Currently i m travelling in the bus which is travel from sanand to saputara bus no gj18z1147 which is from sanand depot, i want to travel from ctm (Ahmedabad) to vadodara i give 100 rp to bus conductor for ticket, total money of ticket is 93 rp i gave 3 rupee change to him to take 10 rupee in return, when i asked him to take this 3 rupees change and return 10 ruppes to me, he strongly refused to give money back of my legal ticket and give me answer in return that "driver ne cha pivdavi pade" it's for tea of driver. So it's really unlegal theft of money of the public it's helpless so pls help me, it's unjustice to poor public of conutry. Name of conductor is - mr vaniya

    Dear sir

    I was traveling from baroda to ahmedabad on bus no gj 1 dv 1530, and when my stop came i. E paldi the driver just shouted my stop name but didn't stop. I was just standing at the gate to get down, but he didn't stop. He was arguing with me and was mis behaving. He even used bad words and told me that whatever you want to do i will not stop. He even pushed when i got down at nehrunagar bus stop. His name was mr. Jayant c rana and even took my number to threaten me.
    Kindly request you to take necessary action against this person or else i will file a strong case of mental and physical haresment against the concern.

      I kalpesh thakkar booked tickets from gandhinagar to gandhidham on[protected] at 2.30pm around. As per schedule bus timing was 8pm starting from gandhinagar and reach to gandhidham at 4am. I reached gandhinagar bus stop at 7.45pm but bus was not reached there by 9.15pm. I have 6 full and 2 half tickets so all passengers 8 and other 15 passengers were waiting there for more than one hour. When we made inquiry to counter the person replied that bus will come in 10-15 minutes. He replied same for 3 times. When i made inquiry to depo the bus was under repairing and there was a problem if wiper in bus. After bus arrived at 9.15 to stand they took passengers and once again went to depo for taking diesel. So finally bus was late by 1.45 hours from its timing and reached gandhidham at 5.45 instead of 4. It was poor experience for me. I request you to take proper actions and try to solve it permanently. I am attaching three photos which i have taken on site.

        Dear sir,

        I have booked e-ticket from malpur to surat on 29.11.2017

        Gsrtc online ticket booking on 29/11/2017 and after submit option from gsrtc site

        Amount of bus fare rs. 198/- is being debited from my icici bank account but i did not get e-ticket. After this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] but i did't get proper response.

        Again i tried to book ticket from malpur to surat but same problem i faced and bus fare rs. 198 deducted form my icici account.

        Sms for deduction of both transaction attached herewith.

        Till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

        Please do needful at earliest.

          I have booked tickets for 04 passengers online from gsrtc website.
          After that i have cancelled partial tickets (02 passengers) first & then again cancelled tickets of rest of 02 passengers. But after cancellation all 04 passengers ticket, i have not received any refund out of 04 passengers yet.

            I have booked 4 tickets of volvo bus from surat to vadodara on 2 december 2017 i have booked it online on gsrtc.in the amount of 1107 rupees had been deducted from my account but ticket was not given to me. It's gone to the surat central bus station and from their they gave me a number but no one is responding to that number. The number is [protected]. I expect refund of my money.

              Dear sir/madam

              I am jaydeepkumar jayantilal jamaliya, my date of journey was 4/12/2017 from amreli to gandhinagar bus stand in sleeper class of girgadhada - gandhinagar sleeper bus.

              My pnr no. Is g17902790. On my travel date, i reached amreli bus station at 11:49 pm. And inquired about my bus from conductor. But bus conductor told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was cancelled for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in simple sitting bus and you have to travel in sitting bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked.

              He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online.

              Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus, in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My complete details are as under

                Dear sir,
                I am traveling in junagadh to keshod but coundector behaviour are not good coundector name is not known but he is traveling in mundra to kodinar bus and also his time is approx 2:25 am in junagadh i am not satisfied his answer. He told me bus is full so you are not traveling this bus but bus is not full 2 sheet is empty and his behaviour is very rudely.

                Ahmedabad to ukai bus is not goint to vyara bus station but bus is going to bypass and so many passenger facing problem from this type of service are giving by the gsrtc...ahmedabad to ukai bus at time 9:00pm
                On[protected] I booked a ticket with the email ID [protected]@gmail.com of Krishnanagar Mahuva at 5:30 in the morning of[protected] and the tickets are not booked due to technical errors in the website and money was debited though but I did not receive any money back on unbooking. So please regards about it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  My complent is i m a job person & i m daily updown dhodka to nadiad at gujarat sir my daily route in this track (Junagadh to chota udepur gsrtc bus) sir this bus as a actual time in dhodka bus stop is 18:45 but last six month every day this bus for dhodka bus stand stop coming at after 19:30 pls sir kindly to needful help in this complent.                     I (Gautam kumar) am the passenger of bus no gj-18, 2029 dt 02 dec 2017.
                    Limbadi to ahmedabad.. Ticket no 044670 dated 02 dec 2017. Time 1200hrs.
                    When i asked for complaint/suggestions book to conductor. He refuse and misbehave and he also say to ask the driver. Then i also request to driver for same. But he also reduse and say i have not suggestion/complaint book.
                    I just want to know how much time of stoppage at bagadara. They have spent above 30 minutes.
                    Pl take necessary actions.

                      Respected sir, i want to draw your kind attention to the fact ragarding to ankleshwar depot, bharuch division. The bus between the route of ankleshwar to adajan has become irregular which is the last bus from adajan to ankleshwar. Regarding to this issue many daily travelling passengers have been affected and lots of inconvenience risen to them. We have attached the photo of ticket as evidence.

                      The bus from ankleshwar to adajan has the departure time from adajan is 7:30pm but the shift change of driver and conductors lead to delay and also due to faulty bus. There is also some circumstances that we can understand but the satisfactory answers are not provided by the depot incharge with inappropriate reasons.

                      Most of the passengers of that bus are labor workers and it is your duty to provide sufficient facilities to the passengers as they pay the organization. They have faith in your organization and i hope you will understand the problem and resolve it. We sincerely apologize if there is any misleading points covered.

                        Bus condition for one and only bus between vadodara and dhari is very poor. Window is not closing. Seat is not in good condition. No sleeper facilities available for 350 km long route. Request to start one sleeper bus as this bus has always fun reservations. While coming to dhari bus conductor ask to leave the bus on the road. It is not coming inside bus station. Request to inform conductor to drop passenger inside bus station.

                            I had booked ticket frm nasvadi to ankleshvar. The timing of departure was 8.15 am but the bus departed at 7.15 am.

                            Pls look into the matter and take strict action regarding it.
                            Timing of gsrtc are not maintained in tribal belt which is unacceptable.

                              Sir.
                              I had booked two sleeper tickets for 24/11/2017 from nasik to vadodara.
                              In gsrtc bus which take start from nasik to chanasma. I was waiting for bus from 1600hrs to till 1830 hrs. At nasik bus stand (Maha marg).
                              That bus was cancelled but i was not informed, i inquired to bus inquiry counter at nasik bus stand frequently. But they answered that till this bus is not reported. At last i came to know that bus is cancelled.
                              By this way i was suffered a lot. Also i lost my tickets fare as i could not avail the service due to cancellation of said bus.

                              So i request you for refund of tickets fare, the details of tickets is as under.

                                  I am from kani village, ta & di patan (Ng), while i am travelling from unjha to kani chokadi (Unjha to patan highway), i observe and face that in your ticket machine, kani chokadi stop is not loaded while it is declared as official stop by gsrtc. Every time we have to pay next stop ticket. Every time conductors are giving careless answer. Kindly look into this matter.

                                      I was traveling from udaipur to ahmedabad in Gujarat ST bus on 24/11/2017 and the bus was express but the seats were like ruined foams found in garbage dump.
                                      Now i want to say in final one line that :

                                      Meri gand aur kamar ki wat lag gayi hai na hagte ban raha hai na sote.
                                      Seat to sahi kara lo itna paisa kya stah le jaoge.
                                      Kiraya to 250 lete ho service 25 paise ki bhi nahi hai.

                                        On 25 November Saturday I asked the help of gsrtc government helper at no.5.
                                        He showed a very unsatisfied behavior and didn't solved my query and told me that you keep waiting of bus comes and goes it's not his business. This is very bad attitude from GSRTC.
                                        it is us who pay taxes so that these ### get some jobs and of the behave in such a manner I can't sit quit.
                                        Hence I request the gsrtc officials to take some strict action on such persons.
