The following bus on which i booked a ticket was cancelled completely. I wish to get a refund for the same. The gsrtc website says that refund isn't possible. I was npt informed about the cancellation of the bus beforehand.

    We would like to complain about the bad and unprofessional behavior of the bus conductor of gsrtc bus number gj-18-z-1555 for the date[protected] departing from rajkot to badmer via ahmedabad.. We already said that we wanted to be dropped off at jodhpur char rasta stop in ahmedabad but he didn't stop the bus at the said stop instead continued to drive till next stop and when asked for the complaint book we were denied rudely by the conductor.. So please do the needful from your end...
    Looking for a positive response asap...

      I have study in darshan engineering college (Hadala gam). I am from gonal state. Plz try to give at least one st bus for route rajkot to hadala. I am coming from gondal is to so far. To reach rajkot time at morning 7.00 am. To give this bus for this time 7.00 am e upde rajkot bus stand e thi. Evi rite. Plz provide this route as soon as possible. I heartily thanks to you.         Dear gsrtc,

        Why is bus # gj-18y-9816 being cancelled on every function of modi? It is humilating that it is the only bus which comes in evening for going to mahesana from gandhinagar. The said from is of bechraji depot.

        Kinly look into the matter.

        Either you cancell the bus permenantly and give new route from mahesana to gandhinagar from gandhinagar at 6:45 pm daily.

        It is not vikas...

        Ii is harrasement to public...

          Iam umesh barot from bayad. Here inform you that bayad depo. Is not working properly. There is no bus available for modasa at morning time.
          Passengers are suffering and waiting 2to 3hrs daily.
          We have complain depo. Manager also but no actiion is taken......

          Today I booked ticket from paytm for Rajkot to amreli n time was 3.15 pm. I went to inquiry for 3 times but they denied that bus has not arrived.
          Suddenly one bus left in speed, it was my route bus.
          There was no announcement or not board displayed on the bus.

            Sir kindly take note that all bording are not present in your application do plz remove your application otherwise add bording point... My problem is in my booking no : g18409315, rout no:9274916 which has not present shihor bording point if we book our tickets from app it will generate from bhavnagar due to this problem conductor doesn't provide our sit... Plz take action otherwise we do something new for our government transportation services...

            My mobile is stolen from advance booking window at Rajkot Shastri Maidan Bus stend. There is no any cctv camera to catchup advance booking area. And only few cctv in bus stend. And thiefs are Hanging down without any Scare. Many passengers are traveling from bus. so pls give security to us.

              Register complaint against conductor of Ahmedabad to Kathan trip which time is 5 30 pm from ahmedabad. He's doing unnecessary storage during the rout and when I say for my stopage then clearly doing cheating with me.

                Hello sir/mam,
                My name is nishesh.
                Please find below exact details of transaction; the amount have been deducted from my bank account but i haven't received my seat booking confirmation. So, i had to book it one more which was successful.
                The booking was for bus from gandhinagar to broda central bus statiin, for 8:00am bus, total amount was 111 inr. Please let me know how can i get my debited amount of 111 inr for my unsuccessful transction.

                  I have even raised an online complaint
                  Ticket #107767 but only standard reply was given.

                  I think some scam is going on in gsrtc regarding customer refund money. Kindly do the needful

                    Hello,

                    I m an ordinary civilian of gujarat who often travel in to state public transport.
                    I have noticed that the level of cleanliness are always low in st buses but recently i have noticed that the company named sambhav media (Ahmedabad) has set the lcds in st buses and they broadcast news and entertainment in it. But alas! Broadcasting is so poor in terms of quality and materials both. Rightnow i m travelling from junagadh to jamnagar in veraval-jamnagar route bus.in this 3hrs journey only songs (Some unknown 70's songs) are repeatedly being played 8-10times and driver is playing separate songs in his audio system so it is like we are traveling in a pathetic chaotic and noisy environment. After these all when a film get autoplay in the tv it stucked in mid and then it remains same till we reach at jamnagar.

                      I am vishal patel from taloda and i have booked e ticket (Confirmed) from taloda to vadodara but bus was not came to bus station and it was gone to bypass road so please help me to refund money and take a strict action on bus conductor as well as ahemdabad depoty manager because i have contacted to him but they did not give any responce. I dont know that my e ticket is confirmed and after confirmation i am waiting for it but they are not come to pickup us its shamed things which is happened in gsrtc...                           I a ordinary indian citizen would anger to inform you that most busses from ahmedabad to dholka and dholka to ahmedabad are delays regularly. Today may 2 bus were canceled. Why?
                          All passengers are greeting to you these is the gsrtc management...! Is this??
                          Please do something for these people. Otherwise i forcely complain to transport ministry with proofs.
                          Hope you can understand our problems and take legal action.

                          Remarks: very poor experience of online ticket booking.

                            I had reserved seat no 21 and 22 in 1715mhvbhjjr47 pnr no g18364344 date of jr 13/01/2018. I showed the online ticket to conductor but he started saying that in his booking sheet there is no such booking and demanding money. He said money will be refunded after online complaint but now have to pay him. Attachment has been done for the reference. Please do the needful as it is not my fault. I have screenshot of the confirmed thicket.

                            Sir ham abhi padra depo per hai or bus almost ful hai bt bus k conductor k koi relative passnger niche tha pr bus main khade rehne ki bhi jagah nai thi. Comductor ne bus 20 min tak stad per hi rakha or bola jab tak ander nai jaogi bus nai jayegi. Mene conductor ka pic attach kiya hai. Plz sir take some action against him.

                                I came from ahmedabad to baroda in volvo toady at 12:00 noon dt 13/1/18 and i kept my bag in the deck of bus i don't know someone at amit nagar has might have taken my bag. When i got down at bus station vadodara i was not able to find my bag and i did complain to the bus station. Can you please help if nyone comes up and submit the bag please let me know sir.

                                I dipak gajjar one of passenger today came through bahuchraji to ahmedabad saturday route bus from ambica, kalol, at 12.00 p. M. Noon and the bus conductor refuse to give me complain book and asked me that bus will not go from ashram road it will go from river front road. And told me to leave the bus at gandhi ashram instead of my station at vadaj. I request you to immediate take corrective steps in this regards. And tell them to go through the route which is given by the gsrtc.

                                    I have booked ticket online from navsari to vadodara and bus time for departure is 6:45 am and i got delay to reach bus stand just for 2 min driver departure the bus ...

                                    Is there no provision for waiting for passenger at least 5 min if any than i want to complaint against him because people book ticket for their emergency work...

                                    And bus got delay to reach station they have lot excuses
                                    If they departure bus on time it's there responsibility to reach on station on time..

                                      I have booked 4 ticket of round way trip from ahmedabad to vadodara and then back of dated 13 th jan 2018 at 6:45pm to 15 th jan 2018 8:00pm.

                                      I was on verge of completion of transaction and the webpage was leading me towards the merchant page then it showed transaction failure.

                                      I have payment id : 90866399 and the ob reference number : gs4920864

                                      When i will get my refund of the amount 1476 rupees.
                                      Why is this problem happening? Its costing me more time. We think if we bok online ticket then we will save time but itz happening the opposite of it.

                                      So i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and get a solution and refund my money.
