I have booked my ticket online and made my payment through debit card but E -ticket is not showing .
amount has been deducted but my ticket is not available. and any of the help line number and mail id is not working.
I have booked ticket for morning 6 am but ticket isn't available with me. No kind of support im gertting from GSRTC.

    Hello!
    My daughter khushbu Chinoy have booked ticket online from ahmedabad nehrunagar to vadodara bus depo with return trip two times on 19th November 2016 between 8:30 to 9:30. money is also deducted from Hdfc bank a/c both d times (Rs.400+ 400) but didn't get confirmation sms or email and tickets didn't get booked Even though payment success msg appeared both d times.
    What should we have to do to get our money back?

    I have two times ticket booked VADODARA TO AHMEDABAD & AHMEDABAD TO VADODARA VOLVO BUS ON DATED 12TH JANUARY 2017 AT 20:00 PM.The amount is Deducted from my account but there was not Refund to my account so, please request to refund early as possible.
    I have booked ticket on 13/01/2017 for jamnagar to Bhavngar and my OB Reference number is GS3291971.
    I have done payment through visa debit card.the amount of 158 is debited from my account but i didnt get any message or not any mail regarding this ticket.please refund my amount.
    I have booked two tickets from Baroda to Rajkot online and mention my mobile number and email address then balance is less from my ICICI bank account amount is Rs.woo but any message not came from GSRTC on my mobile or email address so provide me my booked tickets

      I booked 2 e-tickets for journey from vadodara to gandhinagar on 15/01/2017.
      But the bus didn't arrive at the vadodara central bus stand. When i inquired about the bus, the inquiry staff didn't respond at first and then they said that the bus wasn't going to come. No consideration of the ticket booking was taken into account and i had to travel by the bus which was to depart at 20:00 hrs, for which i had to pay again.

      Sir today i booked a ticket from anand to rajkot but price of ticket deducted from account but ticket is not generated yet.

        My complain is that the bus is not departure from central bus stand as well as not from ranip bus stand and the T.C. of central bus stand of ahemdabad was give me in wrinting that the bus is not departure on this station so please go to the ranip bus stand and the image is attached with this complain.The bus is vapi to jodhpur and pnr number is G14234819 and trip code is 1445VPIJDPEXP51 and bank transaction no is HHDF[protected] AND OB REFERENCE NO. IS GS3284261. SO PLEASE give me a refund of booked amount of journey ticket.

          This is to inform that today I am traveling to morbi to halvad my ticket number is 022971 I brought ticket for morbi to halvad but my and 7 others pesengers dropped at halvad maliya cross which was 2 km away from halvad town when I regularly travel to halvad every bus have to entered in halvad town and report to depo but when question why dropped at cross my sanjay the driver say me there was some working on road so not possible to enter but at the time one bus comming from same road when I ask him how can this bus can come then mr sanjay told me "jene kahevu hoi tene kahi deje" also I think his name was wrong so I mentioned the details of bus also I spend more 50 rs for auto riksow why I spend more money because of I brought a ticket for halvad bus station and this bus is belongs to karjan depo

            We were travelling from Ahmadabad to Patan. Nobody to guide outsiders. We were 3 girls asked to get down midway because we had booked tickets online. We showed them the mail as well as the GSRTC message.
            Uneducated, impolite lady conductor. No body to guide us even at the next station. Enquiry people are useless. Everything is in Gujarati. Refuse to speak in any other language but Gujarati even after we told them we didn't understand it. No indication of the bus number. How are we supposed to identify. Very disappointed.

                Arrive time is 6:50 but it was not coming bus 8:30. Ahmedabad to Deesa bus gj 18 z1349 . It also mentioned. In GPS system there are extend time every 10 minute. Gsrtc ticketing booking mention the time is 6:50 . It is wrong mention. Ranip bus stand DEPO is every time answering wrong . It says to refund money . But I am also very tried . I am coming for 6:45 . It can not meet bus Ahmedabad to Deesa. Gsrtc GPS system are wrong mention every time. It is bed service for gsrtc.

                Above complaint is true conductor did nt came with reservation chart and also driver didnt stop bus also station in-charge didn't replied to stations answer properly but atlast station operator saved us. By stopping bus and giving chart to conductor.

                    I have booked ticket from vadodara to gandhinagar in waghodia ambaji bus(departs @06:30 from vadodara) on 13/1/2017. I have booked seat number 4, 5 which is exactly behind the driver seat as per online seat arrangement, but when actual bus having seat number 4, 5 is in second row from driver seat. Bus no 8405 is not in good condition, no first aid box available, no fire protection equipment. Bus arrival time at gandhinagar is @09:00 hrs and it is ahmedabad bypass through krushna nagar., but bus route is also changed., It is passed through ahmedabad city areas. It's schedule time of arrival at gandhinagar is 09:00hrs, but it was delayed by 1 hr.

                            I have booked E-ticket from junagadh to gandhinagar which is of 11:30 PM night from GSRTC online Ticket booking on 14/01/2017 and after submit option from GSRTC site amount of Bus Fare Rs. 390/- is being debited from my CBI Bank Account but I did not get E-ticket. after this I dialled GSRTC No.[protected] and I was being told that refund will be again deposited in my CBI Bank Account, it is still not get credited in my CBI Bank Account

                            My OB Reference of GS3277501 .my User ID of GSRTC E-Ticket Booking is forams
                            However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.

                              This email is written to bring to you the problems encountered by me during my travel.

                              The volvo service provided by gsrtc is an luxurious service, but the drivers and the conductor are mot so sophisticated to match the service.

                              I have encountered tje following issues:
                              1. Loud talking of conductor and driver
                              2. The driver window was open as he was eating gutka and hence he has to spit so he kept the wondow open.
                              3. Extra hault was taken by them as they had to buy gutka from there.

                              The following service has to be improved by gsrtc.
                              1. The speed limit is set by you @85km/hr is not good. Because of traffic there are 90% chances for the bus to get delay. If the speed limit is removed then, in places where the traffic densoty is less the driver can recover the time lost in traffic.
                              2. The ac vents are broken in some buses and you cannot close the vent to stop the air flow.
                              3. The buses are dirty with dust sticking on curtains.
                              4. There is no foot rest provided for seat number 1, 2, 3, 4 in all the buses, which is needed.
                              5. Update the time of travel on website as the bus never reaches on time.
                              6. Make more bus routes from surat to ahm and vice versa with baroda by pass, going inside baroda delays the bus by 1 hr.

                              This suggestions and problems were observed by all the passengers of the bus, and consider this email as the united voice of all the passengers travelling. This problems are not faced on this particular day, but the passengers have been facing them since a long time.

                                I have booked two eticket on dated 31/12/16 for journey on dated 01/01/17 from ahmedabad central bus stand to junagadh time 21:00. But my ticket not booked and the amount of rs. 630/- (315+315) deducted from my account. I tried for booking two times bt both times its not booked bt deduct the amount of 630/- one time. Kindly refund the amount of rs.630/- to my account.

                                    I m regularly traveling to geetamandir st stand from gandhinagar pathilashram st stand, not a single bus is there for geetamandir from 6:30 to 7:10, despite mention in the time table, the bus for geetamandir from the paldi route always comes late, driver and conductor start the bus at their personal time. I have to travel for anand for job purpose, every day i miss my bus from geetamandir and thus got memo for late coming ..if my problem wouldn't be resolved i will give in written about this matter at gsrtc office

                                    राजकोट - मोरबी ना रुट पर चल रही बस मे से कुछ बसे उस रुट का किराया 39 ₹ है पर बस के कंडकटर 40 ₹ ले रहे है।कारण पूछने पर कहते हे की छुटा नही है ।आप इस पर झडपथी इस समस्या का उकेल लाइये इसका मे आपसे अनुरोध करता हु।

                                    At Ahmedabad bus central bus terminal latrin usage charges fixed 1 rs
                                    But attendant said for 10 Rs and when said for complaint book then refuse to give

                                    Take corrective steps for it as soon as possible

                                      While traveling from Ahmedabad to dhandhuka by gsrtc bus of mahva depo, bhavnagar division ticket no15804.bus take stoppage at Bagodara bus stand.washroom of Bagodara was so dirty that I cannot explain, than I meet Mr Vinod sinh one of the staff member available at that time, and tell him about that problem, Mr Vinod sinh don't reply and not taken any efforts about my problem.kindly take suitable action and answer me

                                        Date of incident :-31/12/2016
                                        Resolution :- Full refund & action against the driver, conductor.
                                        I did advance booking from gsrtc website for my journey (Mehsana to Baroda) for 31/12/2016.two seats were booked for the journey.And the time mentioned on e-ticket was 20.50, but bus left Mehsana modehdra bus stand by 8.26.

                                        How such kind of pathetic behavior can be tolerated?

                                        secondly, I want the full refund and stick against that conductor & driver.
                                        I am providing proof regarding this incident.
                                        If my money is not refunded within normal time, I will fill a case against gsrtc for such pathetic customer services.
