• My name is Nikhlesh Ramanuj, Date 19/10/2022 I have booked Mehsana to Adipur Online Booking in Vadnagar to Mata na Madh route bus which departs from Mehsana during 06:30 PM, During that time the bus does not stop anywhere for breakfast or refreshment....

There should be limited number of seat reservation so those who have not done the reservation may not face the problem while traveling....

I haved booked bus Ahmedabad to Godhra approx 5 hours prior, reached bus stand 1 hour before bus departure time. Asked the inquiry booth at Ahmedabad atleast 15 to 20 times about the bus but didn't informed about the cancellation of bus.
Hence providing the details with expectations of full refund along with the compensation as further I was unable to take any buses further due to non booking in further buses

Date 10/08/2022 When I was booking ticket through GSRTC app, my Surat to Jam Jodhpur sleeper coach ticket was not booked due to glitch in GSRTC server, and Rs.784-/ was deducted from my account. Which has not yet been credited to my account.

The bus I booked for Ahmedabad to Vapi on 12th September 2022 was cancelled from Ambaji. Instead of Sleeper bus, they allocated Express bus. I was denied by the conductor to use my booked seat that was absurd.

Dear Sir, Today I was going to Sanand in my two wheeler, I parked my two wheeler near Ularia village, I wanted to drink water and suddenly your GSRTC bus passed by my two wheeler at high speed from the side.
And by the time I could understand or think about anything, the bus passed by smashing the glass of my two wheeler.
Your bus driver sahib used to talk on mobile while the bus was running and was driving the bus endangering...

I have booked a ticket on gsrtc app on 10/10/2022 on onroute bus for gandhinagar from baroda central bus station. The bus no. was GJ-18-7211, it was from Chhota udaipur to vijapur. After boarding the bus the conductor told me to show the ticket i showed him my online booked ticket, then he asked me about the seat no. I said that I have book the onroute bus and in it the seat no. Doesn't show it shows the no. Of seats u have booked. But he...

This bus was departure at 9:40pm actual time is 8:30pm.
Issue reported many time....

Date of Incident - 1st Oct 2022

The ticket was booked from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for 1st Oct 2022, departure time 07:00'o clock in the morning.
somehow bus got canceled by GSRTC and didn't get any update for the replacement of the bus.

after a day, we raised a complaint on the GSRTC helpdesk and sent an email to [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in multiple times but they always close ticket without any reason/refund.br...

Dear sir,

i would like to inform you that i booked bus from Rajkot to Somnath
on the date 27/08/2022. The trip was cancelled by GSRTC because the bus was
Sent on PM program in Ahmedabad as informed by depot manager.
please look into the matter and help me to refund my money as soon as possible.

I have travelled sleeper bus. Rain is coming on the top of roof of bus. Sleeper seat is totally wet and my clothes and language are wet due to water is coming on the roof. I have also informed to bus conductor but he did not take seriously. My experience is totally worst. Please do the needful and take serious action against bus staff....

The payment is done successfully by us and the e ticket is not generate by the app...

They are not receiving or giving details after bus booking and cancel the service any time without information given or do not show up on time....

No bus to Junagadh, Veraval, Somnath from 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM at Veerpur Jalaram Bus Stop on NH8. So kindly request to solve this problem....
