1. Booked Vadodara Nehrunagar Vadodara Volvo ticket and money got deducted. This entails discont of 10%.
2. Due to system fault ticket did not get booked.
3. Approached Vadodara bus stand with ref No to get booked ticket.
4. Counter person expressed inability and asked to purchase new ticket and no discount was given and bus at 1430 instead of 1400 was only provided.
5. In view of delay, requested to give return ticket from Nehrunagar with boarding option at Geeta Mandir to get 20 min margin.
6. As time permitted boarded for return at Nehrunagar.
7. Another Rs 60 were demanded stating boarding is shown in ticket as Geeta Mandir. When requested for complaint book, was advised to approach Geeta Mandir staff.
8. On approaching Geeta Mandir staff Mr Shaikh he again refused complaint book, behaved rudely and threatened to drop from bus.
So much agony, extra payment and harrasment of passanger despite own gsrtc system fault. No sign of any apology or regret and staff behave as is they have nothing to do with online system failure and behave as if it is customer fault to book online...this when PM wants digital India.
9. Will gsrtc alologise, refund excess money collected and compensate for harrasment or believes that they are obliging pax by running service?
