Respected sir/Ma'm,

I am Anita. On date 13/8/2016 I was traveling from Rajkot to Bhavnagar in bus no. "GJ 18 Y 7697". It was very disgusting experience. Bus was stoped working near rasdhar, we (passenger) waited more than 1 hour.

We travel in government buses because we believe in our government. But now I have doubt in government loyalty towards work. Bus need maintenance please pay attention towards it. Time is money and even more valuable than money. We more than 50 people wasted our time 1.25 hr×50= 63 hours. There were student, children, working man, woman. I hope you will take action against it.

Make in India will be made when we will take care of this kind of things proper bus services,

    We, some students of SSASIT College near kapodara have problem related to buses. Majority of local buses go from overbrigde near our college. So we are unable to catch them. And some buses dont stop even if we call them.
    We have bus pass and then due to the buses go from overbridge, our money for pass goes in vain and we are also very late to rach our home. After waiting for atleast half an hour, we get the bus .
    Please resolve these problems as soon as possible, as we are getting very difficulty to be at our home on time.

      આથી જનાવવા નું કે પ્રાંતિજ ડેપો ની બસ(વાત્રકકોલોની -બાયડ-અમદાવાદ) ગણ સમય થી બિલકુલ આવતી જ નથી આ બસ માં સવારે રોજ અપ-ડાઉન કરવા વાર બાયડ, ચોઈલા, અને જીતપુર ના થઇ ને લગભગ ૬૦ જના હોય છે. આ બસ બાયડ થી ૭ :૦૦ વાગ્યે ઉપાડવી જોઈએ પણ ગના સમય થી આ બસ આવતીજ નથી. હોદ્દેદરીયોને (મેનેજર પ્રાંતિજ ડેપો) ફોન કરતા જવાબ મળે છે કે ડ્રાઈવર નથી કે કંડકટર નથી. અને આ બધા જ પેસેન્જર નોકરી કરતા સર્વિસ પાસ ધરાવતા પેસેન્જર છે. જેમના પાસ નો ખર્ચો મહીને લગભગ ૧૫૦૦/- પર માસ થાય છે. અને મેનેજર ના કહેવા પ્રમાણે ડ્રાઈવર કે કંડકટર ની ભરતી કે આયોજન અમારેતો કરવાનું છે નઈ. તો મહેરબાની કરી આવા અવ્યાજ્બી જવાબ ના આપવા વિનંતી સાથે અને આના પર કઈક ખાસ અમલીકરણ આવશે એવી આશા સાથે વિરમું છું.

        There is a big issue in terms of timings of veraval — talala bus routes in the morning. They run at least half and hour late. Any time bus is cancelled stating there is puncture.

        Due to internal issues and moods of your bus staff we are facing a lot of troubles.


        You are hence requested to resolve the issue on priority.

          Sir i am a govt employee. Today i e[protected] i reach bus syop bhavnagar at 8.05am i asked at inquiry counter for mevasa bus he replied that bus will come at 8.30 am. I waited till 8.45 am then asked about bus again he said bus will come at 8.30 am. I said now time is 8.45am then he said bus will come wait. At 9 am i asked about bus again and request him to tell whether bus will come or not. He said he is not sur nor any information so you please go in talaja-ambaji bus valanjipur. Sir if that bus was come at time than i had to pay only 33 rs for bhavnagar to ratanpur. And if he told his unsurity about bus at first time than i had to pay 30 for ayodhyapuram and 10 for ratanpur. But now i had pay 41 for vallabhipur 10 for ayodhayapuram 10 for ratnpur means total 62 instead of 33 or 40. Question is not about rs but about timings and cancalation of buses without any information.

            Respected sir,
            I am a student travelling in gstrc buses. I have appropriate document that student pass are valid in minibuses. But some goverment employees (Driver & control point holders) are not validing the student pass and does't let me to sit inside the minibus. So please take some appropriate action against them & provide them proper guidance that student pass are valid in minibus.
            Please work on this as soon as possible. I travel about 200km in gsrtc buses in a day. Please do something for this sir.

              Every week i have travel from zalod to ahmedabad, i have very bad experience about bus regularity, buses are not available as per time table & more buses are cencelled with out any reason. And staff of zalod depo was not supported and misbehave with pasengers.

              Please solve the problems and regularised buses. Whether i have complain in upper level authority.

                Sir, my self N B patel deputy engineer GEB.
                Bus details- name Limkheda to dhanpur mini bus departure time 10:00 am from Limkheda.
                Driver of this bus is not stop godajhar bust stand due to its personal problem.
                Many teacher's are attend this bus from Limkheda or other Stand but its behavior is not good.
                He was told him 'why r u not seat in bus from Limkheda?
                But bus is local .
                So why he was told to pepol for seat.
                Also he was told him' u r all come in private jeep or bus.
                So sir to change this driver for this route.

                  I am regular passenger of GSRTC. I am regularly travelling to Rajkot Morbi route. I am not student or pass holder. I am paying full ticket. Very less buses in morning peak hours and evening peak hours.

                  Please increase buses in Morning and Evening timings and Cut Down buses in Afternoon timings as they are running almost empty.

                    Respected Sirs/Madam,

                    My sons are studying in Diploma in Gov. polytechnic in Gandhinagar and commuting from Kalupur (Ahmedabad) to Gandhinagar daily from morning to evening.

                    Due to low frequency for this route, they have to leave home very early while they have to wait a lot while returning from Gandhinagar to Kalupur due to the same reason.

                    According to them, there is not any single bus available in between 12:30 to 2:30 PM if they got early off. There are plenty of such commuters suffering from the same.

                    Hope you will take the soft approach for these teenagers and do something that helps them indeed.

                    this ticket was booked on same date[protected].
                    But refund amount of cancelled ticket was not got.

                        Why most of gsrtc bus ticket having ticket rate 96, 194 and all???
                        Why ticket rate not 80, 90 or 100 like this...??
                        In most case conductor don't give change. So what about change money???
                        And no tax for this money. They directly goes to government or conductor its self.
                        How much money like this comes daily to government may be crore rupees per month. And government says gsrtc not doing benefit. How its possible...?
                        Why all governments are corrupted.???

                          Sir,
                          Change of route of jivaraj park (ahmedabad) to g, nagar sachivalaya point bus from drivein road, sal x road leaving the manav mandir and gurukul stopages unserviced from 13/07/2016.
                          At least 8 to 10 passengers serving in a psus like director agriculture, chief conservator of forest, commissioner of tribal, gujarat maritime board, police bhavan, bureau& statistics and using this bus point service for their daily up and down travel, have been debarred from this service.
                          It is pertinent to state that this was the only point bus on drivein road available them to attend the above said psus. the complainants for change of route have option to use vasana point bus.
                          In context to the above it is highly regretted the decision for change of route by myself and victimised fellow passengers using this point bus. as well as it is highly appreciated if decision is reverted and old route shoud be restored as early as possible.

                            Gj 18 Z 0263- bhadran deesha express bus.

                            Bus is coming without diesel at bus stand and after picking up passengers it goes to bus depot for filling diesel were no one is available to attend bus requirement.Due to this Bus has wasted our 40 minutes. Both bus driver and conductor were doing chating with depo staff and not even bother for passengers. When we ask them to contact concern person they claims GSRTC has not provided Mobile phones to them.

                            We experienced very rude behavior from them. Please do needful for your service improvement and provide basic manners to your staff for dealing with passengers.

                            There should be precheck of bus requirement before coming to the bus stand. We are delayed in our job who is responsible for that?

                              Recently there is one bus stop is given to kathlal new GEB office opposite shrey hospital. But buses do not stopped at kathlal new GEB office. When we talk about same, then they replied "there is no information is given and there is no any later is given to stop buses at this point from depo.
                              So many passengers are suffering who wants to go at hospital and geb office. So you are kindly requested to circulate "paripatra" or inform them to stop buses at said location by depo.

                                Dear sir,
                                We are regularly up and down from ahmedabad to limbasi by gsrtc bus, kalol to khambhat express bus from ahmedabad at 7.15 am daily and i reach limbasi by 8.20 and attend my office before 8.30 which is my reporting time but unfortunately gsrtc has changed the time from 7.15 to 7.45 am schedule of above said bus. Due to this our schedule is disturbed and we all are facing lot of problems.

                                Further that there is a bus already arranged at around 7.40 am from ranip to khambhat, so both the bus is running parallel from danillimda to khambhat. Due to this the ranip bus is running without sufficient passenger it is clearly seen to us that it is a loss for gsrtc.

                                So we are requesting you to please make the arrangement for the kalol khambhat time schedule as in past.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    It is very disappointing that i travel frequently by bus from bharuch (gnfc depot) to idar. as part of "digital india" we one side boast of our progress but ground reality is very different.

                                    The ticket booked pnr no: g12699475 and g12699492 was of bharuch to idar scheduled on 30/06/2016. the bus is scheduled on 21.30 but as i travel frequently, it comes rarely on this time. mostly it comes at 22.30-23.00. but on this day-30/06/2016. my father and mother waited for the bus till 00.30-01/07/2016 but it didn't come.

                                    One point which is very serious is there is no responsible person at there at gnfc-narmadanagar bus depot to answer about the bus. mostly they are not found in night. so bus station is only found with passengers without any officials of gsrtc. also, deport contact does not answer the calls most of time.

                                    Also, the booked/reserved ticket had not any contact no. or bus no. printed on it so one can confirm about it.

                                    Since it is the second time, my parents faced difficulties during the night time and had to travel in seating bus instead of our booked tickets for sleeper and also paid the extra charges for other tickets.

                                    I think gsrtc should improve this and provide contact details of bus/conductor. and if there any mishappening with the bus, they should inform the passengers by calling them because they have our phone numbers (as they ask during reservation).

                                    I want refund in this case as we need to spend extra money on travel and also for discomfort we faced. they cannot argue that bus came in the morning or anything like else since we have our scheduled to catch on and we cannot wait for them to come at anytime (although we waited for 3 hours to mention: 21.30 is scheduled time and we waited till 00.30).

                                      I am travelling in modasa-jamnagar bus from modasa.

                                      I sat in the first row seat just behind the driver.

                                      I saw that driver is chewing pan-masala and he is spiting from the window near him.

                                      But unfortunately 50-60% of his spiting is falling on the driver side door and all the door colour is converted in to red due to his spiting.

                                      This is very irresponsible behaviour of driver when we are tying to follow "swaccha bharat abhiyan" introduced by our honourable pm shree narendra modi and when we all are paying tax for cleanliness.

                                        Sir, I booked 2 tickets online at gsrtc mobile booking portal on 02/07/2016 for travelling on 03/07/2016 from Dakor bus stand to Ahmedabad at 04:30am.I waited till 05:15 am at Dakor but bus did not arrive.So I took another bus where I paid for ticket again. My Pnr no of online booking is G12716924 for amount Rs168/_ please refund my amount as I did not travel for the amount of ticket I paid for.
