I have booked reservation from nadiad to jamnagar for dt. 09.12.2016 on 08.12. Thru www. Gstrc.In after entering all the information
when i had paid thru debit card
reference no gse3181558 generated but not get ticket

same repetation done after second time done payment of rs. 379 which reference no gse3181844

unable to receive e ticket or any mail.

I just Made payment for my 3 Tickets worth Rs.463 & Rs.708 but same thing happened to me, No Text Message received and I checked my bank balance amount, it is deducted so I checked the booking place where I booked it shows open to book.
I don't no what to do.
I can't connect customer care.

I have also booked for tomorrow.

    I have been travelling between Rajkot to Jamnagar in mini bus facility which is a two hour journey. People generally travelling on this route daily are students or people like me who travel for job. I don't understand what is the need to halt in after half an hour from start of journey. They might be getting some commission for halting at specific hotel. It is causing genuine hardship to daily travellers.

    Pls do the needful as soon as possible.

      Please allow sbi netbanking in gsrtc payment saction. Mostly people have sbi account in our gujarat so that's way implement on it. In gsrtc payment saction only allowed hdfs and axis bank netbanking or cards so that I can't payment through my mobile or computer. For Cashless transaction sbi netbanking and cards are allow in gsrtc online payment system.

      ભચાઉ થી હાજીપીર જાતી બસ નાં ડ્રાઈવર અને conductor પોતાની મનમાની કરે છે. બસ સ્ટોપ થી નીકળી ને પોતાના રિલેટિવ હોય તો બસ સ્ટોપ કરે.અને કોય વિદ્યાર્થી હોય તો બસ સ્ટોપ થાતી નથી. એક સ્ટોપ નગરપાલિકા પાસે રાખવા વિનંતિ.વારંવાર રાજુઆત કરવાથી ડ્રઈવે અને cobductor પોલીસ ચોકી લય જવાની ધમકિઆપે છે

        Sir, i booked my seat for the Samakhiyali to Ahmedabad on 7th dec 2016 in Matana madh kapadvanj bus. But, , it might passed directly on Highwaynot came in Samakhiyali . Timing is 11.25 .. . I was came at bus stop on 11 pm to 1. 00 am but still I didn't got the bus. . It is very serious issue. As I was in emergency for the hospital work. .

              I have booked 3-ticket online at gsrtc on 05 dec 2016 from kadi to surat. payment of rs562/- deducted from hdfc credit card but i did not get confirmation massage and mail on registered id even in reservation chart also not showing my booking details so i have to repay ticket cost during travelling in bus.

              I need full refund of my deducted rs562.

                  I booked my tickets of ahmedabad centarl bustand to amreli on 09/11/2016 for date 11/11/2016
                  of 18:40 pm but ticket wasnt nt booked and my account was debited with amount.158
                  i called online number[protected] but first they said within 7 days i will get back my money. after 7 days i called again they said it will take 21 days .
                  today on 7/12/2016 i havent got my money back.
                  kindly look in matter and refund my money back

                    St department seems to be corrupted a lot. On highway, buses stops only where st had tie up. They tie up with hotels which provide them more comission. Hotel management behaves rudely with us. They provide waste food that dogs dont eat. We have to pay them without eating anything. On NH8 buses only stopsat maruti hotel, shama hotel which are the worst hotels ever and if we ask to st and bus conducters why it us happening. It is not good place to stop. Why are you stopping here. They just say we cant do anything. You'll have only this if you want. Is this a democracy?
                    What the Rupani government has improved in gsrtc? Only buses? Where is the customer satisfaction? " ST amari" what the hell [censored] is this...

                      I have booked my tikit yesterday using my personal id, nidhis, email id [protected]@gmail.com, from khambhaliya to ahmedabad central bus station. I have booked a tikit in sleeper bus dwarka ahmedabad, which arrive at khambhaliya around 7:40 pm, for 9th december, i have booked sheet no. 6. I have paid using hdfc debit card. Here comed the problem that my amound which is rs. 291 got debited but i didn't got my tikit confirmation, no sms no mail nothing. Either refund my money or send me a confirmation message for booked tikit.

                        Case 1: amount debited, ticket not booked
                        Case 2: e-ticket refund process
                        Case 3: bus did not arrive / stop at the location
                        Case 4: ticket cancellation refund policy
                        Case 5: misbehaviour of gsrtc staff, conductors, bus drivers
                        Case 6: reporting of gsrtc depot inconvenience and cleanliness issue.

                              I booked 4 tickets from Somnath to Mundra on Nov. 30th, 2016.
                              Due to some change in plans, we cancelled the trip and so, I wished to cancel the above-mentioned ticket with PNR No. - G13911864.
                              But now, I am no longer able to log-in to the GSRTC website with my credentials.
                              So, the website doesn't allow me to cancel the ticket of today's date i.e, Dec. 05, 2016.
                              I have been trying to cancel the tickets since Nov. 2nd, 2016, but to no avail.

                              How can I get my refund?

                                But this bus is cancelled due to some technical issues and so loacal bus was come at mundra and so i m not traveling in this local bus and so please give me my refund as earliest as possible

                                  In mahesana district of kheralu tawon in bus depo staff are not working proper. And not give as proper answer regarding equations.
                                  And there always some problem in internet and as student i requisite to slove this problem early becous by the internet our pass process than we all the student of near by kheralu and proper kheralu student compliant with the system.

                                    My self dhiren pinara. Bhavnagar i have to go bhavnagar from ranip bus stand ahmadabad in tharad bhavnagar bus. I was waiting for long time of bus but bus was not on time. Since 1 hours after bus comes and go directly out side of ranip bus stand. Depot in charge also know about this kind of misbehavior. After that i got many problems from take bhavnagar bus from ahmadabad bus stand.

                                    I have a question
                                    What was driver thought about pesengera.
                                    Very give money for travels in gsrtc
                                    What was the gsrtc do for public

                                      I have tried to book the seat in sleeper bus on 4th Dec 2016 from Palanpur to Surat for 9:00 p.m. bus, I have not received the any booking confirmation but amount deducted from my acount and also seat not confirmed hence I have to pay seperate money in that bus, luckily 1 seat was available hence I have purchased the manual ticket, hence I want it to be refund in my account

                                        We have booked tickets Rajkot to Rajula with GSRTC.in as online. At booking time session was expired soon and I was not collecting information like pnr but rupee were deducted from my a/c then after I don't get msg from system of booking. When I was reached at ST Station bus was waiting for us.They were finding us that such and such number are not coming that's why we are waiting so we are so for that b'coz we were coming from Jamnagar and we have connecting bus to Rajula. And I am travelling and calling to[protected] toll free number but there were no one pickup our ph. So what should I do now !!! I told to the conductor about this things but that fellow don't co operate or help us to get out for that situation. Even he was torchering us and not allow to travel. And he was told us that you don't have ticket that's why you are not allow to travel. Why should conductor doing such kind of nonsense thing I don't get him but still there are many foolish staff and rigid even. This is one fresh example that never booked ur ticket with online whenever you travel with ST. ST you still need to be more and more required to update for online booking facilities.
