Actually i have booked 3 seats from ahmedabad-chotila highway in current booking..!
And the pnr number of that booking is c16442092 and also i have received the message from gsrtc of confirmation of the booking which i have attached below..
Firstofall when i went to ask about the status of my booking at enquiry office at ahmedabad central busstand the person over there are that much irresponsible that they are not even ready to listen to any of the passenger..!
Havnt they got the proper training that what work they have to do when they are sitting on duty at enquiry cabin..!
And after asking continously i am getting answer from there after 10 minutes that we dont know about any such reservation.. I have said them that gj18-v-8422 is the bus number.. They talked in an insulted manner and said that there is no such bus..
I said i have received the message from gsrtc itself.. They said we dont know anything about that.. And the way they are talking with passengers are hillarious..!
I have asked for the complain book.. They directly denayed for that..!
Are they illiterate..? Dont they know how to behave with passengers..?
And after that i have called the conductor (I have received the number in the message)
Then he checked in his list.. And found my booking wasnt there..!
I have provided him the pnr number and showed him the message of the bank where my money is deducted..!
Then he took me to the booking office at ahmedabad central busstop... And the one sitting over there has also behaved with me the same..! He said me we dont have any kinda record of your booking... You cant travel in this bus..! I have said i have booked in current booking and also provided the pnr number too still he was stuck on the same..!
I said i've received the message from gsrtc.. He said we dont consider this bookings..!
And after a long mess he have given me number[protected] and said me call on this number you will get your refund its an 24*7 helpline..!
I have tried calling on that number many a times but call is not getting connected..!
Then he said you can take another tickets and can travel in the same bus..!
I said i have already done booking then whats the use of another ticket..!
And i am reply from him like we dont know anything if you want to travel you have to take another ticket..!
And at last i have took another ticket and travelled..!
Now what about my booking..?
What about my money which has been deducted..!?
Seriously very worst experince of gsrtc..!
Feeling shame on myself that i have travelled in gsrtc after such behaviour of the management & staff..!
Is this the government transportation..?
And dont they know that how passengers are being treated..!
Its trememdous..!
I want someone from the higher management to be coordinated with me for the same..!
Want a quick responce on this..
Orels i will be highlighting this to social network & media..!

    Today 8.50a.m. PALANPUR to KHEDBHRAMMA bus no. Gj18 Z-1279,
    This bus without conductor till gathaman gate. Conductor enter bus and join duty from gathaman gate. Then bus conductor sitting the next seat, instead of conductor seat. Then conductor's behavior to the passengers is very bad. He speaks wrong words to the passenger. His behavior towards passenger is likely crucial. The driver also support him, so, conductor became very cruel.

    Sorry, not today but at 17.08.2017, at 8.50a.m.
    I was booked ticket inline on dated 15/8/17.Root is mahuva to Ahmedabad and timing is 22.25 p.m but bus was not comed till 1 a.m, why it's happened, nobody give me answer or received phone call.i was very harres and my scheduled also changed because of journey is going to late. .give me a reply immediately.

      There is a over bridge at the bus stop parvat patiya surat so in the morning all the buses (100%) and during evening only few buses (98%) go from the bridge on route of surat to bardoli. We had also make a complaint to the central bus stop, surat. They did their service for few days but then same problem for than one year. I would request you to provide the bus service for the bus stop parvat patiya, surat.

          Dear team,
          I have booked 2 tickets in una-bhiloda bus from rajkot central bus station, for this transaction amount of rs. 360 has been debited from my credit card but i haven't received any ticket conformation message from your side and the unfortunate thing is bus supposed to arrive on 04:10pm but it didn't arrived till 06:00pm. It was a pathetic situation for us, we waited for two hours at rajkot central bus stop. At the end we had to go by some other bus to ahmedabad. Kindly look into the issue and get me my rs.360 back asap.

            Complaint: i was travelled to date 15thaug2017 and my sleeper coach has no curtain on windows side and on the other side there is a short window curtain feted rather than long curtain. The journey was like hell as travelling with a lady and small child as no privacy maintained even after paying full money as reservation. Please make sure as this won't happen from next time.

            Complaint: i had my jounery as on mentioned date and my sleeper coach has no curtain on windows side and on the other side there is a short window curtain feted rather than long curtain.             We understand due to covid-19 precautionary measures curtains were removed but it’s normal..
            Kindly do the needful at the earliest as we passengers for long route face many issues while travelling with ladies.

              Respected sir,

              We are regular passenger of the root mentioned above. The bus for this root is irregular and there is so many problems with changes in its timing.

              Today, the new time table of gsrtc shows that, the bus which is running between bardoli (5:15 pm) to baudhan is canceled. So we have to catch the another bus of after one hour. (6:15 pm).

              There are to many girls students (School girl students) travelling in this bus regularly.

              So the problem is that, how and when these student will reach at their home??

                Ahmedabad to rajkot gsrtc volvo travaling date 13.08.2017 times:10.10 am & tripcode:1000abdrjtvlv46, bus number:gj -01-dz-7112 & charge apply same seat numbers (9 &10) twice times because i forgot hard copy of ticket.

                Soft copy of ticket available but not consider & charge for second times same seat number & booking time also submit the my mobile no but he was not check.

                Please replay as soon as possible & refund the second times charges.

                  Passenger pass windo no. 10 seated that person doesn't know about passenger pass rent at st. Gita mandir ahmedabad.
                  We asked him about passenger pass from ahmedabad to gandhinagar but he doesn't know anything about passenger pass. He said you have to do eenquiry for rent we asked where we have to do inquiry he said i don't know. So, what we have to do for that. Plz help us.

                  jasdan bus stand's procedure system is very slow for bys passes, booking and its bus timetable is not properly scheduled one of the bus is overloaded at peak traffic time and other buses are running with very few passengers mostly in a case of buses to the rajkot. this system need so many changes if want to provide comfort for passengers.

                      સુરત ૧ ડેપો એ માંગરોળ થી સુરત બસ નં ૯૩૦૧ સમય બદલી નાખ્યો છે.આ સમય બદલવાની કોઈ જરૂર હતી નહિ. સુરત૧ ડેપો અમે આગળ ફરિયાદ કરી હતી.એ ફરિયાદ સામે એલોકો એ કોઈ કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી ન હતી.એમના DO એ ફરિયાદ મામલદાર કચેરી માં આપવા કહ્યું હતું.અને આ અરજી એમને સુરત ૧ ડેપો માં આપવાનું કોઈ ફાયદો થયો ન હતો.
                      હવે વાત કરીએ સમય ફેરફાર કર્યા છે એ બાબત
                      માંગરોળ થી સુરત નો જૂનો સમય ૫:૩૦ Am હતો. તેઓ એ આ સમય બદલીને ૬:૦૦am કર્યો છે.એમને એ જાણવું છે કે ૬ :૦૦ Am દેવગઢ થી સુરત પણ આવે છે.બંને બસ સાથે ચલાવીને સુ ફાયદો છે?
                      નોકરિયાતો, મજૂર અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો સમય છેલ્લા એક મહિના થી ખોરવાઈ ગયો છે.પહેલી બસ માંગરોળ માં ૫:૦૦ AM એ મોદ્રિફરિયા થી સુરત બસ ન ૭૩૫૦ આવે છે અને ૧ કલાક બાદ બીજી બસ આવે છે.માંગરોળ થી સુરત અને દેવગઢ થી સુરત આવે છે.હવે ૨ બસ એક સમય એ અનુકૂળ નથી.
                      માંગરોળ થી સુરત જવા માટે ૫:૦૦Am થી ૬:૦૦am વચ્ચે કોઈ બસ નથી તમને કહ્યા મુજબ માંગરોળ થી સુરત નો જૂનો સમય ૫:૩૦ am કરવો જરૂરી છે. આજ સમય એ બસ ન ૯૩૦૧ જૂનો સમય છે. માંગરોળ થી સુરત જવા માટે અવવસ્થા જણાય છે.સુરત ૧ ડેપો આગળ કરેલી ફરિયાદ ની કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરી નથી.
                      બસ ન ૯૩૦૧ માંગરોળ થી સુરત એમના જૂનો સમય ૫:૩૦ am કવ આપને વિનંતી.
                      હવે મદ્રિફરિય થી સુરત નો માંગરોળ આવવાનો સમય કોઈ નક્કી જ નથી.એ લોકો મનફાવે સવારે માંગરોળ મ આવે છે.કોઈ ક વાર ૪:૫૦am ૫:૦૦am ૫:૧૫am આવા સમયે એલોકો આવે છે.માંગરોળ ના મુસાફરો એ હવે શું કરવું?
                      એમને પણ સમયસર કરવા વિનંતી
                      અમે સુરત ૧ ડેપો ન આગળ જાણ કરી છે.બંને બસ નો ૯૩૦૧ માંગરોળ થી સુરત અને બસ નો ૭૩૫૦ આ બસો નો ટાઇમ સમયસર કરવા પણ એલોકો ૧ મહિના થી કોઈ કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી નથી.
                      અંતે એટલું જ કેહવ માંગુ છું કે માંગરોળ થી સુરત નો સમય ૫:૩૦ am અને મોદ્રિફરિય થી સુરત નો માંગરોળ આવવનો સમય ૫:૦૦am કરવો.

                          Pls. Note, i am frequent traveller of this bus but always this but coming late by 60 - 100 minutes late so is there any specific reason...?? U check data and do needful... Gprs installed or not..?? As i came to know that speed limit also removed now then why delay..?? Think that how many hours waste of common people without any their fault..                             I am local passanger from chital, my daily time of going amreli for service is 9.30 am, but for last some days one bus route name "babra - amreli" has been came after 10.00 am, it`s time has been changed, and "rajkot - rajula" bus has same time near by 10.00am, so we have request you to start again "babra - amreli" bus on time of near by 9.30am, because there is no another bus between 9.00 am to 10.00 am, and after 10.00am there is 3 bus, so my humble request on behalf of 30 students & passenger start atleast one bus between 9.00am to 10.00 am.

                              I miss travelling in bus from Ahmedabad to Dhrangadhra bus which number is GJ18Z 0436 in which conductor is not accepting the new 500 rupees note in which something is written. Is there any RBI circular about that? I m working in public sector bank and I know about that.
                              I want to know why this happens?
                              RBI has not issued any types of circular regarding not to accept any note of valid currency notes in which something is written.there is one guidelines on which customers are requested to not to write anything on note and make it clean as like there foreign country.thats only I want to say.                                 Hello sir,
                                I had supposed to book ticket from "halved road" to surat but it doesn't shows all bus available. For example: bhuj to surat, gandhidham to surat.

                                Please. Update web portal for all available bus.

                                And one more problem is my sister & wife travelled on[protected] from halvad road to surat but and bus time was 10:15 but it comes at 11:30 and we tried to contact depot @gandhidham, anjar, dhangadhra.

                                But no one received our call.

                                Please make one proper control room for passengers as we are paying enough for service why can't u give proper service.

                                    This is to inform that i have booked ticket online on gsrtc website from iscon cross road amd to rajkot central bus stand on 12 August. The amount is deducted from my account and transaction failed. Still not received refunded amount. I talked to customer care but they told that it will be refund in 7 to 21 working days. I have a reference number of my online booking

                                      I am travelling from vadodara to vidya nagar. I get in to bus rajpipala-gandhinagar bus. My ticket no is 55864. I asked driver to take bus to vidyanagar bus stand. He surprisingly asked me "kayu bus stand?" he did t know that there is a bus stop in vidyanagar. If they are issuing tickets for vidyanagar they didn't take bus to stop. Rather they give only 2 option either choose bhai kaka statue or raghurvir chamber. They are not even stoping at bob nana bazar. Where actually they suppose to stop because bus stop is within 2 min from bob stop. Very disappointed. And just to inform that the new driver and conductor for this bus dont know the route too 3 months ago when i traveled once. So pleases provide them where to stop bus and give them proper map.

                                        The above mention bus didn't arrive at the nasik bus depot. I was waiting there till 1:30 am and have to ride on other bus of vapi paying the ticket.
                                        My concern is that who will be the responsible for this problem and is there any provision for refund in this case. If the concern bus is not coming at the nasik depot then why other proper boarding point not mentioned on ticket as well as on the website.

                                        So kindly assist.

                                        જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે રાજકોટ St bus ના inquiry વિભાગ ના સાહેબ કોઈ પણ ફોન નો જવાબ બરોબર આપતા નથી અને ડેપો મેનેજરે ને ફોન કરીને કહ્યું તો તેને પણ બરોબર જવાબ આપતા નથી જો આપણે[protected] પર તો કોઈ ફોન ઉપાડ તાજ નથી અને સાહેબ એમ કે છે કે આ જ નંબર પર ફોન કરો માટે આપ જલદી થી કોઇ action લેસો એવી આશા સાથે જય ભારત.
                                        Transection is complete and ticket was not got.
