My self dhaval patadiya. I tried to book two tickets from Ahmedabad Nehrunagar to surendranagar bus journey date[protected]. My ticket charge of 200.00 rs. was deducted from my axis bank account but after that some error generated and my tickets not booked so i want my refund of deduction please find my transection number Pur/Gujarat State Road Tra/Seq No 724859

    Sir,
    I am sushil vaghela. I am regular passenger of st bus, i am a service pass having passenger on the route of majusar to vadodara. On this route the st bus drivers not stop the bus on manjusar, they are doing partiality between passengers. Because of this matter our studies are disturbs. So we are not able to present our class on right time. 9 am to 6 pm is our class time but we are not arriving on our class on above time.
    O please its my humble request to you solve this problem immediately other wise we are going to transport ministry.

          As per the above stated subject i want to inform you that i have booked two tickets for two route one for bharuch zadeshwar x to sarangpur btd which is of 21:30hrs from gsrtc online ticket booking on 24/09/20165 trip coad: 1100shrdamlgj47 and second for sarangpur btd to bharuch zadeshwar x which is of 16:30hrs on 25/09/20165 trip coad: 1415amlshrdgj47 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs.375/- (totel-750) is being deducted each time from my h. d. f. c bank account and my sbi bank account but i did not get e-ticket each time. after this i dialed gsrtc no.[protected] and is engaged.

            My father was traveling from Baroda to Junagadh having online ticket reservation booked (PNR: G[protected].
            Journey Date: 19/09/2016
            Trip Code: 2230BRDJNDGJR47

            He was carrying Xerox copy of his driving licence with him. He does not keep original copy of identification in fear of forgetting it some ware, due to his old age symptoms of memory.
            Now when ticket conductor asks for ticket he show the online booked ticket and then he was asked to so some photo identification, he show Xerox copy of his driving licence. Conductor sees and identification copy and refuses to approve booked ticket. He forces my father to buy another ticket. Very samles act by bus conductor.
            This is my humble request to GSRTC board that proper steps should be taken against this scenario, so that any senior citizen travelling alone feels safe in travelling from
            GSRTC bus.

            Very Very poor act from conductor. I will call it shameless act from him.

            When I reached surat St station for inquiry about my bus they didn't ans properly and then they behavior badly. And answers badly like koi bus nai avi gai pu6va magaj ni kadhi karva all that. I sorry but it's ridiculous your staff behavior. Shame on you surat St staff.
            All staff of GSRTC must undergo training for how to behave politeness with passengers ...and each complain like this should treated seriously

              My complaint is that I booked 1 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 15/9/2016 from Surat to HIMMATNAGAR GENERAL. My PNR no. isG13137885 and trip code is1500SHRDHMTEXP5. My total bus fair is Rs.218/-. My Journey time was 22.10. On my travel date, I reached Surat bus station at 21.45. and inquired about my bus from depo incharge of Surat bus station. But depo incharge of Surat told me that bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. Considering his requests, we travelled from Surat to HIMATNAGAR in non AC bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.               we are up down from jambusar to karanta in daily bases. on that day the st bus is running very slow due to unmaintained st bus. we are suffering this type of problems last few days. that reason we are not going timely on our work.

                I was travelling today morning from nari village to vallabh vidyanagar anand as i used to do from last 3 year becouse of my college education. But today when i reach to my seat but i find a person in khakhi costume (Later i have comes to know he is conductor, member of gsrtc his name was : bharat bhai) seated on my seat and he told me that you are late so you can not seat here and i tried very hard but he was not ready to stand-up. And i have to stand-up for 4 hour of my journey from bhavnagar to anand. He was bossiness at me. I have vitness of my nearby seater (Jayendrsinh chauhan) seat no 17. The conductor, driver and all travellers are also victims.

                      The amount of noise because of audio video system in the bus is deafening. If few speakers in bus are not working, how can u justify increasing volume ?

                      Also, the Volvo buses promise Wi-Fi services, I can't access any of it and driver is clue less!!

                      If you can't offer proper services, don't promise things that you can't deliver. I wish I could drag you to consumer court.

                      Also, the driver is ill-mannered. Totally, unacceptable. Please teach them some manners to be polite and humble.

                          I am pretty disappointed with the kind of service i got from the gsrtc. I have a student who in studying at anand. She's in college and she uses the bus service everyday from kalamsar to borsad and borsad to anand. She travels everyday using a gst paas.

                          There's an incident which happened with her recently while she was going from vadeli bus stop to borsad. She was waiting for the bus and the bus arrived however on arrival the bus driver didn't stop at the proper stop and it stopped a little further than the stop. At the stop there were some boys who were waiting for the same bus. They got on to the bus and they asked the driver to move the bus, now since the bus stopped further from the stop she had to run to board the bus but the bus driver moved the bus. She called out to the bus conductor and the conductor saw her but then also they didnt stop the bus.

                          After this she also followed the bus on the auto rickshaw and overtook it aswell till kasari and over there as well the bus driver didn't make the stop. She further followed the same bus till borsad depo and over here the bus terminates its service as that is its last stop. Over here the girl confronted the driver as well as the conductor of that bus and took them to borsad depo manager but to her apathy the borsad depo manager was very rude did not even listened to her complaint.

                          No action wqas taken against anyone. The girl had missed a very important lecture on that day. This happened today, i. E 6th september 2016. This was a bus which leaves from kandhrati to borsad everyday morning around 10 am.

                          This is big cause of concern for student who comes from a very humble background and who are burning their night lamp everyday to make the both ends meet. The irony of this situation is the bus had a hoarding on the back to educate girl child and the same bus is not even stopping for a girl child!!

                            This is to inform you that there are daily buses going from ahmedabad to Viramgam. But you people don't understand the importance of time. Today dates 2 sep 16, there are 2 buses @ 8.00 PM . one is going empty and the other is half empty. Even the driver and conductor don't bother to have passengers in it. The hold for the buses is hardly for 2 MN @ new busstation. Please try to understand that even if the next bus would have departed after half an hour, you would have got passengers.but who cares, you people don't bother .even in d evening there are 4-5 buses going simultaneously in same direction but no difference if time.. If please take this note seriously and manage the bus timings so that people would be benefited as well as u can also earn profit.. Pls pls do the needful.. Thanks-mukesh

                              It is to complaint that i am the daily traveller in gsrtc from veraval. Yesterday i. E. On 28.8.2016, the bus no. 9831 driver of veraval bhuj has already allote sit from thr veraval workshop. On asking why he has done. The rude begavior done by the driver. While asking conductor regarding this. He said that he was unable to do any thing against the driver. Except reservatton passebger he given sit directly from workshop and also in driver cabin.

                              i want my remaining amount back.

                              I age 57 Female passanger was travelling from diu to daman on gsrtc bus on 28/08/2016. Whole night the driver was playing music so loud that i could not sleep whole night. Also the driver was drunk from diu.

                                This is to inform you that I had booked an online ticket from Ahmedabad to Bilimora in a Sleeper bus which was supposed to depart from Ahmedabad at 00:25. When I reached the bus station at 00:10, I was informed that the bus has not yet arrived. Then at 2:30 I was informed that the bus had a breakdown and instead of sleeper bus they are sending seating bus and even that bus was facing problems about some technical issues. Now when I came back home without taking the journey I thought of cancelling my ticket but now I am not able to do that. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Below are the ticket details.

                                  As there are are direct connection between ahmedabad central bus stand and private transportation. Trip code 1445abdtljexp51 did not come on 21/08/2016. Always few buses gsrtc not come. So pessengers have to go through private buses. Private bus persons are marketing and forcing the pessengers in ahmedabad bus stand openly. Private transport peoples are not allowed to enter in central bus stand, but some person have setting with private transportation. So they openly take pessengers from bus stand and do marketing of private transportation. Many people have reservation but due to setting with private transportation, bus will be cancelled so 90% of bhavnagar and rajkpt pessengrers have to go in private buses.. No one is raising voice even bus stand police force or security to stop this private transportation marketing.. Strange but true.. Wrong salute to ahmedanad central bus stand persons who allow these persons to market and take pessengers from inside the bus stand. Wrost thing ever seen. Have a look one day of central bus stand.

                                    I booked the ticket of GSRTC sleeper bus Ahwa- Gandhinagar on 17/08/2016 from Ankleshwar to Gandhinagar online. I got the message from GSRTC that the bus will come to the Ankleshwar Station at 23:15 that day. I reached there and waited for the bus, but the bus didn't came. I waited till 00:05 of 18/08/2016 and then called the surat bus enquiry to know about the bus . The contact person told that the bus has not reached surat station and it was not the sleeper bus coming that day but the regular one, but i have booked for the sleeper bus siiting and its not fair. As it was urgent to go to my destination, so i thought to wait for some time. At 2:30 of 18/08/2016 i again called the surat enquiry and he told that the bus has left surat by 00:20 and it should already have reached there by 1:45 as it takes mostly 1 hour to reach Ankleshwar from surat and i enquired from other bus drivers coming from surat too, they had no idea of the bus nor the surat enquiry person. Where did the bus go? I didn't got the bus and in the end i was not able to go . But i want refund, i waited for 4 hours and no information about the bus ? what else can i do. So please see to this and refund my money back as soon as possible.

                                      Hiii my name is mukesh rathod and i booked my ticket online from ahmedabad to surat. But there wasn't stop st bus on my station. So please help me to refund my payment because there was no any fault of mine. I stood at station before 1 hour of bus time nd bus also came but not stopped at station. The. What is the meaning of boom online ticket on grstc. It's totally west of time nd west of money because i lost my money of this ticket nd i have to buy new ticket of another bus. So please refund my payment

                                        This is regarding driver
                                        Bus no is gj-18-z0848 from dahod to mundra.
                                        Driver was driving the bus very dangerously.
                                        It's nearly an accident in between dakor and ahmedabad. I don't know that area.
                                        Date:15-august-2016
                                        On that day accident not happened. But it will 100 % chance for the accident if the driver will be same.
                                        In ahmedabad, the driver is driving the bus in wrong side even the driving line is good.
                                        Event the driver was driving the bus in brts corridor.
