On 27th Jan 2018 morning, I was travelling from Jamnagar to Tranpatia in state transport bus that started from jamnagar bus depot. The bus was carrying around 20-25 passengers with Registration plate reading : GJ-18-Y-6416. Find attached travel ticket for the same.As soon as bus hits the road, it started rattling like hell. Windows, door and all the things were making enough noise for headache.
If that wasn't the end, front left Tyre got punctured at Lalpur Depot. On inquiring Bus driver and conductor, I came to know that bus was not carrying basic tools to change the inflated Tyre!!! Another surprise !!!
Even after 15-20 minutes, conductor informed me that Jamnagar depot management asked them to figure out solution on their own. I immediately contacted Mr. Buch at Jamnagar depot and asked for help and he told me to wait for at last 1.5-2 hour till help from Jamnagar arrives!!! That forced me to opt for another mode of transport thereafter. And completely ruined my scheduled plan and time table.
This is not about refund, and even not about breakdown, this is all about providing at least decent quality buses those are equipped with basic tools. Who is responsible for delay in reaching my destination that caused too much trouble to me??
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
