GSRTC — E ticket Refund - GSRTC
My complaint is that I booked 2 ticket from GSRTC Gandhidham Bus Stand My date of Journey was 31/10/2016 from Gandhidham to Mata na madh Bus name Ambaji to Narayan sarovar My PNR no. is G13559352 and ticket no.GDDM221031. My total bus fair is Rs. 256/-. My Journey time was 2.40 a.m. On my travel date, I reached Gandhidham bus station at 2.14.a.m. and inquired about my bus from depo of Gandhidham bus station. But depo incharge of Gandhidham not available but other person told me that bus which you have booked was come 2.15 am . He also told me that your bus is come 2.40 am bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. Considering his requests, we travelled from Gandhidham to Mata na madh bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit amount of bus fare in possible and oblige. My complete details are as under.
