Why St bus not entere in gondal
And why St busstop not stop on bypass highway?

    I have booked 3 tickets from baroda to nashik through online gsrtc website.
    Bus got late more than 4 hours.

    I could not able to cancel the tickets.
    I went to makarpura depot but staff said not able to help.

    They have given toll free no & vadodara central bus station no.
    I have tried many times but no was always busy.

    I need refund of rs.888.00

    This is very pathatic experience.

      Dear sir,
      The bus in which we are sitting, the bus from ahmedabad to mahuva, has no proper sitting facilities. The conductor is talking rudely. He gives the proper sits to the customers who have not reserved their sits other than the customers who had reserved their sits. As we say to the conductor to change the sit, he says to us to cancel the ticket and he is saying to refund our money. So please take action against this conductor as soon as possible.

        My complaint is that i booked 6 e ticket from gsrtc android app. My date of journey was 21/10/2017 from saputara to surat in express class. My pnr no. Is g17217668 and trip code is 1500pnasrtexp51. My total bus fair is rs. 810/-. My journey time was 10:05 p. M. On my travel date, i reached surat bus station at 9:30 p. M. And inquired about my bus from depo incharge of surat bus station. But depo incharge of surat told me that express bus which you have booked was not come for drivers was on stricks in maharashtra. He told me that you would claim refund of full refund amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from saputara to surat in msrtc bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit full refund amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.           Reservation seats not mention in advance
          So that public not aware of which seats are booked

          While we had asked for reserve seat he told that seat is not reserve.

          At the time of getting ticket he told us that seat where we seat is book

          And he told us to change seat

          All seat is full now. When we ask him first time for reserve seat at that time all seat was not full

            I am traveling from geeta mandir to ahmedabad bus no gj 18 z 0946 on 21st october 2017 at 10 pm. I have been given ticket from ahmedabad to gandhinagar at rs 37/-

            It also shows the distance on ticket 44km

            Which is wrong.

            I must need clarification.

            There is no way that between two station 44 km is the diatance

            I felt as if i am being cheated by government officials

              I'hv use app which is on play store name gsrtc booked 3 ticket worth 405 from modasa to vadodara. Money deducted from account but did not get any confirmation email or message regarding reservation.

              Please solve this issue asap. I'hv also generated support ticket on gsrtc support. But they told me to call on help line number which i tried more then 15 time but did not get through.

                  I have booked online bus from surat to unjha, bus route was selvas to patan. Arrival at surat timing​ mentioned at online is 9:00 pm but actually bus arrived on 11:00 pm. After discussion with conductor and other people we come to that bus actual arrival time is 11:00 pm only. So we are requesting that please correct timing online

                      3. Bus has some technical fault due to people got stuck and face many problem due to bus got late.
                      4. When i reached my place, i asked driver to stop bus, but he didn't gave me any reply and continue drivr but to the bus station, while every bus stop on the spot where i have asked him to stop bus and let me down from bus.

                        I was travelled from ahmedabad to amreli in ahmedabad jafrabad bus route in diwali time on18th oct 2017, i already had reservation so i can easily travel, but there is no way to easy travel and conductor they dont know how to manage customer whole bus is packed from there is reservation or without reservation, conductor didnt manage any customer just roudly said that you carry that much of luggage and seat in the bus n all this is our luggage and we reserve our seat so we can easily manage but it is not like that it is worst service of gsrtc while festival need changes in this and please teach some sense to conductor may it will help to our govt.

                            Bus expaired running with over time and no any ### facilites and old bus running in most of local routes...pls...help and change. This type of buses...
                            We also pay money which fix the govt. Charges...so why not given facelities...???????

                              On 18th october, i have booked ticket online in baroda - junagadh bus at seat no 3 from vadodara to go to rajkot and this bus is replaced by vaghodiya - junagadh. After bus is departed conductor says that my name is not showing on reservation chart. So i have came back to bus depot and asked in inquiry about bus so they said that bus is departed and vadodara - junagadh is replaced by vaghodiya - junagadh so i said that reservation chart is not showing my name so they said that you had to came here before bus departed for confirmation. I am not responsible for any other confirmation process after booking the ticket. I have booked ticket online from www.gsrtc.in and i want refund of my ticket. This shows the lack of communication in management that they even can’t prepare proper reservation chart and this was my worst experience with gsrtc.                                   The driver of bus no gj 18 y 5585 of ahmedabad to dahod route sleeper bus, refused to board the bus even the bus was had enough space to stand. He allowed a lady to board the bus and told others to step out. He even misbehaved saying "if you don't step out of bus, i drop you in middle of ahmedabad to umreth". He regularly do this with other passengers. Kindly take strict action for such behaviour towards passengers. Incident day 18 october and time 08:24 am.

                                    We have confirm reservations in amreli ahmedabad bus with name umesh bavaliya and mansi bavaliya for seat no. 29 and 30. We wave hand to bus at iscon as it is nearest bus stop for us. The bus was almost empty, driver saw us, laugh at us but not stop the bus. Is this your way to handle customers. We spend 234 rs and more than half an hour for waiting bus. Please refund my money and do needful. Pnr no. G16997757

                                      I have booked ticket online from mahuva to vadodara sleeper coach on 17th october 2017. On that time 288 dedcute from my account but booking not comfirm and i do not get comfirm booking on this and also refund of that money.
                                      Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem.

                                      We want to go ankleshwar today at the time around 8 o clock.

                                      When we asked to conductor of bus which is going towards zalod that if this bus is stopes at ankleshwar or not. He replied take another bus we only take direct passanger of zalod.

                                      And when we asked same to the bus driver he also refused to take us.

                                        I was advance booking on friday ahmdabad to modasa[protected]
                                        Bt my planing had changed so i had cancelling my booking bt on gsrtc.in nt msg any mail & no. Or even print out me txn password or customer care have nt responded till monday so my time over for cancellations & today they have replying nt possible it...
                                        So i haven't any fault

                                        I am travelling from junagadh to agtrai there is a bus jamnagar depo bus gj 18 8640 it is a local bus but there is a stop of that bus at agtrai but he cannot came and go from bypass and misbehave with me and he drop me at bypass it is 1 km away from my village so please take action against that conductor
