Sir i have booked teacket for bhavnagar to anand dt 01-10-16. I tried to cancel it in the morning of 01-10-16. But system allows login but when i click on teacket cancellation system out me every time. So i couldn't cancel it.
So please refund my amount. Even i tried to contact you but all numbers were busy.

Hello,
I have booked the ticket from bhavnagar to Ahmedabad on 28/09/2016 from online gsrtc service.
Money is deducted from account but I don't get the ticket.
I call to customer care of gsrtc he told me that there is issue in gsrtcserver so don't book the ticket now again and your money will be transfer in ur account. But still today i don't get my money back.
I am trying to contact on toll free number but still it is not answerable

Please resolve the issue immediately

This is to bring to your notice that the driver (Name: kaushal) of gsrtc volvo from baroda to ahmedabad - vehicle registration number 1583 misbehaved with me in bus and asked me to get off the bus with no reason.in addition he also threatened me by saying that i might go ahead and complaint where ever possible and he is not afraid of a female.

I had reported the matter at nehrunagar depot but they did not take my statement seriously.

I also want to report that this driver was very rash in driving and ran into another vehicle near anjali. He somehow ran away from the site rushing.

This driver has no rights to be appointed for a service provided by government. His license should be revoked and strict action should be taken against him.

I had reservation from ahmedabad iscon cross road to bhavnagar for gsrtc bus (gandhinagar to bhavnagar) for date of 29/10/2016. i was at bus stop which is 150-200 meter away from ahmedabad iscon cross road on 7.10am. bu came on 7.40am. bus driver stopped bus at iscon main cross road but did not stop at bus stop where i was standing. so i missed the bus.

I need my ticket amount back (ticket rs is 120).

I gave the complain application form to bashirbhai at bhavnagar depo on same day.

At the same time bus conductor of bus driver came and said he didn't know that there is bus stop and some other excuses. when i was about to leaving bhavnagar depo after giving compain application form, bus conductor said that can we adjust anything and take half-half in the end.

It's like totally corrupted public.

Please do some proper action.

We are waiting for Jamnagar to akolvadi bus from kalavad roadside when bus was arrived bus has bin not stopped by drive.driver is ignor me and we shouted but he was driving bus away so pls not this matter and solve this problem passenger is feels very uncomfortable from your service and deliver is not answer friendly whe we talk with them for stop bus they turned his face and react badly...

My self kksolanki, I m live at jafarabad, about approx four to five year new bus stand is developed but not started yet and also new bus like bhutiya bungalow, also in morning only one bus from jafarabad to una at 6 am than after at 10:00 am, so pessenger not timely reach una and other connected city.same manner no direct bus to Baroda and other city of Gujarat pls do in positive direction at your level also start our new bus stand

I m a student and i feel trouble every day bcz junagadh depo in irregularity of bus mostly my root bus junagadh-rajula and it's not come proper time mostly one or two hours late and and i will ask depo inspector but him also said to this day is puncture day so late but it's not possible daily puncture in bus and in depo manager also not given proper answer so respected sir i hope u read my complain and quick take action on this lessinas... me, my wife and my 4 years old son traveling from babra to rajkot via bus (amreli-rajkot)root bus no (GJ 18 Y 4976) time 4 PM date 12th October 2016. in this bus their is huge traffic and two girls seat in the cabin near driver. so i just told him plz seat my son also because he is only 4 years but Driver cant understand and misbehaves with me and my wife. those girls are in relation either with conductor or driver. and also driver listen music during the driving via mobile which is broken of rules. he tell me like that when i am in bus my rules follows not governments rules follow. and he and lady conductor shouting on us. then driver stop the bus and tell me like that now bus not move forward. i capture bus cabin photo with girls seating with him also and sending to u. some other people have same complaint against same lady conductor and this driver. so its my request to higher authorities to take may complaint and do action as soon as possible. and please send me action reply on my mail id. I want complain against driver of Bus no. Gj 18 y 7131(bhuj to naliya). When travelling to naliya driver stopped the bus before mankuva to pick up flowers for nearly 40 minutes. You can understand what is tge value of 40 min. I was expecting to reach naliya before
13-30. But now i think it is not possible.
I hope you will consider this issue seriously and do needful action against the bus driver.
