Respected sir,
I have booked online bus from surat to unjha, bus route was selvas to patan. Arrival at surat timing​ mentioned at online is 9:00 pm but actually bus arrived on 11:00 pm. After discussion with conductor and other people we come to that bus actual arrival time is 11:00 pm only. So we are requesting that please correct timing online

      I had very bad experince with gsrtc today..

      1. Bus came late for 2 hour and when i asked to inquiry counter, got veru rude answer to wait bus.
      2. There is no condctor available im bus.

      3. Bus has some technical fault due to people got stuck and face many problem due to bus got late.
      4. When i reached my place, i asked driver to stop bus, but he didn't gave me any reply and continue drivr but to the bus station, while every bus stop on the spot where i have asked him to stop bus and let me down from bus.

        I was travelled from ahmedabad to amreli in ahmedabad jafrabad bus route in diwali time on18th oct 2017, i already had reservation so i can easily travel, but there is no way to easy travel and conductor they dont know how to manage customer whole bus is packed from there is reservation or without reservation, conductor didnt manage any customer just roudly said that you carry that much of luggage and seat in the bus n all this is our luggage and we reserve our seat so we can easily manage but it is not like that it is worst service of gsrtc while festival need changes in this and please teach some sense to conductor may it will help to our govt.

          I have booked 4 seat for baroda to shirdi on 3/10/2017. The booking has been done online and payment is already done by online payment.
          We have to go on 18/10/2017, when we reached bus stop they said for the reason of strick at maharashtra no bus is going to shirdi, but our payment has been done.
          So we want our money back.

            Gondal to sisak bandhiya...
            Bus expaired running with over time and no any ### facilites and old bus running in most of local routes...pls...help and change. This type of buses...
            We also pay money which fix the govt. Charges...so why not given facelities...???????

              On 18th october, i have booked ticket online in baroda - junagadh bus at seat no 3 from vadodara to go to rajkot and this bus is replaced by vaghodiya - junagadh. After bus is departed conductor says that my name is not showing on reservation chart. So i have came back to bus depot and asked in inquiry about bus so they said that bus is departed and vadodara - junagadh is replaced by vaghodiya - junagadh so i said that reservation chart is not showing my name so they said that you had to came here before bus departed for confirmation. I am not responsible for any other confirmation process after booking the ticket. I have booked ticket online from www.gsrtc.in and i want refund of my ticket. This shows the lack of communication in management that they even can’t prepare proper reservation chart and this was my worst experience with gsrtc. Person in inquiry is not responding correctly many times. Ticket pnrno: g17051598

                  Respected sir,
                  The driver of bus no gj 18 y 5585 of ahmedabad to dahod route sleeper bus, refused to board the bus even the bus was had enough space to stand. He allowed a lady to board the bus and told others to step out. He even misbehaved saying "if you don't step out of bus, i drop you in middle of ahmedabad to umreth". He regularly do this with other passengers. Kindly take strict action for such behaviour towards passengers. Incident day 18 october and time 08:24 am.

                  Most of this bus doesn't not stand at the bus stop at adalaj circle Gandhinagar S. G HIGHWAY. SO TAKE STRICT ACTION UNLESS We Are forced to take action against bus. So warn Gandhinagar depo and other depo for regular service.

                    We have confirm reservations in amreli ahmedabad bus with name umesh bavaliya and mansi bavaliya for seat no. 29 and 30. We wave hand to bus at iscon as it is nearest bus stop for us. The bus was almost empty, driver saw us, laugh at us but not stop the bus. Is this your way to handle customers. We spend 234 rs and more than half an hour for waiting bus. Please refund my money and do needful. Pnr no. G16997757

                          Many complaints given to st depo but due to any personal reason or partially old and unusable bus is provided in rout of junagadh to talala. (Gir)

                          Nearly 70 to 80 nos. Of employee and daily wagers are travelling by this rout..
                          You are requested to provide proper quality of bus so the journey can be safe on time and costumer does not have to approach private vehicles or travels..

                            In surat bus Stand indury helpline no dose not replying. I asked at depo why they was not receving any call. They told me use privat bus. We give a money for travelling. Gsrtc dose not give a free service. So gsrtc need to good service againist the money. If my promble not resolve in my life i can not travel in gsrtc.

                                Dear sir,

                                We two persons were travelling in gujarat state road and transport corporation bus from rajkot to jetpur today night 16/10/2017 time was about 2 am. We have requested the conductor of bus for stop in jetpur city but he has refused to stop the bus. We requested again and again because it was night and there was no taxi available for hire. Conductor misbehaved with us and told we not required passangers and government paying salary to do such misbehaviors only. He stopped bus at shiv hotel for tea and snacks for 15 minutes. The place was not a proper and safe place for passangers. When we argued you can stop bus at such unsafe place then why not stop in city to drop passangers which required only 5 second time. He answered the hotel owner provides him tea and snacks free of charge daily for each stop at hotel. Sir, i want to know public transport is providing services for passangers or hotel owner who are satisfying conductor's demands. I have seen gujarat state public transportation add about safe journey. I want to ask is this safe journey? And conductor behaviour was proper with us?

                                      Today, I travel by GSRTC bus o[censored]NA Depot (Bus no.GJ-18-Z-0501) from Diu to Porbandar. In online booking system of GSRTC it's showing fare as Rs.139/- per person, where as in bus ticket with conductor shows charge as Rs. 143/- . Such this types of misprint were not acceptable from Government of Gujarat.

                                        Yesterday, i have used your gsrtc government bus services (Volvo ac seater) but at the dropping pt. One of my luggage was not on the bus. According to the driver, he has given my luggage to some other passenger which was unacceptable.

                                        According to right to info:
                                        I request you to provide me with passenger list including contact number which were there on the bus (Btw bus was almost empty, almost 10 passengers were there)

                                        Driver contact number : [protected]

                                        Please help me, as there are some important id-proof and some important medicines in my bag.

                                        Being your regular customer, hoping for the positive reply.
