I didn't receive refund for cancelled bus from JAMNAGAR to MODASA PNR(G[protected] journey date was 07-DEC-2015; 13:30. Actually bus was breakdown and My parent waited for 5 hrs (upto17:00 PM). I talked to customer care officer and she agreed for refund 100% booking amount. But still not received any amount .

Dear Sir, I'm standing at dahegam naheru cross road since 1 hour (2:20) waiting for bus towards Ahmedabad. After waiting a long suddenly I found one bus was going towards Ahmedabad at 3:26 pm. I raised hand to stop the bus. Instead of stopping the bus the driver didn't slowdown speed of it. Bus number is 6062. I am sorry I didn't recognise other detail of bus number as number plate was not cleared. Thanks & Regards Joyal Parmar

I use to updown from Ankhol (Kadi) to Ashram Road (Ahmedabad) on daily basis. As I am working in Ahmedabad for almost last 2 years. Now, my concern is what sometime in fact many a times it has happened with me that driver does not stop the bus at bus my destination bus stop. Driver stops bus around 200 meters away from my bus stop i.e. Ankhol bus stop. Recently, on dated[protected] again driver repeated same thing. The incidence was, I caught bus at 5:30 pm from Income-Tax bus stop Ahmedabad to Ankhol (Kadi). At 07:00 pm bus reached to Ankhol Kadi and I remaindered to conductor to stop the bus so conductor gave signal to driver so that driver can stop the bus. But driver ignored the same and kept driving on again I requested personally driver to stop the bus, but driver shouted on me by saying this is long route vehicle so can not be stop for local passengers. And stopped bus again 200 meters far away from my bus stop. Moreover drivers said do not travel in this bus in future and went. With lot of disappointment I tried to contact to Kadi Bus Depo for complaint but no one paid any heed to my concern and ignored by saying it’s not Kadi depo bus so I need to contact to Becharaji bus depo. Then I tried to contact Becharaji bus depo no one picked by call. I Mr. sajid patel of Derol village Ta& Dist Bharuch has a complain of above mentioned subject.Being a passenger and you being an orgainizer we likes to inform that the bus of borsad dpt was arriving to bharuch dpt at 11:15 and was departuring at 12:15 before one month but now they changed that time of departuring at11:15 it means an hour before so make it at its original timings from bharuch dpt to tell depot manager of bharuch dpt to make new clue setting at 12:15 noon for new bus till jambusar if not borsad so kindly interfere in this matter deeply.

Namaskar sir, I mrs.yasminben sajid patel of Derol village Ta&Dist-Bharuch has a complain of speed control for Vagra Ahmedabad express bus from bharuch dpt and all other buses.They have a speed of 55kms till Ahmedabad as being an express its speed must be75kms as you take high fare from passenger you have to look after the service.it is a boring type service people are in need of reaching their destiny on time .Every time the manager Mr Shindhi& Mr.Chatriwala of Bharuch dpt& Jambusar dpt are harassing people and not giving proper service they donot think about our children how they bear a long way to go so kindly take step on them and do needful for us by increasing the speed of express routes

Sir. Today dated 09/12/15 i have travelled from Mundra to Junagadh and me and my family waiting for when bus will be stop for lunch because we have travelled at 5:30am morning but from mundra to virpur bus have not stop after i talked with conductor and i listened his answer and i am socked because he said bus not stop. so i request to start bus stop betwen 12 to 2pm at good hotels or gsrtc canteen. I had got inquiry from surat bus stand and told at booking office give me a ticket for 6:15pm volo ticket i asked him what time bus will come he told it will reach near 6:15 and will leave at 6:30 i so ok. And now when the bus arrived he said me this ticket is of 5:15 bus. When your employe dosent know 24hrs trimming please keep it in 12hrs only i have to pay another full ticket of 490rs. What to do now let me know please.

Respected authorities, I m daily up down from Ahmedabad ti baroda. Some time m seating from ctm and sometimes seat from gitamandir ahm. Conductor don't have any type of respect to customers how to talk with him. Today m seat from gitamandir to baroda. Bus number is gj 18 z 0457 he is using third class language, I give 500rs for ticket and he says give me 6 rs change. All time I carry change but if sometime we don't have change so he has to pay change but he give to three person to change your rupees internal. How is possible. When I m seat from ctm to baroda conductor give us 9 6 rs ticket, actually fare id 93. When I comments on same he says machine is not update for the same. Please register my complaint against same. And also I wrote complaint later to higher authorities and government sector. I need solutions for that type of misbehaviour and for change Today I wants to complain against conductor who is handling that bus from sidhpur to baroda ( GJ 18 Z 0457). Today also that details forward to different news papers.

GSRTC has recently started newly bus depot in Ahmedabad and today i hv taken journey from bus n face the issue as toilet (Cleaners staff) incorrectly charged the urinal charge as Rs.2/per person for toilet.. however as per notice board the urinal charge is free.. Hence request you to either update the notice board or stop the incorrect charge. Awaiting for the updation fir the same. Regards, GSRTC Passenger

Dear sir/mem I have booked ticket for Kutiyana to Dahod on 13th Nevember 2015 for the date of 15th nevember Probandar Gangardi root but when i booked it first time payment was cut from my credit card ac and ticket was not booked so i booked it second time in same bus, time, and same seat no and was also booked and sencond time also payment was cut for same seat and same bus but first payment was still not returned in my ac so pleade suggest me wht should i have to do for this... I have book my ticket from my window mobile application on date 13/11/2015 at 09:45am from Vijapadi to Jamnagar but my money was deduction from bank and transition no.[protected] and amount 354.00 Rupees so What is procedure to refund my money? Please give some feed back

I booked the ticket on-line from ahmedabad to mahuva pnr no g[protected] class express route 0001 bank txn[protected] journey date 11/11/2015 at 20.45 . All tickets was confirmd but on bapunagar bus stop i was waiting with my families still 10pm bus was coming and i got to know that the was cancelled .I shocked to know i booked the ticket for my sister and his two child and jijaji .Now i have no option to comolaint . They have to go with privte vihical.I want to know that why should you not inform us for cancellaton.I want my money back as early as possible and i will never booked any ticket frome gsrtc. We have booked four E-ticket on 13.11.2015 for journey Ahmedabad to Baroda AC Volvo with journey dated 15.11.15 dep time 07:45 AM and PNR No.G10866757.
The fare was for Rs.800.00.
Due to our sudden health problem we cannot travel. We are requesting here pl. approve our refund for above mentioned PNR because of not travel.
We hope we will get credit of refund in our account after deducting relevant charges.
