I am the regular passenger of gsrtc.Travel from kapurai bus stop to dabhoi and back daily.On 31 mar 2015 .I board on bus at 5 P.M no.GJ 18 Y 8027 at dabhoi . I ask the ticket for kapurai bus stop . But conductor Mr. Vishal Singh issued ticket from dabhoi to soma talab and said it of same cost(rs. 19) .
