I the under signeds sanjaykumar vallabhbhai vekariya age 34 resi add at - jasdan tal - jasdan dis - rajkot gujarat india pin 360050 my ticket number is 063530 jetpur depot gurjarnagari. Yesterday date 07-november -2017 i was traveling from krishna nagar statd bapunagar ahmedabad to jasdan. Early morning bus departure time is 5:00 am and i reached 4:49 am morning the bus was on stand and i have load my bag on seat and than i ask to driver i want to go urine and the toilet was just front of bus door than driver say ok come back soon i say i will come just a minute but conductor told me lesson you are not aloud to go urine if you go urine we will go. I say but its just 4:49 and your departure time is 5:00 am than conductor told me this is my bus now i am the owner of this bus when departure is i deside. Not you and than conductor told me. If you want to traveling this bus you have to finish your urine at your home and this is not your fathers bus conductor behavior is very rude. Than i ask conductor please i want to lodge complain and i want to get complain book and your badge number and your full name conductor told me i dont have complain book and i dont have badge number. Than i told to conductor come with me control point than conductor told me. I am not your fathers servant. What ever want to do you can. I am not afraid any buddy. So please take action this type of conductor. Suspend this type of conductor because descent people dont want to traveling in st bus because of this type of conductor so please take action.

    The express delux bus is not stopping on the legal stop-kathodra patiya. When we rais our hand to stop tge bus the driver just ignore us and keep on driving on the way.
    As we are students we face a tons of difficulties and one more that our exam is also going on... Plss give us a solution

      Driver is late by 90 minutes from dahod went to home for dinner. Condutor also misbehaved when asked about drive. Bus is dahod navsari and back to navsari dahod. And driver was busy in tickets without any concern. Driver came from home and instead of doing some speedy work he was busy eating tobacco at a stall near station. And conductor threatened to lower the voice to all person seating in bus

        To concerned gsrtc controller & incharge,

        I hade booked e-ticket for my relative on 04/11/2017 from dhandhuka to dahod (Servive route baga sara to dahod) in sleeper coach was on 10:00 pm timing. When asked to the controller 10.30pm to 11.00pm they tolld bus not came till. After that we asked controller to see ticket carefully and guide us why these 10.30 pm bus is still not came. He told there are no such sleeper coach bus on dhandhuka route his ticket is false, you go in another bus and take ticket for that bus. If that tickes taken from gsrtc site is false than gsrtc is fraud who are looting the money of public.
        Gsrtc are not refunding the money for e-ticket booked money.in whose pocket these money are going. Gsrtc has started new fraud initiative to loot the public. Please stop this...

        If the buses are not there on route then remove from site, which lead to harrasment only. Or close these fruds site.

          👆જુઓ #dholka_stના કર્મચારી ની દાદાગીરી આજ રોજ તા.6/11/2017ને સોમવારે બપોરે કલાકે પાસ કઠાવવા માટે લાબી લાઇન હોવા છતા ત્યાના કર્મચારી 4:30ના બદલે 2:30વાગ્યે જ પાસ બારી પર સ્ટુડન્ટ પાસ કાઢવા નુ બંધ કરી દે છે.
          અને કારણ પૂછતા યોગ્ય કર્મચારી ની અછત નુ બહાનુ આગળ ધરે છે. ત્યા તે સમયે ડેપો મેનેજર ને ફરયાદ કરવા જતા ત્યાના બીજા કર્મચારી ડેપોમેનેજર ને અલગ અલગ બહાનું આગળ ધરી ને મળવા દેતા નથી.
          આજુ બાજુ ના ગામ થી આવતા વિદ્યર્થી ના અભ્યાસ નુ શુ?

                  Online bus time shows 21:15 but till 23: 10 bus not on the station.. This is very pathetic to see such gujarat as a state very iregualirty in management..

                  Pathic to see like service of gsrtc...

                  I am not using thia service again hope you improve technology..

                    But in godhra to palnpur bus for godhra to himatnagar fare was rs. 110 per person
                    So per ticket rs.4 extra
                    So in same root & rent was diff
                    & above two bus express not one is express& other is sami laxury or laxury
                    I am clear that one bus palanpur dept & other. Bus godhra dept
                    I was complaint in godhra control point but no response
                    So please correct above fair list

                      I have booked bus ticket from vadodara (Gujarat) to yeola (Maharashtra). Journey date was 20th october, 2017. Due to bus strike in maharashtra our bus was canceled. Gsrtc employee told me that you refund our money. I didn't get my ticket fare refund till now. If bus was canceled you should stop bus booking otherwise give our refund as soon as possible.

                        I was travelling in gsrtc bus from naliya to bhuj bus no.GJ18 Z 0776 on 3rd november and I don't have the change to give him so I gave a 500 rupee note and he said hum ye note nahi lete. Eventhough he had change but didn't listen to my any request nor accepting that 500 rupee note. So if your department don't accept 500 rupee note put a notice board so that we should not travel by gsrtc buses.

                            Dear sir,

                            We are pass holder passenger from vapi to silvassa and silvassa to vapi. But last 1 month or more earlier we are facing serious issues for bus is not coming in time. There is no local bus in morning towards silvassa. We have to depend on long route bus and it is coming late so we can not report to our office on time.
                            We complaint many times to vapi depo but they are ready to hearing our problem. While here are many pass holder passengers for this route. We request you for please arrange buses on time in 7.30 am to 9.00 pick hours.

                            And from silvassa end there is no bus for vapi after 6.00 pm since last 1 month. While the pick hour is for employees is 6.00pm to 8.00pm. And major issue is there is no controller in silvassa bus depo. And if it is availble then his reply is"avse to jase". For our knowledge we are calling vapi depo for inquiry purpose it seems always busy because land line put in side rather then on phone.
                            In this case our pass is just useless because we have to hire another transportation for reaching office. And if gsrtc not able to arrange buses on time then you must be refund our money and stop the passanger pass seva.

                            So here we are requesting you to look forward to our issues.

                              My complaint is that i booked 3 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 22/10/2017 from shirdi to makarpura st depo vadodara in 3x2 gurjarnagary bus. My pnr no. Is g17089035 and trip code is 1745shrdpangj47. My total bus fair is rs. 1104/-. My journey time was 17:45 hrs. On my travel date, i reached shirdi bus station at 17:00 hrs. And inquired about my gurjarnagary bus from depo incharge ofshirdi bus station. But depo incharge of shirdi told me that gurjarnagary bus which you have booked was not come for some route canceled by maharastra govt. For strike of drivers & conductors reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in gurjarnagary bus and you might be travelled in gurjarnagary bus instead of any bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from shirdi t to vadodara in other bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                                     Overhead shed support (wooden) where a ceiling fan is attached is about to break and the ceiling fan may fall on the head of the passengers just seating beneath it.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have booked my ticket in following bus.

                                      But bus service cancelled.

                                      And still date i am not getting any answer or refund from gsrtc.

                                      Detail

                                      Pnrno : g17050000 jnydate : 17/10/2017 deptime : 22:55hrs seatno (S) : 4, 5 class : sleeper boardingpt : ahmedabad cbs 5

                                      I also do mail 4 or 5 time in [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in
                                      Id as per instructions of toll free[protected] care.

                                      But i am not getting any replay of refund till.

                                      So request take any action and do ahead process for my refund.

                                      When i say to conductor to do volume he refuse my words and not seeing me also..! Nd once he did the volme then again he did low...! Then what’s the mean to have a television in the volvo bus..! 😠

                                        I am standing at mahudha chokadi 3 bus passes but not stop by driver eventhogh mahudha chokadi is a stop. This happen d during 10 to 11 pm on 30 th october. This happens regularly. So sort it out this problem because this is the only mode of transport during reach to ahmedabad. One of the bus is chhotaudepur - tankar, other is of morbi. So tell drivers to stop the bus at stand mahudha.
                                        Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am sitting in express bus of Jamnagar - barvala.. Bus quality is too low.. Seats of last benches have been tored off... Speed of bus is too low.. Sarangpur Darshan timing has also been not met.. Passenger have to wait till 3pm for next Darshan.. Bus timing and quality should be maintained..
