I'm a daily commuter of halol-vadodara route and use gsrtc services. I want to complain about irresponsible conductor who provide tickets to passengers for keeping their handbags on seat and denying women to sit instead.
I hope strict actions will be taken against this as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket from dhasa to ahmedabad. The fare is ₹139. The money is deducted from my sbi account but ticket was not generated. I have paid through online sbi through bill desk payement gateway. My ob reference number is :GS4934542. Please refund my money.

    Not answering anything and misbehaving with customer about not to stop at desired destination and telling that do what ever you want tell any body.
    Right now i am travelling from jamnagar to. Vadinar route bus 8:10 am. Boarded from samarpan circle.

    Kindly take necessary action towards abusive language used to me by conductor.

    Also telling that will not stop and not give to ticket, i asked that i want ticket then after too long argument he gave me ticket far from where i actually want to go. And threaten me that he will see me just wait and watch.

        I have booked tickets on line portal of gsrtc on[protected] from baroda to shirdi (25/11/2017) and return (28/11/2011) also. Total amount paid was rs. 2184/-. Due to some unavoidable circumstances i have cancelled booking. I have received part refund of rs. 742/- on 30/11/2017 vide ref no jbbr[protected]/bill desk with tr. No. (S[protected].

        You are requested to please look into matter as already 02 months have been passed and remaining refund till date not received.
        For needful at the earliest please.

          Same time bus cant coming bus station or cancel bus. I am student. Gandhidham bus station 2 bus come but my collage time 12 o clock but one bus come when 8.30 local bus and second 9.15 arrived. But same time 9.15 am cancelled bus.

Give them a new buses special for girls where no man can go inside... That's the only thing u can changed this bloody hell... I[censored]r not {father, brother or son } dont do something.. But i promise u i kill them all.

              Please note that i bharti ben singhvi informed you that we have booked bus ticket from surat (Gujarat) to jalore (Rajasthan) for on dated 20 jan. 2018 from gujarat state bus. And i have pickup the bus at 17.00 hrs from surat central bus station. After some time when bus was reached to ahemedabad the bus staff (Driver & conductor) were saying that bus can not go to destination (Jalore) due to i have facing lot of problem.

                At bus stand in petlad depo, no buses are running in time. Drivers and conductors are actually doing time pass at the time of bus departure. They are having gutkha at that time instead of starting bus. Some superiors are seeing that happening but never scold the driver. I cannot understand when bus is in front of you and driver is ready, why can't they start bus on time. Why they are intentionally passing time and wasting our time also. I humbly request to take a strict action on this in order to enhance our system.

                  The following bus on which i booked a ticket was cancelled completely. I wish to get a refund for the same. The gsrtc website says that refund isn't possible. I was npt informed about the cancellation of the bus beforehand.

                    We would like to complain about the bad and unprofessional behavior of the bus conductor of gsrtc bus number gj-18-z-1555 for the date[protected] departing from rajkot to badmer via ahmedabad.. We already said that we wanted to be dropped off at jodhpur char rasta stop in ahmedabad but he didn't stop the bus at the said stop instead continued to drive till next stop and when asked for the complaint book we were denied rudely by the conductor.. So please do the needful from your end...
                    Looking for a positive response asap...

                        Why is bus # gj-18y-9816 being cancelled on every function of modi? It is humilating that it is the only bus which comes in evening for going to mahesana from gandhinagar. The said from is of bechraji depot.

                        Kinly look into the matter.

                        Either you cancell the bus permenantly and give new route from mahesana to gandhinagar from gandhinagar at 6:45 pm daily.

                        It is not vikas...

                            Sir kindly take note that all bording are not present in your application do plz remove your application otherwise add bording point... My problem is in my booking no : g18409315, rout no:9274916 which has not present shihor bording point if we book our tickets from app it will generate from bhavnagar due to this problem conductor doesn't provide our sit... Plz take action otherwise we do something new for our government transportation services...

                                Hello sir/mam,
                                My name is nishesh.
                                Please find below exact details of transaction; the amount have been deducted from my bank account but i haven't received my seat booking confirmation. So, i had to book it one more which was successful.
                                The booking was for bus from gandhinagar to broda central bus statiin, for 8:00am bus, total amount was 111 inr. Please let me know how can i get my debited amount of 111 inr for my unsuccessful transction.

                                    I m an ordinary civilian of gujarat who often travel in to state public transport.
                                    I have noticed that the level of cleanliness are always low in st buses but recently i have noticed that the company named sambhav media (Ahmedabad) has set the lcds in st buses and they broadcast news and entertainment in it. But alas! Broadcasting is so poor in terms of quality and materials both. Rightnow i m travelling from junagadh to jamnagar in veraval-jamnagar route bus.in this 3hrs journey only songs (Some unknown 70's songs) are repeatedly being played 8-10times and driver is playing separate songs in his audio system so it is like we are traveling in a pathetic chaotic and noisy environment. After these all when a film get autoplay in the tv it stucked in mid and then it remains same till we reach at jamnagar.

My date of journey is 17/01/2018 from ahmedabad to buhari in express class seat no-26 but some issues i cancled my ticket after some days the cancled date is 12/01/2018. My ticket pnrno-g18296947 and trip code -2215amdahwxp51. But i don't get refund money of cancled my ticket so i request for my refund money.
