Respected sir,
My name is zalavadiya sani. I was daily updown at gsrtc. My village is locate too gariyadhar-amreli highway. All amreli rout buses are not come in my village. All buses are gone to velavadar. No local bus are available at my village. So plz you are resolve my complaint. My village is under to gariyadhar depot. And many students are up down to my village so plz you are solved our queiry. I have no any pics for bus so i have never send it this complaint.

Respected sir, my name is zalavadiya sani and i have daily up down at mota charodiya to amreli.my village locate at main road but any bus are not come in charodiya. All buses rouet is velavadar. So plz you say to depot tu change bus roots at my village.

    I am extremely disappointed with this online booking service. I have faced this problem more than 3 time. I hope u will adress this issue

      My Complaint is that I booked 1 ticket on 8/1/2018 From GSRTC web site.My date of journey is 17/1/2018 from Ahmedabad to Buhari.My Booked ticket PNr No is G18296947 and trip code is 2215AMDAHWEX51 and class is Express.I cancled ticket on 12/1/2018 but my refund money is now get.Please GSRTC try that get me my refund money.You will action as quike as.please Give my refund money.

        in Conductor Sheet There Is Two Booking showing With Same Seat Number
        I & My Spouse Didn't Get Seat We Go Through Very Trouble on That journey.
        We Even Got Go Through bad health Bcoz conductor Provide Last Seat OF The Bus.

        Conductor Didn't contact Any Respective Person.

            I (Darshanaba p vaghela) had booked a ticket for the bus vansada to ahmedabad ctm expressway for journey dt.28 jan 2018 time 20-30 seat no 15 as per bus ticket & m-ticket it is sleeper but conductor provide seating seat.

            So please give reply either this ticket is sleeper or seating

            If seating than why mentioned sleeper in my ticket and what about excess charge.

            Pls lookout for it... And refund my money back to my account. Pls. Inform your next course of action.

              On 27th Jan 2018 morning, I was travelling from Jamnagar to Tranpatia in state transport bus that started from jamnagar bus depot. The bus was carrying around 20-25 passengers with Registration plate reading : GJ-18-Y-6416. Find attached travel ticket for the same.As soon as bus hits the road, it started rattling like hell. Windows, door and all the things were making enough noise for headache.

              If that wasn't the end, front left Tyre got punctured at Lalpur Depot. On inquiring Bus driver and conductor, I came to know that bus was not carrying basic tools to change the inflated Tyre!!! Another surprise !!!

              Even after 15-20 minutes, conductor informed me that Jamnagar depot management asked them to figure out solution on their own. I immediately contacted Mr. Buch at Jamnagar depot and asked for help and he told me to wait for at last 1.5-2 hour till help from Jamnagar arrives!!! That forced me to opt for another mode of transport thereafter. And completely ruined my scheduled plan and time table.

              This is not about refund, and even not about breakdown, this is all about providing at least decent quality buses those are equipped with basic tools. Who is responsible for delay in reaching my destination that caused too much trouble to me??

                I have book my ticket from botad to ahmedabad with pnr no. G18578888 and trip code 0530grdksnexp51. The bus arrival time is at 7.30 at botad we have asked at inquiry counter so many time up to 8.30 but we have not been informed about bus breakdown at last i call at gariyadhar depo and ask the conductor no and after talked to him i come to know about bus breakdown at 8.40. Due to this i would not able to appear before hon’ble court for hearing of 5 cases. So i request to do necessary in this regard.

                  I have booked e-ticket dated on 22/01/2018 from ahmedabad to vasda. Due to padmavat movie protest by karni sena, bus service wasnt provided through ctm express highway pick up stand. Bus was travelled directly from narol (Other route). I suffered lot due to this. Bus conductor had not even contact me and inform about this. I request you to refund my money. My bus ticket details are as below.

                    My complaint is that i booked 3 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 26/01/2018 from anand to bhavnagar in 3x2 gurjarnagri class. My pnr no. Is g18520550 and trip code is 0629brdbvngjr47. My total bus fair is rs. 417/-. My journey time was 6:59 a. M. On my travel date, i reached anand bus station at 6.50 a. M. And inquired about my ac bus from depo incharge of anand bus station. But depo incharge of anand told me that bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in gurjarnagri bus and you might be travelled in kodinar bus instead of gurjarnagri bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim your refund of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from anand to bhavnagar in kodinar bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My complete details are as under.                       On 28th jan-18 going in gj18z1268 gsrtc bus from jetpur to jamnagar which is hold 15/20 min.in dhoraji for bus changes & as per above number plate bus provided which is fully shock all seats & whole bus, bus given form washing & no drying job done & given directly for trip, kindly take corrective action whole passengers disturbed for this type of poor facility.

                        I had booked through make my trip on 31.12.2017, two tickets - seater nos. 7 & 8 vide pnr no. D2q5rhc9 & booking id is nu[protected] to undertake journey from somnath to ahmedabad by the bus of gsrtc which, was schedule to depart on 03.01.2018 at 9:30 pm but, the bus had been cancelled for its operation from somnath gsrtc office at the last moment after we boarded into the bus. However, on such cancellation, i claimed the refund from the counter while, the authority of gsrtc, somnath office had informed that he would arrange to make the refund but regretfully, i inform here that till the date nothing has been heard from either your end or make my trip end. Please resolve my complaint at the earliest.

                              I have very bad experience in gsrtc.
                              I was going to indore from ahmedabad by bus of 20:00 on 25.01.2018. But bus not came on this day due to some reason. I have enquired to enquiry counter but your representative was not able to explain this problem and they have no solution for it.

                              I want my refund of rs 666.0 as soon as posible. The all details are given in ticket.

                                I have booked gsrtc from ahmedabad to rajkot 6.10 pm bus. I reached at iscon ar 6.10. I continuously called at gsrtc office but somehow they didn't receive call or call was busy. At the end they receive call and told me that the iscon route is cancelled. You have to come at ujala chowkdi. The bus was already depart from nehrunagar.

                                They are so much irresponsible that tey2 even dont inform or call if passemger was not come. And when i reached at ujala they were saying that max 2 min will wait after that we were depart from here.

                                Its 7 o'clock i reached at ujala. Why rhey cant inform before bus time. So we can manage to reach.

                                It’s very poor service observed in Vapi bus station. The actual time of bus for Vapi to Sanjan is 9:40am but it’s leav on 10:30am. The staircase is full dirty with sandas.

                                Really it’s very poor service giving by GSRTC.

                                  There is one bus of waghodia depot on route nadiad to vadodara through express highway at 8:45 a. M.. The speed limit of such bus is fixed 60 km./hr. Due to that we reach late at vadodara and varius persons misses their office time for 20 to 25 minutes. When the mls buses runs on same highway their speed limit is fixed 80 km./hr. So, please make the speed limit of 80 km./hr. Instead of 60 km./hr....

                                  to rajkot.. I have not received any msg or mail form 1 st
                                  time i booked ticket. And transaction failed msg.. So i booked

                                    Not root for bus anjar, gandhidham for after 5:00p. M. Please more root for local & express. So please resolve this problem for rapar deport more root available not for your kind information so please this root on the your dimand resolve this problem rapar to anjar, rapar to gandhidham for this roots come fast recover this problem and so many roots get available evening to night.                                       Hello this is to inform you that i am traveling from ahmedabad to baroda from gsrtc 60/- bus. Conductor batch no. 034824 he misbehave with me. I have bought two tickets for me and my wife. I have two kid one is 6 months and second baby girl which is 4 years old. We came first in bus by other passenger conductor pressurized me to buy ticket for my daughter which is wrong and there is not rule.

                                      He shouted and misbehave in bus. He insulted me and that is why i am writing my graviences. Please make him understand and if he is not understand than take action against him. Kindly issue memo against no. 034826. Please find attached my bus tickets.
