There are mostly busses are gurjar nagari why already express busses are available second thing now ambajimata festivals in ambaji the corporation arrange mostly busses there so what's happening of students, working man and woman, travellers, goods, newspapers, regular updown??? Toll charges, government taxes other expenditure paid by travellers and this kind of service?

    Hi, i felt very bad today due to the incident at patan bus stand. I am regularly going in chanasma-bapunagar bus. I know driver and conductor both. Due to ambaji fair, many buses are not available. Today morning, i was looking for my bus. But it was not there. Suddenly i saw one bus with the same driver so i thought it's my bus. When that bus was parked i went to the bus to see board but there was not any board. So i asked driver is it of bapunagar bus? He started shouting at me so hard that let me go down. Keep quiet etc. He insulted me so badly then he put the board and shouted at me that read the board. He doesn't even want to answer "yes". I am very much disappointed by his behavior.

      From since last six months zalod kawant bus depo of chota udepur is irregular and due to this many of public from zalod and kawantwala has to suffer because on this route only one bus is running in a day
      After repeatedly complaining on chota udepur depo they are not taking any action

        તા.૦૧/૦૯/૨૦૧૭ ના રોજ સાંજે ૭:૩૦ વાગ્યે..
        અમે (હું - મારી પત્ની- મારો દીકરો) હિંમતનગર થી પાટણ જવા માટે અન્ય કોઈ વિકલ્પ ન હોવાથી ભિલોડા થી ભૂજ જતી સ્લીપર કોચ બસની સેવા લીધી.

        બસમાં ખૂબજ ભીડ હતી. બસની તમામ સ્લીપર સીટ અને નીચેની સીટ ઓલરેડી બુક થયેલ હતી. જેથી બેસવાની જગ્યા મળી ન હતી. બન્યું એવું કે આટલી બધી ભીડ જોઈને ૪ અને ૫ નંબરની સ્લીપરકોચમાં બેઠેલા એક દાદા અને દાદીએ માનવતાની દ્રષ્ટીએ મારી પત્ની અને બાળકને બેસાડ્યા અને હૂં ઊભો રહ્યો. થોડી વાર પછી કંડકટર ટીકીટ બુક કરવા માટે આવ્યા એ દરમિયાન અમારે નીચે મુજબ વાતચીત થઈ..

        મેં કહ્યું પાટણ ની બે આખી ટીકીટ આપો...
        કંડકટરે કહ્યું બીજી ટીકીટ કોની?
        મેં મારી પત્ની સામે આંગળી ચીંધીને કહ્યું આ બેનની...!
        કંડકટરે કહ્યું કે બેનને ઉપર બેસાડવા હોય તો ૮૦/- રૂપિયાની સ્લીપર ચાર્જ ની અલગથી ટીકીટ લેવી પડશે...
        મેં કહ્યું...કેમ?
        તો...કે નિયમ છે...!
        (પેલા દાદાએ વચ્ચે હસ્તક્ષેપ કરતા કહ્યું કે...માસ્તર ભીડ હોવાથી મેં જ એમને બેસવાનું કહ્યું... અમને કોઈ વાંધો નથી...તો...!)

        મેં કહ્યું માસ્તર સ્લીપર સીટ ખાલી હોય અને અમે નીચેથી ઉપર બેસવા કે સૂવા માટે ઉપયોગ કરીએ તો અમારે ૮૦/- રૂપિયાની અલગથી ટીકીટ લેવી પડે...! પણ આ તો ઓલરેડી બુક થયેલી જ છે..!

        તો કે એ હું કાંઈ ન જાણું... કાં તો તમે બેનને નીચે ઉતારી દો યા સ્લીપર ચાજૅની ટીકીટ લઇ લો...!

        આવું અન્ય બે-ત્રણ મુસાફરો સાથે બન્યું...અને દરેકે દલીલ પણ કરી પરંતુ કંડકટરે કોઈની પણ વાત ન માની... એટલે મેં પણ અન્યની જેમ ટીકીટ લઇ લીધી...! કારણકે બીજું કોઈ વિકલ્પ ન હતો..

        હવે પ્રશ્ન એ છે કે...
        જે કોચમાં અગાઉથી જ બે વ્યક્તિ સ્લીપરની ટીકીટ બુક કરાવી ને મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા છે... અને એ જ વ્યક્તિ ભીડ હોવાથી રહેમ રાહે અન્ય બે મુસાફરોને થોડા સમય માટે માત્ર બેસવાની જગ્યા આપી બેસાડે અને એ બે મુસાફરો પાસેથી સીટીગ ચાર્જ ઉપરાંત રૂ. ૮૦/- સ્લીપર ચાર્જ વસૂલ કરવામાં આવે... એવો ખરેખર કોઈ નિયમ છે..? અને જો છે તો શું આ નિયમ વ્યાજબી છે..?

        જો નિયમ હોય તો...જે કોચમાં બે મુસાફરો સ્લીપર ચાર્જ ભરીને પણ માંડ માંડ સુઈને મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા હોય અને એ જ કોચનો બીજા અન્ય બે મૂસાફરો પાસે થી સ્લીપર ચાજૅની આ કોર્પોરેશન કઈ રીતે માંગણી કરી શકે...? (એટલે કે બે ના બદલે ચાર પાસેથી ચાર્જ વસૂલ કરવાની ઉઘાડી લુંટ...)

        તો આ બાબતે હૂં મારી આ ફરીયાદ નોંધાવુ છુ તેમજ આવા ભ્રષ્ટ તંત્રની સામે આપનો હકારાત્મક પ્રતિભાવ મળે એવી અપેક્ષા સહ...

          Guy was smoking in the last seat of bus. I asked him to stop he refuced to do so. Then i complaint about it to conductor but conductor didn't take any action even after complaining about it. On asking for complaint book conductor refuced to give me that to register a complaint against him. Bus no is gj18 y 8954. Patan to ahmedabad. Date 3 september 2017. Time 6 pm.

            My self yograj t. Mali. Last 11th aug 17. I try book a ticket mansa to surat but ticket is not reserved and payment mode is successfully done. But still refund is not getting.
            I contact to sbi bank branch, branch manager told me you contact to gsrtc's respected person.

            So humble request to you kindly provide the failed transaction letter.

                Dear sir...
                I don't get any satisfying answer from inquiry room of dahod depot.
                When i call at night in bus depot for inquiry of kawat bus time, he told me my bus time is 7:00 in morning and when i reached bus stand with my mother at 7:00 they told my mother that the bus time is 9:30 and when i asked again about bus time they told me 3:30.
                In this i don't get satisfaction answer from inquiry room.

                  My refrence numbers are gs4134146, gs4134189, gs4134224...
                  Which was for the online bus booking from bhavnagar to ahmedabad through gsrtc website.
                  They transferred my money from my bank account but fails to provide my ticket, do the posible action which was necessary for my complaint..

                  Please solve this type of problem is not suited for goverment authorities

                    I m currently travelling from kalupur to gandhinagar ch2 in gujarat state transport bus. Bus no. 6978. This bus was destined for mansa. I gave rs. 22 to the bus conductor. While discussing about the change as i gave him rs. 100 note, i forgot to take the ticket. While he came back i told him that he had issued me the ticket. He then checked something in his handy pos machine and told me that my ticket number, which dont recall. I argued that if a ticket inspector comes n holds me travelling without ticket then he will have to convinnce the ticket checker. He denied. I asked him for a duplicate ticket, he said that he cannot issue. Please help me.

                      ગુજરાત સિવાયના અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં કોઈ પુરુષ મહિલા સીટ પર બેસતા નથી અને બેસે તો ય બસમાં મહિલાનું આગમન થાય એટલે સ્વયં મહિલાસીટ ઉપરથી ઉભા થઇ જાય છે. મહિલાઓ માટેની અનામત સીટ કા તો કાઢી નાંખો અથવા મહિલાસીટ બાબટેના નિયમો કડક બનાવો.
                      મહિલાઓને માસિકધર્મમા થતી તકલીફો, ગર્ભાવસ્થા, પુરુષની સરખામણીએ ઓછી શારીરીક શક્તિ જેવા પાસાઓને ધ્યાને લઈને અનામત આપવામાં આવે છે. આથી માહિલાઓને તેનો લાભ મળે તે માટે કાયદા કડક બનાવવામાં આવે

                        જસદણ થી વાવડા બસ છે તે બસ છેલ્લા એક મહિનાથી બંધ છે કેમકે કોઇ અજાણ્યા શખ્સે બસ નો પાછળ નો કાસ પથ્થર મારી તોડી નાખ્યો હતો અને જેથી એસ.ટી વિભાગ જસદણ દ્વારા જસદણ થી વાવડા બસ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે એવું જસદણ એસ.ટી વિભાગ નુ કહેવું છે તથા જસદણ થી ખંભાળ બસનો રૂટ શું કામ ફેરવામા આવ્યો
                        1. એસ.ટી વિભાગ જસદણ નુ કહેવું છે કે કાસ ના પૈસા ભરો તો બસ ચાલુ કરીએ
                        2. આ કારણે આ વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા લોકો. વિધાથીઓ. હીરા ઉદ્યોગ ના લોકો ખૂબ જ મુશ્કેલી પડે છે
                        3.જો કોઈ અજાણ્યા શખ્સોએ હાઈવે ઉપર બસ નો કાસ તોડી નાખે તો શું હાઇવે ઉપર ની બધી બસો બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે કે પૈસા ઉઘરાવવામાં આવે છે
                        4. કોઈ રેલી કે આંદોલન કે હિસા મા જયારે સરકારી બસો ને નુકસાન કે સળગાવી દેવામાં આવે ત્યારે તે જગ્યા કે બનાવ વાળી જગ્યા ના લોકો પૈસા ભરે છે કે એસ.ટી વિભાગ પૈસા ન ભરે ત્યાં સુધી બસો બંધ રાખે છે
                        5.જસદણ થી વાવડા બસ નો કાસ કોને તોડો કે તેના પૈસા કોન ભરે
                        6. જસદણ થી ખંભાળા બસ છે કલોરાણા વાવડા થઈ ને ચાલતી તે બસ ના રૂટ મા ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જે બસ હવે કલોરાણા વાવડા ચાલતી નથી પરંતુ વાયા ગોખલાણા થઇ ને જતી રહે છે
                        7. ઘણી વખત એસ.ટી વિભાગ જસદણમાં રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી પરંતુ એસ.ટી વિભાગ જસદણ દ્વારા કોઈ યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવામાં આવતા નથી

                          We are approx 8 to 10 govt. Employees who has been traveling to sachivalay gandhinagar (Gujarat) from point bus route no.90 but from last more than 60 days our bus of vidhansbha to sarangpur is still irregular and we have file the telephonic complaint to s. T. D. P. O (Mr. Kirtan patel cell no.[protected] and s. T d. T. O (Mr. Mukesh patel cell no. [protected]) but still there is no response from them. Please take this major problem into consideration and do the needful as we employees of sachivalaya are facing many problems regarding this. Hoping for a quick reply

                              I would like to inform you that this is 4th trip of our family member from ahmedabad to ahwa in gandhinagar ahwa sleeper coach bus. Every time bus came 1 hour late. If actual timing of bus is 8:45 so please mention that time only while booking tickets. We are working people and don't have time to waste like this. Really very poor service of gsrtc.

                                Rajkot mandvi daily bus not coming on time. Arrived time 6:10am but reached at 6:45am in morbi. This is not acceptable. If express buses take 5 hrs to cover only 150km wht that means. It is not good service at all. One more problem driver and conductor is common in this bus. Take more time in collect ticket and driving both job.
                                Please do something for helpful for everyone.

                                  I have booked ticket from Mehsana to Samakhiyali for date 13.07.2017, i have done payment throgh HDFC debit card, payment is deducted from bank but ticket was not issued and i havent received refund.
                                  Please refund my debit amount as early possible.

                                    Kodinar vadodara, bus no 1211, 1210 are not standing at jakatnaka vadodara at the time 7:15.
                                    And that time no any bus for anand,, so student have a problem of came to collage.
                                    Please arrange the bus for anand of time 7:15 am.

                                    Because, all anand siide bus are came after 8:15 am
                                    And many collages time are 8:00 am
                                    Thats why arrange bus for students in vadodara to anand..

                                      In rajula bus station, i goes last 1 week for renew passenger pass, but i fetching lot of problem to renew pass like many times not available men whoes renew pass and some time not available internet connectivity and thats men give a proper answer. So i fetching many problem to renew passenger pass. So please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                        I had cancelled my ticket for 18/08/2017 from jetpur to mundra, but had not received any refund amount till now...

                                        And i had cancelled my ticket before
                                        18/08/2018 so i must get my money back
                                        And again mark my waords i had not received any refund till these day.... And it's already been 10 days... So "gujarat state road transport corporation" where the hell have you put my money i need it back...😠😠😠😠
