I traveled last night from Gandhinagar to Veraval (GJ-18-Z-3086) bus and the seat I got was broken. I completed my trip by filling uncomfortable. And secondly the behavior of the bus conductor was very unsupportive.

પાટણ થી બેચરાજી જતી બસ GJ 18Z7668 જે બુધવાર ના ડ્રાઇવર શ્રી હરેશભાઈ બસ નિયત સમય કરતા ખુબજ મોડી ઉપડે છે જેથી પહોંચવા માં ખુબજ મોડું થઈ જાય છે અને નોકરી માં અદથી રાજા કપાઈ જાય છે હરેશભાઈ હોય ત્યારે કાયમ બસ મોડી ઉપડે છે અને મુસાફરો ખુબજ હેરાન થાય છે તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને વિનંતી કે યોગ્ય પગલાં લેશો

Dear sir,
When I reached Kalol station the bus was about to leave but I asked the conductor to stop and also knocked on the door. And knowing that he was not even looking at me and was ignoring me, the bus was also not full... It is not a good thing to show such attitude towards public passenger .. Very disappointed to see this

આ ડ્રાઇવર ની ફરિયાદ કરેલ છે અગાઉ પણ તેમ છતાં કેમ કોઈ કાયદાકીય પગલાં લેવામાં આવતા નથી સતત ધૂમ્રપાન અને રફ ડ્રાઇવિંગ થી બધા j મુસાફરો કંટાળી ગયા છે હવે જો આ ફરિયાદ પર કોઈ કાયદાકીય પગલાં નઈ લેવા માં આવે તો આ ડ્રાઇવર ની ફરિયાદ લેખિત માં ડિવિઝન ઓફિસ માં કરવા માં આવશે..
ડ્રાઇવર પોતે પોતાના કમો કરે છે ચાલુ નોકરી પર અમારે પહોંચવા માં ખૂબજ મોડું થઈ જાય છે, બસ ઈચ્છા થાય ત્યારે ઊભી કરી દે છે આવી બધી તકલીફો ક્યાં સુધી ચાલશે?
કેમ એસ. ટી તંત્ર જાગૃત નથી મુસાફરો ની ફરિયાદ થવા છતાં પણ?
સુ ભવિષ્ય માં એસ. ટી તંત્ર જાગૃત થશે કે મુસાફરો એ જાતે જ પગલાં લેવા પડશે?

Illegal encroachment at front of Geeta Mandir Bus terminal, Khadia ward, Ahmadabad Municipal Corporation,

Due to that passengers and Visitor could not park their vehicles at allotted space of visitor parking, and heavy traffic occurred at Geeta Manidr Road,

Many times complained at AMC but not resolved till date.

It should be permanent solutions.

સવિનય સાથે જાણવાનું કે પેટલાદ ડેપો ની બસ તે બસ નો રૂટ સોજિત્રા થી બરોડા નો રૂટ આપેલ છે બસ નંબર Gj 18 z 6122/7353 તે બસ નો ત્રીજો રૂટ સોજિત્રા થી ૩.૩૦ pm એ બસ બરોડા તરફ આવવા માટે નીકળે છે તે બસ નો ટાઇમ 5.30 pm એ બરોડા આવવા નો છે પરંતુ તે બસ બસસ્ટેન્ડ માં સાંજે 6.00 pm અથવા 6.30 pm એ બસ આવે છે આં ટાઈમ છેલા એક મહિના થી આં બસ લેટ આવે છે આં ની રજૂઆત પેટલાદ ડેપો માં વારંવાર ફરિયાદ કરી હોવા છતાં કોઇ નિકાલ નથી આવતો તેથી અમે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરીએ છીએ તે બસ ના ડ્રાઇવર અને કન્ડક્ટર ને વાત કરી તો જવાબ એ વો આપે છે કે બસ લેટ થશે. એવું કહેવાથી અમે તમને નમ્ર વિનતી કરીએ છીએ કે આના પ્રશ્ન નો નિકાલ વેહલી તકે લાવો.

To day 2 Mar 2023 at Surat Central Bus station me and my mother used washroom urinal but staff misbehavin and ask for ₹10 for me and my mother.there is no charges for use o[censored]rinal but thay often ask ₹5 for ladies but today thay ask money even for gents and whan i refused to give money for both and i gave him ₹5 using ledies toilet he's like be char chopdi bhani ne mane samjave che(બે ચાર ચોપડી ભની ને મને સમજાવે છે)
So please take some action against them and make some real rule and regulation for this toilet tenders

I have booked my ticket in Ahmedabad Rajkot gsrtc Volvo by reserving it through merchant site. The seat is allocated to me as a female but when I reached my boarding point one male is allocated the seat besides me. And there is no safety for female after reservation even as allocation made to male member.

મેં તારીખ 25/02/23 ના રોજ ભુજ ડેપોમાંથી આપણા ડેપો ની બસ ની તા.26/02/23 ની ભુજ થી બેચરાજી ની બે રિજેર્વશન ટિકિટ કઢાવેલ . જેના સીટ નંબર 9, 10 . હતા . હું તા. 26/02/23 ના સવારે 6:00 વાગ્યા થી જયુબેલી સર્કલ ભુજ પર બસ ની રાહ જોઈને ઉભેલ . ત્યારે 6:24 એ ભુજ થી બેચરાજી ની બસ નીકળેલ . મેં બસ ઉભી રાખવા હાથ આડો કરેલ અને બૂમ પાડેલ કે રિઝર્વેશન ટિકિટ છે . જે સાંભળી ને ડ્રાઈવરે બસ ને સહજ ધીમી કરી અને પાછી ઊભી રાખ્યા વિના ડ્રાઈવરે બસ ને જવા દીઘી.જે એસ.ટી. ડ્રાઈવર અને કંડકટર ની ફરજ દરમિયાન બેદરકારી સૂચવે છે .તેથી તેના પર સખ્ત કાર્યવાહી કરો.
જેના કારણે મને આ બે ટિકિટ ના Rs. 432 તેમજ બીજી રિટર્ન ટિકિટ પણ રદ કરાવવી પડી. જેના 25% ના પ્રમાણે Rs.105 ની આર્થિક ખોટ ગઈ .Rs. 537 ની આર્થિક ખોટ ગઈ તો એનો જવાબદાર કોણ ? Rs. 537 ની ભરપાઈ ન થઇ તો હું આગળ કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી કરીશ .

હું ડુંગરી થી નવસારી અને નવસારી થી ડુંગરી નિયમિત મુસાફરી કરું છું એજ પ્રમાણે બીજા ઘણા લોકો નિયમિત મુસાફરી કરે છે અને હું 181 મહિલા હેલ્પલાઈનમાં કામ કરું છું કામ કરવાનો સમય 12 કલાકનો છે તેથી મુસાફરી કરવી મુશ્કેલ છે કારણ કે માત્ર વલસાડ ડિવિઝન એક્સપ્રેસ બસ ડુંગરી સ્ટોપ કરે છે અને બીજા ડિવિઝનની એક્સપ્રેસ બસ ડુંગરી સ્ટોપ કરતી નથી. અને નવસારીથી રાત્રીના 8 વાગ્યા પછી વલસાડ ડિવિઝનની એકપણ બસ આવતી નથી જેના કારણે મુસાફરોને મુસાફરી કરવામાં ભારે મુશ્કેલી પડે છે ક્યારેક કેટલીક બસ ડુંગરી સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાં નીચે ગ્રીડ નીચે ઉતારવામાં આવતી નથી ડુંગરીની આસપાસના 20 થી વધુ ગામો છે. જેથી દરેક ડિવિઝનની એક્સપ્રેસ બસ વલસાડ ડુંગરી ખાતે સ્ટોપ કરે એવી વિનંતી.

I’ve book ticket in G.S.R.T.C. from Amreli to Diu in Diu-Panigate bus which has arriving time of 1:00 am but it will always come at 3:00-4:00 am. Therefore we have to sit at the bus stand for atleast 2-3 hours which is problematic for us to sit at platform with family for such a long period .
Therefore we request you to solve this issue.

This bus from valsad to daman is supposed to go at 8.30 in the morning from valsad .bust it is always late and irregular for some reason or the other .and the driver is also very rude. Please change the driver or make the bus regular.

બસ નંબર GJ18 Z 4465 ચાણસ્મા થી બેચરાજી વાયા મનિયારી જે તા 22/2/2023 ના રોજ નિર્ધારિત સમય કરતા ખુબ જ મોડી ઉપાડેલ છે અને મોડું થતાં બસ ડ્રાઇવર ખૂબજ રફ ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરે છે તો આ બસ કાયમી ખાતે નિર્ધારિત સમયે ઉપડે અને નોકરી પર પહોંચવા માં મોડું ન થાય તેવી અપેક્ષા નોકરી પર પહોંચવા માં મોડું થતાં બિનજરૂરી નોટિસ મળે છે તો ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં બિનજરૂરી ઈમેજ બગડે છે.
