Sir, i have made online booking of 3 tickets of nasik to chanasma for 9/12/2018, 2 tickets from nasik to ahmedabad and 1 ticket from nasik to patan. Departure time from nasik is 5 o clock (17.00), passengers were standing from 4.45 pm (16.45) at the pickup point at panchavati dindori naka bus stop, but bus has not arrived and had changed its route as per information collected from other sources. There were 4 more passengers who were waiting for the bus at the same pickup point and i am a regular passenger too, so hopefully you will help me out. Total amount i paid was rs (944/- for seat 1&2) and rs 517/- for seat no. 12.
