સ્વર્ણિમ ગુજરાત અને ડિજિટલ ભારત તરફ ભારત પગ મંડી રહ્યું વહહે ત્યારે ખુબજ દુઃખ સાથે અમારે ગ્રાહક તરીકે અથવા મુસાફર તરીકે ફરીયાદ કરવી પડે છે જે ખૂબજ ગંભીર બાબત છે.
અમદાવાદ થી વિજયનગર જતી રાતની બસ તા.09.02.17 રાત્રે 11.30 વાગે ચિલોડા પાસે ટાયર માં પ્રોબ્લેમ હોવાથી વારંવાર ઉભી રાખવાથી અંદર ના સ્ત્રી, બાળકો તેમજ વડીલ મુસાફરોને રાતના સમયે ભારે હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડેલ છે જે બસ ઉપાડતા પહેલા બસ નું બરાબર ચેક અને ઓકે કરવાની જવાબદારી જેતે વિભાગે યોગ્ય કામગીરી નહિ કરેલ ની સામે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવી.
રાતની તેમજ ગામના રુટો ની બસો જુરે પણ ડેપોની બહાર જય ત્યારે ડેપો મેન્ટેનન્સ વિભાગ બસ બાબતે યોગ્ય ચકાસણી પછી જ બહાર જાય તેવી કડક ચુચના આપવા અને તેને પાલન થાય તેની તકેદારી રાખશોજી.
ફરિયાદ નું નિરાકરણ થએથી અમોને જાણ કરશો.

      I have tried to book ticket from ahmedabad bapunagar to amreli on 11.2.2018 at 12:20 pm but after filling all neccesary details and deducting money i got the mesaage on screen that your session is time out.

      But after picking the same bus i got to know that my ticket was generated but as i dont received any mesaage from gsrtc i can not travel on same ticket i will have to buy new ticket!

      Please refund my deducted amount.

        Sir i m daily travel by volvo vadodara to ctm ticket amount is rs 204 but they are collect rs 215 i daily ask them but they not answer and only said its rent. I daily going. But in the return has been they given correct tickets so only one lady collect from amit nagar so kindly resolve otherwise i will be go consumer court
        I hope this matter take on priority. Please check attached ticket. I m going to only ctm. So her give me this tickets wasted money.

          Dear sir / mam,

          We had booked ticket online from gsrtc online tickets booking, total 5 tickets (2 double bed and 1 single bed sleeper but our seats are been sold to other passengers after our booking, we had booked on approx. 7.15 pm and conductors has sold the same tickets to others on approx. 8.30pm.

          Today 07/02/2018, my wife, 2 kids, 3 uncles (Avg age 45 years+) are travelling from you bus from jalor to nadiad, which is depart on 7.15 pm from jalor daily, we had reserved tickets from bhinmal to ahmedabad central stop, paid full amount for tickets in advance through hdfc credit card and also received tickets through pdf file online as well as sms, even presented tickets and sms of gsrtc we didn't get the seats, one of my uncle is handicapped and my wife is not well as having stomach pain, today my family is suffering just because of mistake of gsrtc, either you arrange immediately reserved seats or transfer our money-back with apologize,

          We extremely surprised with such poor co-ordination and mismanagement of gujarat state road transporte corporation.

          Hope team gsrtc conflict/ complain resolution is efficient and quick to responding his customers, if such thing is not been resolved right now then do as requested, either refund money with apologize or immediately allot the seats which are been sold to us with reservation,

          Please resolve our issue right now, awaiting immediate reply on our genuine request,

          I was travelling in bus no. GJ 18 Y 2321(disa depot)
          from chandkheda to kalol(Mehsana).
          I told conductor to drop me under kalol workshop but driver drive bus over kalol workshop bridge and drop me at the corner of the bridge.
          I am complaint against Gondal bus station time table . The time table is wrong and useless and very bad service in gondal because bus is un sedual in time

            Girnar logistics pvt ltd is the worst transport like his owner mr. Rahul agrawal. They don't know how to talk with respect to the customers and worst service in terms of everything.
            They can increase the rates without informing, staff of the transport can talk in the nonsense way and when we complain about that, mr rahul says we don't have time to inform customers about it and you'll have to work in our rate and terms in a very rude way. We have 100 branches all over india do we can't inform and serve all xyz customer he said, but that many transport do like vrl, supreme etc.. But they don't talk in such a way. They are humble and respect their customers in every way possible. Then what do you think about yourself bro and you teach the same to your staff? Give respect and take respect. Hope you can understand this.

              My suggestiin ia for pass make a card like atm card so in that all information are set. And student directly can update their pass date via paid inlike atm so not depend on your employee. Because your employee are very outdated so they cant do that work fast. And you have to make machine like swipping. Because not you conductor punch pass.

                Let me tell my opinion on india’s future, i travelled a lot in gsrtc bus, and i never saw a single dustbin to throw a dust, so where the passengers are thrown dust and all used plastic bags and bottles, either they throw outside the bus or inside, but the consequence are same, it’s looks dirty and our atmosphere becomes pollute, since independence, we just made our atmosphere polluted, the world are changed but we didn’t, let’s do something tiny thing for our country, first step by providing a single dustbin in long distance gsrtc buses.

                It is really bad service from GSRTC.

                  Kindly request to gstrtc for provide more buses inbetween station of anand (New bus station) to vadodara.
                  After 5pm there is be no bus available from annad to vadodara.
                  Its humble request please provide more bus. So passenger can travel easily and safely.
                  I observed that in between 5pm to 8pm daily there will be average 200 passenger available for traveling anand to vadodara. But unfortunately due to not available of bus public use private transportation.
                  I hope this problem solve as fast as possible.

                  I tried to book my ticket for amreli-surat 20:00 via gsrtc application on 8.1.2018.The transaction was completed but didn't received any message regarding the ticket. I was informed that refund will be given in maximum 21 days. No refund is given till now and no one is answering my call on Helpline number.

                    My pnr number is g18576169 on 4-feb-2018.
                    The bus departs from olpad to bagdana.
                    My booking is from vadodara to bhavnagar.
                    The arrival time at vadodara 10:05 am. Right now it is 11:28 i didn't see this bus on vadodara depot since 9:45 in the morning.
                    I doubt this much delay, 30 mins are fine but more tha 1 hour 30 mins is too much.

                    Please check private travels agency has anything to do by giving bribe to driver/conductor.

                    I saw lots of buses from surat, so arguments of traffic on nh8 will be completely invalid

                    today i am ticket book date 2/2/2018 rajkot to palanpur sleeper bus but problem your side so payment debit .ticket not generate. ref no.gsrtc23988. time 10:54pm. date 31/1/2018.mobile no.[protected].
                    so plz return payment 565 rs.
                    I book a ticket on date of 29 jan from bhavnagar to baroda 3:15 pm.unfortunately transaction has been failed though money is deduted from the account in sbi bank.

                      Respected sir/mam.

                      I tried to book ticket on gsrtc on 3/2/[protected]@ 4.30 p. M (Route details shown below), but later the screen showed transaction failed, session time out.. Later i booked ticket with private travells, but after that @ 9 p. M i recieved a message from my bank informing amount being debited.. But i recieved no ticket confirmation even and now on the site my ticket is shown confirmed.. And when i am triyng to cancel it, it shows credentials dont match.. What shall i do now..

                      Gsrtc helpline even is not responding..

                      Very poor service..

                        I am the coustmer of gsrtc. I was booked my ticket from ahmedabad nehru nagar to bhavnagar. Bus timing was 20:00. Bu t after wating of 1 hr bus are still not comming. Every time this things are happen if all time buss coming on 21:00 the put the time 21:00. Time is important for everyone i have proof for this miss schedule. This is wrong this what happen with all the passangers. Take action on it other wise be on time.

                        I will go to consumer court for this.

                          I have booked online tickets through e-reservation service of gsrtc on 01/02/2018. The details of which are below: pnr number: g18625299 journey date: 03/02/2018
                          Journey from: gandhinagar journey to: satlasna
                          Trip code: 0630ukiamjguj47 departure time: 14:20:00 hrs.
                          Class: gurjarnagri pickup point: gandhinagar
                          No. of seats: 2
                          I waited till 2 hours for the booked bus at gandhinagar. I also contacted repeatedly through gsrtc helpline. But bus not arrived. Still i am waiting. I contacted to the depo manager songadh but he replied to wait at gandhinagar. Very poor service provided by gsrtc. I contacted to bus conductor but call not received. Totally frustrated, still waiting for bus to come. The bus route is ukai-ambaji. Kindly do the needful in this regards. I am suffering from pain, so i have to book tickets.

                          Kindly refund me the paid amount for tickets.

                            I have tried to book ticket from gandhidham to mandvi (Bhuj) on 2.2.2018 at 11:30 pm but after filling all neccesary details and deducting money i got the mesaage on screen that your session is time out.

                              I hasmukh datta (70) and my wife travelled in s t on 27 jan 2018 from baroda to rajkot dep time 10 a m route baroda junagaddh and rajkot to baroda on 29jan 2018 rajkot surat bus dep 11-45 a in both journey bus condition was good. Cleaning and seat were better. Driving was well controlled. Conductors language and body language was nice in short we satisfied and enjoyed. Thanks guj s t we have booked tickets on line which is a good facility

                                My name sandeep joshi, and i have booked gsrtc bus ticket online through gsrtc site and my pnr num - g18439934, booking journey for harij to adipur dt - 22.01.2018 rs. 632/-. Due to strike of movie my bus cancled and not running for journey, and at this time i called to gsrtc toll free num for refund process and i also send mail to [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in but till date not any reply / refund received from gsrtc. And also his toll free num not connect for costomer care executive.
                                So pls do needful on my refund application.

                                  Bus no gj-18-z-2235 vapi to jalore
                                  Bus has been damaged in mehsana depot and they have tried to fix it but it has doesn't worked..
                                  And the time is 00:30 hr midnight in mehsana though they have strictly unable to provide another spare bus and all the passenger have been in troubled... So take proper action please...
                                  Mechanical staf[censored]nable to fix it and no mechanics are available...in depot as well as no bus... Please take proper action.

                                    Jetpur - una. Via sasan talala bus number gj18 y 7797 is a express bus. But so far from a continuously long time it was not reach on time at destination... And bus quality is so much poor.. So plz change the bus and give instructions to driver increase speed and reach all o[censored]s on time.. We almost 20 persons daily updown in this express bus.. Thank u.. U will solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I had booked ticket for bhavnagar to rajkot of 5.00 am in gurjar nagri express class and paid money for this class. But when we reached at depot then we saw that service is changed as ordinary express instead of gurjar nagri express and with lots of issues of window glass. This happened 4-5 time in last 4 months as well as depot staff told us on the departure time that bus is cancelled and you have to go on your own responsibility 2 times in past. This time i am totally disappointed with the service. If we have to travel in ordinary express service so why we should pay money for gurjar nagri express service?

                                        My name is zalavadiya sani. I was daily updown at gsrtc. My village is locate too gariyadhar-amreli highway. All amreli rout buses are not come in my village. All buses are gone to velavadar. No local bus are available at my village. So plz you are resolve my complaint. My village is under to gariyadhar depot. And many students are up down to my village so plz you are solved our queiry. I have no any pics for bus so i have never send it this complaint.

                                        Respected sir, my name is zalavadiya sani and i have daily up down at mota charodiya to amreli.my village locate at main road but any bus are not come in charodiya. All buses rouet is velavadar. So plz you say to depot tu change bus roots at my village.
