    પ્રતિ શ્રી. જેઠવા સાહેબશ્રી, ડિવિઝન કંટ્રોલરશ્રી, રાજકોટ ડીવીઝન રાજકોટ. માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી, જયભારત સહ જણાવવાનું કે અમારી સંસ્થા એશિયાટીક ઈન્સ્ટીટ્યુટ ઓફ સાયન્સ & ટેક્નોલોજી, ગોંડલ-જામવાડી નેશનલ હાઇવે ઉપર જામવાડી ખાતે આવેલી છે. જેમાં 500થી વધુ વિધાર્થીઓ એંજીનીયરીંગમાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે. આ બધા વિધાર્થીઓ ગોંડલ, જેતપુર તથા આજુ બાજુના તાલુકાઓમાંથી વિદ્યાર્થી એસ. ટી. કન્સેશન પાસ દ્રારા અપડાઉન કરે છે. સંસ્થા માટે હાઇવે ઉપર બસ-સ્ટેન્ડ ગુજરાત સરકાર વાહન વ્યવહાર નિગમ દ્રારા બસ-સ્ટેન્ડ મંજૂર કરવામાં આવેલું છે. પરંતુ લોકલ બસ આ સ્ટેન્ડ ઉપર ઉભી રહેતી નથી. જામવાડી ગામનું બસ સ્ટેન્ડ સંસ્થાથી ૧.૫. કી.મી. અંતરે આવેલું હોવાથી વિધાર્થીઓને ભર ઉનાળામાં ૧.૫. કી.મી. ચાલીને બસ સ્ટેન્ડ જવું પડે છે. તથા આ જામવાડી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ અમુક જ લોકલ બસ ઊભી રાખવામાં આવે છે. બાકીની મોટા ભાગની બસ ઉભી રહેતી નથી તો આપશ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે આપણાં રાજકોટ ડિવીઝનમાં આવેલા તમામ સબ ડિવીઝનમાં અધિકૃત અધિકારીશ્રીઓને તથા બસ ડ્રાઇવર તથા કંડક્ટર ને સૂચના આપવામાં આવે. જેનાથી વિધાર્થીઓને થતી અગવડતા દૂર થાય. સહકાર સહ અપેક્ષા સાથે આભાર. આપનો વિશ્વાસુ.

                Hi good morning. i request to solve the issue. i have very bad experience regarding ticket given at ahmedabad barod intercity bus stand at ahmedabad, gita mandir. They give ticket number in continuos way(badhi jode ape che), so i have with my family one child (age 5 year), my wife and me. I instructed at counter office to give me 3 seat, and ask him to give all seats along(3 seat vadi apjo, mare ek nano chokro 6) . but when i received a ticket and go in to bus i am found that 2 seat are along with and one seat on backward side. i am shocked ... now what i do... i am very much angry, ... the same bus ticket at baroda bus station. they always give me ticket number along( 3 seat vadi jode ape 6) ... so i dont know what happen to ahmedabad station bus depo. they are so lazy people that dont even care about passengers convience. ( jo baroda ma jode number api sakato hoy to ae j system ahmedabad ma 6 amne pan jode number apvo joie, mane am khabr nathi padti ke amne su vandho 6 apvama.. thodu kam vadhu karvu pade atluj ne baki ae badha adasu na pir 6, amna upar pressure lavo, kam barobar karva mate) please take this issue seriously other wise i go further and forward ur complain to chiefminister...

                  I booked 3 tickets of sleeper coach from ahmedabad to deesa on 28th april 2015.but instead of sleeper coach there was ordinry bus..so i had to travel in ordinary bus for which i have to purchased three more tickets from conductor..so what should i do for refund of online booked tickets..my PNR No.was G9344255.and seat no.was 5, 6&7..departure time was 01:45 hrs.

                    Dear Sir, I have booked ticket for travelling on 20/04/15 from Jamnagar to Ahmedabad in sleeper class but instead of sleeper class the bus came was Express. The conductor of the bus Mr. Irfan Chauhan C.B.No.1000 - Chandola depot - Ahmedabad informed us to buy a new ticket and the online ticket will be refunded. So i bought a new ticket no.                       Respected Sir, We are passengers doing up down from borsad to nadiad regular and used mahemdavad - valvod bus in evening for coming back to job. This bus is from Borsad depo with number 962, and the condition of this bus is very poor, not proper headlight, not proper horn and even door is also not shutting down properly. We have faced difficulties in the bus many times like we are almost near to accident due to big digs in borsad - anand road. Driver is not able to see the clear road and we have to be afraid everyday. We have called borsad depo manager for this but he is not going to take any action regarding this, so please look at this otherwise the day will come when this bus might meet with accident and we have to suffer lot. Thanks in advance.

                        To, respected sir, I am regular bus passenger from Bardoli to Navsari.we requesting you to take a note about that their is no bus available from Navsari to Bardoli till 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM. So, I kindly request you that please make a Bus 6.00 PM from Navsari to Bardoli intentionally and take quick action on this complaint. I am not the only one who has this kind of complaint but many people are tired of this kind of inconvenience So I am requesting you to take action and start providing...                             1. It is very difficult even from starting point to make out at what time bus is going to depart. for eg. 9 AM or 9:15 AM. 2. Wifi system is very poor. 3. Even in summer, water bottle which was previously provided is not being provided these days 4. Yesterday, I was traveling via 9:15 AM bus from Baroda bus stand to Ahmed bad. When I enquired at booking office no body replied, when i asked for complaint book, he said that is not available. Then I contacted your PRO Mr. Patel on mobile number [protected], he replied that his duty doesnt cover this and there are three responsible senior officers who look after this. 5. I am a frequent traveller via Volvo buses, Is it the same ST Buses which Narendra Modi had dreamed of ?

                              રીર્ઝવેશન ટીકીટ નં. ADPR992296 PNR NO.:G9310366 બસ રુટ નલિયા-અમદાવાદ તા.રપ/૦૪/ર૦૧પ ના નિર્ધારીત સમયે આદિપુર ખાતે ૧૩-૩૦ કલાક કરતાં એક કલાક મોડી એટલે કે ૧૪-૩૦ કલાકે આવતા ૬-મહિલા તથા ૧-પુરુષ પેસેન્‍જર એમ કુલ્‍લે-૭ પેસેન્‍જર અમદાવાદ નિર્ધારીત સમય માં ન પહોંચી શકવા ના કારણે પ્રવાસ રદ કરેલ અને એસ.ટી.બસ માં મુશાફરી ન કરેલ અને અમદાવાદ થી મુંબઇ જવા માટે રર-૦૦ કલાકે ઉપડતી ગુજરાત મેલ માં ટીકીટ બુક હોઇ અને અનિવાર્ય સોંજોગોના કારણે પ્રઇવેટ વાહન કરી જવા ની ફરજ પડેલ, જેથી બસ ની મુસાફરી ન કરી હોવા ના કારણે રીર્ઝવેશન ટીકીટ રદ કરી તેના નાણાં પરત કરશો. વધુમાં આદિપુર તેમજ અંજાર એસ.ટી. સ્‍ટેશનમાં આ બાબત ની ફરીયાદ નોંધવાનો ઇનકાર કરવામાં આવેલ છે જે બદલ યોગ્‍ય કડક પગલાં લેવા બાબત.

                                My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 25/04/2015 from Surat to khambhat in express bus. My PNR no. is G9295344 and trip code is 1645SRTKBTEXP51 My total bus fair is Rs. 399/-. My Journey time was 16:45 On my travel date, I reached Surat bus station at 16:00 and inquired about my express bus from depo incharge of Surat bus station. But depo incharge of Surat told me that express bus which you have booked was not come for traffic reason and thir after i wait bus next 3 hours but bus was not come. He further told me that you would claim refund of amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. So plz. refund my amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                                   I am as a regular bus passenger from chandkheda to kadi ( at 9AM to 9:30 AM ) requesting you to take a note about local bus drivers who are not stopping bus intentionally and take quick action on this complaint. I'm am not the only one who has this kind of complaint but many people are tired of this kind of inconvenience

                                      Dear sir, Namaskar- I my self mrs yasminben sajidbhai patel of derol tal/dist bharuch wants to complain you about the above subject the cause behind this is improper steps taken by the manager of above mentioned depot mr sindhi and mr chatriwala this people they make harassment and create harrassment to the people travelling day to day in the buses . Topic 1 - irregular timings for the bus of rahad-saladra bus no. Gj-18-Y6637 before its timing was of 6:45 pm from bus depot departure but they have made this bus half and hour late or quarterly late and some time it remains cancelled so get imformation about this and make it according to the usual time because it rares no income of getting late and people reach to their destination by other private vehicles Topic-2 - They have done speed controlling of local buses from jambusar and bharuch in these summer season so try to make increament in the speed of bus no.Gj-18-Y 4710, 6744, 6745, 5338, 4531, 6637 and other buses for this we have complain to the manger of jambusar but in reply he said you can tell to any Dc or Md that do whatever you want to do that manager has done it so kindly transfer him to any other city except bharuch depot or jambusar depot
