Although there is huge rush every day out dated or unusable bus is provided.
Many complaints given to st depo but due to any personal reason or partially old and unusable bus is provided in rout of junagadh to talala. (Gir)

Nearly 70 to 80 nos. Of employee and daily wagers are travelling by this rout..
You are requested to provide proper quality of bus so the journey can be safe on time and costumer does not have to approach private vehicles or travels..

    Dear sir,

    In surat bus Stand indury helpline no dose not replying. I asked at depo why they was not receving any call. They told me use privat bus. We give a money for travelling. Gsrtc dose not give a free service. So gsrtc need to good service againist the money. If my promble not resolve in my life i can not travel in gsrtc.

      My name is chirag patel my journey date 16/10/17 on 03:30am i have booked two tickets boarding from bharuch zadeshwar x to vapi and trip code 230dhdvpiexp51 pnr no g17120848 but bus was not reached till 05:30am so i confused after i have decided to leave station during many times i contect bharuch depo but phone not pick up and also contect toll free no[protected] but phone taken in other side and me contect by bus driver/conducter so please give me refund.         Dear sir,

        We two persons were travelling in gujarat state road and transport corporation bus from rajkot to jetpur today night 16/10/2017 time was about 2 am. We have requested the conductor of bus for stop in jetpur city but he has refused to stop the bus. We requested again and again because it was night and there was no taxi available for hire. Conductor misbehaved with us and told we not required passangers and government paying salary to do such misbehaviors only. He stopped bus at shiv hotel for tea and snacks for 15 minutes. The place was not a proper and safe place for passangers. When we argued you can stop bus at such unsafe place then why not stop in city to drop passangers which required only 5 second time. He answered the hotel owner provides him tea and snacks free of charge daily for each stop at hotel. Sir, i want to know public transport is providing services for passangers or hotel owner who are satisfying conductor's demands. I have seen gujarat state public transportation add about safe journey. I want to ask is this safe journey? And conductor behaviour was proper with us?

          Arrival time at vyara station 7:30 but not comes on time till 8:16 what passeenger has to expect form gsrtc
          Its a pathetic service provided by gsrtc
          How can a passenger rech on time
          We really sufffer a lot by services of gsrtc
          Alway happens firstly with reservation system my account debited but the ticket not booked and i have to follow all the procedure and not get the seat which i want

              Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — different travel fares for same bus

              Today, I travel by GSRTC bus o[censored]NA Depot (Bus no.GJ-18-Z-0501) from Diu to Porbandar. In online booking system of GSRTC it's showing fare as Rs.139/- per person, where as in bus ticket with conductor shows charge as Rs. 143/- . Such this types of misprint were not acceptable from Government of Gujarat.

                Yesterday, i have used your gsrtc government bus services (Volvo ac seater) but at the dropping pt. One of my luggage was not on the bus. According to the driver, he has given my luggage to some other passenger which was unacceptable.

                According to right to info:
                I request you to provide me with passenger list including contact number which were there on the bus (Btw bus was almost empty, almost 10 passengers were there)

                Please help me, as there are some important id-proof and some important medicines in my bag.

                  We are traveling to baroda to ahmedabad via swarnim express volvo bus.
                  We are very much disappointed about how to keep luggage inside luggage carrier.
                  Because there are no man available to guide us.
                  Wen told driver, he replied rudley that, do not worry, your luggage are absolutely sure wthout ensure or checked... It is not locked

                    Today (Dated: 15/10/2017, sunday), i traveled by gsrtc bus o[censored]na depot, amreli division (Bus service was from vanakbara to porbandar) from diu to porbandar.in gsrtc's official site it's shows adult far as rs. 139/-, where as in bus conductor ticket shows it as rs. 143/-. It's unexpected from government of gujarat.

                      I travel from jamnagar to ankolwadi and i’m very disappointed from gsrtc seat arrangement in bus, yesterday i booked ticket from online gsrtc site seat number 21 left side window seat but today i come to travel in bus that time i seen my seat is on right side in middle seat, after all problem is actual seats arrangement in bus and online site is different

                        I have booked the ticket for today in gsrtc volvo, route is ahmedabad to rajkot. I have booked ticket online from gsrtc website, on your website journey duration is 3:30 hrs. Bus departed from nehrunagar at 5:30pm today. But still the bus is not arrived yet... Give me the reason why it is happen so.. I need explaination for this. If my complaint do not resolve i need to change the transport company. Other private transportation companies are available. Why we choose it because we trust gsrtc but today's incident is bit disappointed for me..

                          I have booked ticket from jamnagar to junagadh on date 14th oct 2017 for journey dated on 16th oct 2017 through gsrtc android application, bus journey name jamnagar to junagadh gurjarnagari class, seat number 20, and booking reference number gs4400695, and completed payment reference number[protected] through hdfc visa atm, payment has already deducted from my account but still no booking showed. I want money back for that booking reference number gs4400695. Later on as i booked same seat again on second try and booking successful and it charged me again with payment reference number[protected] and booking reference number gs4401550.

                            Hello recently i had board bus from kalupur railway station to gandhingar
                            The bus name was bhavnagar express.
                            The conductor refused to take 10rs coin stating that it is not been accepted at bhavnagar so we cant take it what should i do now government employee are rejecting this.. Kindly do some fruitful steps hoping reply from you soon ;:) thank you

                                Please maintain seats in volvo .
                                I am traveling baroda to ahmedabad.
                                My seat number is 28 window side in the bus. Seat's push back system is not working. When the bus driver is push the break paddle my seats is push me ahead. When bus drive go ahed my seat is go back to behind passangers nee touch and hit his leg also.

                                This is very ridiculous you take money 216rs for travel charge but no give to comfortable seat.

                                I regularly travel in volvo ahmedabad to baroda 15 days in a month.

                                    I would like to lodge this complaint against a driver in junagadh gondal local route, bus no. Gj18y 6446 on 12/10/3017, thursday. The driver in this bus misbehaved badly with a passenger who mistakenly caught this bus from virpur station. As soon as he entered the bus, other passengers informed him that this bus goes to gondal not jetpur. That passenger requested the driver to stop the bus but the driver rudely and deliberately didnstop the bus though the bus was in virpur bus station only. The driver drove the bus out of the station where that passenger lost his patience and tried to get off of bus and he struckto the bridge. The driver even didn't seem to repent even though all other passengers in the bus reported him about that passenger. Such drivers must be fired from job.

                                      Dear concerned,

                                      I am writing this mail in a totally frustrated and disappointed state of mind.
                                      This complain is about the irregularity of the bus "visnagar-sanand" which is a visnagar depot bus. The bus number is gj-18-9809.
                                      It's scheduled departure time is 06:30 am but since last 6 months, the bus hadn't departed on time. Today as well the bus has departed at 06:43 am.

                                      This has become a routine now and this is affecting a lot to us as there are approximately 35-40 people commuting on a daily basis from visnagar and surrounding villages towards sarkhej-sanand (Sg highway) for work. Getting late at work results into salary cuts. Have made a lot of complaints verbally at the bus depot but nothing has changed and hence i am writing this mail today with a hope that necessary actions will be taken to ensure that the bus departs from the bus depot on time.

                                      The second issue is that whenever there is any cultural event organized by the government anywhere in gujarat, this bus is provided for the same. I also request you to inform the concerned officials at visnagar depot not to provide this bus into cultural events and keep it running for 365 days a year as we have to face a lot of trouble in reaching to our offices when this bus is not available.

                                      Hoping for quick actions on the above mentioned issues. Please confirm the actions taken by a return mail.

                                        Am kinjal from visnagar. Regular passenger of visnagar to sanad bus. Bus is visnagar to sanad. Have a time of 6 am morning everyday, but driver and conductor both are lazy so they are coming on 7 am everyday regularly. I they can't fulfill the mention timing then quit their job in india losts of people are looking for job. We passenger are very professional so we have to arrived the one real time of job but we can't arrive at right time about this major issue please solve that.
