Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] Complaints & Reviews

Today's 30/11/2022, I have tried to book 6 tickets from Ahmedabad, Geeta mandir bus stop to Statute o[censored]nity advance tickets for 30/12/2022.the total amount was Rs3350/- debited from account but tickets are not issued to me. I have telephoned the EDP Manager for help. He had given the telephone number of Dts EDP number [protected] for assistance.
Till date I am unable to in touch with them
Kindly look into the matter and refund my money to the account, where it was debited. The email I have used is : [protected]@gmail.com.

સવિનયે આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે કંડકટર બેઝ નંબર 646 પાછલા કેટલાક સમયથી બસ માં અસભ્યતા ભર્યું વર્તન કરે છે અવર્તણૂક ભર્યા શબ્દો નું પ્રયોજન કરે છે તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી નમ્ર વિનંતી કે કંડકટર ની સામે કાયદેસરના પગલાં લેવામાં આવે.

Rajkot-Meghraj bus time is 1:30 am. I am still waiting for bus. this is not first time. many times bus not coming on right time.

I am monitoring LED screen. shown 1:30 then 2:0, then 4:15, now showing 2:56.

nobody responds here.

We are really tired. please take action.

Sir we would like to inform you as well as request you that Sachivalay point bus which carries a route from jivarajpark to sachivalay is getting fully occupied from Government colony, Vastrapur and no sitting occupancy available. So we request you to allow the bus to travel to it's destination through flyovers so that all passengers will be able to reach their work place on time. આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે નારોલ (અમદાવાદ) સર્કલ થી ખેડા, નડીઆદ, આણંદ, વડોદરા તરફ જવા માટે નું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ગુજરાત એસ. ટી દ્વારા મૂકવા મા આવેલ છે. પરંતુ છેલ્લા કેટલાક સમયથી આ નારોલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ઉપર શટલિયા રિક્ષા વાળા તથા શટલિયા ઇકો ગાડી વાળા ઓ દ્વારા કબ્જો જમાવી ને અડ્ડો બનાવી દીધો છે. અને આના કારણે એસ. ટી બસો ભરચક હાઇવે ની વચોવચ ઊભી કરી દે છે. આના લીધે મુસાફરો ને દોડાદોડી કરી બસ પકડવા માટે જવું પડે છે. જેના કારણે ગંભીર અકસ્માત બનવાની શક્યતા રહેલી છે આમ થવાથી એસ. ટી તથા મુસાફરો ને નુકસાન થઈ શકે છે. પહેલા આવા અકસ્માત બની ચૂક્યા છે. તો આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે નારોલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ઉપર થી શટલિયા રિક્ષા તથા ઇકો ગાડી વાળા ઓથી મુક્ત કરાવી એસ. ટી બસો નારોલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડ થી અવર જવર કરે એવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવે તેવી નમ્ર વિનંતી.

Gsrtc driver need to soft skill training for how to talk with passenger...

A whole bunch of buses are coming together to refill petrol at pawachki petrol pump and due to this traffic and accidents of public are happening plz helpus and do the needed and stop this

I have booked an online ticket for Udaipur to Ahmedabad dated 30th October 2022. The scheduled departure time was 7 am. I reached the station on time but the bus did not arrive. The ticket window executive and the conductor of next GSRTC Bus scheduled on the same route advised me to book new ticket as the concerned bus has broken down and will not arrive. I waited till 10 am with my family for the concerned bus or any information through sms/email. I was forced to take RSRTC bus with PNR AHMDE[protected]. The cancellation was not allowed for GSRTC ticket worth 634 Rs. Thus, please intiate the refund process or let me know the place to send legal notice.

કોડીનાર વડોદરા ની રૂટ બસ માં 55 નું બુકીંગ થયા પછી બસ માં અત્યારે 90 ની આસપાસ પેસેન્જરો ભરેલ છે અકસ્માત થશે તો કોની જવાબ દારી શુ નિગમ મોરબી જેવા અકસ્માત રહા જોવા ય છે અતિયારે કંડકટર પર કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવે

સાહેબ ગોંડલ ની ટિકીટ મળે છે પણ ગોંડલ ના બસસ્ટેશન માં બસ જતી નથી. આપ સાહેબ ને મારી રિકવેસ્ટ છે બસ ને ગોંડલ બસસ્ટેશન પર લઈ જવી જેથી રાત્રે મુસાફરી કરવી સહેલી પડે...આ બસ ને બસસ્ટેશન લઈ જવા માટે ફરીયાદ કરું છું. આપ આનું જલ્દી નિરાકરણ લાવશો એવી આશા.

Driver looking behind again and again to talk with another driver who travelling with us. They talking from surat and now we nearly about to reach Ahmedabad they still talking. It makes risky now to travelling in ST. I also shoot one short video for complaining purpose which I upload with this complain.

બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર નહિ ઉતારવા બાબત

જય ભારત સાથે આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે આજે તારીખ 02/11/2022 ના રોજ Valsad ડેપો ની બસ mahesana - Bilimora બસ નંબર
G J 18 Y 9671 approx 07.30 વાગ્યે Ahmedabad તરફ જતી હતી એમાં મુસાફરી દરમિયાન મેં Paldi બસ ઉભી રાખવા જણાવેલ હતું જે ફરજ પરના ડ્રાઈવર એ અહીં સ્ટેન્ડ ઉભી રાખેલ નહોતી. બસ એલિસબ્રિજ થી ગીતામંદિર અમદાવાદ લઈ ગયા. અને મને વિએસ હોસ્પિટલ - એલિસબ્રિજ પાસે બસ ઉભી રાખી.

આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું સરકારી નોકરી અર્થે અપ ડાઉન કરતા હોવાથી આ રોજ નો પ્રશ્ન છે જે રૂટ થી બસ પસાર થઇ એ જ રસ્તે રીટર્ન આવવાથી સમય અને નાણાં વ્યર્થ થયેલ છે અને અંગત કામ માં પણ વિલંબ થયેલ છે.જેની આપ શ્રી સાહેબ નોંધ લઇ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરશોજી

I booked my tickets of volvo gsrtc ac sleeper 3 seats and time for board was 11:30 and i reached there halt hour earlier at volvo stop (separate from common gsrtc buses) at surat centra bus stop.They leaved without informing us and we called conductor but he stopped bus 16 km far and me and my parents had to take auto at 12:00 am (night) . Plz take care about this.

GSRTC ની બસ સર્વિસ સુરત કતારગામ થી કોડીનાર માં મારી 3 સીટ એડવાન્સ તારીખ 5-10-22 ના રોજ બુક કરાવેલી હતી. મારી મુસાફરી ની તારીખ 7-10-22 હતી. જે તે કારણસર આ બસ નિર્ધારિત સમય પર ન આવતા અમો એ સુરત ડેપો મેનેજર નો સંપર્ક કરેલો અને અમો ને જણાવેલ કે બસ કેન્સલ છે.
જે પછી અમો એ આ બસ માં મુસાફરી કરેલ નથી.
અમો એ GSRTC માં આ બાબતે કોન્ટેક્ટ કરેલો પણ હજુ મારી ટિકિટ ને રિફંડ પ્રોસેસ માં નાખેલ નથી.
