Respected sir/ma'am,
I am one of passengers of bus service from rajkot to bhavnagar 7.00 pm of dt. 10 feb 2018. I am traveling in this bus service since last 7 months in every 15 days and everytime halt occurred at decided hotel. Everyone knows that halt is necessary in long route traveling but today driver and conductor decided that bus won't take any halt. Why this shameful word they said. Many aged person and children also travelling in this bus some of them need to go to washroom, youngers can manage this but how can aged person and children bear to stop themselves to go to washroom, but driver and conductor rudely replied that bus won't means won't. Since last 2 journeys i observed that gsrtc service is not handled by management, services are totally depend on what driver and conductor decide. This is my 2nd shameful experience. I have hope that management will take any action on this point.
