I’ve book ticket in G.S.R.T.C. from Amreli to Diu in Diu-Panigate bus which has arriving time of 1:00 am but it will always come at 3:00-4:00 am. Therefore we have to sit at the bus stand for atleast 2-3 hours which is problematic for us to sit at platform with family for such a long period .
Therefore we request you to solve this issue.

This bus from valsad to daman is supposed to go at 8.30 in the morning from valsad .bust it is always late and irregular for some reason or the other .and the driver is also very rude. Please change the driver or make the bus regular.

બસ નંબર GJ18 Z 4465 ચાણસ્મા થી બેચરાજી વાયા મનિયારી જે તા 22/2/2023 ના રોજ નિર્ધારિત સમય કરતા ખુબ જ મોડી ઉપાડેલ છે અને મોડું થતાં બસ ડ્રાઇવર ખૂબજ રફ ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરે છે તો આ બસ કાયમી ખાતે નિર્ધારિત સમયે ઉપડે અને નોકરી પર પહોંચવા માં મોડું ન થાય તેવી અપેક્ષા નોકરી પર પહોંચવા માં મોડું થતાં બિનજરૂરી નોટિસ મળે છે તો ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં બિનજરૂરી ઈમેજ બગડે છે.

I have booked volvo ticket with first PNR no G[protected] and after that i reschedule with PNR G[protected] but GSRTc cancel this bus and as per discussed with toll free no there is no refund for this PNR so need solution for my first PNR refund because this bus cancel by GSRTc not me.

So pls help and confirm when I get my refund amount.

I have booked a bus ticket on 31/12/2022 from Palanpur to Ranip Ahmedabad bus port through GSRTC Application. The transaction failed money debited from my account but ticket was not generated. We had made reservation from Somnath to Geeta Mandir ahmedabad in sleeper coach 19/02023 Bus going at 6.40 pm your conductor neither called us nor answered properly this is not a good thing but the bus is good

Giving seat to someone else on the seat allotted to us and saying that another bus will also come and since then the bus has not come. And the employees here are also not paying attention to our words, we are being made to run from here to there, the rule here is very bad.
i'm not traveling in this bus.

Driver & conductor did not allow senior citizen & kids to deboard at iscon bus stand after asking 8-9 passangers to deboard & starting bus movement without intimating passangers.
All the time conductor was on phone & did not hear compalins of passangers including senior citizen, ladies & kids.

We booked a sleeper ticket in gsrtc bus (Non ac sleeper 2+1 ) the ticket showed us the ticket is sleeper and the class shown in ticket is also sleeper but when arrived at the bus the actual seat is seater . Worst experience from gsrtc and no response from gsrtc help care .

I booked AC luxury from Ahmedabad to palanpur on 12 Feb evening with PNR G[protected] seat no 12.
I have received text message from GSRTC that bus departed without mobile no of conductor.
I was waiting at bus stand 20 minutes prior to bus timings. By time bus arrived & without stopping at station it moved on i have seen the Bus number of bus but without stopping it moved on & was Waitng on road. Despite advance Booking for GSRTC,...

I am a daily commuter of Sarkhej bus from Kadi to my personal job in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Gujarat. My office timings are 9.30 am and the bus time from Kadi is around 7.15 am. The distance between Kadi Bus Depot to Prahladnagar is 45 km so it hardly takes 80-90 minutes to reach Prahladnagar. But sorry to say that the bus takes 120-130 minutes to reach Prahladnagar throughout the day. Do something about the bus timing so that it reaches on time around 9.00 am

જય ભારત સાથ જણાવવાનું કે હું મકવાણા ચિરાગ ઉંમર વર્ષ 28 હું હાલ સેન્ટ્રલ રિઝર્વે પોલીસ ફોર્સ માં નોકરી કરું છું મારી યુનિટ 215 બટાલિયન બિહાર છે તારીખ 13 ફેબુઆરી 2023 ના દિવસે સાંજે 20:11 મિનિટે જેતપુર ભાવનગર તળાજા બસ નંબર G J 18 Z 6979 ના ડ્રાઇવર મહેશભાઈ જીલુભાઈ ગોરવિયાલા મારી સ્વિફ્ટ ડ્ઝીરે 2022 મોડેલ ગાડી નંબર g j 04 e a 1949 ટ્રાફિક માં ઊભી રહેલી હતી વડલા આર ટી ઓ સર્કલ પર કાવા મારી ને મારી ગાડી ને ડ્રાઇવર સાઇડ પૂરી ઘસાય ને બસ ચલાવી છે બેદરકારી પૂર્વક ડ્રાઈવિંગ કરે છે ઉપર થી દાદાગીરી કરે છે મે નથી ઘસી મે તેને બધું બતાવ્યું તો પણ એ મંજૂર નથી કરવા ઉપર થી બસ ના મુસાફરો સાથે મળીને કબૂલાત કરવા ને બદલે ના પાડે છે મે નથી ઘસી સાહેબ શ્રી ને મારી નમ્ર અપીલ છે 🙏 આ બધી સમસ્યા થયી ત્યારે મારા ધર્મ પત્ની અશ્વિની મકવાણા, મારી નાની 6 મહિનાની joyal મકવાણા પણ સાથે હતા સાહેબ શ્રી ને જનાવવાનુ કે બસ ખરાબ ડ્રાઈવ કરતી વખતે મારા અને મારા પરિવાર ને પણ ઇજા પહોંચી સાકેત પણ બચી ગયા

I have travelled from Halol to Godhra by bus numberGJ18 Z0261 on 11/02/2022.
The conductor of the bus denied to accept 10 rupees coin and argue with me with unparliamentary language with tu kya karlega me govt karmachari hun, tum Hindi bhasi he.

Kindly look in to the matter how a conductor can misbehave passengers

હું વસાવા નિલેશકુમાર ખાતરીયાભાઈ ઉ.વ.આ.૨૫, ધંધો-અભ્યાસ તથા પાર્ટ ટાઈમ નોકરી રહે-બસ સ્ટેશન ફળિયું, નિંદવાડા તા.સોનગઢ જી.તાપી પિનકોડ-૩૯૪૬૮૦ મો.[protected]
હું અરજદાર daily passenger pass નો ઉપયોગકર્તા છું. મારે નિંદવાડા તા.સોનગઢ જી.તાપી મુકામેથી updown કરી ફોર્ટ-સોનગઢ તા.સોનગઢ જી.તાપી [૨૪ કિલોમીટર] મુકામે નોકરી પર જવાનું હોય છે. અમારા આ રૂટ પર સુરત ડીવીઝન સંચાલિત સોનગઢ ડેપો દ્વારા ખેરવાડા-સોનગઢ ની એક સવારે અને એક સાંજે આમ, ફક્ત કુલ્લે ૨ (બે) જ બસોના રૂટની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવેલ છે. અમારા આ રૂટ પર કોરોના [covid-19] સમય પહેલા સવારે ૨ (બે) બસ [૦૬:૧૫ કલાકે તથા ૦૮:૦૦ કલાકે] અને બપોરે ૧ (એક) બસ [૧૨:૩૦ કલાકે] અને સાંજે ૨ (બે) બસ [૦૫:૨૦ કલાકે તથા ૦૬:૪૫ કલાકે] આમ કુલ્લે ૫ (પાંચ) બસો સાથેના ખેરવાડા-સોનગઢ અને સોનગઢ-માંડવીના રૂટો ચાલુ હતા. જે હાલ બંધ થયેલ છે. અને ફક્ત સવારે ૧ (એક) બસ [૦૭:૧૫ કલાકે] તથા સાંજે ૧ (એક) બસ [૦૫:૩૦ કલાકે] ફાળવવામાં આવેલ છે. આ હાલ ચાલુ રૂટની બસોમાં પણ કાયમ અનિયમિતતા જળવાય રહે છે. કયારેક ટીકીટ જનરેટર મશીન બગડવાના જેવા હાસ્યાસ્પદ કારણોને લીધે કે બીજી બસ નથી કે બસના ડ્રાઈવર/કંડક્ટર નથી જેવા માની ન શકાય તેવા કારણો આપીને બસ આપવામાં આવતી નથી. થોડા સમયની મૌખિક/લેખિત/ટેલિફોનિક રજૂઆતોને ધ્યાને લઈ રૂટને રેગ્યુલર રાખ્યા બાદ હાલ ફરી "જૈસે થે" ની સ્થિતી આવીને ઉભી થયેલ છે.
સોનગઢ-ખેરવાડા રૂટની સાંજની બસ સોનગઢ-બોરદા મુકામેના રૂટ પરથી આવીને પછી સોનગઢ-ખેરવાડા રૂટ પર જાય છે. ગત તા.૦૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ વાર બુધવારના રોજ સદર બસ બોરદા મુકામે ગયા બાદ આવી જ નથી. અને ડ્રાઈવર/કંડક્ટર જોડે ટેલિફોનિક વાતચીત કરતાં inquiry કાઉન્ટર ના મેમ્બર જોડે અશોભનીય વાણીનો ઉપયોગ કરીને વાત કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેનાથી સ્પષ્ટ જણાઈ આવે છે કે તે સમયે સાંજના સોનગઢ-બોરદા રૂટ પર ગયેલ ડ્રાઇવરની બેદરકારીને કે મનમાનીના લીધે અમોને સાંજની સોનગઢ-ખેરવાડા રૂટની બસ ફાળવી આપવામાં આવેલ નહીં. જેના કારણે મને તથા અન્ય બીજા પેસેન્જરોને તથા અંતરીયાળ વિસ્તારમાથી મુસાફરી કરીને સોનગઢ મુકામે ભણવા આવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઘરે જવા માટે ખૂબ જ તકલીફ/મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડેલ છે. આ સાંજની ૧ (એક) બસ સિવાય ઘરે (ખેરવાડા સુધી ) જવા માટે બીજો કોઈ વાહનનો વૈકલ્પિક ઓપ્શન નથી. આ ડ્રાઇવરની વારંવારની મનમાનીના કારણે હમોને કાયમી ધોરણે તકલીફ પડે છે. મારા અંગત મંતવ્ય પ્રમાણે બની શકે તો જે તે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી તેમને "સસ્પેન્ડ" કરી દેવા જોઈએ. જેથી અમોને કે બીજા અન્ય રૂટના પેસેન્જરોને પણ તકલીફનો સામનો ન કરવો પડે. તેમની ડ્રાઇવિંગ પણ તદ્દન ગફલત ભરી હોય છે અને ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરતાં સમયે પણ ફોન પર લાંબી વાતો કરતાં રહેતા હોય છે જેથી અમારી જાનનું પણ જોખમ રહેલું છે જે બાબતે આપ સાહેબશ્રી અન્ય બસમાં મુસાફરી કરતાં પેસેન્જરોની inquiry કરી confirm કરી શકો છો.
ઉપરાંત જાહેર રજાઓને દિવસે અને રવિવારે પણ સદર રૂટની બસોને બંધ રાખવામા આવે છે. અમારા રૂટ પર જૂના ટાઈમ-ટેબલ પ્રમાણેની બસો ફરીથી રેગ્યુલર ટાઈમ પર ફાળવણી કરી આપવા આપ સાહેબશ્રીને અરજ છે. કારણકે સવારના સમયે ગામડાઓમાં કામકાજનું વાતાવરણ હોય છે જેના લીધે સવારે આવતી [૦૭:૧૫ કલાકે] ની બસમાં કામ પતાવીને મુસાફરી કરવું અનિવાર્ય બને છે. જેથી સરકારી કચેરીઓના કામો માટે પણ સોનગઢ આવવું એ અગવડતા ભર્યું કારણ બની રહે છે.
મારી આપ સાહેબશ્રીને એટલી જ નમ્ર અરજ કે, અરજીમાં જણાવેલ હકીકતોને ધ્યાને લઈ જલદીમાં જલ્દી સોનગઢ-ખેરવાડા રૂટની બસો માટે યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લેશો અને અમારો રૂટ રેગ્યુલર રાખશો.

I want to share my bad experience with gsrtc, today. At 7:25 I pick bus from bechraji to mehsana. I take my sit but suddenly a lady conductor and another conductor come to my sit and told me to stand up this is our sit and we reserve it. She said to me get out from the bus. I m shocked. She badly behave with me. She is on off the duty. I told him to give her name and base number but she denies and other conductor also support her behaviour, and also the on duty conductor became dumb and watching this. She said I m lady so no one can harm me and in department no one can dare to me. I think this is the baddest experience I have faced ever. Sir, you shoul have to take necessary action against these type of govt. Employees. Who has to shame instead of proud.i know sir every govt. Servant is not bad, but due to this type of govt. Employees people not support us. Even Air, I'M a govt. Employee. I told her but i dont know what type of mind she has. I hope sir, you take my complaint against her, and will take necessary action. It will good and helpful for GSRTC and also helps to improvs our service for people. Thank you. Jai Hind. Jai bharat.

In the morning arond 6:40 am and 7 am there were two buses previously from ahmedabad to gandhinagar, but for now they are cancellled and only 7:20 am bus is available so that there is very heavy traffic in that particular bus so many time many passengers could not get the bus.

we are requesting you to kindly rerun the above two timings buses so that every passenger can saftely travel to gandhinagar.

સવિનય સાથે જાણવાનું કે પેટલાદ ડેપો ની બસ તે બસ નો રૂટ સોજિત્રા થી બરોડા નો રૂટ આપેલ છે બસ નંબર Gj 18 z 6122/7353 તે બસ નો ત્રીજો રૂટ સોજિત્રા થી ૩.૩૦ pm એ બસ બરોડા તરફ આવવા માટે નીકળે છે તે બસ નો ટાઇમ 5.30 pm એ બરોડા આવવા નો છે પરંતુ તે બસ બસસ્ટેન્ડ માં સાંજે 6.00 pm અથવા 6.30 pm એ બસ આવે છે આં ટાઈમ છેલા એક મહિના થી આં બસ લેટ આવે છે આં ની રજૂઆત પેટલાદ ડેપો માં વારંવાર ફરિયાદ કરી હોવા છતાં કોઇ નિકાલ નથી આવતો તેથી અમે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરીએ છીએ તે બસ ના ડ્રાઇવર અને કન્ડક્ટર ને વાત કરી તો જવાબ એ વો આપે છે કે બસ લેટ થશે. એવું કહેવાથી અમે તમને નમ્ર વિનતી કરીએ છીએ કે આના પ્રશ્ન નો નિકાલ વેહલી તકે લાવો.
