Sir,

I want to inform you that on friday 6 april, 2018 i have booked 3 tickets fron vadodara for 8 april, 2018to surat.

But on 8 april, 2018 sunday morning 5 a. M. Bus didn't come. So i have to travel from other bus for the surat. I want the refund of my ticket.

The details with pnr no. I am giving below:

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Our 80 % depo renovate that is good. Rcc work also good. Our all depo has so many space. Why not plant big trees to rest public. I dont know why govt not think for more and more plants.

    I booked tickets in vapi kesod sleeper bus to travel jungadh for 8 april. This bus time is 8 pm but it comes at 1pm. I called on[protected] no to ask about bus but they're not giving any ans regarding bus whereas about.
    Bcz of this i waited for 4 hours.
    Bad service.
    Plz take action.
    They are not giving any answer about bus.
    After 3 hours they told me that bus will come at 1 pm..
    If they tell me about bus problem and when will come so i can go to other bus.

      Hotel grurukrupa is the low class and very poor quality of food and food packets like biscuits and wafers sold by double price of MRP of the packets. Please take action against the hotel gurukrupa ( address of hotelN.H.8 KARAJAN TOLL PLAZA TO BHARUCH TOLL PLAZA in between).and also inform me on my mail id dainik.[protected]@yahoo.com
      Please take action against of the contractors. And tell them to do not sold any item in double price of it's MRP.

        Because of bharat bandh on date 02/04/2018, above trip was cancelled from morbi depo.

        Today 8/05/2018at night st bus rajkot to diu bus stop at hotel krishna at bhanduri and the st bus number is gj 18 z 1883
        As per above mention subject, Driver of Jamnagar-Naliya bus, bus no. 1435 drives his bus very roughly and accident with my car and ran away.i followed him and ask for his name and i-card but he refused and talk very badly with me.incident is of today i.e. 4/4/2018 nearly about 8-47AM near madhapar chawk. I expect strict action against him ASAP.

          Savare 7:45 thi laine 9:00 vagya sudhi dabhoi thi baroda sudhi ni dabhoi depo ni koi bus nathi but dabhoi thi kirti stambh sudhi ni 3 bus availbale che. Je fakt kirtistambh sudhi chale che to e buso ne depo sudhi chalavva vinnati che depo sudi na gana badha passengero hoy che bus na hova ti bada regular job par pochi sakta nathi, vaheli take aa samsya solution lavva vinnati che.

            Dear sir,
            I have booked ticket online from Bhuj to Ahmedabad sleeper coach on 01 April 2018(For 01 pm bus time). Rs. 230 didcted from my account but booking not done and also not get refund of that money.
            Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem.

            Amount from my axis bank account cut but Seat booking was not done.
            than same seat number 7 booked by me using PAY-TM and amount cut from PAY TM wallet(and PNR no. was G[protected].
            For same seat number 7 GSRTC took payment from me twice. feel cheated.

            In both attchment PNR numbers are different for same seat number 07.Amount cut twice once from my axis bank and again from my Pay TM wallet both from same seat number 07 and did not get refund yet.

            Pls give me response asap.

              I had booked my ticket from gsrtc website and it was confirmed but conductor said he has not having our names in his report and not allowed us to sit in bus. Behaviour of conductor was very rude and when i tried to cancel ticket it was not cancelled. My name is amardeep and my contact number is [protected].                 Bus frequency is extremely low from ahmedabad to nadiad during 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm which is a peak hours.

                We see almost 5-6 buses which travels kheda during the same hours but not a single bus to nadiad.

                It's our humble request to arrange atleast a single bus to nadiad - express highway around 7 pm.
                Many traveller will be benefited.

                We have reserved an online booking from Ahmedabad-Nehrunagar stop to Sankheshwar, Inspite of having all the details we were not allowed to seat on our reserved seat numbers. The behaviour of driver and his fellow person was very rude. We also accompanied ine old lady then too there was no help. Details are :

                  I am routine passanger of gsrtc transport bus.. Travelling from kapadwanj to gandhinagar. Where i have to catch a bus travelling from dakor to baucheraji. The bus has to arrive at 6:45 am as per schedule but it always arrived at 7 am.. And secondly after leaving kapadwanj depo within 45 minutes of journey it takes a tea break of 15 minutes every day.. Due to this schedule of bus is getting late and bus arrives gandhinagar after 9 am but as per its timing of arriving gandhinagar is 8:45 to 9 am. This happening every day.. So please take the necessary action.

                    Vikas route buses from gandhinagar to ahmedabad are not picking up the passengers from the bus stops. Buses are directly going from the express lane even if we are raising our hands. Specially this is very difficult to identify buses in nighttime. Please take strict action against driver and conductor. We are suffering this issue for so long time. This is not expected from gujarat govt

                      I was in bus jamnagar to jasapar... I don't know bus number but...in morning time like 9:o clock... Jamnagar to jasapar...
                      I found bus... Old one... Found hole on walkway... It's difficult to walk. Because sometimes someone leg will struck like child... And also seats and windows found damaged and very noisy.. I can't even open a window glass...
                      I don't know why gsrtc have such a bus like this.

                        The bus drivers of dahod-ahmedabad doesn't stop bus at hatkeshwar cross road and drives on khokhra bridge so the passangers who have to catch vehicle for bapunagar or maninagar, couldn't catch their vehicles..

                        Please, do order to drivers for not driving on khokhra bridge but from under the khokhra bridge through hatkeshwar cross road..

                          I am traveling in gsrtc on date[protected] from keshod to rajkot. Bus no gj 18?? 2930 bus route is somnath to radhanpur

                          Conductor have not given change of rs 2 to me and also to some other passengers. Isn't it make corrupted image of gsrtc?

                          And also driver has take hold at every stop near about 15-20 minutes. Why? If it takes time nearly 4 hours to reach than why people traveling in such buses. It better to travel in private bus. Hope for make service comfortable and convenient for passengers. Not for drivers and conductor.

                          Rajkot to ahmedbad travel time is 30 to 33 hours. You can see in photo. Which is I attached. Which bus rout is long between Rajkot to ahmedbad. Who people are travel on this type of bud travel timing. Which is traveling time like 6 to 7 hours. Same rout. Rajkot to ahmedbad.

                            I m book online bus from Ahmedabad central bus stand to Dahod on date -25/03/2018 time-8.15 bus time Intercity
                            I am waiting from 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm on bus station but no one bus arrives. And one Intercity arrive at 9.30 but they says there is different bus from my booking bus ..and it was already 10.00 pm but no one can help me regarding my issue. They says bus coming but no time fixed..

                            So I was fall in trouble..

                            And customer car number continue ringing but no response from other side.

                              I'm traveling to ahmedabad via rajkot - ahmedabad - rajkot intercity express, bus no. Gj18y2361 date 25th march, 2018. Bus is taiking to much time to reach destination even very low traffic on highway. Normally, any hmv like bus tkes 4 hr to reach ahmedabad from rajkot. But this bus is going too much slow and takes almost 3 hours to reach limbdi, which is situated between rajkot and ahmedabad. We ahve started journey at 17.00 from rajkot and reach limbdi at 20.00. So, this bus ia going to take almost 6 hours to reach ahmedabad. On complaining about slow speed to driver, he rudely replied and deny to increase the speed. This type of service not acceptable. Comsider this as a complain and take necessary action on driver.

                                I am a frequent traveller through gsrtc bus., normally i book online ticket in 6.40 am dhuvaran express., from ahmedabad to tarapur., but from last week this bus is not showing in online booking list, the same was confirmed by enquiry office that the bus has been removed from online booking, so now you have to take ticket in bus itself., kindly add the bus in online booking

                                      E-ticket cancellation refund amount
                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have booked e-ticket from ankeshwar gidc to jetpur. Which is of 21 hr.
                                      Gsrtc online ticket booking on 24/03/2018 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs. 279/- is being debited from my state bank account but i did not receive text message in my phone from gsrtc application. So, i have not txn password for cancel ticket. After this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and i was being told that my pr number of bus from ankeshwar gidc to jetpur was g19387761 nd trip code was 2000srtksdslp30.

                                      However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

                                      Photo copy of statement from sbi bank account of that debited amount is attached

                                      Herewith.

                                        Gsrtc lady bus conductor of route ahmedabad to rajkot 6.10 p. M. Date 23.03.18 is talk with me rudely when i said her that this is a lady seat u can not allow any jents to seat beside lady seat but she shouted that u cant argue with me... Only 1 & 2 number seats are ladies seats while one of your conductor said me that 1 to 8 means first two row are for ladies.

                                        We paid money for volvo and your staff has no sense to talk with passenger. I advice to restigate her.
