But as per inquiry counter of naroda gsrtc stand bus is not coming there, inquiry person guide us bus is going from naroda brts stand so as per guidance we reach at naroda patia on 6:35 and wait there till 9 o'clock but bus is not come. two times call at ahmedabad inquiry number once informed that bus is on the way to naroda but bus not come. also at naroda patia platform no 5 is not available which is clearly mention in ticket bus will come at naroda gsrtc stand at platform no 5 . So here clear cut mistake from your side so i want my money back so kindly refund my money as fast as posible. Regards Siddharth

    1. It is very difficult even from starting point to make out at what time bus is going to depart. for eg. 9 AM or 9:15 AM. 2. Wifi system is very poor. 3. Even in summer, water bottle which was previously provided is not being provided these days 4. Yesterday, I was traveling via 9:15 AM bus from Baroda bus stand to Ahmed bad. When I enquired at booking office no body replied, when i asked for complaint book, he said that is not available. Then I contacted your PRO Mr. Patel on mobile number [protected], he replied that his duty doesnt cover this and there are three responsible senior officers who look after this. 5. I am a frequent traveller via Volvo buses, Is it the same ST Buses which Narendra Modi had dreamed of ?

        My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 25/04/2015 from Surat to khambhat in express bus. My PNR no. is G9295344 and trip code is 1645SRTKBTEXP51 My total bus fair is Rs. 399/-. My Journey time was 16:45 On my travel date, I reached Surat bus station at 16:00 and inquired about my express bus from depo incharge of Surat bus station. But depo incharge of Surat told me that express bus which you have booked was not come for traffic reason and thir after i wait bus next 3 hours but bus was not come. He further told me that you would claim refund of amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. So plz. refund my amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.           respected sir,
          I am as a regular bus passenger from chandkheda to kadi ( at 9AM to 9:30 AM ) requesting you to take a note about local bus drivers who are not stopping bus intentionally and take quick action on this complaint. I'm am not the only one who has this kind of complaint but many people are tired of this kind of inconvenience
          like,
          1. Ahmedabad to Bechraji via chhatral-kadi
          2. Ahmedabad to maharaj pura via chhatral - kadi
          3. Ahmedabad to kadi at 9:30 AM (LOCAL)

          So I am requesting you to take action and start providing good facility as u r providing to adalaj bus stop.

              Dear sir, Namaskar- I my self mrs yasminben sajidbhai patel of derol tal/dist bharuch wants to complain you about the above subject the cause behind this is improper steps taken by the manager of above mentioned depot mr sindhi and mr chatriwala this people they make harassment and create harrassment to the people travelling day to day in the buses . Topic 1 - irregular timings for the bus of rahad-saladra bus no. Gj-18-Y6637 before its timing was of 6:45 pm from bus depot departure but they have made this bus half and hour late or quarterly late and some time it remains cancelled so get imformation about this and make it according to the usual time because it rares no income of getting late and people reach to their destination by other private vehicles Topic-2 - They have done speed controlling of local buses from jambusar and bharuch in these summer season so try to make increament in the speed of bus no.Gj-18-Y 4710, 6744, 6745, 5338, 4531, 6637 and other buses for this we have complain to the manger of jambusar but in reply he said you can tell to any Dc or Md that do whatever you want to do that manager has done it so kindly transfer him to any other city except bharuch depot or jambusar depot

There is no bus stop because of the construction of bridge...so buses goes on it..i can't keep the bus timely..so i faces a lots of truble..and some bus drivers can't stop the bus...so plz take some steps for this..your faithfullyy..youger gujarati

                        Dear sir, It has been noticed that the buses from Sector-28 to Sarkej is cancelled during morning hours especially the bus starting from sector-28 at 8.30 am is very depend for passenger daily up down from Gandhinagar- Ahmed bad. And all buses from sarkej to Gandhinagar not going to Sector-28, and stop the service up to main bus stop only.Due to this daily up down passengers facing problem to reach Sector-28 and the Auto charges minimum 10/- as sharing.Request to check and do need full for the passengers like me facing daily problem

                          I am the regular passenger of gsrtc.Travel from kapurai bus stop to dabhoi and back daily.On 31 mar 2015 .I board on bus at 5 P.M no.GJ 18 Y 8027 at dabhoi . I ask the ticket for kapurai bus stop . But conductor Mr. Vishal Singh issued ticket from dabhoi to soma talab and said it of same cost(rs. 19) . Before reaching kapurai I asked bus conductor to drop me at kapurai bus stop he refused to do so in very rude manner and told it will stop at somatalav only. Although bus driver slow down the bus to stop but he gave signal not to stop so bus driver accelerated the bus and stop the bus far away from the kapurai bus stand although i am 40% handicap due to my leg injury it very difficult for me to walk this distance.Same problem faced by my co-passengers also. do need full so that other passengers/senior passengers should not face the same problem in future.

                              respected sir, bavla depo started bus "Bavla-Santarampur" via kalikund, kheda, nadiad, anand from 15th January, 2015.and in very short time from 30th march 2015 it is permanently canceled . many passengers and students are suffered from it. daily bus was full. so in behalf of all passengers and students i request u to restart the bus as early as possible. this bus was started by requesting in loksamvad programme. and this bus should not be canceled. we are requesting you to restart bus.                                   Hello sir, I have tried to book the ticket online from ANAND to RAJKOT CENTRAL BUS STAND in Anand-Junagadh express on 28th April, 2015 which was scheduled on 6:15 am and my money has been deducted but I didn't get neither confirmation message nor email.                                     I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Kalol in Rapar depot bus (Ahmedabad to Rapar in night (on 21/03/2015 at 22-15). I asked driver cum conductor to stop bus at workshop kalol he replied that there is no stopage at this place and not stoped bus I asked him to give complaint book but he said that there is no complaint book in his bus and not gave me my contact no[protected]

                                        નારણ આસલ, ટીવી, જર્નલિસ્ટ અને સામાજિક કાર્યકર્તા વિનંતી સાથે લખી જણાવવાનું કે, થરાદ-વાવથી અમદાવાદ જતી બસ નંબર- GJ18Y 3639 તા- 16/3/2014ના રોજ અંદાજીત સવારે 11:30 કલાકના સુમારે થરાદ બસ ડેપોથી નિક્ળ્યા બાદ થરાદ રેફરેલ ચોકડી પર ઉભી રાખવા હાથ લંબાવવા અને બસને થપથપાવવા છતાં ઉભી રાખી નહોતી. મારે થરાદથી અમદાવાદ ખુબ જલ્દીમાં પહોચવાનું હોવા છતાં આ બસ ઉભી ન રહેતાં મારે મજબુરીથી બીજી બસ માટે એક કલાક વધુ રાહ જોવી પડી હતી. બસ ડ્રાઈવરો લોકલ જીપવાળાઓને લાભ પહોચાડવા માટે આ પ્રકારની હરકત કરતા હોય તેવું ત્યાં ઉભેલા પેસેન્જરો દ્વારા જાણવા પણ મળ્યું હતું. કેટલાક ડેઈલી મુસાફરોએ તે પણ જણાવ્યું હતુકે, આ ડ્રાઈવર ઘણીવાર આમ કરતા હોય છે. વિનંતી કે આ ફરિયાદને ધ્યાને લઈ આ અંગે ઘટતું કરવા અને આ રીતે મુસાફરો માટે બસનો વિનયપૂર્વક ઉપયોગ કરી શાય તેવો સંદેશ કર્મચારીઓમાં મળે તે જરૂરી છે.
