        Dear Sir, My complaint is that I booked 5 tickets from GSRTC website. My date of journey was on 15/05/2015. Starting point is : Surat. My journey is from Surat to Ahmedabad Sabarmati in sleeper express bus service. My journey time is 10:15 PM from Surat. My PNR No is :G9539113. But due to some technical problem the sleeper bus is cancelled. we have to go ahmedabad in normal express bus & will have to buy new tickets.I have spend Rs.1212 for sleeper bus tickets through your website. so my request to refund that money in my sbi a/c from which i have done my transaction.

          My self Praveen Bisen and i am worked at statue o[censored]nity as a consultant. Today i was experienced very poor service from GSRTC valvo regdaring air conditioning system is not working during whole travel from baroda (vadodara) to ahmedabad. When i was complaint to valvo staff and he is reply very rude. I am very fade up with the GSRTC arrangement. Please prefer private valvo bus services it is better than GSRTC. Valvo bus. Baroda to ahmedabad. Time - 1:30pm

            This is to inform you that i had booked 2 bus tickets in SLEEPING Coach from Padra to Junagadh vide Seat No. 13, 14 and Ticket No. PDR528077 (Dtd. 13/05/2015) and Junagadh to Padra (Dtd. 22/05/2015) for my wife and 2 daughters. On arrival of Bus Depot on 13/05/2015 at 9 : 00 p.m., I surprise that depot manager has cancelled the sleeping coach bus due to some repairing work in sleeping coach bus and send seating coach bus. I understand the problem of repairing, but if they book the online booking of reservation then they have to continue with some other provision of sleeping coach bus. I feel that i have made major mistake sending my wife in GSRTC bus. You know my younger daughter is 1 yr. old and she is not able to travel whole night with seating arrangement. My wife also became very frustrated and decided never travel in FALTU GSRTC BUS. I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE REFUND ME FOR WHOLE AMOUNT OF RS. 1014/-.

                Myself Dr utkarsh shah from nadiad. Today on 13th of May in morning at 7am there is a bus from nadiad to Vadodara ( originally it is kapadwanj- bardoli). There is a bus stop at vaniya vad, nadiad. The driver saw that there are few passengers at bus stop and we sign to stop bus, but he didn't stop. We were planning to reach Baroda by same bus. Who is responsible for our wastage of time. Do step against these mischievous driver.

                      sir, i have serious complaint again conducter of navsari to vadnager bus no GJ18Y5995 which departed from navsari on 11/05/2015 at 6 p.m.the poins of my compaint are as followes... (1) The conductor allowed to sit some unreserved passenger before putting the bus on stand.(2) When i tried to enter the bus he misbehavied with me and forced me to get down by speaking insulting and offending words with lady passenger .(3) He said that navsari to surat passenger are not allowed in my bus.(4) He behaved as if he is not a public servant but rude owner of the bus.(5) Due to his rude behaviour i was compelled to avoid travelling in tha same bus.so, strict action may be taken for rude behaved with passenger and not allowed me to traveled from navsari to surat though may seats were vacant.

                          To Manager, Date 9-5-2015 i m requesting for time shedule for s.t. bus but one of the staff Mr. M.C. vora said new time table is not available at that time i m write complaint of time shedule and the same will be signed by Mr. M.C.Vora after sign i m asking for which time you have provide me new time table he said when i m received from central office then again i m write central application with dual copy sign by Mr. M.C.vora then he carring to me and destroyed all my complaint all viramgam staff member is also available request you to pls very strickly action with M.C. vora

                              In the reseved seat for disabledisable/physcally handicapped/ Viklang extra wheel put into the Bus no GJ 18 Y 9478. So we both Shailesh and Rajendra facing problem for seating into Bus. We both are handicapped and our spouse also handicaaped persobs.Route of bus JAMBUSAR ti Ambaji we have travelled from Baroda on12.05pm.                                 Resp. Sir, from last few days dahegam-ukai & ukai-dehgam sitting coach ( dahegam depo) comes instead of regular sleeper coach. Sir, Conductor is not giving refund of reserved sleeper ticket during the journey inspite of we are giving tickets. Sir, pls instruct all conductors for giving refund during the journey. ALSO PLEASE REGULATE 2 NOS. SLEEPER COACH FROM DAHEGAM TO UKAI & UKAI TO DAHEGAM LOOKING TO THE WHOLE NIGHT JOURNEY AT THE EARLIEST PLEASE. WE/PASSENGERS ARE SUFFERING A LOT. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL. ALSO IF RUNNING BUS TOTAL KILOMETERS ARE COMPLETED, THEN PLEASE PUT UP NEW SLEEPER BUS AS REQUIRED AT THE EARLIEST. " SALAAMAT SAWARI S.T. AMAARI" Thanking you in anticipation...                                     Dear sir, This complain is regarding to the lack of buses on Jambusar Baroda root In morning time ( between 6:45 and 7:45). There is a bus at 7:30 am (jambusar - vadodara), but its conductor is irregular, so this bus often leaves jambusar at 7:45 . The original time being 7:30. Sir, this irregularity of BUSES is very annoying. So please do something about it.. sir, i request you to put one bus at around 7:15. So it will be very helpful for all o[censored]s.

                                      Dear sir, I have booked ticket from bhuj to kathlal.Journey date was 2/5/2015. I have booked 2 sleeper sits. But the bus (Mata na madh-Kapadvanj) was breakdown in up trip(Kapadvanj-Mata na madh) at Bhachau. So we have travelled in sitter bus. We have told by driver that we will pick the sleeper bus from Bhachau Depot. But when we reached Bhachau the bus was not repaired.Therefore from bhuj to kathlal we travelled in a sitter bus. This is not first time. This sleeper bus breakdowns thrise in a month. So I request you to take some actions against the responsible person.

But the bus didn't show up till late night and then at midnight there was a strike of S T stuff so I want a refund for the same.
