोभी सही हो जाएगा ।

          At now I am travelling in dwarka bhavnagar volvo bus. There are charging points at every seat.but it is not working.by asking conductor he told that wiring is short service. So how is it possible where bus is total new. So what is the meaning of traveling in this expensive service.

            I m complain about to use of public toilet in ahmedabad central bus stand. All time when a lady go for a wash room the person who setting at the door of ladies toilet ask for a money, not even a 1 or 2 rs but for 5 to 10 rs. What's that's?? Is public toilet in central bus stand or a paid service??? Even before it's banner showing a free toilet it's removed.. Today on 16th april, 2018 i put my complain and i want answer in 3 days

              We booked ac bus ticket but due to disputes happens in that bus (Driving glass broke) that bus was took place with another, so we have to travel in other bus wich is seating only so we want adjusted amount between seating and sleepers, amount which we paid for sleeper is rs.1356 but we travel in seating so pls refund our difference amount in account no.[protected].

                Dear sir/madam.
                We are waiting for go to palanpur from tharad depo. We reach at tharad depo at 02.20 pm. There is so much buses for palanpur and buses are stay at depo but until no bus departure up to 03:52. No one giving any reason behind d delay. At least 50 people are waiting for palanpur/dessa/ ahmedabad from 2 hr. So please correct this type of attitude of bus driver and conductors. They are not serious about people time.

                Conductor and bus staff are not allowing to put luggage in luggage box. They are talking with customers in very rough language with too many bad words. Very very very rubbish service. Very very bad staff.

                  The bus was one hour late at junagadh station and due to some technical issues it’s even more delayed at dhoraji station, if the fault was known before the other means should be available on time. It’s inconvenient for the travelers who need to reach on time and the issue make even the more a bad review regarding the public means of transport for common citizens. And the inconvenience for reservation done passengers is troublesome by the department and the department is completely at fault for providing the worst customer service towards the passengers.

                    I have payed for the return ticket of volvo bus for date 16th april 2018 from surat to ahmedabad today, payment transaction was complete and amount was deducted from my credit card but tickets were not generated and error occurred.
                    I request you to look in to the matter and refund my payment.

                    The amount deducted from my credit card was 621 rs.

                      I have launched many complaints regarding this but nobody is bothered to listen at state transport office in ahmedabad. There are no buses from ahmedabad to dhrangadhra in between 7 p. M. To 9 p. M.. Kindly look into the matter as i reach dhrangadhra almost 2 a. M. At night. Please increase the bus frequency in the evening for the passengers as soon as possible.

                      Hello,
                      I made a reservation in this bus which is supposed to be a sleeper bus and it had to reach nehrunagar bus stop, ahmedabad at 8:30 p. M. As the departing time. Bus cam at 9:45 p. M., moreover it was a regular st seating bus and not a sleeper bus. I asked the conductor to refund me the extra amount i had paid for the push-back seat to which he started shouting and refused to pay me back, i reached dhrangadhra at 01:00 a. M. This bus is never on time. The frquency of buses from ahmedabad to dhrangadhra is bare minimum between 7 p. M. To 9 p. M. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                        Complaint for gj 18 jz 1257. I with my family was travelling from jamnagar to bhuj i wanted to get down madhapar yaksh mandir but the bus driver and conductor both were so rude and ugly in nature they left me and my family in between before my destination saying complaint were ever you want to complaint complaint no one will listen to your complaint ant this is the inhuman way we work. Thats the reason we travel with the private busses and not this state transport. Kindly take strict actions against such monster. Reply back soon.

                          At surat station nobody included station master and booking clerk want to find for bus no. And he throw my ticket and insult me with say that go and ask paytm for bus we will not talk anything for that. So is this easy and several governance.???

                            I was travelling from shihori to Palanpur ticket fare is shihori to Palanpur is Rs. 86 in gurjarnagari bus and same bus ticket fare of shihori to deesa Rs. 53 and from deesa to Palanpur Rs. 29 =total Rs. 82 In other route I check the short journey's fare is high and long journey's fare low.

                            Please explain the how to calculation of fare from one place to other plane

                                સાહેબ શ્રી,
                                જય ભારતસહ જણાવવાનું કે સવારે વડોદરા ડેપો થી ચાંદોદ બસ(GJ 18 Y 7878) જે 6:30AM વાગ્યે સવારે ઉપડે છે અને 8:05AM વાગ્યે ચાણોદ પહોંચે છે અને એજ બસચાણોદ થી કીર્તિ 8:20AMવાગ્યેઉપડેછે. પરંતુ છેલ્લા ચાર દિવસથી આ બસ નો રૂટ બદલીને વડોદરા ડેપો થી નંદેરિયા કરી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે આથી દરરોજ મુસાફરી કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ /નોકરિયાત અને મુસાફરને મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડી રહ્યો છે.વધુમાં એ જણાવવાનું કે ચાંદોદથી સવારે 6:30 પછી કોઈ લોકલ બસ નહિ હોવાના કારણે મુસાફર /યાત્રાળુઓને બે કલાક બેસી રહેવું પડેછે અને ખાનગી બસમાં મુસાફરી કરવી પડેછે.વધુમાંએ ડભોઇ કંટ્રોલવિભાગમાં આવીશે જણાવવામાં આવ્યુ હતું પરંતુ તેઓએ વડોદરા વિભાગનો સંપર્ક કરવાનું કહ્યું હતું ડભોઇકંટ્રોલ વિભાગ ઘ્વારા વારંવાર રૂટ બદલવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે પરંતું કોઈ એક્સટ્રા બસ નો રૂટ ચાલુ કરવામાં આવતો નથી.

                                આથી અમારી વિનંતી છે કે વડોદરા ડેપો -ચાંદોદ બસ ને ચાંદોદથી 8:20વાગ્યે જ ઉપાડવામાં આંવે કે જેથી નોકરિયાત/વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નો સમય વેડફાય નહિ અને તેઓસમયસર પહોંચી શકે.

                                વડોદરા થી ચાણોદ (GJ 18 Y 7878)કરવામાં આવે કે જેથી મુસાફરને તકલીફ પડે નહિ.

                                અમોને આશાછે કે અરજી મળ્યે તરતજ બસનો રૂટ પહેલા હતો તેમજ કરવામાં આવશે.

                                  I nirav monani working at rms department post office bhuj rajkot division. On 12/04/2018 an bhuj-sanghipuram-naliya bus driver tried to abuse me through bad words in an arrogant way... The bus departure time from bhuj is at 5:45 am. And when bus conductor of the same bus the other crew tried to stop him, he tried to hit me and also pushed me through his hands on my face... I request you to take some serious action towards it, as many other may have such problems from this type of driver thnakyou

                                    Kindly report that at Madhapar choke, Rajkot at 21:00 regular mini bus Rajkot to Jamnagar didn't hold at this stop today.we are regular using of gsrtc but they stop with their wish either they need to stop here. We are waving hands but driver didn't stop the bus.so face many problem to our destination because of delaying.now we have to wait 1 another hour.
                                    Please do the needful.

                                      Tues day april 10th on early morning a bus conductor who's name navin bhai he fight with driver for the nornal reason...

                                      Navin bhai ne emnu tiffin levu tu gangotri hotel mathi to drivere pela thi na laheli k tya bus stop nahi thay.

                                      Navin bhai fave m bolva mndya driver ne anab sanab chalu bus e bne jagdwa mandya jo a jagda ma driver ni chuk thy hot to accident na 100% chance hata..
                                      Pls a babate dhyan apso..

                                        On the route from ahmedabad to nadiad via kheda, all th conductors are behaving improperly with passengers. Like when I was boarding the bus, one conductor tried to close the door before even I boarded and that bus was abmedabad-Kramsad express that comes to barja at 9:30. If these conductors are in such a hurry then why do they stop the bus for passengers. At any stop. I am very much dissapointed. Also on my way to bareja from nadiad the total cost is 51 rupees. I handed him 60 rupees and he still hasn't returned it to me it has been 2 days. What ### things are going on with this conductors. We pay you as much as you demand then you all give us this kind of services. This should immediately be responded.
