There is no bus stop because of the construction of bridge...so buses goes on it..i can't keep the bus timely..so i faces a lots of truble..and some bus drivers can't stop the bus...so plz take some steps for this..your faithfullyy..youger gujarati

    Here are my details of reservation, Trip code:0615ABDZLDEXP51, PNR No:G9155082, Jny date:07/04/2015, Txn pass:jHXaQb5S. this bus was for ahmedabad to zalol and should be departed at 6:15AM but for long time awaiting, inquiry centre told me that this bus was cancelled so now i want refund of my e-ticket.

This is an offense and I request for the refund for the same as its gsrtc fault to depart before time.

        Dear sir, It has been noticed that the buses from Sector-28 to Sarkej is cancelled during morning hours especially the bus starting from sector-28 at 8.30 am is very depend for passenger daily up down from Gandhinagar- Ahmed bad. And all buses from sarkej to Gandhinagar not going to Sector-28, and stop the service up to main bus stop only.Due to this daily up down passengers facing problem to reach Sector-28 and the Auto charges minimum 10/- as sharing.Request to check and do need full for the passengers like me facing daily problem

          I am the regular passenger of gsrtc.Travel from kapurai bus stop to dabhoi and back daily.On 31 mar 2015 .I board on bus at 5 P.M no.GJ 18 Y 8027 at dabhoi . I ask the ticket for kapurai bus stop . But conductor Mr. Vishal Singh issued ticket from dabhoi to soma talab and said it of same cost(rs. 19) . Before reaching kapurai I asked bus conductor to drop me at kapurai bus stop he refused to do so in very rude manner and told it will stop at somatalav only. Although bus driver slow down the bus to stop but he gave signal not to stop so bus driver accelerated the bus and stop the bus far away from the kapurai bus stand although i am 40% handicap due to my leg injury it very difficult for me to walk this distance.Same problem faced by my co-passengers also. do need full so that other passengers/senior passengers should not face the same problem in future.

              respected sir, bavla depo started bus "Bavla-Santarampur" via kalikund, kheda, nadiad, anand from 15th January, 2015.and in very short time from 30th march 2015 it is permanently canceled . many passengers and students are suffered from it. daily bus was full. so in behalf of all passengers and students i request u to restart the bus as early as possible. this bus was started by requesting in loksamvad programme. and this bus should not be canceled. we are requesting you to restart bus.                   Hello sir, I have tried to book the ticket online from ANAND to RAJKOT CENTRAL BUS STAND in Anand-Junagadh express on 28th April, 2015 which was scheduled on 6:15 am and my money has been deducted but I didn't get neither confirmation message nor email. I also confirmed at reservation office of ANAND that the ticket is not booked yet that I tried to book, so I kindly request to refund my amount money

                    I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Kalol in Rapar depot bus (Ahmedabad to Rapar in night (on 21/03/2015 at 22-15). I asked driver cum conductor to stop bus at workshop kalol he replied that there is no stopage at this place and not stoped bus I asked him to give complaint book but he said that there is no complaint book in his bus and not gave me my contact no[protected]

                        નારણ આસલ, ટીવી, જર્નલિસ્ટ અને સામાજિક કાર્યકર્તા વિનંતી સાથે લખી જણાવવાનું કે, થરાદ-વાવથી અમદાવાદ જતી બસ નંબર- GJ18Y 3639 તા- 16/3/2014ના રોજ અંદાજીત સવારે 11:30 કલાકના સુમારે થરાદ બસ ડેપોથી નિક્ળ્યા બાદ થરાદ રેફરેલ ચોકડી પર ઉભી રાખવા હાથ લંબાવવા અને બસને થપથપાવવા છતાં ઉભી રાખી નહોતી. મારે થરાદથી અમદાવાદ ખુબ જલ્દીમાં પહોચવાનું હોવા છતાં આ બસ ઉભી ન રહેતાં મારે મજબુરીથી બીજી બસ માટે એક કલાક વધુ રાહ જોવી પડી હતી. બસ ડ્રાઈવરો લોકલ જીપવાળાઓને લાભ પહોચાડવા માટે આ પ્રકારની હરકત કરતા હોય તેવું ત્યાં ઉભેલા પેસેન્જરો દ્વારા જાણવા પણ મળ્યું હતું. કેટલાક ડેઈલી મુસાફરોએ તે પણ જણાવ્યું હતુકે, આ ડ્રાઈવર ઘણીવાર આમ કરતા હોય છે. વિનંતી કે આ ફરિયાદને ધ્યાને લઈ આ અંગે ઘટતું કરવા અને આ રીતે મુસાફરો માટે બસનો વિનયપૂર્વક ઉપયોગ કરી શાય તેવો સંદેશ કર્મચારીઓમાં મળે તે જરૂરી છે.

                          Today morning at 7 am we have visited public toilet at Balasinor bus stand. Me and my daughter went there for urinal.The caretaker has locked the bathrrooms for urinal and he compulsary force to visit toilet and pay for the same .When we denied to pay for urinal he come up to quarrel with us, standing from his chair and come up to bit us so we have to left that place and had control our natural call.This is the shame incident 1st time with us at public toilet.

                                Hi, This is Rajesh Tahiliani, working for a leading Media company since last 3 years. Several times, during travelling I found I should raise this issue but due to time constraint, I could not. At Ahmedabad - Vadodara - Intercity Booking Counter during morning hours between 7:00 am to 10:00 am I have noticed ticketing staff deny for change even if he has the change. Moreover, ticketing staff's attitude is so arrogant & impolite that a decent education person will definitely feel hurt. Staff name : Mr. Thakkar. * Date of Travel : 05th March 2015 Time : 10:15 am Place : Ahmedbad ST (state transport ) Depot - Ahmedabad Vadodara Intercity terminal ticket window. After a short travel to Vadodara, Same thing and same replies came from Vadodara Intercity Terminal Ticket Window in the evening where Staff was different and he too commented " You people will not able to do anything", "Go and do whatever you want to ". (Staff Name : Mr. Pancholi) I was more shocked as this was height of the government employees' arrogance and in a single day same situation occured two times at different places across Gujarat. I would request you to get me the right contact authorities whom we can put forward this issue.                                   I am travelling from Baroda to Ahmedabad in GSRTC Volvo 8:00am bust seat no.1 thru PNR No.G8873880. Your Bus No. J01DV0348. Seat No.1 & 2 are supposed to be ladies seat, but to my shock and surprise seat no.2 is allotted to a male customer from the ticket window at Baroda bus station. This male customer has bought his ticket himself from the ticket counter. How pathetic is this???? Seriously, your ticket window staff is either blind or in deep sleet that he/she can't see that he was a male customer and how come they issued a ticket to him???? Disgusting this is. And your driver also was not courteous enough to ask this male member to change his seat through out the journey though it was mistakenly allotted.

                                  I have bitter experience at Vadodara Volvo reservation counter. Staff was really impolite and rough enough when I asked the guidance for the schedule and complained delay schedule of Volvo bus.

                                  In past I had experienced worst services from Intercity - Reservation Window, Opp Railway Station due which I shifted from Intercity
                                  to Volvo. But I was astonished to see similar and arrogant behaviour at Volvo Counter too. Basically, I think all of the employees of State Transport consider that as they are Government service.

                                    I am a regular traveler from Sarkej to Gandhinagar gstrc transport bus . We have frequently experienced that male travelers are sitting on the seats reserved for ladies and not allowing a lady traveler to sit . Conductors are also not cooperating and giving answers like "this is Gujarat not Mumbai" In the state, where one lady is a CM and talking about woman empowerment this issue should not be neglected and needs to be taken care of ASAP. Bus timing was at 8 AM today at thaltej stop towards gandhinagar
