Traveling from ahmedabad to surat in gsrtc sleeper bus gj-18-y-7854 on 04/01/2018. First of all bus came late (25 minutes) at ahmedabad central station. The condition of bus is worst in terms of external and internal physical condition, curtains not available, bus shaking on smooth highway road, internal mechanical structure damage, suspension & linners are not proper, seats are torn at many places for both sleeper and sitting, windows are jam. India pm & gujarat cm talking about vikas bus if we compare with other state then they might hv better bus.

    I got reservation for bus on 2nd january, 2018 on 11:35 from junagadh to bhuj in the bus route of bhuj-veraval. I just reach to junagadh bus-stand at 11:40 and bus has gone

    1: they not even waited for 5 minitues for reservation ticket.

    I just run fast to catch the bus in car, and i got that bus on jetpur highway.. And stopped bus and i told conducter that i have reservation for this bus but they did not allowed me to sit in that bus,. He is asking me for another ticket, i argue and recorded his audio.

    2: i have reservation ticket still he asking for another payment. 2 tickets for 1 journey???

    At last they did not allowed me to sit in that bus.
    Reservation passenger can not seat in bus even if he catch the bus,...
    This behaviour can not be tolerated.

      Sir, bavla depo managenet is not providing instant pass.
      They always takes 2-3days to renew student pass because of that most of the students are facing problems
      Students have to take 2-3days leave from colleges/schools to renew their pass, which affects their study.

      So please sir take this complaint seriously and do further investigation.

      We have booked ticket from Bhuj to Rajkot sleeper bus on 28 December through Paytm . Bus time was 9:10 pm. But the bus came was sitting . PNR noumber is : G18183816. Please refund the money as soon as possible . We did not go in the sitting bus. I am sending the photos of ticket .

      I have travelled daily from surat to zadeshwar or ankleshwar.
      Bus conductor money deducted daily different.

      Why this is happening.
      Why charges are not equally.

              I have booked 3 tickets from bilkha to bhavnagar on[protected] and journy date is[protected] ticket no is 13, 14, 15 and ref no is gs4863041 but problem is that ticket was not booked and amount debited in my account 323rs. So please check and refund my money. When ticket was booked then payment is debited in account and session is expired so ticket was not booked and payment is debited from my account

                  Bus go at 5:20 but the time is 5:45 so we miss the bus and for that we wait for 2 hours at bus station for another bus. How my daughter manage with her 3 year child you imagine that. So this type of your employees mistakes and becase of that suffer to how much passenger. I request you refund our amount.

                    Today on[protected] bus departure from modasa depo and reach to the next stop chokdi.. There were 17 passenges with me for surat bit driver doesnt stop the bus...

                      Hello sir,

                      This is to inform you that i have booked a bus through gsrtc app. Since i am new to gujarat i didn't know the system.

                      Upon asking the control person to guide me at ahmedabad central bus station he was rude and guided me in the wrong bus which has caused me unwanted trouble.

                      Please look into this issue as it affects the customer and refrain them using gsrtc again.

                        હું અંજાર થી માંડવી દરરોજ મુસાફરી gsrtc ની બસ માં કરું છુ મારી પાસે ગુર્જર નગરી નો પેસેન્જર પાસ છે જેના હું દર મહિને 2880રૂ. ચૂકવું છુ. થોડા દિવસ થી ભુજ ડેપો ના કંડક્ટ ને tc ગુર્જર નગરીનો પાસ હોવા છતાં લોકલ બસ માં બેસવા દેતા નથી ને જેમ મન થાય તેમ અપમાન કરે છે, તો આવા કયા નિયમના આધારે ભુજ ડેપોના કંડકટર અને tc આવું કરી શકે. તો હું આશા સાથે નમ્ર વિનંતી કરું કે મારી મુશ્કેલી નું સામાધન જલ્દીથી મળે.

                          I, hemantkumar mulajibhai pancholi, booked two e-tickets on date 19/12/2017. Pnr number is g18073757, route no. 9246731, journey date 22/12/2017, journey from ahmedabad - journey to dwarka, trip code:2030amjdwkslp15, departure time 12.30 am, class sleeper (2+1), pickup point ahmedabad cbs1, service from ambaji - service to dwarka, no. Of seats 2 (Adults=2) slp seat no.7, 8.
                          We didn't journey in this bus due to bus breakdown at himatnagar and trip cancelled from himatnagar onwards. So we had to travel on my own expenses. My refundable amount is rs.688/- so please refund it.

                            Respected sir,
                            I am a passenger pass holder of express bus from anand to nadiad. On saturday, 30th december, when i went to nadiad in an express bus from anand at about 8:50 a. M., conductor and driver stopped the bus for his relatives and the persons who give him bribe. He stopped express bus at iti uttarsanda, uttarsanda bus-stop, knowledge high school nadiad.

                            I am a professor in a college of nadiad. When i request him to drop me at college road bus-stop nadiad, he said that if you are late then you should come by other bus. He also insulted me badly without any fault.

                            My complaint is with this guy. If it is a rule not to stop express bus at college road bus stop, then why did he drop his so called relatives at knowledge high school just after d-mart. Is it a bus-stop? Why in front of iti?

                            Please help us. They believe that entire gsrtc will be theirs. This dissatisfaction reduces number of passenger pass holder. Please take actions against this.

                              I travelled on[protected] from ahmedabad to gandhinagar by bus no "gj-18 z 1385" at 11:00 am,
                              Trip name chhota udaipur to ambaji. The bus conductor who give tickets is so rude & he stop the bus multiple time where bus stop not available. When i say him to stop the bus on gsrtc stop point at infocity gandhinagar he refused and used some bad words when i ask his name he again refused to say his name. So, please take strict action on him. Because of some people like him whole gsrtc repo going down.

                                  My transaction failure and my tickets is not booked.

                                    I have online booked my ticket in your gsrtc bus gurjar nagari rajkot to mandvi for rajkot to bhuj travel, also i have paid money for gurjar nagari bus, but at travel time today here is not gurjar nagari bus, it's only express bus, i have paid money for gurjar nagari bus.

                                      I m travelling by my car.. Nd i stop my car in hotel darshan for tea. Nd suddenly gsrtc bus volvo coming from ahmedabad to rajkot.. Nd driver park a bus exactly behind my car so i coudnt drive my car because of driver rude behaviour.. Nd in car we have serious patient.. Nd we have to wait about 30 minitue because of it.. Gsrtc bus volvo no. G j 0 1 e t. 3708.. Time..9.35 pm... So i complain about this time nd i demand that u should fire that type of driver for his job

                                        I had book 5 tickets from vadodara to ahmadabad ranip on 20 dec 2017

                                        Bus no gj18 - 9906
                                        Journey from - vadodara central bus stop departure time - 19.30
                                        Journey to - ahmadabad ranip
                                        No of seats - 5
                                        Services from - surat centeral bus stand
                                        Services to - radhanpur

                                        We reached before time at central bus station 18.40
                                        We wait for bus till 20.30 but the bus was not came.
                                        I requested the inquiry counter person to sing and stamp on my e tickets to travel in other bus but he refused to do that.

                                        We booked tickets because i have infant and one 5 year old kid
                                        So i don't want to be inconvenience or any rush for tickets.

                                        The inquiry cabin person was not supportive and i had faced so very stress to finding another bus.

                                        Finally i purchased and travel to ahmadabad.

                                        Here, i am requesting you refund my booking amount rs. 483/-

                                        You can crosscheck the same with central bus station vadodara for arrival timing of bus.

                                        Conductor is not properly to talk with my parents his such a bed word use n dont stop the bus at bus stand in gandhinagar pathika aashram - GJ 18 Y 7562
                                        On Date 20/12/2017 6:45 bus No. gj 18 y 9603 vadnagar depot bus could not stopped on ch -0 Gandhinagar stand so please with requested the bus has stop on stand ch-0 properly on everyday Schedule.

                                        I had just done my operation and your driver and conductor misbehave with arrogant voice and rudely talk with everyone. I told him to about dickey ( luggage box) then he told me that it's not open. Also bus is very poor condition.
                                        No clean. Window is in poor condition. And travelling in night.
