Due to strike of gsrtc employee, bus not came on 30/04/2015. i didn't cancel the ticket because its not my fault. Still i didn't get any message from gsrtc about the refund. AT lakhtar bus depo, I am never finding any bus depo staff...Are they coming to receive salary only...I had travelled 2-3 times in this month, but whenever going and need any query solution such as bus not coming, etc, but no one is there ...Not a single staff member present. I am surprised. This is ridiculous. Even there is no any complain forum on GSRTC, so that I am posting complain here. Hoping some GSRTC senior officer investigates this matter. And remove ll such nuisance staff who takes only salary and not doing a 1 rupee work.

Dear Sir, I have booked the ticket from Online Reservation counter at CBS, Vadodara vide PNR no. G9322775, Ticket no.BRD143607 from Vadodara to Patan for 2 Adl+ 1Child. The bus class was booked GUJARTNAGARY at 5:15am on 26/04/2015 and fare charged Rs.158/-x2 + Rs. 79x1 = Total Rs. 395 + Rs. 30 (Toll fee) + Rs. 15/- (Resv.charg)= Rs. 440/- total. On date Bus putted for services on date 26/04/15 at 5: 15am was DELUX bus, whose total fare charge is less than the GUJARNAGARY. While enquiry at Booking window, got replay that its by default system is bus booked is Gujarnagary, while the bus run in these route is Deluxe on regular bases. So, approx. Rs. 30/- was excess charged from me. Request to look in to matter & arrange to refund difference of amount of fare. Hopping for favourable replay.

Buses from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar have no fixed routine timings, lack of frequency of buses to such demanded route is really troublesome for daily passengers.moreover there is no shade at the bus stop in such terrific heat passengers have to wait till so long due to lack of frequency of buses in this much heat everyday.it's about bus stop at prahladnagar char rasta which is most crowded stop at any time of day.atleast provide shade for passengers waiting for the bus.

My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 23/04/2015 from Kamrej x to Visnagar in express bus. My PNR no. is G9277889 and trip code is 2100BHTARDNPG47 My total bus fair is Rs. 618/-. My Journey time was 22:00 On my travel date, I reached kamrej x bus station at 21:30 and bus is not stopped at kamrej x So plz. refund my amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. પ્રતિ શ્રી. જેઠવા સાહેબશ્રી, ડિવિઝન કંટ્રોલરશ્રી, રાજકોટ ડીવીઝન રાજકોટ. માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી, જયભારત સહ જણાવવાનું કે અમારી સંસ્થા એશિયાટીક ઈન્સ્ટીટ્યુટ ઓફ સાયન્સ & ટેક્નોલોજી, ગોંડલ-જામવાડી નેશનલ હાઇવે ઉપર જામવાડી ખાતે આવેલી છે. જેમાં 500થી વધુ વિધાર્થીઓ એંજીનીયરીંગમાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે. આ બધા વિધાર્થીઓ ગોંડલ, જેતપુર તથા આજુ બાજુના તાલુકાઓમાંથી વિદ્યાર્થી એસ. ટી. કન્સેશન પાસ દ્રારા અપડાઉન કરે છે. સંસ્થા માટે હાઇવે ઉપર બસ-સ્ટેન્ડ ગુજરાત સરકાર વાહન વ્યવહાર નિગમ દ્રારા બસ-સ્ટેન્ડ મંજૂર કરવામાં આવેલું છે. પરંતુ લોકલ બસ આ સ્ટેન્ડ ઉપર ઉભી રહેતી નથી. જામવાડી ગામનું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ સંસ્થાથી ૧.૫. કી.મી. અંતરે આવેલું હોવાથી વિધાર્થીઓને ભર ઉનાળામાં ૧.૫. કી.મી. ચાલીને બસ સ્ટેન્ડ જવું પડે છે. તથા આ જામવાડી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ અમુક જ લોકલ બસ ઊભી રાખવામાં આવે છે. બાકીની મોટા ભાગની બસ ઉભી રહેતી નથી તો આપશ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે આપણાં રાજકોટ ડિવીઝનમાં આવેલા તમામ સબ ડિવીઝનમાં અધિકૃત અધિકારીશ્રીઓને તથા બસ ડ્રાઇવર તથા કંડક્ટર ને સૂચના આપવામાં આવે. જેનાથી વિધાર્થીઓને થતી અગવડતા દૂર થાય. સહકાર સહ અપેક્ષા સાથે આભાર. આપનો વિશ્વાસુ.

Hi good morning. i request to solve the issue. i have very bad experience regarding ticket given at ahmedabad barod intercity bus stand at ahmedabad, gita mandir. They give ticket number in continuos way(badhi jode ape che), so i have with my family one child (age 5 year), my wife and me. I instructed at counter office to give me 3 seat, and ask him to give all seats along(3 seat vadi apjo, mare ek nano chokro 6) . but when i received a ticket and go in to bus i am found that 2 seat are along with and one seat on backward side. i am shocked ... now what i do... i am very much angry, ... the same bus ticket at baroda bus station. they always give me ticket number along( 3 seat vadi jode ape 6) ... so i dont know what happen to ahmedabad station bus depo. they are so lazy people that dont even care about passengers convience. ( jo baroda ma jode number api sakato hoy to ae j system ahmedabad ma 6 amne pan jode number apvo joie, mane am khabr nathi padti ke amne su vandho 6 apvama.. thodu kam vadhu karvu pade atluj ne baki ae badha adasu na pir 6, amna upar pressure lavo, kam barobar karva mate) please take this issue seriously other wise i go further and forward ur complain to chiefminister...

I booked 3 tickets of sleeper coach from ahmedabad to deesa on 28th april 2015.but instead of sleeper coach there was ordinry bus..so i had to travel in ordinary bus for which i have to purchased three more tickets from conductor..so what should i do for refund of online booked tickets..my PNR No.was G9344255.and seat no.was 5, 6&7..departure time was 01:45 hrs.

Dear Sir, I have booked ticket for travelling on 20/04/15 from Jamnagar to Ahmedabad in sleeper class but instead of sleeper class the bus came was Express. The conductor of the bus Mr. Irfan Chauhan C.B.No.1000 - Chandola depot - Ahmedabad informed us to buy a new ticket and the online ticket will be refunded. So i bought a new ticket no. Respected Sir, We are passengers doing up down from borsad to nadiad regular and used mahemdavad - valvod bus in evening for coming back to job. This bus is from Borsad depo with number 962, and the condition of this bus is very poor, not proper headlight, not proper horn and even door is also not shutting down properly. We have faced difficulties in the bus many times like we are almost near to accident due to big digs in borsad - anand road. Driver is not able to see the clear road and we have to be afraid everyday. We have called borsad depo manager for this but he is not going to take any action regarding this, so please look at this otherwise the day will come when this bus might meet with accident and we have to suffer lot. To, respected sir, I am regular bus passenger from Bardoli to Navsari.we requesting you to take a note about that their is no bus available from Navsari to Bardoli till 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM. So, I kindly request you that please make a Bus 6.00 PM from Navsari to Bardoli intentionally and take quick action on this complaint. I am not the only one who has this kind of complaint but many people are tired of this kind of inconvenience So I am requesting you to take action and start providing... But as per inquiry counter of naroda gsrtc stand bus is not coming there, inquiry person guide us bus is going from naroda brts stand so as per guidance we reach at naroda patia on 6:35 and wait there till 9 o'clock but bus is not come. two times call at ahmedabad inquiry number once informed that bus is on the way to naroda but bus not come. also at naroda patia platform no 5 is not available which is clearly mention in ticket bus will come at naroda gsrtc stand at platform no 5 .
