Dear sir,

I am daily travelling from ahmedabad to kadi & vice versa.

I used to travel back to ahmedabad after 6.as you will be aware that 6-7 pm is the pick hours for those passengers who are daily travelling because of job schedules.

There is only one bus which is picking up its journey at 6:20 from kadi depo towards ahmedabad, and i find this bus every time overloaded with passgengers.

I used to go standing throughout journey.Please put a new bus for the said route(kadi to ahmedabad)
near to this time.

I had already sent all the detail for refund process describe on GSRTC official site
and I had mail that detail with attached document on dated 19 Jan 2017 on this mail address [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in but till today they are not called me for refund any other process related to i m very hopeful to you please be need full in this issue the total amount is 432 RS

Respected sir. I always traveling in dahod to khambhadiya sleeper coach but last one month the bus not come in time . the bus time from Nadiad is 6.20 p.m but the bus always come after 7.30 p.m and I also see that sir the drivers and conductor hold in near kheda. I have made complain for GSRTC Recuitment ( Advertisement no. GSRTC/201516/4 ) for the post of Clerk and Traffic controller.
As per the result provided on 23/12/2016, I declared as Pass in the examination conducted in the exam.
But as per revised result I am declared as fail ( Published On 23/01/2017 )
However, I have paid fees for computer Skill test on 06/01/2017 which was going to be conducted on 13/01/2017.
So, my purpose for making this complain is to refund the fees which are deposited in Post Office of Rs.262/- between the this two result dates.

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવા નું કે ગુજરાત સરકાર ના પ્રધાન શ્રીં.હીરાભાઈ સોલંકી દ્વારા રાજુલા ડેપો ( જી. અમરેલી) ની રાજુલા થી સુરત (વાયા:- મહુવા.તળાજા.ભાવનગર.વડૉદરા ) ની બસ છેલ્લા ૬ માસ થી ચાલુ થયેલી. અને તાલુકા ની જનતા ને ધીમે ધીમે ખબર પડતા તેની આવક વધવા લાગી. પીક સિજન મા પણ રૂ. ૨૭ થી ૩૦ હજાર ની આવક થતી. અને ઑફ સિજન મા પણ રૂ .૧૫ થી ૨૦ હજાર ની આવક હતી .

રાજુલા મા થી રોજ ની ૧૫ બસ પ્રાઇવેટ સુરત જવા માટે ઉપડે છે. અને લોકો પાસે થી વધારે રૂપિયા લે છે . તેવા સમયે ગામ ના ગરીબ અને જરૂરીયાત વાળા લોકો ને આર્શિવાદ રૂપ આ બસ હોવા થી ખુશ હતા . પરંતુ અચાનક આ બસ બંધ થતા સમગ્ર તાલુકા ના લોકો ખુબજ હેરાન થાય છે .અને ઉચી કિમત આપી પ્રાઇવેટ મા જવું પડે છે આ ઉપરાત અપ – ડાઉન કરતા વેપારી .નોકરીયાત. વિદ્યાર્થી ને પણ ખૂબજ તકલીફ પડે છે . આ બસ બંધ કરવા પેહલા તેને ON LINE BOOKING માં થી કાઢી નાખવા મા આવી જેથી લોકો સીટ બુક ના કરાવી શકે . અને આવક ઓછી આવે અને પછી બંધ કરી છે . તો આ બસ તાત્કાલીક ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી.

Dear sir
I'm regular traveller to Ahmedabad(memco) to modasa. I usually go in the bus AHMEDABAD TO ZALOD which came near to 7:30 at memco. but from someday I've noticed that the driver who is coming from the rakhiyal wasn't stopping bus at memco cross road.he just come with bus and pull it all the way into BRTS and passes on. This was happening 2nd time with me in. In some past few weeks he repeatedly doing this.
So this is my humble request to inform the driver that please stop the bus at memco cross road.

I have booked e-ticket from surat central bus to himatnagar which is of 21.15 in trip code 2115srtamjexp51from gsrtc online ticket booking on 23.01.2017 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs.207/- is being debited from my kotak mahindra bank account but i did not get e-ticket after this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and is engaged. And booking is not successful ans session completed after debit amount from my account. My trip is on dt.23.01.2017. My ob reference of bus from gs3332148. Please refund money as early as possible.

Hello sir,
We enter in the Dahod to amrelli bus from Godhara around 7:05 pm.

Bus was full. We were two ladies and two kids of 4 and 8 years old respectively.
We ask conductor to empty those seats which are for girls and boys were seated there but he refused that. And on conductor seat one boy was seated and he seated next to Driver. Conductor allow him to seat.
At sevallia we seat at conductor seat and he refused us to seat.
And he is misbehaving with us.

I had booked ticket through m.gsrtc. my journey was from junagadh to ahemadabad dated on fifteen january 2017. website but it had failed after otp submitted and it had continuesly failed 3 times .my Money was deducted from my account but still i did not get refunded money in my account.
Hope your possitive reply as early as possible.

Respected sir,
these buses are cancelled for unkown reasons which cause troubles in many passengers of the villages.
thara - harij - ahmedabad - surat (17.45) [harij depo]
bhabhar - diodar - thara - ahmedabad - surat (18.15) [diodar depo]
after 16.30, there is no buses from thara to ahmedabad & surat which cause trouble for passangers.
please look into these & reopen the buses which are closed.

Today i get into the bus which was 11:30AM Ahmedabad to pamol in which i told her to give me the ticket of charedi/geb bus stand but she told me that bus will not stop there and its about 2km away from my stop which i had to go.
The bus stand is situated from 8 years but till now it isn't added in bus stand list.
So please resolve this issue and add this in your standlist because it is very inconvenient.

I have booked online ticket from surat to vadodara in gsrtc surat - dissa bus at 14/1/2017 6:00 AM. That day, I am reach at boarding point and waiting half hour but not come to bus than i am calling surat bus stand on [protected] phone number and he told me that bus was cancelled for some internal reason. so that i have to travel at another private travels. and after day call for refund ticket but he/she operator not received or continue busy call more than hour. if pick call and talk but not talk properly and reject call. Some time pick call and talk so i talk to my incident and he answered that bus not cancel. and reject call. so how can refund my ticket fare.

Conductor of Patan to Mahadevnagar don't stop bus (local bus GJ 18 Z 1996) at bus stop (Adalaj), this have happened many time.
This is the last bus in which I can go back home and after that I have to pay money because I have to use private transportation facilities to travel, so then what's the use of student pass if we have to pay. And many times that same conductor says that student pass is not valid in this bus as it is an intercity bus.
I hope for positive response on this.

Sir I had booked 2 tickets from gandhidham to junagadh for 17/01/2016 bus named mundra to Somnath time 11:00 am pickup from gandhidham on 16th Jan online with ref no IBP billdesk[protected] of rs374 but tickets were no confirmed so plz proceed my refund as soon as possible, this is big problem for customers I have sent e mail also but no reply this is bad service from gsrtc

Dear Sir/Madam,

My complaint is that I booked one E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 15/01/2017. Starting point is : VADODARA. My journey is from Vadodara to Jamnager in Sleeper bus service. My journey time is 21:30 PM from Vadodara Central Bus stand. My PNR No is :G14177554.(Seat No-3 ) My complaint is that when I reached there on Vadodara Bus stop and inquired for the respected bus, due to breakdown of sleeper bus normal bus provided by respected Manager of Panigate depo, (Bus No-GJ 18 Y 6212)now all passanger who reserved bus seat for sleeper most of travel by normal bus which was not even pushback seat.
So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. And strictly inform regarding any change in bus from sleeper to normal inform prior or send sms on regd cell phone to think for another option.

I have booked my ticket online and made my payment through debit card but E -ticket is not showing .
amount has been deducted but my ticket is not available. and any of the help line number and mail id is not working.
I have booked ticket for morning 6 am but ticket isn't available with me. No kind of support im gertting from GSRTC.
