Respected sir,. I am paying 12 rupees everyday for two wheelers parking. Yesterday i was reached late at parking only for 5 min. They told me pay extra 10 rupees for late fee we can allowed 12 hours for two wheelers in parking then pay late fee. I do daily updown some time i am iate so pay extra charges it is difficult to pay. So kindly do about it. Thanks and regards

I am from navsari.i used to travel by bus at early morning in bus no 9179, navsari to vyara.there is only one early morning bus so I have to only travel by that.plz make regular it.it often not put on depot. For that my many lectures were missed.so take seriously this problem.
At the GSRTC bus stand of Babra the snacks and wafers are not been selled on MRP. kindly make sure that the seller in Bus stand sells on MRP. The Wafer of MRP. 10/- is being selled at Rs. 12/- and biscuits of MRP/- Been selled on Rs. 7/-. So make sure that the seller sells at MRP. Thank you.

    I daily travel in bus around 7.45-8.00 pm from mota chiloda to nana chiloda. Every conductor stops bus at nana chiloda but once conductor of ambaji to khambhat refused to stop there saying there isnt a stop n argued with me for not sitting in this express bus i[censored] want to go nana chiloda i said okey i will go naroda n i ll land there. Then comes ringroad where actual no existence of any local or express stoppage he stops there for other passenger then comes nana chiloda he stops there also for other passengers then i told him why r u stopping here where here is no stand as u said earlier then he said they r sitting from ambaji n u r sitting from mota chiloda thats why no stoppage for u i m like what the hell r u speaking just giving baseless arguements why r u not giving me ticket when u r letting others to land there. What is the meaning of this type of harassment. N this happens everytime whenever i sit in ambaji to khambhat bus he everytime argues with me not to sit in bus he argues n behaves very rudely with me for consecutively 4 times. Please help me out this

      I have booked bus through gsrtc.in — the departure time was 8:10 and i waited for 1 and half hour at the pickup stand but bus never came and i had to take another transportation to reach my destination. I need the refund. And if you guys can't reach your pickup station don't advertise false timing. Respect other people's time as well.

        Hi... I am vasant gosai today at baroda depo, enquiry officer say to me the vadodara to malsar bus not come at depo, then i tack local bus from baroda to dabhoi, thus the vadodara to malsar bus come at baroda depo and overtake the bus. So now i am at dabhoi depo. I have no any option to going my home.
        Than what i can do for me. I don't no.
        Public cooperate with system but system is not.

            Deesa Palitana Bus Service is very poor, i am waiting till 7PM and right now the time is 10PM and still bus is not came, i asked to the inquiry counter than they guys are replying me that this bus is always irregular so i can't tell you right now when bus is come...

            This is worst...

And cancell this this e-ticket cancel on same day i. E. 28/11/2017. But till date i have not received refund amount on my debit card.                 Sir, i have made online booking of 3 tickets of nasik to chanasma for 9/12/2018, 2 tickets from nasik to ahmedabad and 1 ticket from nasik to patan. Departure time from nasik is 5 o clock (17.00), passengers were standing from 4.45 pm (16.45) at the pickup point at panchavati dindori naka bus stop, but bus has not arrived and had changed its route as per information collected from other sources. Sir i am providing details:-

                Here is information details of each passengers

                I will be very thankful to gsrtc department if i will get my refund back,

                      Irregular of bus dahod to khambhadiya
                      I always traveling in dahod to khambhadiya sleeper coach but last one month the bus not come in time . the bus time from Nadiad is 6. 20 p. m but the bus always come after 7. 30 p. m and I also see that sir the drivers and conductor hold in near kheda. Where the place is not actually stop each. So sir my humble request to you please take necessary action immediately...

                        Currently i m travelling in the bus which is travel from sanand to saputara bus no gj18z1147 which is from sanand depot, i want to travel from ctm (Ahmedabad) to vadodara i give 100 rp to bus conductor for ticket, total money of ticket is 93 rp i gave 3 rupee change to him to take 10 rupee in return, when i asked him to take this 3 rupees change and return 10 ruppes to me, he strongly refused to give money back of my legal ticket and give me answer in return that "driver ne cha pivdavi pade" it's for tea of driver. So it's really unlegal theft of money of the public it's helpless so pls help me, it's unjustice to poor public of conutry. Name of conductor is - mr vaniya

                          Dear sir

                          I was traveling from baroda to ahmedabad on bus no gj 1 dv 1530, and when my stop came i. E paldi the driver just shouted my stop name but didn't stop. I was just standing at the gate to get down, but he didn't stop. He was arguing with me and was mis behaving. He even used bad words and told me that whatever you want to do i will not stop. He even pushed when i got down at nehrunagar bus stop. His name was mr. Jayant c rana and even took my number to threaten me.
                          Kindly request you to take necessary action against this person or else i will file a strong case of mental and physical haresment against the concern.

                            I kalpesh thakkar booked tickets from gandhinagar to gandhidham on[protected] at 2.30pm around. As per schedule bus timing was 8pm starting from gandhinagar and reach to gandhidham at 4am. I reached gandhinagar bus stop at 7.45pm but bus was not reached there by 9.15pm. I have 6 full and 2 half tickets so all passengers 8 and other 15 passengers were waiting there for more than one hour. When we made inquiry to counter the person replied that bus will come in 10-15 minutes. He replied same for 3 times. When i made inquiry to depo the bus was under repairing and there was a problem if wiper in bus. After bus arrived at 9.15 to stand they took passengers and once again went to depo for taking diesel. So finally bus was late by 1.45 hours from its timing and reached gandhidham at 5.45 instead of 4. It was poor experience for me. I request you to take proper actions and try to solve it permanently. I am attaching three photos which i have taken on site.

                              I have booked e-ticket from malpur to surat on 29.11.2017

                              Gsrtc online ticket booking on 29/11/2017 and after submit option from gsrtc site

                              Amount of bus fare rs. 198/- is being debited from my icici bank account but i did not get e-ticket. After this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] but i did't get proper response.

                              Again i tried to book ticket from malpur to surat but same problem i faced and bus fare rs. 198 deducted form my icici account.

                              Sms for deduction of both transaction attached herewith.

                              Till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

                              Please do needful at earliest.

                                After that i have cancelled partial tickets (02 passengers) first & then again cancelled tickets of rest of 02 passengers. But after cancellation all 04 passengers ticket, i have not received any refund out of 04 passengers yet.

                                  I have booked 4 tickets of volvo bus from surat to vadodara on 2 december 2017 i have booked it online on gsrtc.in the amount of 1107 rupees had been deducted from my account but ticket was not given to me.                                     I am jaydeepkumar jayantilal jamaliya, my date of journey was 4/12/2017 from amreli to gandhinagar bus stand in sleeper class of girgadhada - gandhinagar sleeper bus.

                                    My pnr no. Is g17902790. On my travel date, i reached amreli bus station at 11:49 pm. And inquired about my bus from conductor. But bus conductor told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was cancelled for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in simple sitting bus and you have to travel in sitting bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked.

                                    He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am traveling in junagadh to keshod but coundector behaviour are not good coundector name is not known but he is traveling in mundra to kodinar bus and also his time is approx 2:25 am in junagadh i am not satisfied his answer. He told me bus is full so you are not traveling this bus but bus is not full 2 sheet is empty and his behaviour is very rudely.
                                      Traveling date is 3 december 2017

                                      Ahmedabad to ukai bus is not goint to vyara bus station but bus is going to bypass and so many passenger facing problem from this type of service are giving by the gsrtc...ahmedabad to ukai bus at time 9:00pm
                                      On[protected] I booked a ticket with the email ID [protected]@gmail.com of Krishnanagar Mahuva at 5:30 in the morning of[protected] and the tickets are not booked due to technical errors in the website and money was debited though but I did not receive any money back on unbooking. So please regards about it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        My complent is i m a job person & i m daily updown dhodka to nadiad at gujarat sir my daily route in this track (Junagadh to chota udepur gsrtc bus) sir this bus as a actual time in dhodka bus stop is 18:45 but last six month every day this bus for dhodka bus stand stop coming at after 19:30 pls sir kindly to needful help in this complent. Thanks
