Bus no. Gj18z2150. Is not printed inside of bus, bus is going to palanpur driver is taking more than 2 hours for clear a distance between vadodara central bus terminal to ahmedabad central bus terminal by using national express way. He is wested 1680 human minit for just saving some diesel which they can adjust somewhere upper level management kindly look into this matter and take it seriously to all drivers are following strictly maintain time period by wasting human hours

    My journey surat to bagdana i booked ticket on 25 oct i try to booked ticket 2 times first time booking not confirmed n amount debited in my account after i will try second time n my booking is confirmed i will request to refund off my first time booking amount this anount should be 1285 so plz process to refund i send you reference number at a booking time

        According to above sub first of all let me mention you the route which is adajan h
        To hajira route. Which i travell on daily basis jst bcoz of my job. I m working in bank nd my office time is 10.00.. And you people know how imp it is to reach on time to place like bank.. But the problem i m facing regularly tht is bus time is always mismatch. I dont know why it is happen weather it is bcoz of mismanagement of gsrtc or bcoz bus driver duty.. But i found tht thr is always two bus at the same time or no bus at the time people use to travel.. Even on dt 26.10.17 thr was four bus at the same time means how could i explain tht they r playing racing game or wt else. So here i request you to make bus timing on schedule like every half n hour.. Nd stop this interruption.. Jst improve your service..

                I was travelling from dhasa to ahmedabad on the bus route rajula-ahmedabad. At time 3:35. At the same time accidentally one passenger dropped there for some reason. Conductor (Naresh bhai) taken his ticket and gave me saying that ticket was taken out by mistake from that passenger. As i read carefully the ticket and the time written in ticket was (12:32:16) means it was 2:00pm afternoon. Also my travelling charge was 134 but the conductor taken only 130 saying its okk for the change. This way he corrupted rs.130 from me to his pocket. And knowing all this to me i denied later for the ticket so he said that i can go out and take another bus. As my situation was tough, i was already late for home thats' why i have to take the ticket. For this misbehavior i'm registering this complaint. Please solve it. - thank you.

                Arrival time of my bus selvas to ahmedabad at surat is 11:15 but now it is 1:40 still bus is not here. I can't cancel my ticket because time is over. In surat depo. There is no one who resolve this situation. So what I have to do for your system to settle down it. Because I know u can't resolve my problem.

                    With reference to transaction no. Gs4492409 and gs4492598 dated 22.10.2017 while booking ticket through gsrtc, an total amount of rs. 972.00 was deducted during 2 attempt but ticket has not been booked/generated.

                    Please see attached photos.

                    I called many times to customer care and mailed but no response, please help.

                    Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      1) i cancelled my gsrtc bus ticket from jamnagar to dhasa road, journey date: 18/10/2017. Pnr no. G17037390. I still did not get my refund of rs.93.

                      2) i tried to book bus ticket on gsrtc from jamnagar to dhasa road but ticket not conformed & rs. 141 debited from my account, still i did not get refund. My gsrtc ob reference number is : gs4443553

                      Kindly resolve my both refund issue as soon as possible

The electric polls are already provided, the mseb person visited our area 6 month back and he gives promise to complete the activity within week but he will not come again, now 1year left over but still the work is not completed. Now total 10 homes are completed in our area.

                            I have booked 3 tickets from baroda to nashik through online gsrtc website.
                            Bus got late more than 4 hours.

                            I could not able to cancel the tickets.
                            I went to makarpura depot but staff said not able to help.

                            They have given toll free no & vadodara central bus station no.
                            I have tried many times but no was always busy.

                            I need refund of rs.888.00

                            This is very pathatic experience.

                              Dear sir,
                              The bus in which we are sitting, the bus from ahmedabad to mahuva, has no proper sitting facilities. The conductor is talking rudely. He gives the proper sits to the customers who have not reserved their sits other than the customers who had reserved their sits. As we say to the conductor to change the sit, he says to us to cancel the ticket and he is saying to refund our money. So please take action against this conductor as soon as possible.

                                My complaint is that i booked 6 e ticket from gsrtc android app. My date of journey was 21/10/2017 from saputara to surat in express class. My pnr no. Is g17217668 and trip code is 1500pnasrtexp51. My total bus fair is rs. 810/-. My journey time was 10:05 p. M. On my travel date, i reached surat bus station at 9:30 p. M. And inquired about my bus from depo incharge of surat bus station. But depo incharge of surat told me that express bus which you have booked was not come for drivers was on stricks in maharashtra. He told me that you would claim refund of full refund amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from saputara to surat in msrtc bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit full refund amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                                   Reservation seats not mention in advance
                                  So that public not aware of which seats are booked

                                  While we had asked for reserve seat he told that seat is not reserve.

                                  At the time of getting ticket he told us that seat where we seat is book

                                  And he told us to change seat

                                  All seat is full now. When we ask him first time for reserve seat at that time all seat was not full

                                    It also shows the distance on ticket 44km

                                    Which is wrong.

                                    I must need clarification.

                                    There is no way that between two station 44 km is the diatance

                                      I'hv use app which is on play store name gsrtc booked 3 ticket worth 405 from modasa to vadodara. Money deducted from account but did not get any confirmation email or message regarding reservation.

                                      Please solve this issue asap. I'hv also generated support ticket on gsrtc support. But they told me to call on help line number which i tried more then 15 time but did not get through.

                                        I want to get information on following points.

                                        1. Kindly intimate the list of bus routes sanction to stop at chitariya. (With time table).

                                        2. Out of above list, list of bus routes actually stop at chitariya. (Time wise)

                                        3. Out of 1, list of bus routes not stopping at chitariya with detail reasons for each route
