We are traveeling gsrtc bus no. Gj 18 z 2105 pali to ahemdabad, we asked tickets from ambaji to ahemdabad geetamandir bus stop, but conductor had given to ranip, saying that both tickets charge will same, and it doesn't matter. At idar shift had changed, new conductor demand to take another ticket from ranip to geetamandir bus stop. We have to bear extra amount

Conductor and driver such not take bother to guide a visitor and create unnecessary cross talk . conductor not put the stop where is it and demand extra Mony for the bus stop...

I would like to know you this kind of such people creat untrust in government scheme and government transportation...

So please action upon it .

I have been travelling to ahmedabad and our bus stops at mehsana new depo
When i go for toilet there a person ask me 10 rs for using the depo toilet.
I complaint to the tickiting personells but they were too insisting to vasul hafta for toilet.
I told where is itvwritten to give money for it
They told the depo belongs to private company so if it belongs to private company why do you stops bus at that place and is govt too poor to take money for toilets
On one side mr modi have vission for saychalya and you gsrtc mehsana forces people to not use sauchalya
I will even post this to twitter account of mr modi and vihay rupani and to mr kejrival and mr rahul gandhi
Is the reason you make new depos so you can loot people for even going for toilet

Do the necessary action against it or you will too face problem

We are students of government engineering college, sector-28, gandhinagar. Our college timing is 10:30 to 17:15. We are travelling through your bus regularly in the evening on sarkhej gandhinagar route at 17:30 & 17:45 from sector-28. Nowadays you have stopped bus service on 17:30 and 17:45 too. Now new bus is available on 17:15 but it is not sufficient for us to reach sector-28 on 17:15 as our clg ends on 17:15 amd morover our college is 2kms away from sector 28 bus stop.
It is our humble request from the college students to start new bus from sector 28 or geb on 17:30 or 17:40.

We are working at sarkhej. Our college timing is 9.00 to 6.30. We are travelling through bus regularly from mehsana to sarkhej. At evening there is no any bus for mehsana. We have to move daily at adalaj and than pick up a bus or private vehicle from adalaj. Also we need to pick a private vehicle for adalaj from sarkhej.
It is our humble request please start a new bus after 6.30 pm from sarkhej to mehsana.
As well as there is no any bus stop between prahladnagar to sarkhej. So kindly give one stop for buses between prahladnagar and sarkhej.

I have booked the ticket as female seat and a male person booked seat besides me and on complaing to the conductor the conductor said "We cant help you, there is nothing like male female now a days and any person having ticket can travel beside you".

I also talked with bus depo inquiry and they too gave same reply. I request you to take legal action regarding this and only female can travel beside female booked ticlet at night time for womens saftey. For any further info. Can contact me at [protected].

Respected Sir,
I am Twinkle Kaila. I have booked a ticket from Ahemdabad to Morbi as a female seat on the date of 02/05/2020. My PNR no. Is G51639564. I have booked the ticket as female seat and a male person seat besides me without online reservation, he took ticket after my complain to conductor and conductor is not supposed to give the ticket to that men . the conductor said "We cant help you, and any person can seat beside you" and I requested him" you can seat any woman beside me but he refused it". Every female are not same behaviour, some of them do not like to seat and also they feel uncomfortable to seat beside any man.

I request you to take legal action regarding this problem and only female can seat beside female.

Hi Team,

It seems that the conductors of the Gsrtc buses have a lot of workload because while travelling to dhule from surat the bus conductor fell asleep after the hault near songadh for lunch, for me this was a scary thing I thought the driver must also be feeling sleepy. So I woke up the conductor and asked him to check if the driver is feeling sleepy to which the conductor did not even bothered to listen to me and again went back to sleep.

I would like to bring this to your notice because this something extremely serious as the driver is not only responsible for his life but for the lives of all the passenger.

I'm writing this on my way in the same bus.

I request you to take some serious action or I would have to release the pictures to the media.

We visisted navsari depot for reissue tickt by tecket no. Or cancell it. But they sai we can not do it. We go to higher dept but they said to take new tickt. Its not a solution. Pls solve it.

My name is shivani modi & i am traveling from karjan to vadodara everyday through public transport. Today when i gave 10rs. Coins to purchase a ticket from conductor he refuse to accept and asked me to leave the bus on the way as i was not having any other currency notes to give. Although other passenger objected so he let me travel till vadodara city but he said no one accept these coins not even bank. It happened around 9:00 am. I was not able to note down bus number when i was dropped as it was covered with barrier at back side.

Kindly help me out with it as i am facing it every next day.

Bus condactor Misbheive with me. He gives m lot of abuse and say to me I don't gives u journey ticket.. U gives me journey charge. And silenty sit down on ur seat. I have to travel in this bus every monday from Vadodara to shamkhyali. The specified time in reservation ticket is 10.20pm but this bus is always late i.e. 11.30pm and due to this I get late Everytime at work. Kindly do the needful.

In my tour from surat to ahmedabad on 6th july 2017 in 5.30 pm volo wehn i asked for water bottle i was told that this facility is not available anu more..

Also the tv is showing only some gujarati comedy withiut any audio ... whom do you want to intertain ... driver and conductor only...?

Why is that so... ?

I am living in chani gam VADODARA and a college going studenr so has to travel to college by bus.
There very low frequency of local buses from channi to vasad .
So we all have to stand for a long time to get the bus and even very less no of local buses stop at our place.
We don't have a bus stand so if there is rain we all get wet.
So aleast increase the frequency of buses and create a stand so we all can wait there for the bus.
Please do a needful quickly.
Even the paass for the students have a hectic procedure.please do it online payment as well so we dont have to join the hands in front of the employee of the bus stand and of the college as well.

My complaint is that I booked E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 23/06/2017 from Palanpur to Surat . My PNR no. is G15903073 and trip code is 1802PLNVPISLP15. My total bus fair is Rs. 1220/-. My Journey time was 18.00. On my travel date, I reached Palanpur bus station at 17.00. and inquired about my bus from depo incharge of Palanpur bus station. But depo incharge told me that my bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.

So it's my humble request to you to give me a satisfactory reply and i it's not first time with me it's being three time to me and above i complaint to unjha depo about this but they not given me any satisfatory reason to not stop at sola bhagvad

Today I bought ticket coz my pass going for renew whole day gone without pass n gsrtc office wrote date from today 1-7-2017 to[protected] what is the logic I paid 1 day ticket so it was wasting my money also I have to pay after 30 th coz my pass date is 1-7-17 to 30-7-17
Plz do needful other wise close this pass facility

Whole bus was wet. I told them to clean. They answered the bus was washed so it was wet. How can they not clean bus after washing with water? I want you to tolerate such problem in ur life 1000 times. Then and then i will get to know this # bus. Bus was from gadhda swamina to bhavnagar at 12 pm though it departed at12.21 pm. Lady conductor did not responded at all. Your child is also going to tolerate this. This is disgusting.

I'm complaining about lachharas intercity bus from dabhi depo.
The bus is very irregular and almost every time late nevertheless it's never going to reach you to destination on time because it's very slow.
I know bus is no slow that the driver whose driving is very slow driving.
Every Saturday it's never come.
Please look into these matter and take necessary actions.
