    We are students studing in govt engg college in modasa. Our college starts from 11am. We are travelling in nehrunagar-limbdi bus which departs from nehrunagar. Bus no. Is gj-18-z-2120. Our destination is modasa. Earlier this bus used to depart at 7:15 from nehrunagar and reach modasa at 10:15. This time was convenient as our college timings are 11am so we were able to reach on time. But now as bus departs at 7:40 from nehrunagar it is difficult for us to reach on time at college. We are facing difficulty as we are regular traveller in this bus. Please change the bus timings to 7:15am again.

        I have student pass of express category. I sat in their bus which was having only express written over it. So it was clear to me this wasn't gurjar nagri express. But the conductor came and said you'll have to pay the ticket because it's gurjar nagri express. I had to pay ₹87 as ticket even though i had pass for express. No where on the bus it was written gurjar nagri.

        I had to pay ₹87 just because they never mentioned it on the bus it was gurjar nagari express.

        Also there is no mail id for complaints booking on gsrtc official website.

        Very bad experience.

            Gujarat state road transport corporation [gsrtc] — charging price higher than mrp at shops in rajula st

            Submit a complaint
            Shops in rajula bus depot charge higher price than mrp for many items.

            A shop keeper is charging 40rs for an maaza bottle which has mrp of 35rs. Also taking 2 rs more on food packets, like mrp is 10 and charges 12rs. On confronting the issue with him he said this the price charged here.

              My complain is that i booked 4 tickets in gsrtc website. Travel from bhavnagar to bandhani x at time on 7 a. M pnr no is g18810236. But bus departure not on time.2 bus passengers in to 1 bus this is not right. Have to pickup train at nadiad. We doesn't afford to be late. So we doesn't go in bus and we call the car and go by car. So i want refund. Because i don't travel in bus. S t sarvice is not good.

                My name is nimish goel. Yesterday i have booked a gsrtc bus via online reservation. I have booked bus from ahmedabad to ambaji and timing of my bus was 12:35 am (18/02/18).

                I reached the bus stand (Geeta-mandir) by 12:10 am. But till 1 am my bus haven't arrived yet. There was no one in the inquiry box where i can confirm the timing or check status of bus. I saw one authority person roaming around the bus stand. I asked him about my bus timings but he said "mera jitna pagar he me khali unta hi kam karta hu.. Mera official timing pura hogaya he.. Muje kuch nai pata.. Tume jada problem hoto online complain dall dena".

                Dear sir/mam please suggest is this the way that system works? Where there is no one who can help the passengers? This is how government employee will now treat us?

                More over i saw 3-4 buses arriving in the same stand of ambaji.. But when i asked from same authorized person he said this is not bus your 12:35 bus is late and will arrive at 4 or 4:30.

                Sir/mam there is no system or channel wherein you can inform passengers that your bus is late? Or delayed due to some reason?

                That person in-front of me gives my seat to another person and takes 300 rs of bribe and told me that your bus will arrive by 4:30 and he will adjust me in that bus and finally i have returned my home again

                Dear sir/mam please solve this issues of passenger on priority. Because its not about only me, there were daily 100's of passengers whom government people fools and gives there sits to another person some some cheap bribe.

                    Today i am travel from ahmedabad ranip station 9:30am to patan in gsrtc and siting in at ranip depo at that time cunductur miss behaviour with my wife and she is doing job in gsrtc department at viramgam depo as a junior assistant. She have salary slip of both month october 2017 and january 2018 but conductor says this is not valid and he says many more words.
                    What reputation about my and my wife.

                      I am request to notice my complain as i mentioned below. Godhra depo information service superviser not providing properly information about the jalod to jashadan route bus (09:00pm) because they informing me today that this route bus was already departure at 08:50 from godhra depo before time as mentioned in reservation ticket (09:00pm) but actually the bus was not came there or not departure at that time after that the bus was arrived at 09:05pm i mentioned to the supervisor of godhra depo about this type of problem but he was quarrel against me and missbehave on me. This type mistake already happened with my friends also before 1 month.
                      Sir, i kindly request you to provide solutions about such type of problems and take necessary action against godhra information supervisor.

                        Me and my wife is travelling now to ahmedabad from bharuch. 80% seats are without passanger from bharuch. At baroda bus station, 2 couples are came and showing reservation tickets. Meanwhile all seats are taken by passangers from baroda. Now i am travelling by standing with my wife. I need to reach as earlier to n to take flight. How rude this type of facility.. Give me proper justice.. I am cl 2 ofcr in geb. I'll anqire further for this kind service..

                          I booked seat from rajkot - dhari in rajkot-div (Gj 18 y 9570)@ 14:30 15/02/18. Bus is of gondal depot. And departing from rajkot depot.
                          Bus was late for 2 hours. Bus departed @ 16:30 from rajkot due to breakdown. I am very disappointed to know that gsrtc had taken 2 hours for repairing rather providing another bus. Bus is in very poor condition, even it's engine is extremely heated, seating is also in poor condition.
                          Why gsrtc is not providing new bus for this much of long route??? Actions required immediately after seeing bus condition.

                            I have done online booking of 5 tickets from gadhada to ahmedabad dated 13/02/2018 dep. Time 12.45pm seat no.22 to 26 (5 pasngr).
                            Bus arrival at gadhada at 13.45pm (1 hour late) when i show my booking details to conductor he tell eme their is no booking showing in chart and suggest to purchase fresh ticket for my aforesaid journey. And i have to again purchase 5 new ticket at rs 620 please find below details for your reference and request you to return my online booking funds asap.

                              My reservation bus depatured time 12.45 PM at Gadhada Station But bus arrival at Gadhda bus Stand at 1.45 (1Hour Late) . I asked conductore for reservation than his tell me no reservation show in his sheet. he advice to purchase ticket and process to refund.

                                I had book my ticket from Bhavnagar to Vadodara and my PNR number is G18663540 and bus is from Diu to Vadodara which is late 4 hour from the arrival time and this is not acceptable... The bus is late same as journey hour. Please do the needful for the same.

                                The bas was not full with passenger. although the driver has not stop the bus. The bus was himatnagar- kalol. Date -6-february - 2018 and tuesday. Pls provide the strict action the driver takes salary for proper service not for doing of his mind.

                                  People reserve their seats for long journey because they can travel with comfort in long distance journey but in fully reserved sleeper class bus, though no seat is Available, conductors allow more passenger in bus .this leaves no space in the bus ..we can not even move in bus..this makes the whole journey discomfortable for the passengers who have done reservation as well as for those passengers who pay more and don't get the seats So it's my humble request to take some steps regarding this issue...if bus is fully reserved and no seat is available then more passengers should not be allowed Especially for SLEEPER CLASS BUSES...SO kindly look into this matter...

                                      Respected sir/ma'am,
                                      I am one of passengers of bus service from rajkot to bhavnagar 7.00 pm of dt. 10 feb 2018. I am traveling in this bus service since last 7 months in every 15 days and everytime halt occurred at decided hotel. Everyone knows that halt is necessary in long route traveling but today driver and conductor decided that bus won't take any halt. Why this shameful word they said. Many aged person and children also travelling in this bus some of them need to go to washroom, youngers can manage this but how can aged person and children bear to stop themselves to go to washroom, but driver and conductor rudely replied that bus won't means won't. Since last 2 journeys i observed that gsrtc service is not handled by management, services are totally depend on what driver and conductor decide. This is my 2nd shameful experience. I have hope that management will take any action on this point.

                                      Dear sir
                                      Right now same thing is happening in surat to savarkundla root bus.
                                      Journey started at 7:00pm from surat
                                      Number of adult Pearson requested for holt for only urinal activity but driver not agreed right now time is 10:14 pm. he is saying that he will stop only at Baroda station and its take 1 hour more to reach there..
                                      This is very shamed for GSRTC service...
                                      I hope anybudy othorised person will take responsibility to solved this type of problem..
                                      Otherwise we are complait again and again but not get any effect in system.

                                      Not more local buses are available. And cleaning issue .buses are not reached right time.generally buses are full so i want to say please analyse the issue.

                                        Hi am ajay and I am travelling from nirma to gandhinagar but the problem is that am always late for my college because bus are are stopping at there stop and then mujhe phir koi riksha ya vàabme jaana padta hai to isse acha to me pass nahi he nikalta na please do give revert on my problem
