I am working in Civil Court, Gondal. At today (18 May 2015) I have waiting for Bus and " Sarangpur To Junagadh " is coming at the time of 8.15 AM. This is the only bus that is coming at gondal and also for the Jasdan as well. I have pick up the bus and when collecting by bag at the same time the driver and conductor is not stopping the bus and behave very rudely with me and said " We haven't enough time to stop. " and he moved immediately.
The village Ambardi (Jam), Ta. Vinchhiya, is very disused and lonely place that any personal vehicle also not available for transportation. I have change vehicle 5 times for reaching at Gondal. And also getting late at Court.
So, considering the above fact requesting to you to take necessary and strictly action against concern on urgent basis. The details of Bus, Driver and Conductor and as per given below:

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Booked ticket was cancelled due to lockdown in Ahmedabad got this message from GSRTC but not get refund money yet.
