Dear sir I have booked my 2 nos of ticket dated 27/12/2016
From Adipur to Porbandar

But ticket was not booked and my rs deducted from my account, 399 rupees.
After this i have call to customer care for refund, then from customer say that it will be refund in 21 days.
Today I got refund but it is only 166 rupees.
So kindly do needful.
I have attached my account statement and screen shot of my ticket referance no. which I was booked.

I have booked the GSRTC ticket online via GSRTC Guest User with PNR # G14103303. Journey date was on 26th Dec from DHANGADHRA to AHMEDABAD CENTRAL BUSSTAND . Bus service started from MORBI NEW & Service to CHHOTA UDAIPUR but departure time was 17:00 Hrs but bus was not arrived till 6:30 PM. Finally I have to left at home again & have to booked next day ticket. I have to suffer due to non-availability of bus. I request you to refund the amount of Rs. 253 for the seats booked for 26th Dec.

Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions. Availability

My name is Bhuvanesh Joshi.On 25/12/16 I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad iscon cross road to jafarbad seat no.6.The money was deducted as I payed from SBI online, but I had not received any mail or invoice on my mobile number.Soon after when I asked the conductor he told me there is no seat booked by this name.I haven't received any refund yet plz try to solve this ASAP.

Second last bus time is 3 p.m. so we students had no options to use other bus and express bus not validate our passes this bus time is 6.15 pm and at last time authority says your bus is cancelled
Than we have to inform our perents to pickup us
This type of troble being 5 time in month.
They never inform us before day .
Tell them to inform us before day so wecan bunk schools.

My self Ashvin sonagara and I am a registered member of gsrtc online booking service I booked gsrtc bus tickets on 17/12/2016 from Dhrangadhra TO Mata na madh which fare cost is Rs. 478 but the tickets was not booked and money deducted from my account so pl. refund my money.

1. Booked Vadodara Nehrunagar Vadodara Volvo ticket and money got deducted. This entails discont of 10%.
2. Due to system fault ticket did not get booked.
3. Approached Vadodara bus stand with ref No to get booked ticket.
4. Counter person expressed inability and asked to purchase new ticket and no discount was given and bus at 1430 instead of 1400 was only provided.
5. In view of delay, requested to give return ticket from Nehrunagar with boarding option at Geeta Mandir to get 20 min margin.
6. As time permitted boarded for return at Nehrunagar.
7. Another Rs 60 were demanded stating boarding is shown in ticket as Geeta Mandir. When requested for complaint book, was advised to approach Geeta Mandir staff.
8. On approaching Geeta Mandir staff Mr Shaikh he again refused complaint book, behaved rudely and threatened to drop from bus.
So much agony, extra payment and harrasment of passanger despite own gsrtc system fault. No sign of any apology or regret and staff behave as is they have nothing to do with online system failure and behave as if it is customer fault to book online...this when PM wants digital India.
9. Will gsrtc alologise, refund excess money collected and compensate for harrasment or believes that they are obliging pax by running service?

You are requested to see that Most of Vikas Root buses coming from Ahmedabad are not going to sector and stop at Pathikashram Depo. Passangers suffer lot.

On 19/12/2016 i booked bust ticket from Veraval to Gandhinagar sleeper coach for 24/12/2016 on GSRTC website; ticket was not booked but the transcation processed and 333Rs were deducted from my account .I tried to submit complaint on the helpline and used their toll free number too but nothing worked. Radiant info pvt ltd provides service to this online booking website i tried reach them also form complaining against their services but no response.

Bus no- gj 18 1266 -chotaudepur -morbi -vankaner - it's arrived at 7:30 devgadh baria location.
I am traveling from devgadh baria to godhra daily basis with passenger pass
3- 4 seat empty in bus i saw that I try to stop bus driver saw me but not stop bus.

Modiji try to become non corrupt and neat and clean india but his own government employee not follow his rules and regulations.

Please do the strict action against this bus driver and revert me other wise i promise you i right down all that matters with your superior or modiji also

I have booked online ticket for 4 time in GSRTC.in from bhavnagar TO vadodra 07th, 12.2016 my money was debited for 4 times but i didn't got reservation mail or message and also didnt showed on ticket window that i have booked this ticket, my one of the reference number was .

Myself khushbu chawla i book ticket on 9th december 2016 from vadodara central bus station to surat central bus station the transaction was successfully done from my debit card but i have not received the pnr number the ticket was for the date 13th december 2016 at 1:00pm the bus was from ahemdabad nehru nagar on 13th december 2016 i purchased another ticket and they said i will get my transaction rupees back my ob refrence number is: gse3189911. Kindly transfer my transaction back to my card.

I am exp passholder since so many years i travelled from anand old bus depot to bhadran in 2014 i write one complaint about buses is not operate from anand old bus stop t i got one letter mentioned that all bus will be operate through old bus stop but since 8 to 10 month so many exp bus operate direct new bus stop to anand. & we not got facility to old bus stop. On this route amul dairy collector office mamlatdar office railway station supermarket. Veg market is reachable. Thus st also get passenger but some st staff mismanaging route.in morning maximum buses pass through old bus stop but after morning all buses direct go to new bus stop. Thus we all passenger of old bus stop not get facility thus pl do needful in this meter & arrange to pass all bus including gurjar nagari &out depot buses through old bus station of anand pl give me answer
