Dear sir this route is shortest route and many passengers travelling through this route. Before 3 years many buses was there on the same route but now in the same route in afternoon only 1.15pm bus is there. Before days diu-rajkot bus timing was around 2pm all of sudden it was set as 1.15pm so passengers can catch the bus it causes huge loss to the passengers. Please give more bus on the same route in the afternoon like 2pm, 3pm and 4pmans 5pm which fecilitate journey to the passengers and source of income to the gsrtc.

    My complaint is that I booked 6 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/12/2014 from Nasik to Jamnagar in Sleeper Class. My PNR no. is G8257673 and trip code is 1530SHRDJMNSL15. My total bus fair is Rs. 2818/-. My Journey time was 5:45 p.m. On my travel date, I reached Nasik bus station at 5.30 p.m. and inquired about my Sleeper bus from depo incharge of Jamnagar bus station. But depo incharge of Jamnagar told me that Sleeper bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in Sitting bus and you might be travelled in Sitting bus instead of Sleeper. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit my amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.     I Snehal D. Punjani, i tried to book tickets on date 13-feb-2015 from baroda to jamnagar in sleeper class. My money deducted from my bank account but i didn't get any tickets confirmation msg or mail from GSRTC. i didn't get ticket. It deducted two times Rs. 726. total ammount is Rs. 1452.00 . My GS number is GS1600502. so please refund it. Thank you.

      Hello dear sir/ madam, good evening. My name is trushar patel, I m living alarsa, I would like to complian about bus driver shrma, living panigate, vadodara. My complian is this driver telling me bad word, in vaodara depo. He is telling me a word from my mother and father. I m very angary. If gsrtc wil not take action. What should we do? It happened on thusday 25 demeber 2014 evening time, just tell me good suggestion and plz we want good respone from bus no gj 18 v 4212, dhuvaran to vadodara ni8.

        Hello sir/ madam, I would like to inform to u this bus route from dhuvaran to vadodara evening time this bus is irregular from at last 4 month, bus no gj18 v 4212, we sholuld inform to u, we had send a complian appllication to borsad depo, nadiyad depo, gandhinagar depo last 2 months, but we had no response from all depo to a send application, finally we send a online complian to inform u. We ( passenager) want to change drivar and we want to new driver, we would accept to u should take action to all depo n and divison. We would llke to reply from u. Thank you for taking time.

          Sir, I updowning from Sector-28, Gandhinagar to Iskon, daily from Sector-28. There is a mentioned time from morning, so many buses as per your scheduled. But only one bus has came here captioned, "Sec.28 - Iskon". I think 2 or 3 buses before this bus, but even not a single bus came here at Sec.28. One bus came daily but it no maintained its time, its proper time is 7.55 am from sec 28, but he has always start either 7.50 or 8.00. After this bus no chance to get bus from sec 28. Therefore, I request you to kindly instruct your staff otherwise change the staff, so we will reach in proper time at our place. Thamking you, [protected]

            Raper Surat Bus (Sleeper Coach) inside interior very bad, no window clouse, no curtains, no light, in seat light no work, vibration fully very high sound, No Shoes stand, we are full family all 12 month travelling by bus to surat to rapar & rapar to surat, pls put in a new bus in route.

              Respected Sir, I want to report about poor service of GSRTC. I boarded Mahuva-Jamnagar bus from Amreli at 5:45 pm on 14th December 2014 to go to Jamnagar.bus was full and there was not even place to stand . The bus stopped near Babra. the conductor requested us to push the bus. I was among the few persons to push. Then it started. After that it again stopped in outskirts of Atkot regarding some serious failure. we have to board another bus after half an hour only to reach Rajkot.At Rajkot we have to another an Hour for the Jamnagar bus. Then an bus came of Harij -Jamnagar. It soon departed only to stop at Madhapar cross road. The purpose to stop was emberassing. There was no conducter in bus. so the driver stopped the bus for ticket collections. The normal journey from Amreli to Jamnagar is of 5 hours and that day i reached about 1 A.M. that is it took 8 hours.I want refund regarding this and please change the bus Mahuva Jamnagar

                This is the worst incident happen to us in Gujarat by GSRTC. We booked an online Volvo bus ticket from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for 8/12/2014 at 1pm. We reached 15 mins earlier before the departure time at 1 pm. After waiting 1:25 pm we got a news by a passenger that the Bus for Rajkot-Ahmedabad has been cancelled. We had to reached to Ahmedabad station before 5:30 pm to catch our train sharp at 6pm, the next bus was available at 2:30, we rushed to highway to catch any volvo available for Ahmedabad, but unfortunetely none of the Bus Transportation facility could help us to get reach before 5:30 pm, at spot we decided to a hire a taxi, rent was at par, to drop us to Ahmedabad station before 5:30 pm, the driver of car put his heartful effort to reach us at Ahmedabad station anyhow before 5:50 pm, but unfortunetely we were stucked in Ahmedabad Traffic and MISSED OUR TRAIN, we lost the train, we lost the ticket amout, did TDR but till now no refund, FACE A LOT OF DIFFICULTY to book another time and catch other train for same destination. This shows how irresponsible GSRTC is and they didnt even bother to tell the passenger that the bus has been Cancelled.We are totally unhappy with Gujarat Transportation.

                  Respected sir, My self Jayesh belongs to bhavnagar. I travel from bhavnagar to vallabhipur for the job purpose. I have issued pass since last 6 months. I have found so much irregularity of bus timings so i have to go by private buses which makes my paid pass amount as waste of money. Kindly do needful.

I take this opportunity to put some serious concerns of the village chanchvel. This village is still populated with up to 4000 People out of which nearly 40% are adiwasi's. Unfortunately this village still don't have enough facilities to travel. But suddenly buses are not coming in our village. All the buses are passed about five kilometer away from our villlage. So many people from our village and other village are traveling your buses. My request and necessary action taken by your corporation immediately. Thanking You... As of your stats this area of Gujarat is marked as educationally backward. So shall we leave it backward? answer is no. so i request that one step from your side will make people like us to do some thing as well. Urgent attention is required as we can't leave the future of our young generation like this. They are not born to remembered as educationally backward like Somalia, Nigeria or Ghana. Sir, The labor work will not pay that much tax as others and i can see lots of Abdul kalaam Azad in these kids unless they should be given the proper way of education. Ill education in poor environment would not yield desired results. Most of the village looks like i am wondering in Somalia or some where in Nigeria. Sir, You studied yourself and got a respected seat and job . I am sure i would have never been possible without hard work and proper education.                       Myself herish patel, booked ticket for ahmedabad to baroda on[protected] with PNR no: G8131672 and ob reference no: GS1443960, trip code was 0620NHRNRBRDG47. When i reached nehrunagar at 6: 20, person over there told me that this bus is cancelled may be he is telling that its condition is not good enough to have safe drive. I got shocked that inspite of not good condition their web site books ticket for it.That person himself told me to mail for refund with all details but GSRTC has not even any quick complain request mail id. So considering this situation, I am posting over here so that atleast i can get my 150 rs. back.In case of any requirement my mail id is herish.[protected]@gmail.com. thank you.

                        Dear Sir / Madam, Good Evening, My self Pradip Patel, Surat - 395006, Gujarat I traveled on 6th December 2014 in GSRTC bus from Vadodara (Baroda) to Surat. bus number is GJ18Y5604 from Ambaji Depot and My ticket number is 007754 on the highway near Bharuch bus stoped at Panchvati Hotel & Guesthouse for 20 minites at that hotel i purchased one balaji poteto vefers. its M.R.P is Rs. 10 but he told give 15 Rs. i told its m.r.p is 10 then why you taking 15 Rs. that people told if want then pay 15 otherwise you can go after that i purchased one vefer of 10 Rs. and asked for bill he given me bill with stamp for 15 Rs. and i paid also 15 Rs.after that i complained to conductor but he is also not supported me after talked with other all passengers everyone shouted about more than M.R.P i also taken 2 signature of other passenger on complain letter but conductor not sign on the complain letter.                           Respected Sir/Madam I have book a ticket for ahemdabad to bhachau on date 11-Dec and time is 7:15 . Bus service point from Ahemdabad to Nakhtrana. When I reached station I get know this bus is cancel from last few days. Then how online allow me for book this bus. Due to time consuming we have book ticket online and want to reach on time at our destination place. This kind of your mistake put in trouble to passenger. Kindly request to solve this kind of issue.                             I was booking the ticket from vyara to ahmedabad by gsrtc sleeper (nizer-ahmedabad).I selected Hdfc payment gateway for inernet banking on: 3rd December 2014 at 20:59 Icici bank transaction Id SB8202940 BIL/[protected]/Raj.vya.adi/31199657_GSRTCI Rs 306/- deducted and transaction hanged at hdfc payment gateway and ticket could not be booked with this transaction. please do the needful. my mobile number is [protected] gsrtc login id is rajspawar. regards, Rajesh Pawar

                              Dear Sir, I Have Booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Nasik on 25/10/2014 from gsrtc, in, PNR No. G7683437 At the same day due to unavoidable reason i have cancelled it, till then i have not receinved any kind of refund and even in history of my gsrtc account, they are not showing the detailed view of cancelled ticket claiming that "Invalid PNR No." And even Customer care Executives of GSRTC are always busy... if this query would not be resolved i will definitely not book tickets from GSRTC.

                                  Anent to the above subject it is to state that balasinor- vyara bus of GSRTC starts from Balasinor at 1205 hrs and has regular stop at wanakbori thermal power station after balasinor but this bus goes directly to sevaliya via thermal chokdi bypassing stop of wanakbori thermal power station, passangers waiting for this bus at power station suffers a lot due to this irregularity. On date 4/12/2014 the bus bypassed this stop and today i.e 6/12/2014 also i was waiting for this bus but it didn't come when enquired at Balasinor depot it was confirmed that bus left at right time. Please do needful into the matter and regularise the bus service at wanakbori thermal power station.

                                    Respected Sir, As tour kind honor has started new route .Your kind honor had extended the route of Bareja to Dhegam .Bareja to Rakhial 12k.m. distance from Dahegam. So many passengers had appriaciated your decision, interest of public.Sir in this route so many peoples are travelling, Businessman, Govt, servent, Student all are enjoy this route, Sir, there is no local bus 16.15 to18.15 form Rakhial to Ahmedabad hence this is the main centre of Dahegam taluka.Modasa route buses runing but all the routes are express, Gurjarnagri etc.No local bus is available to travel poor people.They have to wait 2hrs.for local traveling.Students, Ladies primery teachers other Govt.servent are traveling localy.The potion of student is realy miserable.Their parents waiting eagrly that my child will come. in winter darkness is early, in monsoon rains.students are suffering poorly. I am sharing all this history because above cited bus is not coming daily at Rakhial timely and rugarly.It is depending upon the whim and wish of the official.two or three days in week this bus come to Rakhial.The same bus returning from Dahegam without intimation giving at depot.The inquire clerek at Dahegam depot. has not much knowledge about this mischief.Sir pl.look into this matter personally and do needful.And arrange this route Daily Rakhial to Bareja. Some people are awaiting your kind act against the misdeed of staff. and student of this route will shower the blessing for your bright future.

                                      ભાવનગર થી મહુવા ચાલતી લોકલ બસ સવાર ના ૯.૦૦ વાગે ઉપડતી લોકલ બસ GJ 18 8249 મહુવા ડેપો ની બસ રસ્તામાં આવતા શિવનગર ના રસ્તા ઉપર ૫ પેશેન્જર હોવાસત્તા પણ બસ ઉભી રાખી ના હતી અને ત્યાં ચાલતી પ્રાઇવેટ બસો સાથે સેટિંગ હોવાથી તે gsrtc ના લોકો સર્વિસ આપ તા નથી

IT STATS 4:00 PM AT GANDHINAGAR AND REACH KAPADVANG AT 6:00 TO 6:10 PM, SOIT TAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES REST, WHICH IS NOT REQUAIRED, NEXT IT REACH BALASINOR BETWEEN 7:40 TO 7:50, AND START FOR VIRPUR AT 8:15 PM, HERE ANOTHER 15 TO 25 GOING TO WEAST. 3.
