I have booked tickets from the GSRTC website but ticket is not booked due to some network issues nd every time transaction is failed it happens two times And the amount is deducted from my account which is not refunded till now.
The details of my tickets is given below

I m regularly in week as a passenger use gsrtc ... I noticed that always St bus 10min hold on makarpura bus station ... there is cooler provide us by gsrtc bt always empty ... and nearby one shopkeeper who make a cold water by same cooler water line ... they give water only conductor and driver... I request change the cooler place and give to customer water... I hope you u.stand and take action... I wait for a change...

Ahmedabad to Vadodara Metrolink service was started its nice, We are daily travel from Ahmedabad to Vadodara.

Today dated 28.03.2017 I was taken a ticket from Ahmedabad to Baroda bus no GJ18 Z 0599, as per daily schedule we ask driver to drop us at Savli turning but he denied & not stop the bus as daily we are leaving as same place,

Even driver was stopped but before toll below the bridge but after request also he was not stopped the same & ask us to do complaint.

Kindly look into the matter & take some action,

Even I have same problem with bus stoppage to Savli Cross Road. Driver was arguing and denied to stop the bus. Also misbehave with us by saying that you can give complaint of mine to GSRTC.

The Bus number is GJ18 Z 0599 and travelling from CTM in morning around 07:45.

There are lots of companies are situated in Savli and many of the Ahmedabad person are daily travelling to do their job & business. We are travelling daily to Savli for our job purpose and with this MLS service we are very happy as it makes us to travel easily and a safe way. But because of some people this initiative taken by GSRTC doesn't getting huge success.

So, I kindly request you to please have a look into this matter and also if possible please provide a stoppage to dumad cross road (Amitnagar to CTM). So that more people can use this facility and off course we can use this facility in morning as well as evening time.

Dear Sir,

I m using metro link services on daily basis. But since last week from Accident of Het patel at Amit nagar u have shifted bus stop to Sama lake but it is too far and inconvenient to avail this service. Suggest you to start serving from same place, Genda circle, fatehgunj or station area where parking can be easily done. It it loss to govt service as private vehicles are picking up from nearest location from amit nagar.
Please do needful ASAP.

Sir, today whilst I just boarded a bus from Ahmedabad Nehrunagar going to Bhavnagar, it had not moved a kilometer or two before which it came to a halt. The bus was quite new from its appearance but had absolute gearbox failure. We were lucky to have a passenger who could help us set the gearbox temporarily. So, the Government has to take measures.

bus route-mehsana to ahmedabad via kherva langhnaj nardipur. This bus is a chansma depo and it is start from mehsana depo at 4:30 am . But in last one month this bus is very irregular and not cone properly. In last month only 4 to 5 days come that bus. So [please do necessary steps. Also in this bus many local villages passengers depend so please help to all.

Bus no 1909 conducter had misbehaving and using abuse words from last few days hope you will get my request take legal action otherwise i will go at police station and fight for my rights

Hi, this is shweta zhare i have been travelling from these buses for 6yrs now. Your half of the employees are highly dominant and aggressive and rude. I am a 23 yr old girl i dont feel safe travelling, today i was coming from Ahmedabad and i askd the conductor to stop at one of the bus stops n he didnt and then i questioned him that you stop at narayani and few more stops where there is no official stop but here it is my home bus stop why dont you stop at this bus stop so he started doing inappropriate behaviour with me.

And my exam is coming so I want a bus pass because of I don't have any way to go exam point...So how can I arrived at exam????.
And palitana to Bhavnagar bus have a daily problem...
And the bus is not regular so that we have get a problem daily...
When we ask to inquire thay can't give a properly answer
We meet a palitana bus depot manager for the solution but we can't get a solution...

My compliant is in reference to the irregularities of buses and specially the bus destined to Porbandar.. That perticular bus came frequest late there are a lot of passengers who are travelling regularly on this route but it won't shown up on time. That bus is run between BHAVNAGAR TO PORBANDAR an it's official arrival time is 10.10 but it never showed up before 11 and some time it came across or past 12.. The passangers are getting sick of waiting for that long on frequent basis. So therefore i am humbly request you to take up this matter to appropriate level and resolve the same for smooth functioning of our rural society.

I was travelling to bhavnagar from ahmedabad location, in bagodara station the canteen servies is not good, they are taking heigher price then actual prise also that shopkeeper refused to take new 10Rs note, when i told this to nearby standing police men he said that that matter is not under me and suggested me to go and complain to manager, as it was around 6:30PM office of that manager was closed.

Dear Sir,

I have booked E-ticket from Surat to palnpur round trip and Surat to palnpur Single trip.

GSRTC online Ticket booking on 24/3/2017 and after submit option from GSRTC site

amount is being debited from my SBIBank Account but I did not get E-ticket.

My OB Reference of Bus is GS3546257, GS3546284

However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

Kindly do the needful, since there is helpline number or complain number[protected] available but not working.

Resp sir, Today I've just visited to Nadiad old bus station. I have inquired about the timing to go Vadtal after 6:00pm. Office on duty said that there is no time for Vadtal after 5:20pm.
Sir How can villagers return back at home with out transport facility?

I had linked my aadhaar number[protected] to my axis bank account and bharat gas distributor my gas cusumer number is (19147) on 15.11.2016. but since then my subidy was never been creadited to my bank account, and when i reported this matter to my bank and bharat gas distributor they told me that my aadhaar number is not yet linked up with npci database due to which i am facing this problem, as my consumer aadhaar number status online is showing inactive/ invalid/ not found in npci database. i am kindly requesting you to have my aadhaar number[protected] updated to the npci database, so that i could get my subidy creadited into my bank account. thanking you.

And Ticket Cancellation details are:

Even after a week my ticket cancellation refund not received. I hereby request you to please credit my refund amount to my account.

I was at Ahmedabad bus station waiting for dehgam bus. I almost waited for more than two hours. There were no bus for dehgam and there were three bus came for modasa and the bus conductor didn't allow dehgam passengers. They were saying that direct modasa. I didn't heard since my childhood that there ars any bus to direct modasa. I don't think that this type of behavior is good for mega city like Ahmedabad. I tried to contact bus depo manager but no help from there as well as. They were like this is bus for dehgam sit and go. I am seeing here a red flag that will stop Ahmedabad to become a meg city.

Online tickets from vadodara to bhavnagar show wrong platform no 18 instead of 6. Please do the needful so that passengers do not get misguided and miss the bus.
So far many people have missed their bus especially foreigners as they book online tickets more and this can create a bad impression on them. So please take prompt action in this regard
