To whom so ever it may concern, This is to bring to your notice that the buses to polytechnic from gandhinagar in the morning from 6:30-7:30 are very irregular which leads in delay for college going students which affects the studies. The authorities at the gandhinagar bus station themselves have no clue about the timings and if asked are making lame excuses to conceal the matter. I hereby request you to do the needful so that we dont have to miss our college lectures.

    Yesterday I travel in bus root jamnagar to div. Ticket no.006277 Dt.07.07.2015, time. 15:35:51. For jamnagar to khambhalia. I have to emergency drop at kanchanpur. But conducted not drop me at kanchanpur. So have loss for financial and mentally disturb. So I request to take legal action on the conductor.

System has been deduct Rs318 from my Bank of India A/C. but no one confirmation message or mail recieved from GSRCT. Also that seat was shaw in available status after reserved instead of booked..         Dear sir, I am himanshu amrutiya studing in baroda. I want to complain about gsrtc baroda to ahmedabad intercity bus ticket collector for his rude behivour.on date 5-july-2015 at 6.00am we all passangers are standing in queue for ticket. He has refused me for ticket because i dont have 500 rupees exchange and said that you have to bring change otherwise i will not allow ticket to you. He bhivour is very rude and he also speak bad words about my family. He is a goverment officer he sholud not be talk like this thirdclass language. Please help me and reply me as soon as possible.

          respested sir, i am mr. sunil laxman vala from kalawad dis- jamngar i kindly inform you before last few date may have face very criticle problem for irregular bus time shedule. speciely wronge timetable / shedule for s.t but deparcher time in evening . afeter 5 pm to p pm nos of 4 buses are deparch from rajkot depo within 15 minutes time racio following buses are ( 1. vajir khakhariya, 2. dhrol 3. amarapar & 4. pata meghapar ) following buses are deparch one by one time distance betwwen 15 minute . i kindly inform you above 4 buses rout are very crowdy but this bus departch time is very wornge and unsutaible to passangers and reguler up-down peoples. and afet 6.00 pm to 7.00pm are arrange only one bus from rajkot - varudi mata local bus by rajkot depo. above 4 buses are going every day empty and this buses night hold his place. this stretergy are very bad and this is unprofitable issue for gsrtc dept and many time varudi mata bus any issue are delay on cancelled then passanger are face very criticle problem and next bus are come after 1.30houres i kindly request to you notify this complaint and change the time table any one bus after 6.00pm because students and daily office staff and industrial staff deparcher time is 6.00p, m and if you arrance bus for this staff its very sutaible to each other i hope you give a proper response for this complaint and if you non give a response then i forword to higher dept

              I've used GSRTC online booking service for ticket booking from Gandhinagar- Pathik Ashram to Baroda- Makarpura. When I enter the Source and Destination and try to search, the page redirects to itself instead of showing list of available buses. If no buses are available then it should show "No bus available".

                  I've used GSRTC online booking service for ticket booking from jamnagar to surat but transaction failed and ticket is not generated and Rs. 702 is deducted from my account. I've phoned to GSRTC customer care, they told me within 21 days your money refund in your account but now one month is completed from transaction deducted amount is not deposited in my account. Ref. No. of GSRTC- GS1834396

                      I Mr. Sanjay G Parmar have booked the ticket online on saturday evening from Ahmedabad centrul Bus Stand TO Naliya. Amount get deducted form account but your system has refuse to issue Online ticket. And also no booked was showing on your system. Next day when I physically meet to central bus depo online ticket counter they told that seat no.13-14 sleeper is still pending and not booking has done and told me that your amt will be refunded in 24 hrs but still not received.. i have again reserved it by cash.But what about the money which was was deducted from my account. I m Providing u some detail for this concern.                           respected sir, we have GSRTC facility from our village Movasa to Amalsad, Bilimore, Dist:- Navsari in moring time 7.25 am, many people like working persion, school children travel through this bus, but that bus conductore name Nareshbhai L. Patel is missbevae with schoolchildren, he told children that told ur father to by bus for there own, also from Movasa to amalsad bus feer is 8 rupees and condetor never return 2 rupees change, we request you to take action immedatly, hopping posative action thank you, all people from Movasa, Massa, Bhagad

                            Respected Manager Sir, My Name is Ghanshyam Patel. I live in Gandhinagar and do travel from Gadhinagar-Sarkhej-Gandhinagar by Government bus (GSRTC).Your service is very good and bus frequency was very high as this route is always found with heavy traffic.There were 5 buses in between 7:00 am to 8:00 am . It would be very comfortable for all passengers who does travel for office and other purpose. We found that Gandhinagar depot do not provide bus in between 7:00 am to 8:00 am for last Three days.All passengers are suffering for travelling and personal (Local) vehicle owners are getting more benefit. Most of people have a pass, which are useless in this condition.Please look in to this matter and arrange bus on time for easy transportation.People are suffering but no one has time for complaint regarding this matter.It will be very serious issue, if people will oppose about your service. I hope you will take care about this matter and take an action on urgent base.I would really appreciate to you, if you would take it seriously and arrange same time bus schedule which was earlier.                               Ambaji to somnath rout no 000053 Trip id 2330-smt-abd-011 Dear sir/madam. Today I was in rajot busstation at 1:am waiting for bus to reached at gondal. At that time one of your bus is coming named Ambaji to Somnath. As a normal human being I suppose to ask a driver about stop at gondal. He replies me that I can dropped you at highway not in a city. Then I ask the same questions to cundector he replied ma litlbit different. I can dropped you at gondal bypass highway but you must purchase a ticket ffor jetpur. When I purchased that ticket rajkot to jetpur no is 006087 then I asked for a stop list whic is facilitate in that instrument whic provided by GSRTC to his cunducters. First of all he is not giving me eany response then I started asking such questions then he ready to give me that stop list. In that list clearly mentioned virpur highway stop whic is convenience for me and my financial position. But he gave me forcefully jetpur ticket. After all that drama I am asking his name his name is N K LOHANI EMPLOYEE NO 2114 I not sure that he is given me a true details. After lots of debt he gave me a thretn to drop down in a half a way. I was scared becouse I want to reached gondal in urgency. So please this is my urge to you take some aggressive actions in that cunducter.

                                  Hi Sir, I (Pratiksha Bhoya) had reserved a seat from waghai to Rajkot(PNR No.G9775632) in Nashik to Gondal Bus which was supposed to arrive at 6:05 pm at WAghai but it's 10:05 pm and the bus hasn't arrived yet and nither did they informed me about this delay. So I want to complain am claiming for a refun.

                                    Hello sir I am use pay 18 days and travel 30 days service. Today i seat from subhasbridge in bus of Ahmedabad-Diyodar which diyodar Depo bus. And conductor told me that not any of pass is valid for this bus. in bus there is passanger in bus so that i am not seat and go to other bus and call in ahmedabad depo that person told me service pass is valid for bus. After that i am go to kalol and then contucter also talk with ahmedavad depo. But he is not accept he is wrong and told me i have 100 acres land if i am not afraid from suspend. and after i talk with diyodar depo manager and he told me complain online. Bus no - GJ[protected] Contuctor Name - R.A. Pancholi. Time of Bus - 5 to 5.30 Evening at subhasbridge. Thanks

                                      I booked surat-bagasara sleeper bus dt.5/6/15 time 8:30.m. Without information they provided ordinary Gurjari Bus no.is GJ 18 Y 6728 It is very poor service from GSRTC. GSRTC CAN NOT ARRANGE A SINGLE SLEEPER BUS WITH ANOTHER SLEEPER BUS???
