Hello, hu Gsrtc ma travel krto to bus hati surat to bhuj ane maru pickup point hatu ahmedabad thi pachi 2 vage bus avi ne ame chadi gaya, pachi approx 6 :30 me conductor ne kidhu ke maliya avadh ubhi rakhjo to ke kem me karen janviyu ke ladies bimar che to amre have bhuj nathi javu maliya utri jasu to ke driver ne pucho driver ne puchva gayo to ke conductor ne pucho pachi me je stop kidhu tu emne em na kidhu ke ek kam kro aa jgya rakhsu utri jajo but nai me je stop kidhu ena 200 mtr pela ubhi rakhi didhi am thodi chale pela na pado pachi ubhi rakho avi bakwas service e pan ladies mate had che ava driver ne conductor ne complain karu chu

      ભાવનગર ડિવિઝન ની બસ અમદાવાદ થી ભાવનગર જતી સવારે 06:15 ની બસ સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાંય બસમાં બેસવાની ના પાડી છે છેલ્લા ત્રણ મહિનાથી બસ ડ્રાઇવર ના પાડી રહ્યા છે કે સ્ટોપ નથી જ્યારે આજે બસની ટિકિટ નીકળી અને સ્ટોપ પણ હતું. નમ્ર વિનંતી કે પ્રજાને હેરાન કરવાનું બંધ કરે.

          I called the conductor 30 minutes before the pickup time to ensure if the bus is running on time. He asked me to reach the spot on time even if bus is delayed. Bus came 1 hour late.
          I had booked my seat with the GSRTC App first as female seat still I got the male passenger beside me.
          I went to the conductor and asked him politely if he can do something about it or assist me. But he rudely responded, ’ To mai kya karu? Maine kaha tha kya book karne ko? Usme kuch ni hai jao adjust karo. Jo karna hai karo mera koi lenadena nahi hai.’
          This is the response we expect?

          The bus reached the destination 2 hours late. At drop off my bag was in bus cabin. He didn’t even bothered to come down to even assist to open that bus cabin as it was hard to open.

          Such persons misuse govt jobs and behave ### with passengers. I have seen so many conductor complaints still there is no change in their behaviour. I will request to please pay attention to conductor behaviour who makes passengers experience horrible.
          These are the instances which make people not to opt for using govt facilities.

            I started my journey from sayla highway and i m waiting for conductor to take my tickit but conductor not stand up once while and when I asked for my tickit she is doing misbehaving and told me that it's traveller responsibility..so no responsibility of conductor to take tickit and misbehave with traveller..bus name himmatnagar to rajkot my tickit no. Is 108444 bus depot himatnagar..worse experience of conductor take necessary action against her

                There is no vacant seat available for passengers at Gondal bus stop and at other locations for rajkot. Not even in express or local. Passengers whith health problems are suffering to much by standing for hours to wait for bus.. frequency of bus having route from Gondal to Rajkot is also decreased... Please recruit more buses especially for Gondal-Rajkot route... Many people are dependent on them to reach home at time

                  I often travel in GSRTC Buses.
                  Nowadays people watch videos on their mobiles with high volume which causes a great mental uneasiness.
                  When told to listen on their earphones or with low volumes, people often don't agree instead sometimes speak in abusive words.
                  Like Railways in Buses too it should be made mandatory to hear mobiles only with earphones.

                      I, Shubham Kapadia want to complain regarding the negligence of the bus conductor of NATHDWARA - VADODARA AC SLEEPER BUS. I had booked my tickets from nathdwara to vadodara on the journey date of Dec 11, 2022. We had everything good in the journey. But, when I woke up I saw a bus standing in the corner of AHMEDABAD DEPO. There was one more passenger struggling to get out of the bus early in the morning at 4:30 today[protected].
                      We couldn't even open the door of the bus because it has button doors. We waved the flash light for a long time and called the conductor of our bus. He answered that we have exchanged the bus and we have collected your luggage too from the decky of the bus and we are already halfway to VADODARA. Now, you both go to the GITA MANDIR BUS STAND and get a new bus ticket and reach VADODARA by yourself. We denied this and finally he told us to sit in the RANIP-STATUE O[censored]NITY bus and reach VADODARA. It does not end here, we were forced to leave this RANIP STATUE O[censored]NITY bus even before we reached VADODARA CENTRAL BUS STAND. This means that conductors didn't want the officials to know his mistake.

                      This conductor didn't even try to wake me and the other person up. It's God's grace that there were no senior citizens in the packed AC BUS. Or else he might have even died due to suffocation in the bus itself and not a single person would have even noticed this huge mistake of the conductor. It is his responsibility to check the number of passengers present in the exchanged bus before leaving. It is really shameful that the conductor and driver left the two passengers in the locked AC BUS early in the morning and completed their journey without them.

                      I want that conductor to learn a lesson from this and a confirmation from the officials that this mistake might not happen again with any passenger in any unknown location. I am attaching all my ticket details and the details about the bus provided by the GSRTC to me...

                        My name is Rachana tatariya and i am a student pass holder from viramgam to Gandhinagar.I usually reach sarkhej around 6:30 but i hardly got bus from Sarkhej to gandhinagar on time.sometimes 6:30 ' s bus departed earlier.Sometimes 7:00 bus..bus this bus is totally irregular..i have to stand for 1 hour at least there..i have college in Gandhinagar, ncc in Gandhinagar.so please pay some attention and concern for my problem I am also attaching video of the crowd which is standing with me at least from 6:30 and there is no bus

                          Volvo bus driver with Bus number GJ18AZ9256, route from Nilamber, Vadodara to Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad, Date 11 Dec 2022, was driving bus super rash on NE1. He almost touched my car from back side with leads than half inch distance two times in very dangerous situation and also pushed my car in 3rd row. I also observed him driving in curb lane (3rd lane) in which his is not supposed to drive.

                          Requesting to take strict action against him.

                              I Made Reservation to Mehsana Modhera x To Patan on DOJ 10/12/2022 ( Time 8;15) in Express Bus Ahmedabad To Patan With Seat No:24, 25, 26.

                              I entered the bus depot at 8 o'clock, I had 2 senior citizens. I waited for the bus at the depot for 1 hour But the bus did not come there,
                              During 1 hour I spoke to the depot inquiry officer But they misbehaved with me and not giving me a proper answer, When he did not answer, I spoke to the Mehsana depot manager but he told me that That is not in our responsibility So I asked whose responsibility this? So the depot manager replied angrily and behaved badly. Even the number of the reserved bus was not coming through the message, so I asked the depot manager, but he did not give the same answer and got angry. And if something happened to the senior citizens by that time, then who's responsible for that? Is this GSRTC Arrangement and responsibility of such guardians for senior citizens ? Who is responsible for this AHMEDABAD DEPOT OR MEHSANA DEPOT For Reservation Service?

                                  Dear Gsrtc Team,

                                  We have booked Gsrtc tickets from Vadodara to Statue o[censored]nity on 10.12.2022. Official time of journey from Vadodara to Statue o[censored]nity is 8.00 am to 10.00 am. But this driver & conductor taking lightly. It is 10.00 am now & we are still 1.5 hours away from Statue o[censored]nity. We are going to reach at Statue o[censored]nity by 11.30 am instead of 10.00 am. This is very very irresponsible from Driver & conductor.

                                  We request you to look in to this matter. Gsrtc is our pride of Gujarat as well as Statue o[censored]nity. We have to care about our pride.

                                    Hello, Jeet here.
                                    I had booked a sofa seat in the sleeper bus for relaxation purposes. But here the knob for the stretch of the seat is missing by which the seat un-stretch to its normal position at 90 degrees.
                                    If the know is knob is not working then the sleeper sofa is worth less. And I had sacrifice my sleep is other thing.
                                    So I am requesting for refund or customer satisfactiory action.

                                      In this regard i would like to say that i have booked my bus from baroda gujarat bus stand to gandhinagar on 09/12/2022 at 5.00 p.m (bus no-5975) i have faced really a bad experience from gsrtc driver & conductor,
                                      I have just asked him about the bus stop, instead of answered a driver literally off the bus in the middle of the road & started fight with me about how dared you to ask me question, this is my bus & it will stop when i want it to stop, it is untolrable, is it the way to talk with passangers, passangers are felt like hostages, i strongly recommend to take strict action with iron hands against these kind of nuisance o[censored]r department, otherwise we are complelled to take legal action against him
