My complaint is that I booked E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 23/06/2017 from Palanpur to Surat . My PNR no. is G15903073 and trip code is 1802PLNVPISLP15. My total bus fair is Rs. 1220/-. My Journey time was 18.00. On my travel date, I reached Palanpur bus station at 17.00. and inquired about my bus from depo incharge of Palanpur bus station. But depo incharge told me that my bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.

Respective sir,
Here i am complaining about the not stop bus at bus stop which is given i was waiting for bus at sola bhagvat from where sharkhej unjha bus daily pass between 5 to 5:15pm but today 04/07/2017 this bus was not come to stop and passed away i called for complain about this at unjha depo but they not gave me any reply
So it's my humble request to you to give me a satisfactory reply and i it's not first time with me it's being three time to me and above i complaint to unjha depo about this but they not given me any satisfatory reason to not stop at sola bhagvad

Booked seat but bus is not comming
Hello sir

i have online booked bhuj to junagadh sleeper bus(21:10) on 3 july 2017 but bus not coming at Madhapar bus stop so i want to refund back so what is process for this . i try with online on GSRTC site but it said time is over for cancellation so what is the process of this . i hope you will give reply me as soon as possible.

Hi I m krishna parmar from surat . I do daily up down from surat to Ankleshwar. Whenever I made a pass there are lots of difficulties created by gsrtc officer. My 1st point is . Today I bought ticket coz my pass going for renew whole day gone without pass n gsrtc office wrote date from today 1-7-2017 to[protected] what is the logic I paid 1 day ticket so it was wasting my money also I have to pay after 30 th coz my pass date is 1-7-17 to 30-7-17
Plz do needful other wise close this pass facility

Karjan to morvi driver..at 6:00 pm o clock...the most abusing n rash driver you given to this route...he never stop at the stand n today I follow him to aboard my wife n 2 year old son...he started abusing...i have to call cop...is this the service you provide us n is this the driver you give us n our family...do you think our family is safe?..who are responsible for our family safety?...need an answer n reply n action detail...or you force me to go legal action...waiting instant action n reply from your side...or see tomorrow's news paper head lines...

Whole bus was wet. I told them to clean. They answered the bus was washed so it was wet. How can they not clean bus after washing with water? I want you to tolerate such problem in ur life 1000 times. Then and then i will get to know this # bus. Bus was from gadhda swamina to bhavnagar at 12 pm though it departed at12.21 pm. Lady conductor did not responded at all. Your child is also going to tolerate this. This is disgusting.

I'm complaining about lachharas intercity bus from dabhi depo.
The bus is very irregular and almost every time late nevertheless it's never going to reach you to destination on time because it's very slow.
I know bus is no slow that the driver whose driving is very slow driving.
Every Saturday it's never come.
Please look into these matter and take necessary actions.

I had booked ticket 1 june 2017 but ticket was mot booked because a server doun problem and my money is cut but and your customer care mamber said that it is returns your account but still not cash back in my account please tell me haw much time u require cash back

Dear sir,
Please take a note that the bus fatehpura to visavadar the timing of that but showing in online when came to nadiad is 6.20 pm. Instead of that timing every time that bus came in nadiad at 7.45 to 8.00 pm. If we asked to depo manager and conductor of that bus they always said that this bus came in nadiad at this time only the timing shows in online that is wrong, they can't change it, every time we have to sit almost 2 hours. So my humble request you to kindly change the timing in online platform so we came at that time only especially in monsoon season.

During booking from Ahemdabad to Rajkot with GSRTC bus on data[protected], transaction done but tickets not booked and not getting confirmation mail in mail id but money got deduct from bank account with ticket booking reference number - GS3901931 (BUS DETAILS : Ahemdabad central bus stand to Veraval time 19.10 ).

I am engineering student studying in Government Polytechnic Gandhinagar, The bus route named Ahmedabad to GIDC Gandhinagar coming via ST, Sarangpur, Kalupur at 7 am is not coming since many days. Due to this many students have to suffer. Therefore please re-start route as soon as possible.

I can book ticket from bhuj to gandhinagar on date 5-6-2017 but my transaction is failed and money is deducted from debit card. I can mail many time to [protected]@gmail.com but no can one reply for this same.

I am a regular user of amit nagar to ctm metro link service for to & fro journey.
But i have seen the driver is taking almost 2 hrs reaching to given pickup and drop points. I have seen only one driver i don't know him by name is taking 1 hrs and 30 minutes and also he is not rough driving. So please look into the matter how this travel timing can reduce to 1 hr 30 min and below it for all drivers.
Local travellers and van wala taking advantages of this 2 hr travel time and he take away passengers of public transport.
In peak time i. E morning 7 am to 8.30 am and evening 6 pm to 7.30 pm bus frequency is very poor. So improve bus frequency in peak hrs and reduce travel timing for all drivers.

I had taken a ticket in volvo from surat to ahmedabad and the driver started driving rough from the very 1st second.

Told him to be careful but it made him angry and started driving more rough.

When we told him to be careful and not to cut from 3rd lan to 1at lan imidiately he replied by saying "i will drive like this only if you don't like get dow"

The bus left 16th jun 2017 from surat to ahmedabad at 7 30 pm

He is driving so rough that i am forced to post here during the same trip i am travelling in the same bus at the moment. Bus number is 8254
