I am traveling from surat to sarangpur btd vide tripcode 2030srtamlslp30 & pnrno : g17677854 jnydate : 17/11/2017 deptime : 20:30hrs while seating on seatno (S) :18, i hv found that pushback of seat is not working. I hv complaining regarding same to conductor n he replied we are tired complaining to concerns but they are not repairs the same...
I hv to forcefully journey almost 375 kms by seating instead of sleeping.. 😥

    Your bus has mentioned 5:30 pm time to reach ahmedabad but driver has hault the bus 2 time in between amreli and ahmedabad
    1st hault. After dhasa of 30 min
    2nd hault in bagodara bis stand for 15 min
    For that my flight from ahmedabad to delhi has been left
    Because your driver has hault 2 times
    Is this facility are you provided to customer
    Why you mention 5:30 pm time in your website
    Pls did action against driver and cundoctor other wise i written letter to p. M. O grivence cell

    Only driver and conductor eat food in hotel of free of cost
    Not a single traveller has did lunch and breakfast in hault so why bus driver did hault dor 2 times just because of free food provide by the hotel and passenger has face the problem by this unauthorized haulting

      ઉપરોકત વિષય અન્વયે જયભારત સહ જણાવવાનું કે તા.૧૭/૧૧/૨૦૧૭ ના રોજ મહેસાણા ડેપોની બસ અંબાજી થી મહેસાણા વાયા હિમતનગર થઇ મહેસાણા ખાતે જતી હતી. સદર બસમાં હુ (એચ.જી.પ્રજાપતિ) વિહાર થી પાલાવાસણા ખાતે મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યો હતો. સદર મુસાફરી પેટે મેં કંડકટરશ્રીને રૂ.૩૦ આપેલા. સદર મુસાફરીની ખરેખર ટીકીટ રૂ.૨૪ હતી. મારે કંટકટરશ્રી પાસેથી રૂ.૬ પાછા લેવાના બાકી હતા. જે પાછા માંગતા એમને મને બસમાંથી ઉતરતી વખતે આપવાની વાત કરી. જે અન્વયે બસ પાલાવાસણા પહોંચતા મને બસમાંથી ઉતરવાની વાત કરી અને રૂ. ૪ આપીને બસ જવા દીધી. જેમાં એમની પાસે રૂ.૨ ની માંગણી કરી તો એમને બસની ઘંટડી મારી બસ જવા દીધી જેમાંં હુ દરવાજા પાસે ઉભો હતો ને બસ જવા દેતા મારો પગ બસ નીચે આવતા રહી ગયો. જો સલામત સવારી એસ.ટી. હમારીનુંં સૂત્ર બસ પર લગાવતા હોય અને દરેક મુસાફર જોડે આ રીતની વર્તણૂક કંડકટરશ્રીની હોય તો મુસાફરે સેમા મુસાફરી કરવી. તેમજ કંડકટર દ્વારા આવી રીતે જો ગેરરીતીથી મુસાફરના પૈસા હડફવાની વાત હોય તો સદર બસના કંડકટર વિરૂધ્ધ કેમ કાર્યવાહી ન થાય. લી.એચ.જી.પ્રજાપતિ

        Bus driver is iresponcible person he is not stoping at makarpura station and with out inform left makarpura staion not going to pickup single traveler from makarpura bus depo today date 15/11/2017 bus no is gj 01 dz 8151. Driver is not responsible person. They also waste time on hotel more then 30 min. Please call me i am traveling from surat to baroda 4 days in week please give me number of depot manager.             Driver talking with lady conducter too much during driving and they can not proper driving andnot overtake any vehecial if possible to overtake

              Respected sir...
              I had tried to book tickets from gadu to mundra on 28th of september for amount of inr 714.00 & that was twice.. Although tickets both the times were not booked, the same amount, i. E., 714 ×2 = 1428 had been debited from my bank account kotak mahindra bank..
              Now i call the bank everyday & they say that from merchant side, i, e, here it's gsrtc, they have accepted the amount, i. E., the transactions were successful..& you will have to ask for the amount to gsrtc...
              I want my money refunded in my kotak mahindra bank account as soon as possible..
              Here with this i am sending
              Screenshots of a bank account statement along with the reference numbers of both the tickets...

                Myself murtaza bohra, age 46 i have cancel gsrtc bus ticket for 10.11.2017 from rajkot to adipur.

                My saving account no. [protected] (Hdfc) immediately debited during booking time but after 4 days of cancellation still i am waiting for my refund amount.

                GJ 18 Z 1010 made me run behind it and the driver behaved so rudely pls take necessary steps
                Yesterday when I visit to Gujarat Transport office enquiry counter was closed at daytime 12 P.M when there is too much of rush and not a single person of Transport authority was there Silvassa

                GJ 18 Z 1010 BUS FROM bahucharaji to mehsana didn't stop at the middle of the two station near naranpuravadi bahucharaji so I have to run behind it. Though I have knocked the driver intentionally didn't stop it so I climb on the last window. Then he stopped it for his Colleague. But again started. Then he stopped but he refused me to enter.

                    My name is jindal patel.
                    I am kindly request that bhatar surat to siddhpur bus is not showing online baroda makarpura stand.. So passenger go to pick up bus to baroda central bus stand. The bus time on baroda central bus stnad is 1:50 am.
                    This bus was showing baroda makarpura stand before diwali but after that this bus not showing online baroda makarpura stand to siddhpur.
                    In gujarat, first of all baroda central & baroda makarpura bus stand first make. Not only this bus half buses not showing online baroda makarpura stand.
                    I am ask one question that bus stand is nice you want to work on that baroda makarpura stand is bus stand of baroda. So each & every bus will be stop & bus showing online.

                      The bus no. Gj-18, z-1388, from surat to radhanpur,
                      The bus started on kim chawkdi before the passenger get in so, i am injured in my hand because bus has started. I have also attached the photos. And the conductor has misbehaved with me and claming on me that i have problem that he is muslim. I never speak that word of muslim in bus. I have 2 witness for that. I am also schedule cast category. So, take necessory action. And i have 500 rupees. I travel from kim to ankleshwar on dated 9/11/2017 at 7:30 a. M. Ticket is 37 rupees. He has lots of change of 100 rupees but he gave me change only in ankleshwar and tell me that i have no change why... I dont know..

                        We are facing a too much problems because of less buses are available for gandhinagar to jashodanagar.
                        We are 15-20 girls among them some are from nursing, gandhinagar civil. Some from visnagar dental college. Some are doing job in private companies.
                        We all want that put a more buses on this root. We want atleast one bus of this root between 4-4:30 pm.
                        Every root's buses are availble in 10 minutes intervals.
                        Because of this problem we are wasting 1.5 to 2 hrs from our study schedule.
                        I hope u will understand our problem and give quick solution of this.

                          I have booked ticket from ahmedabad to morbi in trip code1245kwjmrvexp51 (Kapadwanj morbi root). For sheet no.30 and 32.

                          My money has been deducted but automatic ticket not generated and got error (The website having some error. Kindly try after some time).

                          After 30minutes i have again checked sheet no. 30 and 32 both are not booked. Also i have confirmed with ticket conductor both sheet not booked from any person.

                          Finally my money has been debited but i didn't refund money yet from your end.

                          Kindly find the below transaction detail and provide my refund money from your end on earlier basis.

                            I the under signeds sanjaykumar vallabhbhai vekariya age 34 resi add at - jasdan tal - jasdan dis - rajkot gujarat india pin 360050 my ticket number is 063530 jetpur depot gurjarnagari. Yesterday date 07-november -2017 i was traveling from krishna nagar statd bapunagar ahmedabad to jasdan. Early morning bus departure time is 5:00 am and i reached 4:49 am morning the bus was on stand and i have load my bag on seat and than i ask to driver i want to go urine and the toilet was just front of bus door than driver say ok come back soon i say i will come just a minute but conductor told me lesson you are not aloud to go urine if you go urine we will go. I say but its just 4:49 and your departure time is 5:00 am than conductor told me this is my bus now i am the owner of this bus when departure is i deside. Not you and than conductor told me. If you want to traveling this bus you have to finish your urine at your home and this is not your fathers bus conductor behavior is very rude. Than i ask conductor please i want to lodge complain and i want to get complain book and your badge number and your full name conductor told me i dont have complain book and i dont have badge number. Than i told to conductor come with me control point than conductor told me. I am not your fathers servant. What ever want to do you can. I am not afraid any buddy. So please take action this type of conductor. Suspend this type of conductor because descent people dont want to traveling in st bus because of this type of conductor so please take action.

                                Driver is late by 90 minutes from dahod went to home for dinner. Condutor also misbehaved when asked about drive. Bus is dahod navsari and back to navsari dahod. And driver was busy in tickets without any concern. Driver came from home and instead of doing some speedy work he was busy eating tobacco at a stall near station. And conductor threatened to lower the voice to all person seating in bus

                                  To concerned gsrtc controller & incharge,

                                  I hade booked e-ticket for my relative on 04/11/2017 from dhandhuka to dahod (Servive route baga sara to dahod) in sleeper coach was on 10:00 pm timing. When asked to the controller 10.30pm to 11.00pm they tolld bus not came till. After that we asked controller to see ticket carefully and guide us why these 10.30 pm bus is still not came. He told there are no such sleeper coach bus on dhandhuka route his ticket is false, you go in another bus and take ticket for that bus. If that tickes taken from gsrtc site is false than gsrtc is fraud who are looting the money of public.
                                  Gsrtc are not refunding the money for e-ticket booked money.in whose pocket these money are going. Gsrtc has started new fraud initiative to loot the public. Please stop this...

                                  If the buses are not there on route then remove from site, which lead to harrasment only. Or close these fruds site.

                                    👆જુઓ #dholka_stના કર્મચારી ની દાદાગીરી આજ રોજ તા.6/11/2017ને સોમવારે બપોરે કલાકે પાસ કઠાવવા માટે લાબી લાઇન હોવા છતા ત્યાના કર્મચારી 4:30ના બદલે 2:30વાગ્યે જ પાસ બારી પર સ્ટુડન્ટ પાસ કાઢવા નુ બંધ કરી દે છે.
