Respected sir,
I am very glad to inform you that conducter as per conducter given name mr. Lalji bhai not taken any action againts drink people. Even people drink alcohol in gsrtc bus. Still conducter did not say any think to that people. Here i am giving you information of that bus with date. So you can easily take action againts that rude conducter cum public servent.

Hope you will surly taken required action against that rude conducter.. So, this type of misbehavior never happen again.

      Bus came at 12:25. When we asked conductor about the lateness of the bus he said it is obvious that it is going to be late. You should book to other bus not from surat ahmedabad.

      Now what the hack this answer??? You should have mentioned in the portal that please do not book it this bus if you want to travel from baroda to ahmedabad...

          Sonal (Sarkhej_juhapura rd.) to gandhinagar daily point bus is very irregular nowadays. Conductor is on leave as he is near retirement and driver is very irregular too. Most time bus is not available at evening at gandhinagar. Even it comes on alternate days at sonal. There are many government employees using this bus daily put to harrasement. Written complain is also made few days a go to the bus depot but no attention is given on it and bus is regularly irregular. Please consider our problem and do needful soon.

              This is my ticket which was booked by me at 8:20 am and the bus was of 9:00 am but the person who was booking ticket told me that as i have booked only 40 mints early i won't get my seat and if he wold have seat he will provide rather i will have to go 1/2 an hour late as my booking was done 40 mint early
              And now i'm provided with seat no 40
              Which is not ok.
              Why don't they do online ticket then plz stop promoting ur gsrtc application and online booking if this is the case

His name is kanu bhai.. Today it's 2nd may nd he was driving bus no GJ 18 Y 9270 . In the morning 10 o clock. Please please please do something.. He is terrible..

                Modasa to mehsana new started bus for passengers, 1 st thank you very much gsrtc new bus, new rout and new income source for gsrtc..

                1.new bus expense
                2.driver and conductor salary
                3.diesel expense

                I am right...

                So GSRTC run his bus without disply board
                Passanger not identify this bus where going on???? I see in morning lost of mehsana passenger see the bus but conductor no any given suggestions for waiting passenger. ...why are u loss bus businesses? ??? i am regularly up down hmt to mehsana ...i was 2 time leps this bus for due to None display board

                Please check you system gap area and full fill it

                    Conductor removes a passenger forcibly from his seat as that passenger had placed conductors bag on shelf from his seat... Surat to lunavada old st bus which arrives at 12 am and departs at 12 15... I hope action is taken against this rowdy conductor... I felt helpless by this behavior and even orally complained to enquiry staff they assured me action will be taken but nothing has happened..

                      I have booked Sleeper Seat Online and I am always traveling from Veraval to Vadodara and return twice a month and I always complained regarding bus condition. But this time i surprised my seat (#9)condition is very poor and my window is not opening so I called Conductor of this Bus but he told I am not answerable for this and I can't help you. We have already complained regards this but yet the action has not been taken from workshop..

                      So requesting you refund my money as your service is not proper as per mentioned in Website.

                        I m traveling from Diu to Rajkot, bus Departure time from Diu at 16.40.when I start my journey I told to driver when bus reached at Rajkot, driver told me that abt 3 AM, but actual time is 23.15PM, why,

                        Also told to driver that kindly drive slow on Speed Beaker.but not given me proper response.i patient of Back pain, he told me in this bus shokbssor are not working properly,
                        Also irrited on me.
                        Driver and conductor behavior is not good
                        And conductor also Smoke in this bus.
                        Kindly give a notice to driver or conductor as soon as possible.

                          The website gave error of transaction failed.
                          Money was deducted from my bank account and tickets were not booked.

                            i booked e-ticket from rajkot central bus station to karcheliya srt in gondal to nasik bus in that case the bus is not a sleeper coach and its come at rjt bus station its an express bus and its conditions too bad. So i went to the enquiry booth of the bus station and i complain it of the above problem. There are two seats i booked for the sleeper coach its pnr no.:g15150634, txn no.:654083 and ob reference no.: gs3637206 seat no. 10, 11 so i want to 100% refund back as soon as posible thanx...

                              Departure timing: 3:30pm from rajkot

                              Into the journey from rajkot to surendranagar, bus engine getting more hot due some technical problem. Our bus driver cummited us to arrenge another bus but they cannot arrenge it within 1 hour and they dropped us some of the highway near bamanbor. Our time more importtant than money, i have to buy another taxi. I also request to bus driver mr. Bhupatsinh for refund but did not any responce. I request refund my ticket fair. Please let me know what is the procedure.

                                  Booked seat from ahmedabad to bhavnagar 8:30 am 17/4/17. Booked first three seats number showing online 49/50/51 but when bus arrived the number was printed on last seat
                                  .. Very much disappointing as had luggage so booked front seats to put luggage in boot space but conductor also didn't helped and wish refund for the journey as this is toooo much disappointing as we select preferable seats but actuality shows different.

                                      Number of times when it is asked to inquiry office about arrival time of particular bus or on which platform it comes, inquiry office member ( particular night shift person) used to tell see Ur ticket and bus can come on any platforms. Ticket (reserved one) doesn't contain arrival time and when it is asked about timing status of bus, it is bluntly replied in denial. Behaviour of Person sitting there is quite rough. If gsrtc thinks that these details shall not be asked then made that available to passenger available otherwise teach person sitting at inquiry to learn some etiquette to respond properly.

                                        this is to request you that today on date 15 April 2017 I have visited ST depot surat to book advanceticket from Navsari to siddhpur. During payment option I have given my debit card. On that time somehow the transaction failed two time then again I gave my 2nd debit card of same Bank in which tranjection again got failed two time and the booking person requested me to give cash amount and so that I paid total amount of 2tickets (2564₹) to the booking counter in cash and received my tickets but after some time I have received some messages informing me that the previous transactions which was failed are successful and my amount of 4 transactions ( 10256 ₹) got deducted from my account.I informed booking clerk regarding this and he said that the amount will be automatically refunded to my account in 21 working days.My concern to mail you regarding this is that please be informed about the entire matter and keep me updated with the progress thank you
