Bhuj to Ghandhinagar sleeper coach bus on 2/7/2016 has not proper time schedule.

It time is 22:55 pm but not still attain this time schedule ...

Customer is reservation in this bus.
Me and my all friend not satisfy.

Please this route bus time is proper time attain and not receive customer portal phone number ..and not good response.

Your all driver and bus conductor is this not time attain properly in route time.

My complaint notify this and good response for complaint

    We are citizens of jamnagar and we "regestered" ticket of 5 persons in bus dwarka to aumbaji. timings 22/5/15 22:05 we regestered in sleeper class bus ( with return) and at the time we reached and saw the bus it was of sitting type we were not informed about this at all.in turn we were with family and at that time nothing else could be done so we travelled with problems and dissatisfaction we and some passengers are very disappointed with this service.

    As a citizens we expect proper service and well care from government
    Specially here g.s.r.t.c

      Myself Mr. AmitKumar Parmar, residing at Vadodara. Almost every week I possess 4 day "Man Fave Tya Faro Yojana" pass from GSRTC-Vadodara. Few weeks ago I got the pass from[protected] to[protected]. On 10th june 2016, As per my daily routine I was waiting for bus at CTM Cross-road, Express highway Ahmedabad.       Respected sir there is only one bus (Ahmedabad to kpadwanj via apruji) on this rout in which many government employees and village people are traveling by this bus ane this bus timing is 8:15am this govrement employees are working between ahmedabad to apruji villages and kapadwanj so this bus is very use full to us now this has been not coming last week.       Can you tell me the reason of why Halol patan bus have not stop at Gitamandir as there are many passenger's from Halol to Katlal want stop at Gitamadir.

      As you have taken whole amount if passenger's drop at soni ni chal or Gitamandir.

        Journey from : anjar to baroda

        I had booked for the journey mentioned above and i had selected for the sleeper bus not the normal gurjarnagri or express. But from 2 times they are sending the normal bus even though they used to had the sleeper bus. And from us they are taking the rupees of sleeper bus.

        I want the refund full of my ticket which is rs.253

        And due to this type of service i had not sitted on that bus which had came today.

        These is totally cheating done to the customer.

        Very irresponsible type of drivers and gsrtc person whose is sending this type of bus from the starting point of the bus coming from.

        I want immediate full refund of this ticket.

            Today I travelled from dahod to Ahmedabad by bus no. GJ 18 Y 9527 rout bus. Actual start time for bus is 5:00 am and reaching time is 9:00 am But from last 3 weeks every monday the driver is making unnecessary delays in reaching Ahmedabad. As He is trying to make sure that bus does not reach Ahmedabad before 10:00 am due to this we are getting delay in reaching office. Kindly make note of this and take appropriate actions on driver or we would suggest to change the driver for this timing.

              Today I was traveling on bus GJ 18 Y 7761. I told conductor that seat no. 9 & 10 is reserved for ladies but he was arguing with me that it's not possible to give her.Because already 2 gents were seating on it.

              If A lady wouldn't get seat to seat.
              What's the meaning of reservation

              A old lady from Rajkot-Morbi she didn't got seat finally after arguing with conductor .having reservation still not getting seat for woman.

              These is what we call

              Independent India
              Gatishil Gujarat
              Bravo India
              Incredible India


              I doubt in every words.

              We should feel proved or not?

              Today I had the same problem. Travelling from Rajkot to Jamnagar. Even there was a lady conductor was on bus. But she did not tell these gents to get up from the seat.
              We also face same position while travelling in gsrtc. Then why should reserve the seats for ladies.. shameless
              Obviously I faced it many times.. I even complained so many time but didn't response till now

                Dear sir,

                Yesterday i have booked volvo ticket online to travel from bharuch to ahm.

                Pnr no= g12458907, jny date 28/5/2016, dept. Time 15.40 hrs. Seat no. 18, volvo boarding point zadeshwar x pltform, txn pass, nfbdz1gn.

                I have waited from 1528 to 1655 for the bus at said pick up point. During period i have called enquiry numbers,[protected], [protected] (Twice), received reply to wait, i have also asked to provide driver phone number, but no details was there with them.

                Finally i quit the place at pick up passenger car. On way i tried to cancel my ticket but not allowed, i lost 353 rs, and made horrible journey with additional cost.

                I have made online payment, so request to revert and make all arrangement to track bus location or at least to provide driver number to passenger along with sms.

                Either bus was delayed or reached the spot before time, if it has reached before time, then driver should wait till time given by gsrtc for pick up.

                Looking forward for necessary reply and action.

                  I am shafi madni traveled last night from naroda to himatnager by bus no. Gj 18 z 0796 "surat ahmedavad khedbrahma" rout bus. Between majra and prantij bus driver stoped the bus at punjab hotel and halt there about 20 minutes only to take free dinner both driver and conducter wested our time at late night when i asked conductor for this halt he said me it is scheduled halt i asked him to give me complaint book he denied and said i haven't and did misbehave
                  So i request you for the appropriate legel actions on both the employees and let me know about your actions

                    I have been booking for ahmedabad to porbandar on 21st may with PNR no.G12393631, suddenly bus was cancelled.I was travel with my family & suffered travel in seating bus.I was talked with this route conductor, he informed me that he had already inform about breakdown to gandhinagar depot manager in morning, So if you passed the message in morning than we will arrange some other option, i was also try to talk with porbandar depot manager but he wasn't received my call, i am requesting you for big punishment for responsible person so he will never make mistake & if possible please inform me.I have been booked a complain in complain register at porbandar depot on 22nd may.What about my balance refund ?how can I get it?

                      Am kunal murali warier. Presently travelling from rajkot to ahmedabad volvo. Bus timing was 6pm from rajkot which they made 10 mins late. This bus was supposed to touch ahmedabad at 9.30pm. It's now 10.15pm and just crossed bawla. Is this the way things going on? We value out time. Ac also not working. Main glass of th bus broken. No helper for the bus driver. Bus got damaged somewhere and one passenger helped the driver to resolve it. We are paying u full amount as per your instructions. Then y is this cheating with public?

                      i travel in rajkot to una on 1st may 2015 at 8:30 from rajkot. driver stop for halt at near vanthli in private hotel insted of the st stend. and the all the food items prise is to high and some of the packed food is outdated.

                          I experienced all the time that Ahmedabad-Morbi bus of 6:00am starts late.
                          I do reservation in that bus for morbi and always have to wait for 1hr at Nehrunagar ST stand. So many people suffering due to this. Please do the needful on this to regularise this bus.

                          GSRTC doing well now a days. But this is my request to get resolve the said issue.

                            I please to inform that ketch - depo bus running bhuj-- porbandar and back porbandar- bhuj in night trip started from porbandar 19.00 hrs. and reach at BILESHWAR @19.45 hrs during that time BILESHWAR temple ARTI -TIME Bileshwar is aold temple so during above time bus inter in bileshwar valage but not stopping 5.0minits if bus stopping 5.0 minits passenger can take advantage of lord shiva( bilnath ) darsan.                               I had tried to book a ticket on gsrtc on 10th may, 2016, but transaction was failed. So ticket was not booked but still Rs.109 was deducted from my bank account. So I want refund for the same. The ticket was from the Ranip bus stand to Baroda. And then I went to Bus stand also to inquire about the refund procedure but they told nothing is going to happen from here you have to do it online only. I had already mailed to GSRTC but still they did not replied to me till the date.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I am working in ahmedabad. I regularly go in morning from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad in Lal-Darwaja bus which is starting from Sec-28 to Lal-Darwaja via Sector. There are two buses for there. One at 9.10 a.m. and the second is on 9.35 a.m. But today (6/5/2016) not a single bus from these two buses have come and though I have a bus pass I have to go in private vehicle and spend extra money. There are also many other passengers who were waiting for the bus and getting late for reaching on their job.

                                Sir, please get an inquiry that why those buses had not come and arrange other options if bus is not coming.

                                  Many gsrtc buses runs without conductor gj 18 y 5994 - ahmedabad to patan @ 17:00 .
                                  This bus runs daily between this route without conductor & passengers face lot of trouble as the bus driver have to play both the roles of drive & conductor. The express bus runs so late that even the local bus overtakes it while the bus is charging the same fair as that of express i.E. Double that of local bus.
                                  I am really fed up of this kind of services from gsrtc . And this is not first time happening there are so many buses in which no conductor is available. It is so dangerous as the driver concentrates on two things, imagine the safety of passengers.

                                  Is this kind of safety we are expecting from government???

                                  Kindly let me know where exactly do i need to raise this issue.???

                                  Because i still have not received the answer to my previous complain.

                                  I have booked online ticket from surendranagar to Jamnagar and bus route is nathdwara to Dwarka. Website timing us 1:.55 and SNR depot timing is 18:50. Pls correct timing.

                                    Hello Sir,
                                    I have booked surat to ahmedabad (Iskon) yesterday night for my mother (Hansa Jani), She 64 years old lady, Bus actual timing is 3 PM.She is waiting there from past 2 hrs.

                                    Many times she inquired to Surat Control room (Name :Naresh) and many times I clled inqury room abour bus on phone number :[protected] given in your site

                                    They are not at all listening or telling anything and my mom is having serious health issue.

                                    They are supposed to help us but control room inquiry people not responding positively and not giving any information.

                                    I want you to take some necessary steps on this time of government employee who are creating bad impression of Gujarat Transport service.

                                    They are supposed to help us not to make our life hell.
