I am standing at mahudha chokadi 3 bus passes but not stop by driver eventhogh mahudha chokadi is a stop. This happen d during 10 to 11 pm on 30 th october. This happens regularly. So sort it out this problem because this is the only mode of transport during reach to ahmedabad. One of the bus is chhotaudepur - tankar, other is of morbi. So tell drivers to stop the bus at stand mahudha.

I am sitting in express bus of Jamnagar - barvala.. Bus quality is too low.. Seats of last benches have been tored off... Speed of bus is too low.. Sarangpur Darshan timing has also been not met.. Passenger have to wait till 3pm for next Darshan.. Bus timing and quality should be maintained..

      I have booked tickets for mandvi (Bhuj) to morbi on 21/10/2017 from gsrtc mobile application, amount deducted but ticket booking status was fail. Amount rs. 407/- deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked my booking reference no. Gs4464951 and bank reference no.[protected]. Pathetic mobile application of gsrtc if it is not working then remove it from play store. It is requested to you to kindly refund my amount as soon as early.

        I have booked advanced reservations of eticket as mentioned following detail we reached at pick up point at 6:30 am and waiting for the bus till 8:30 am after that we contacted reservation office of bapunagar and they said this bus is cancel. So we try to cancel ticket and it shows time is over i want refund of this ticket.

        The Sleeper Bus namely Dhanera to Surat, which departs from Palanpur at 19:00 is not providing basic facility. for Example semi sleeper seats are not working properly .
        as verbally we have inform to Conductor on 22-oct-17, but still not any steps taken.
        also we have face this problem on 24-oct-17.

          This is regarding your worst & pathetic bus services in which amount is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked. Also your toll free no is not working.
          I tried many person to reach gsrtc but all waste, if you can't manage your service then improve just like private website yatra or others.
          I spoke with [protected], [protected], [protected] - dto baroda c mahajan, [protected] - pragnesh patel.
          I want refund on urgent basis.

          As a customer i will never prefer gsrtc.

            On 23 oct while booking my sleeper bus ticket 1 st time i submit all detail loke credit card information etc.. And my account has debited 368 rupees to gsrtc but my bus ticket was not booked and my 368 ruppes was debited from my account
            So i request to gsrtc that please refund my 368 ruppes as early as possible
            But while second time booking it is successful
            So i request you that please refund my this 368 ruppes as early as possible thank you

              With above subject i inform you that sir i have booked ticket from bhiloda to bhuj with reference no. Gs4544106 date[protected] for date[protected] and my payment deducted but may ticket status is failure. So please take step to to give me refund of the sum 287.00inr.                   Bus no. Gj18z2150. Is not printed inside of bus, bus is going to palanpur driver is taking more than 2 hours for clear a distance between vadodara central bus terminal to ahmedabad central bus terminal by using national express way. He is wested 1680 human minit for just saving some diesel which they can adjust somewhere upper level management kindly look into this matter and take it seriously to all drivers are following strictly maintain time period by wasting human hours

                        According to above sub first of all let me mention you the route which is adajan h
                        To hajira route. Which i travell on daily basis jst bcoz of my job. I m working in bank nd my office time is 10.00.. And you people know how imp it is to reach on time to place like bank.. But the problem i m facing regularly tht is bus time is always mismatch. I dont know why it is happen weather it is bcoz of mismanagement of gsrtc or bcoz bus driver duty.. But i found tht thr is always two bus at the same time or no bus at the time people use to travel.. Even on dt 26.10.17 thr was four bus at the same time means how could i explain tht they r playing racing game or wt else. So here i request you to make bus timing on schedule like every half n hour.. Nd stop this interruption.. Jst improve your service..

                                I was travelling from dhasa to ahmedabad on the bus route rajula-ahmedabad. At time 3:35. At the same time accidentally one passenger dropped there for some reason. Conductor (Naresh bhai) taken his ticket and gave me saying that ticket was taken out by mistake from that passenger. As i read carefully the ticket and the time written in ticket was (12:32:16) means it was 2:00pm afternoon. Also my travelling charge was 134 but the conductor taken only 130 saying its okk for the change. This way he corrupted rs.130 from me to his pocket. And knowing all this to me i denied later for the ticket so he said that i can go out and take another bus. As my situation was tough, i was already late for home thats' why i have to take the ticket. For this misbehavior i'm registering this complaint. Please solve it. - thank you.

                                Arrival time of my bus selvas to ahmedabad at surat is 11:15 but now it is 1:40 still bus is not here. I can't cancel my ticket because time is over. In surat depo. There is no one who resolve this situation. So what I have to do for your system to settle down it. Because I know u can't resolve my problem.

                                    With reference to transaction no. Gs4492409 and gs4492598 dated 22.10.2017 while booking ticket through gsrtc, an total amount of rs. 972.00 was deducted during 2 attempt but ticket has not been booked/generated.

                                    Please see attached photos.

                                    I called many times to customer care and mailed but no response, please help.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      1) i cancelled my gsrtc bus ticket from jamnagar to dhasa road, journey date: 18/10/2017. Pnr no. G17037390. I still did not get my refund of rs.93.

                                      2) i tried to book bus ticket on gsrtc from jamnagar to dhasa road but ticket not conformed & rs. 141 debited from my account, still i did not get refund. My gsrtc ob reference number is : gs4443553

                                      Kindly resolve my both refund issue as soon as possible

                                        The complaint regarding new electric connection, we are plan to build new home so we required new electric connection. The electric polls are already provided, the mseb person visited our area 6 month back and he gives promise to complete the activity within week but he will not come again, now 1year left over but still the work is not completed. Now total 10 homes are completed in our area.
                                        So its humble request from our society to complete the work as soon as possible.
