Dear sir,
Please take a note that the bus fatehpura to visavadar the timing of that but showing in online when came to nadiad is 6.20 pm. Instead of that timing every time that bus came in nadiad at 7.45 to 8.00 pm. If we asked to depo manager and conductor of that bus they always said that this bus came in nadiad at this time only the timing shows in online that is wrong, they can't change it, every time we have to sit almost 2 hours. So my humble request you to kindly change the timing in online platform so we came at that time only especially in monsoon season.

I can book ticket from bhuj to gandhinagar on date 5-6-2017 but my transaction is failed and money is deducted from debit card. I can mail many time to [protected]@gmail.com but no can one reply for this same.
I am very disappointed with gsrtc service.
Please provide details how i can reach to high level for this complaint.

I am a regular user of amit nagar to ctm metro link service for to & fro journey.
But i have seen the driver is taking almost 2 hrs reaching to given pickup and drop points. I have seen only one driver i don't know him by name is taking 1 hrs and 30 minutes and also he is not rough driving. So please look into the matter how this travel timing can reduce to 1 hr 30 min and below it for all drivers.
Local travellers and van wala taking advantages of this 2 hr travel time and he take away passengers of public transport.
In peak time i. E morning 7 am to 8.30 am and evening 6 pm to 7.30 pm bus frequency is very poor. So improve bus frequency in peak hrs and reduce travel timing for all drivers.

Bus no.9143 was not taken passengers from govt. Engg. College stop on 19-06-17 at 9.55. Various buses is not taken passengers from engg. College next to visat-sabarmati stop even though seating capacity available. Kindly include govt. Engineering college bus stop in point service schedule.in complaint stereotype reply given "we instructed bus driver"

I had taken a ticket in volvo from surat to ahmedabad and the driver started driving rough from the very 1st second.

Told him to be careful but it made him angry and started driving more rough.

When we told him to be careful and not to cut from 3rd lan to 1at lan imidiately he replied by saying "i will drive like this only if you don't like get dow"

The bus left 16th jun 2017 from surat to ahmedabad at 7 30 pm

He is driving so rough that i am forced to post here during the same trip i am travelling in the same bus at the moment. Bus number is 8254

I have booked online ticket in anand-nakhatrana bus at 7 pm from ahmedabad central bus stand..
My seat number was 11 and as per online booking my seat is on single side window seat..
But when i sit in the bus the seat was on two seater side and not even on the window side..
When i complain this to conductor he said that it was not his fault. It's the fault of online booking system and he can't do anything..
Please sir solve this problem very soon sothat passengers can travel easily and make their trust on online booking system and gsrtc..

As above i was travelling in bus name on board was gadhada barvala bus no 8448 and baze number are 1878 and 2279 respectively, the bus departured at 7.45 pm from gadhada swamina to botad and after 21/23 km. The man who was driving the bus stopped the bus and another person who already was in driver cabin has changed to driver seat and started the bus and kept driving, i dont under stand any thing and i tried to ask to the conductor but she was sitting right behind the driver sit, the first row of three sitter passenger seat all the passengers to each station are keeping bus bell them selves at their destination because the lady conductor was sitting right behind the driver seat and was listening something from her mobile via her headphones, i asked the lady conductor for the man who was driving a long way from gadhada to the entrance at botad city was the staff driver or any other person? But she told me that i dont know about that mam and if you wood to know then go to that man and ask your self, that answer was not good by the lady conductor hence i asked to her for complaint book, she told me that i had not complaint book you can do what you can, after all these bad answers i had traied to botad depo telephonic conversation and i got response by mr. Bavaliya vipulbhai he told come at depo botad we will inquire all things. Then at control mr vipulbhai make inquiry to both the drivers one had base number and heavy licence and other who drive the bus more than 21 kilometers had no base and no heavy licence hence vipulbhai gave me paper to lodge the complaint the date was 29/05/2017 and i had a received signatured copy with depo manager botad"s signed by mr bavaliya vipulbhai v but till today no actions taken and informed to me

My online payment deducted and transaction failed still not refunded this is to inform that i have booked ticket online on gsrtc website from morbi new to surat central bus stand on 09/06/2017 at 7:00 pm. And return ticket from surat central busstand to morbi new on 11/06/2017 at 074:00 pm. The amount is deducted from my account and e ticket isn't generated and seat was not booked at all... Still not received any refunded amount. I have complained at morbi new but they told me to wait for week till the amount will be refunded to my account. But its already a week passes away... But still can't get my hard earned money back... Take it seriously and refund my money... The details of my transaction is as below,

Lunch ke liye 20 minutes ka time diya.. Or 12 minutes me bus leje chala gaya...
Me passengers dhabhe pe reh gaya...10 km bad mene uska picha kiya or usko pakda.. Condtor sahi tarah se bat nahi kar raha... Passenger gine bina hi bus leke chala gaye... Jo condtor ko kam diya gaya passenger ka tickets vagere check karna to usko ginne ka bhi pura farz hee.. E contor ke upar preser karo or sahi tarah se nokri kare.. Thnku

Bus was 2.5 hours late.. My wife has exam around 12.30 pm on same day.. Bus daparted on 6.30 insted of 4 oclk. When she went to enquiry. She got answer like we cant do anything its government bus.. What the hell.. They making bad reputation among soceity.. I will never recomnd again about such # service.. We book it online and on counter we have to listen such #.. Shame on services..

Respected sir, we are local pass holder passenger from disa to dhanera, traveling regular from disa 9 am and from dhanera 7 pm come back to disa, from last 10 days, the morning bus timing from disais not maintain by bus, on 12 june we, around 20 passholder passenger waiting for bus at disa bus depot, from 9 am to 10.20 am for dhanera local st, but no one st come, when we inquired about bus at inquiry counter the person at inquiry counter have no information about bus, infact every time he just say bus will come, not a single action taken regarding this, pls do something

My reservation from ahmedabad central station to bhuj is not completely done. Ticket is not booked and transection of money should be deducted from my a/c account. And customer care number wasn't respond so please kindly refund my inr236.

I booked the online ticket from himatnagar to surat for 25/05/2017 but i cancelled it on 25/05/2017. But i have not yet received the 747 rupees refund for the cancellation of the bus ticket on 25/05/2017 for the ambaji to bilimora bus till now. The

Gsrtc baroda to ahmedabad volvo from baroda central bus stand to ahmedabad nehrunagar bus stand. The bus is almost never on time to start the journey. Moreover the bus timing are changed and the next bus is combined with the previous ones and all the seating arrangement is changed. I don't get the tickets that i have booked online. Right now the bus has been delayed by half an hour to combine the 4:15 and 4:45 one. Also there is no clarity as to which seat to sit

આદરનીય સાહેબ, અમારા પત્ની તથા બાળકો રાજપીપલા થી સુરત ખાતે કેવડીયા-નવસારી બસમાં મુસાફરી કરતા હતા. સદર બસ અંકલેશ્વર ખાતે બ્રેક ડાઉન થતાં અમારી પત્ની તથા બાળકો કૃષ્નનગર-સુરત તરફ જતી બસમાં બેસેલ હ્તા. સદર બસના કંન્ડકટરશ્રી નાઓએ ટીકીટ માંગતા કેવડીયા નવસારીની ટિકીટ પાછળ સહી કરેલી બતાવતા કૃષ્નનગર-સુરત તરફ જતી બસના કંન્ડકટરશ્રી નાઓએ જેઓનો બેઝ નંબર ૨૩૯૨૨ છે. ચલાવેલ નથી. અને બીજી ટિકીટ લેવાની ફરજ પાડેલ અને કહેલ કે ટિકિટ નહીં લો તો બસમાંથી નીચે ઉતરી જાવ તેમ જણાવતા અમારી પત્નીએ કહેલ કે ભાઇ આ ટિકિટ લીધેલ છે. આજની તારીખની છે. સમય પણ હાલનો જ છે. તેમ છતા સદર બેઝ નંબર ૨૩૯૨૨ ના કંડકટરે ગેરશિસ્ત ભર્યુ વર્તન કરેલ અને અમો તેમને મોબાઇલ ઉપર વાત કરતા તેઓએ જણાવેલ કે, થાય તે કરી લેજો મારૂ કોઇ કાંઇ કરી શકે તેમ નથી. ત્યાર બાદ અમોએ રાજપીપલાના ડેપો મેનેજરશ્રી વાય.જે. સૈયદ નાઓને પણ સદર કન્ડકટર બેઝ નંબર ૨૩૯૨૨ નાઓ સાથે વાત કરાવેલ તેમ છતાં તેઓ અમારી કોઇ રજુઆત ધ્યાને લીધેલ નહીં અને રૂપિયા ૧૮૦/- ની બીજી ટિકિટ લેવાની અમોને ફરજ પાડેલ હતી. જેથી આ અન્વયે સદર બેઝ નંબર ૨૩૯૨૨ ના કંન્ડકટર વિરૂધ્ધ ખાતારાહી પગલા લેવા તથા કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી કરવા અને લીધેલ પગલા/ કરેલ કાર્યવાહીની એક નકલ અમોને મોકલી આપવા વિનંતી છે. વધુ માહિતી હુ મારા રૂબરૂમાં જણાવીશ
