            I have booked an online ticket for Udaipur to Ahmedabad dated 30th October 2022. The scheduled departure time was 7 am. I reached the station on time but the bus did not arrive. The ticket window executive and the conductor of next GSRTC Bus scheduled on the same route advised me to book new ticket as the concerned bus has broken down and will not arrive. I waited till 10 am with my family for the concerned bus or any information through sms/email. I was forced to take RSRTC bus with PNR AHMDE[protected]. The cancellation was not allowed for GSRTC ticket worth 634 Rs. Thus, please intiate the refund process or let me know the place to send legal notice.

                બસ ભિલોડા - વિરપુર સમય 15:15,
                સાહેબ ગોંડલ ની ટિકીટ મળે છે પણ ગોંડલ ના બસસ્ટેશન માં બસ જતી નથી. આપ સાહેબ ને મારી રિકવેસ્ટ છે બસ ને ગોંડલ બસસ્ટેશન પર લઈ જવી જેથી રાત્રે મુસાફરી કરવી સહેલી પડે...આ બસ ને બસસ્ટેશન લઈ જવા માટે ફરીયાદ કરું છું. આપ આનું જલ્દી નિરાકરણ લાવશો એવી આશા.

                  Driver looking behind again and again to talk with another driver who travelling with us. They talking from surat and now we nearly about to reach Ahmedabad they still talking.                     જય ભારત સાથે આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે આજે તારીખ 02/11/2022 ના રોજ Valsad ડેપો ની બસ mahesana - Bilimora બસ નંબર
                    G J 18 Y 9671 approx 07.30 વાગ્યે Ahmedabad તરફ જતી હતી એમાં મુસાફરી દરમિયાન મેં Paldi બસ ઉભી રાખવા જણાવેલ હતું જે ફરજ પરના ડ્રાઈવર એ અહીં સ્ટેન્ડ ઉભી રાખેલ નહોતી. બસ એલિસબ્રિજ થી ગીતામંદિર અમદાવાદ લઈ ગયા. અને મને વિએસ હોસ્પિટલ - એલિસબ્રિજ પાસે બસ ઉભી રાખી.

                    આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું સરકારી નોકરી અર્થે અપ ડાઉન કરતા હોવાથી આ રોજ નો પ્રશ્ન છે જે રૂટ થી બસ પસાર થઇ એ જ રસ્તે રીટર્ન આવવાથી સમય અને નાણાં વ્યર્થ થયેલ છે અને અંગત કામ માં પણ વિલંબ થયેલ છે.જેની આપ શ્રી સાહેબ નોંધ લઇ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરશોજી

                      I booked my tickets of volvo gsrtc ac sleeper 3 seats and time for board was 11:30 and i reached there halt hour earlier at volvo stop (separate from common gsrtc buses) at surat centra bus stop.They leaved without informing us and we called conductor but he stopped bus 16 km far and me and my parents had to take auto at 12:00 am (night) . Plz take care about this.

                        વિષય: કતારગામ - કોડીનાર બસ તારીખ 7-10-22 ના રોજ કેન્સલ હતી તો રિફંડ આપવા બાબત.

                        માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી,

                        GSRTC ની બસ સર્વિસ સુરત કતારગામ થી કોડીનાર માં મારી 3 સીટ એડવાન્સ તારીખ 5-10-22 ના રોજ બુક કરાવેલી હતી. મારી મુસાફરી ની તારીખ 7-10-22 હતી. જે તે કારણસર આ બસ નિર્ધારિત સમય પર ન આવતા અમો એ સુરત ડેપો મેનેજર નો સંપર્ક કરેલો અને અમો ને જણાવેલ કે બસ કેન્સલ છે.
                        જે પછી અમો એ આ બસ માં મુસાફરી કરેલ નથી.
                        અમો એ GSRTC માં આ બાબતે કોન્ટેક્ટ કરેલો પણ હજુ મારી ટિકિટ ને રિફંડ પ્રોસેસ માં નાખેલ નથી.
                        ઇમેઇલ આઇડી : [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in પર ડિટેલ મેઇલ કરેલી ને પણ જણાવેલ છે. એ પછી
                        ટ્વીટર ના માધ્યમ થી GSRTC એકાઉન્ટ OFFICER નો સંપર્ક કરતા (mo-[protected]) તેવો એ તમારો સંપર્ક નંબર આપેલ છે.
                        આશા છે કે મારી ટિકિટ ના પૈસા ટૂંક સમય માં રિફંડ પ્રોસેસ માં આવી જશે.

                              મે આજ રોજ તારીખ 31.10.2022 બસ નંબર GJ-07-YZ-6965 મા PNR No.G15904858 થી સીટ નંબર 19, 20 (ડબલ નો સોફો) અને 24 (સિંગલ નો સોફો) નુ બુકિંગ કરાવેલ. આ ઊપરાંત ડબલ ના સોફા મા હુ અને મારી પત્ની ની સાથે 10 વર્ષ ની ઊમર નો મારો ભત્રીજો પણ મુસાફરી કરતો હતો. ત્યા કંડક્ટરે આવીને કહ્યુ કે મારા ભત્રીજા ની પણ ટીકીટ લેવી પડશે. ત્યારે મે કહ્યુ કે આ ડબલ નો સોફા મા અમે એડજસ્ટ કરીને ત્રણ વ્યકિત બેસીએ છીએ તો તમે વધુ 1 ટીકીટ લેવાની ફરજ કેમ પાડી શકો? તો કંડક્ટરે કહ્યુ કે આ અમારો નિયમ છે. આવુ કહીને રુ.492 ની ટીકીટ લેવાની ફરજ પાડી.
                              તો આપ સાહેબ ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે મારી નીચેની ફરિયાદો નુ તાત્કાલીક નિવારણ કરશો.
                              1. ડબલ નો સોફામા એડજસ્ટ કરીને અમે 3 વ્યક્તિ બેસીએ તો એમા GSRTC ને શુ વાંધો?
                              2. મારી પાસે રુ.. 492 ની ટીકીટ લેવડાવી તો પછી એક અલગ સીટ કેમ ન ફાળવી?

                              I have booked my ticket from rajpipla to surat at 4:50pm. Name: Heena. Pnr no : G[protected]. I m head cashier at government bank (bank of india). I was late today as per the bus timing, the conductor called me to come fast and i requested him to please wait for two minutes. Then again he called me and due to language misunderstanding he doesnot understand that i told him to not wait if they are so in rush. First of all the conductor should call me earlier when he reached rajpipla depo because they take 15 minutes break for the breakfast so i would have come faster as the bus is always late. Nevermind then i boarded bus and said sorry to conductor that he should wait for me which is hardly 2-3 minutes. Then the bus take long route from kamrej due to some metro issue that is fine but then he refused me to drop off at sahara darwaja circle and behaved very rudely and ruthlessly. All the way from rajpipla he drop off so many people in between where the is no stoppages then why this discrimination with me. As a lady its very important for him to respect me as a passenger make us feel safe. Rather than that he was showing me attitude and didnt dropped me there. He then dropped me at surat bus depo. This behaviour of your employee is not acceptable. I belong to very good family and just because i was posted far in rajpipla there is only one way to commute in bus otherwise i would have never travelled in it. Who is he to talk to me like this? To point a finger? How will i feel safe now ever? Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                I am traveling from rajkot to ahemdabad on 31st October 2022. The bus official time to leave rajkot busport is about 8.30 pm but bus was leaving the rajkot at 10.00pm.

                                    Reservation used to be done from Gandhinagar G5 stand, but now no bus service is coming, Please has started reservation from Gandhinagar G5 stand again.

                                        आज दिनाक 27/10/22 को मेरा छोटा भाई महिपाल सिंह और बहन चंदा कुंवर, रानिप अहमदाबाद बस डिपो से गांधीधाम जाने के लिए बस कंडक्टर से पूछ कर बैठे, उस दौरान कंडक्टर ने कहा कि सीट खाली हैं दोनो लोग बस में बैठ गए, वहा से 20 किलोमीटर बस चलने के बाद कंडक्टर बोलने लगा की बस में सारी सीट बुक हैं और आप लोग यही रास्ते में उतर जाए, जब मेरे भाई ने कंडक्टर से पूछा की अपने पहले सीट के लिए हा क्यू बोला तो कंडक्टर बदतमीजी करने लगा, और उन लोगो बस से उतारने के लिए बस गलत रूट और टाइम बताने लगा, और बोलने लगा की अहमदाबाद से गांधीधाम बस 12 घंटे का समय लेगी और रूट लंबा हैं, आप लोग बस से उतर जाओ, मैने कंडक्टर से फोन पर बात करनी चाही तो कंडक्टर ने चिल्लाते हुए बात करने से मना बोल दिया, के दबाव के बाद दोनो बच्चे बस से उतर गए, चुकी दोनो अहमदाबाद पहली बार आए थे और अनजान थे, किसी तरह किसी इंसान की मदद से गीतामंदिर बस डेपोट पहुंचे वहा पहुंचते हुए भी ऑटो वाले ने 300 रुपए जैसे किराया लिया, और वहा जाकर दूसरी बस में बैठे,
                                        स्टाफ की लापरवाही के कारण अगर दोनो बच्चे रास्ता भटक जाते और कोई घटना गट जाती तो उसका जिम्मेदार कोन होता, , ,
