I have booked my journey from Jamjodhpur to Baroda in sleeping on date 24/10/15
My journey date is 25/10/2015 at Jamjodhpur ST STOP on 8:30 PM
When i reached there i was informed that sleeping bus not going to Baroda
And so i have to pay for new sitting ex press service
I requested to GSRTC to give me my sleeping booked ticket worth 274 rs

Date : 25/10/2015, time 2:35, bus no GJ 18 Z0474 Departure of above mention bus from botad is 2:45, but driver had not followed time that is mention on internet as i have booked, Bus is departed early from its time, time is 2:35, what is it? If they don't wanna follow time than why u give time on internet? ??

GSRTC — E-ticket refund Dear Sir/Madam, My complaint is that I booked one E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 18/010/2015. Starting point is : Mandvi (Bhuj) to Baroda. My journey is from Koday road to Ahmedabad central bus stand in sleeper bus service. My journey time is 19:26hrs from Koday road. My PNR No is :G10621508. My name is paresh premjibhai parsiya. So my complaint is my journey is only bhachau bus stand and after bus cancelled by government order. So please refund my e-ticket payment. Thanks, Paresh Premjibhai Parsiya.

I am Hitesh Limbani, who have booked bus ticket for travelling from Ankleshwar to Khedbrahma. 2 passengers for travelling on 14.10.15. Booking done online through GSRTC online booking site. Trip code is 2045BLMAMJSLP30 (Bilimora- Ambaji) I have initiated online transaction for booking. After payment booking status appeared as success but ticket was not generated online and history section of the booking page was blank. I have done one more transaction and same thing happened. Total 466+466 is deducted but ticket not got generated. Then I have approached to ticket window at Ankleshwar GIDC bustand, there they responded saying that such kind of bus is not available what I have tried to book online. My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/09/2015 from ahmedabad to vadodara.total fare 221 but what happen that monry was deduct from my account but ticket was not confirm and i didn't receive any mail or sms from gsrtc, so kindly i request you to refund my money.

We are living in ahmedabad anandnagar, satellite. We are every day go to bavla by bus on bapunagar gadhda from gadhda depot. We are also go to gadhda at every 30 days of poonam. The bus has a anandnagar bus stop. But the bus driver never stop to anandnagar, ahmedabad bus stop. we are suffering for that inconvenience. Please give us some reply.

I have booked a bus ticket from ahmedabad to vadodara for 24th Sep 6:20 am.221 Rs deducted from bank account but ticket is not booked.Worst and first time experience with GSRTC site.pls provide my refund back as soon as possible via Axis bank.

Hence I didn't receive the m-ticket on my mobile. Hence I didn't have the m-ticket. The driver halted the bus for more than 10 minutes till the resolution of the issue. Hence I had to bought the another ticket. Kindly consider my case on good will gesture basis. Dear sir, as above complain is to make you remind that from jambusar depot after 3 o" clock there is only one bus running for local passenger and students and its number is GJ 18 Y 4710 which is always fully crowded by the student of dayadra higher secondary school students have to climb of on the floor of the bus b y its ladder up on the bus and the other bus at this time is a non stop bus its numbers are changing so this non stop bus is not useful for passengers and students no matter if you run a non stop but do try to established some other buses in between 3:30 from jambusar to bharuch as a local and if not then make the non stop bus local with a specific conductor you can even take information from D.C bharuch and managers of bharuch and jambusar depot do reply our complaint as early as possible with proper investigation thanking you

I have booked e ticket for surat to amadavad for 28/08/2015. but due to anamat andolan S.T buses were attacked & there was annousement that all S.T Buses trip were cancelled .So I wanted to cancell my ticket but when I tried to cancell ticket site was not working when site was started to work but ticket cancellation was not working due to its sever problem...I want refund of my tickets here I atttached my e ticket

I have booked ticket for Baroda Central Station to Ahmedabad Nehrunagar in Volvo of 4.15 PM for 18th August, 2015, Seat No. 5 & 6 and paid through Axis bank Debit Card. I have received messsage from bank that Rs. 442/- has been paid to GSRTC. However, I have not received any message and E-ticket regarding confirmation for the same. I need my money refund.
