Me & my hubby boarded the above mentioned bus at saputara at 9.30 am on 16th may for going to nashik. We are basically from mumbai.

The first thing we notice is that there's no one at information counter to guide us.

Moment the bus arrived the conductor advised everyone to sit in behind seats so me & my husband did the same. At 9.45am when the bus started, a fatherson duo asked us to get up as those were their seats, however since we were sitting in the bus for 20 mins where neither the conductor nor other passengers ever mentioned that the seats were of those passengers, we refused to get up.

The conductor thereafter came and told us very rudely that either we should get down from his bus or sit on the last seats of the bus. Because he spoke in such a rude manner, the other passengers too turned hostile. We asked him that why didn't he tell us before we sat when he had already seen us sitting in those seats but entire journey he went on staring us in accusatory manner. Since we didnt know other mode of transport & as the bus had started, we kept silent however if such is the attitude of bus conductor, a government employee, people from good families would definitely not ride. Also my husband had to sit in seat where adjacent passenger had vomited, all because the conductors behaviour towards us.

Me & my husband decided to travel in gujarat bus instead of taking out our car as we thought gujarat transport service would be better since we have heard our pm - mr. Modi has made lot of improvements in infrastructure in gujarat.

We have already advised our friends & family/ relatives to avoid going in gujarat state transport buses & we will paste this information on all social media/ other travel sites. We humbly request you to take action against such errant behaviour of bus conductors. We have taken photo of bus, let us know if you require it.

    On June 16 I had booked ticket for Volvo bus from the central bus stand, Surat for my father in law and his wife. The ticket is for 19th June i.e. Surat to Baroda at 7.30 AM. I have given information about the passenger name, age, gender and the mobile number but somehow he has not filled the information while book the ticket. Anyway I just draw your attention that I have received the ticket and notice that instead of one male and one female the ticket shows two males. I assume the booking clerk having problems with the computer, so I think the result of some mistake at that time. I am enclosing a copy of my booked ticket (without name, gender, age and mobile number) for your kind perusal. I believe the best way to correct the problem would be for better off. Hope you will handle this problem immediately. Thank you.

      Respected sir madam.
      I m preksha vagadia and i had booked my ticket in volvo from surat central bus stand to baroda central bus stand thrice but at the end of each transection there was an error and reservation had not occured. The transections are done on 18/5/2017. Transections were of rs 293 each amd total amount rs 879. Please kindly look into the refund procesure for the same.

      I am regular passenger, or i am go for service pass. but he will take more than 30 minutes, or his behavior not good. I am so disappointed the behavior of Bus Pass Window operator.

      i am not able create bus pass

      Please respond to my complaint/complete the work

        Hello i am sunil vala from kalavad [censored]la dis jamnagar i kindly attention about today face a critical problem of shortage of s.t bus in rout of kalawad to rajkot
        Last before few days every schedule are properly maintaint but in current week many buses divert or canceled due to govt event that for many important rout cancelled from related depo manager
        But they never khow which bus important or unnecessary its direct effective on time schedule of office work
        I kindly request please attaend this complaint as early as possible

          Dear Officer, I am CS Hemant Kothari, Vadodara. I had booked a bus ticket for Himmatnagar to Pune for 16-May-2017, boarding at Vadodara at 8.25PM. Booking was done online. {PNR- G15506922}. There was no update on mobile if the bus is late, cancelled, route changed, nor any officer at vadoara was able to reply what should I do. When you have email and SMS, cant you atleast send SMS.
          1. Details (email & Phone number) you collect for online booking are for usage, not for fun.
          2. The people in system need to understand the pain of common man. From 7.40 PM till 10.30 PM I was standing, waiting for bus. Despite several requests the staff at inquiry counter was not able to provide any information.
          3. Have you ever checked if the announcements they make are audible? I doubt. The screens for updates are not working or are not visible when a person sits. Nor is the bus board From -To details visible from distance.
          4. Can you not have sms updates of the buses when they are scheduled to arrive and mainly to update that it has left an important bus station?
          5. Please grant immediate refund of amount paid for booking (including transaction charges) and also pay me Rs. 5000/- (five Thousand) for the mental harassment it has caused due to deficiency in services as per Consumer Protection Act.
          Private buses are earning around Rs. 1500 to Rs. 5000 on same route and State Transport system is in the mess. Atleast during the season you should gear up and make the best of the opportunity.

            I was held 4.45 pm surendranagar bus stand and i went to go dhrangdhra but 5.43 time was held but any one bus is not coming in st stand of surendranagar. And i was inquiring office then sir was replied some few time a bus was coming it's a daily answer by inquiring officer. It was a pathetic condition in surendranagar

                Sir,
                today (Dt.14/5/2017), I had to go to Tankara (dist. Morbi) from Jamnagar with my family.
                At 6:06pm a bus of GSRTC (from Jamnagar to Morbi via Tankara) was passing through Bhimvas where we were waitting for bus, between Amber Ckowkadi and Subhash Bridge in Jamnagar City.
                I raised my hand to pick up the bus, I also shouted that we wanted to go to Tankara. But the careless driver saw me and ignored me. I ran after the bus but the driver didn't stop the bus. Finally I had to pick the private bus and GSRTC had lose the chance to serve public and get the passenger. Please take action against the driver.

                  I advance book for Rajkot In ukai batva bus, time 8:45 as per booking but no such kind of bus for this rout. There is no bus similar like that near by time. Many time I inquire for the same at ANKLESHWAR gidc Depot bus I can't get proper answers. After waiting of 1 hour I get bus ukai batva bus there is no any reservation and also not a single sheet available. There is no reservation in same bus so I pay for it. There is not my mistake so please refund my payment for advance booking

                    Good to hear about the app but I would like to advice you that in the GSRTC App and the website the pick up point for KAMREJ it is mentioned as KAMREJ X in what language does the X means "chokdi" in Gujarati.
                    Its funny because of this stupid X mark I lost my money and faced harassment as bonus.
                    Kindly update the X mark with something easy to understand.
                    We are leaving in 21st century and we want to move with the cashless transaction but if we don't use proper pickup point description than its useless.
                    Sorry to say I am really disappointed.

                    The volvo gsrtc bus we boarded frm ahmedabad to navsari GJ 1 ET 3895 raj-mum produces some irritating sound during travel as well as the driver is driving as if he has all the time! The conductor too is irresponsible and they are taking so much of time to take us to our destination!!! Lots of responsibilities!!!

                        My name dhanraj modi gsrtc ticket pnr no.G15455014 book from Udaipur to rajkot sleeper seat. Reaching at departure point Udaipur bus stand bus conductor said for not accepting booked ticket and say I have to buy another ticket compulsory. Not see even my booked ticket SMS.that conductor was so irritating and replay very ridiculous. This type government employees are responsible for remove trust of people from government.

                          Rupani government provides very poor Volvo service many people waiting 2/3 hour for volvo hardly one volvo come out and there are no vacancy for sitting.
                          When I call[protected] the reciver's response are chipper like that Guj government
                          They respond me Volvo are normally coming half and half / half hour seriously very chip I have Vijay Rupani and their transportation services in Gujarat

                            Gsrtc does not have volvo bus facility from state capital gandhinagar to vadodara. Atleast 2 volvo ac buses must be immediately started on following timings
                            6.00 am from vadodara. Afternoon from 4.00 pm from gandhinagar.
                            There are many volvos running between ahmedabad to vadodara. Some of them can be definitely diverted.
                            This will be definitely blessings for those persons having daily updown in job.

                              I am Nareshkumar Chawda from Vadodara. I have lost my mobile phone on 07/05/2017 in bus from Vadodara to div via Bhavnagar at 6 am. Please register my complaint and contact conductor and driver regarding this issue. I had gone at Vadodara bus depot to send my cousin at Bhavnagar with bus from Vadodara to div via Bhavnagar at 6 am on 07/05/2017. So, please help me.

                                Myself chirag sondagar had booked a ticket from ahmedabad to amreli on dated 07/05/2017 on bus ahmedabad krishnanagar stand to amreli. Departure time was 14:10 hrs. From ahmedabad.

                                On same bus i have traveled on morning at 06:30 a. M. From amreli to ahmedabad.

                                I had exam of isro at l. J. Institute of engineering near sarkhej village at ahmedabad. Exam time was 12:30 p. M. To 02:00 p. M.

                                I and other two passengers were dropped at 12:10 p. M. At sarkhej from bus amreli to ahmedabad krishnanagar stand.

                                After completing exam i was waiting for the bus ahmedabad krishnanagar stand to amreli (For which i had reservation on this bus) at sarkhej. Bus came there near 02:40 p. M.

                                I raised my hand against driver to stop the bus. Lady conductor also seen me shouting for stop the bus and suggested me to come ahead. I ran behind the bus but bus didn't stop to pick up me even after seeing me shouting and running behind the bus.

                                It was highly intolerable behavior from lady conductor and driver and i had to suffer for next two hours in 45 degree celsius temperature. I had to pass through severe heat stroke even if i have done reservation from that bus. Then i had to come at amreli from ahmedabad by one private vehicle for paying 300 rs. (Almost double from the s. T fare)

                                So, kindly focus on this issue and take a strict action against driver and conductor for their rude behavior against passenger for this issue so next time passengers like me do not have to suffer and our faith in gujarat state transport can be maintained.

                                Hoping for the same and also let me know the action taken against this lady conductor and driver.

                                  I m travelling in GSRTC VOLVO to Rajkot.
                                  It started at 15.30 hrs from Nehrunagar
                                  to Rajkot.
                                  My seat nos are 35, 36, 39 & 40.

                                  I asked to book tickets using card at Nehrunagar it was denied.

                                  There is some whisling sound in bus which increases with speed.

                                  It stopped at Avadh which is nice in look but Quality of material seems poor & charges 20_25 higher then print.

                                  When I asked Driver he said it stops here only.

                                  I hope necessory corrective steps will be taken.

                                    Needs to take strict action against operator.

                                    I had called on 26th & 27-4-17 around 30 times in each session also called on 7th, 8th & 9th of May so many times but no one responded. On 27th April i had visited after call so i found that operator was present but not responding on phone calls.
                                    Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    In my message timing is 1:40 and bus leaves at 1:30 and staff members are not giving answers, i have to reach Ahmadabad early what should I do right now

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      There is must requirement of bus from dehgam to bayad at 10am. Because there is gap of about 1hour between two buses 9:30 to 10:30.
                                      There are about 25 passengers always waiting at this time for bus and unable to reach their destination on time.
                                      So this is very needy request to put one bus at 10 am for dehgam bayad
                                      You can also survey and inquire about this passengers also regarding this

                                        I am travaling from Vadodara To ahemdabad by Volvo service (Vehicle No : GJ 1DV 1530). Dtd 09.06.2017 bus timing was 7.15 am

                                        I have experinced worst experience with repect to cleanliness in whole bus, there was very worst scenario in bus lots of debris were spread everywhere and very dirty smell we have faced.

                                        Addition to this condition near Seat No : 17 & 18 was very worst, somebody has deposited some dirty smelling cloths and whole bus passengers were suffered and unfortunately my seat no was 18.

                                        Please take immidiate action and punish those persons who are responsible for such situation.

                                        If i will not recive any feedback then i will raise complaint to higher level.
